It is somewhat a little on the pricey side, but you do get a decent amount of food. It's a diner with an old fashioned vibe that provides you with good burgers and other treats like shakes and different fries.

Expensive for what you get. Ever heard the expression" who wants to eat at a restaurant with no cars parked outside?" There was one other customer there and I didnt see her eating. Food is just ok.

Nothing. Will never go back and pay more for less. Even the website will not disclose the prices because they are so high! My 12 year old son asked me for some money to go get a burger. I gave him a ten, he came later said he owed his buddy money because he didnt have enough. I told him next time to get water. He said he did. Owners have gotten out of control with greed and the prices for a sandwich supercede the price of a meal at a nice family sit down restaurant. A real shame! Today I was contacted by someone in charge or owner of Schoops. He apologized for the price, but made lies and excuses he could not control the price of what everything costs. My reply: You're not sorry SIR! And please DON'T insult me or anyone with that lie of not controlling the price of products through others. You control the PROFIT MARGIN and that is it! You choose what the price is and to insult the average person with EXCUSES is not acceptable! Plain and simple a nice time out with the family is to stay away from your establishment. Your mediocre service is not worth the premium price. I understand you need to profit, but go back to CUSTOMER SERVICE 101!

The fries was hard and nasty and to top it off they over cooked the burger and was burnt!! The staff was nice but the cook is horrible!! I'll stick to the one in crown point from now on!!

Just spent $70 order a double cheeseburger with just lettuce and Tomato no cheese, they add cheese soggy fry I could understand if this was McDonald's but its suppose to be higher end burgers and they cant get the order right. My wife had to remake her own burger. Not with $70 should of had McDonald's.

This place is so delicious! I go here when I need to chow down on a good cheeseburger! They have amazing Oreo milkshakes too! Their wait staff is very quick and friendly. I've never waited a ridiculous amount of time for my food and I have never been disappointed. Its always delicious. Their prices are fair. UPDATE: I attempted calling this place 3 times, and each time I sat on line to a ringing phone for 3 minutes. Super aggravating.

The waiter took my order and did it correctly, and to top my lunch off he did it right the cook made it too perfection, i asked for mustard and pickle only , and for the hamburger to be pressed flat in the middle and well done and thats what i got just the way i like it.

WELL, MAYBE TO SOME PEOPLE THEY COST A LOT, BUT REMEMBER, YOU ARE PAYING SOMEONE ELSE TO COOK FOR YOU, NOT TO MENTION THE QUALITY IS WAY BETTER THAN CHEAP OLD WARMED UP, NOT COOKED MCDONALDS, NOT TO MENTION THE PRICES OF GROCERIES GOES UP AND THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR INGREDIENTS TOO. I ASKED HIM TO ASK THE MANAGER TO CALL ME AGAIN HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO TAKE MY #! HE WROTE IT ON ONE OF THE ORDER RECEIPTS & STUCK IT UNDER THE REGISTER DRAWER! I'M SURE HE THREW IT AWAY!!! I WILL TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO PORTAGE FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THIS WAS SO, SO WRONG!!! I SPEND $15.00+ EVERYTIME I GO THERE & YOU CAN'T ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT!!??
