There is no worst risotto in the world than what they have in here! If I cook this at home I would throw it in the trash but they don’t mind to bring it to your table! Terrible service! Just been ignored by staff the whole night! There is nothing close to “good” in here! Felt so sorry to pay for those food! waste of money and time!

I'm still in the restaurant posting this. Service is extremely friendly Restaurant is nice and small which is unique and it's also very beautiful. The tables slide around a bit and scares me but no big deal. The music was okay. Ladies and Gentlemen the food here is actually extremely delicious. I had the Chicken Oreganato it was a perfect balance of spices and it was very juicy. Usually Vegetables on a plate are very bland, the sauce however made the taste of the vegetables really come to life I could actually taste the sweetness of the vegetables on my plate which only added more concepts and layers to the plate. It was the first time I finished all my vegetables immediately. Once I got to the main part of the dish the poultry was very juicy mixed with the sauce it was unique and made the taste... well unexplainable I would go experience it yourself and come to your own conclusion. I will say that I will be back again to try a different dish and hope that my interaction is the same or even better.

Every time I go to Rocco Vino's I have a great time. The waitstaff is fantastic and super nice aboue everything. They are willing to explain the food items and seem like they genuinely hope you are happy with your experience there for your sake. The food is also delicious. While not 100% authentic, it is very close and deserves to be frequented. All of their ingredients, sauces, and cooking methods are high quality and deserving of the price point.

I highly recommend Vince's restaurant on Harlem. The wait staff was friendly and cheerful. I had the lemon chicken which was excellent, and my friend had their spaghetti and meat balls and she said it was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the portions that you get are quite generous. The restaurant was decorated nicely for the holidays. The decor overall is up-to-date, and modern. The bathroom was very very clean and it was easy to park in the large parking lot right in front of the restaurant. I highly recommend Vince's restaurant for a family night out, a work event, or for an intimate date for two.

Excellent service, friendly and inviting atmosphere! Wait staff was very attentive and so courteous. They offer a great selection of gluten free items and are so aware of cross contamination that they even offered to cook a separate batch for us. We will be back soon for sure! We had a wonderful dinner, food was so good.. cooked to perfection!

I should have visited earlier. Hadn't been here since it changed from Vinces. They really improved the dining room, the service, And the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bread setvice: fresh, warm French bread and the best foccacio I've ever had - crispy and non greasy. Our entrees were also above average: my chicken Marsala was just right: tender, juicy, and the sauce was not over sweetened. My wife's meatballs were almost as good as her own, home made, with a very nice sauce Service was excellent, and prices were reasonable. Gotta put Rocco Vinos on our regular "rotation".

This was my first visit. My bread plate was dirty, my water glass was cracked. The food was okay but not great. I had Chicken Caprese. Though it was stuffed, it wasn't like other Italian Restaurants...with the stuffing oozing out. I told the waiter about the issues....I should have spoken to a manager. I might give them a second chance....not sure though.

My 2.5 year old daughter wanted lemon Italian ice. The waiter thought it would it be really sour for her and asked us if he should really bring it out. We said yes. He ended up bringing out 2 little portions: one of the lemon Italian ice and another of vanilla in case she didn't like the Italian ice. That was such a simple thing but a super classy move in my book. Five stars, recommend to everyone.

I've taken my family here a few times, which is a lot since we eat out less than once a month. It has a nice atmosphere, somewhat classier than a lot of "casual dining" but still friendly and easygoing. Good options for picky kids, better options for adults. I was glad to see they were one of the restaurants that donated to the Saint Joseph table for my parish in Oak Park this year, and I'll definitely come back here again.

Good food. Service was great. Servers were very knowledgable of what they are serving. They do stay a little longer at the table if you have questions or just to talk about something quick and they move to the next table. My wife and I had a great evening and will come back for more shrimp risotto. Yummy.

Very disappointed! Been coming here for years! Even after several mistakes in orders and sometimes a rude staff. We continue to by to buy gift certificates for my parents spending several hundreds a year for them. When we came in they refused to take a promo gift certificate $10 off that was expired by a month. Bad business for loyal & local customers!

I have had good and bad with this restaurant. I end up giving them a second chance. No more. I find if you are ordering to go a big order you don't have problems, but if it is a small order to go they don't care. I ordered a pizza to pickup. I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes. I walked into the restaurant when a women walked up and asked if she could help. I told her I was picking up a pizza, she told me it would be longer for her to walk to the kitchen. She told me to go around the back to get it. This is an area in the back of the building for the delivery people. I told the young lady in the back as I was paying, she asked me to wait. The manager came out, I told him. He was very apologetic and told me he would take care of it. But I felt like he just wanted me to go. As he was apologizing he was opening the door for me to go. To make the situation worse the crust was dry and burnt. I should have gone with my first instinct and left when she wouldn't get the order.

We brought new friends to share our dining experience. They are frequent travelers and have sampled menus far and wide. They were delighted with their meals (as were we, as usual) and promised to return and recommend Vince's on Harlem (a.k.a. Rocco Vino's). We went for lunch, but there was no problem ordering my favorite Chef Martino specialty of the house (with chicken) from the dinner menu. We all ordered a chicken dish, and our friends marveled at how fork tender the chicken was prepared. It was hard to pass up their apple tarte for dessert, but it was the day after Thanksgiving. I'll get it next time! My lady friends and I go there frequently. Dependably delicious and always great service!

What can I say, except splendissimo! The food here is magnificent Weather your born I. The old country or 3 Rd generation Italian, it's like Nona is cooking in the back. Exceptional service, great wine list good prices. You will leave with leftovers and the veal and sausage with peppers is to die for. $25 to $40.00 per person and get reservations on weekends. I had an enjoyable time there with some friends. We sat in the granite top bar and the bartender Frank was highly professional and personable. This was a somewhat elegant setting we did order appetizers that were delicious. This a great spot and it's located near a lot of shopping I highly recommend this as a potential place to meet and greet friends or just have a leisurely dinner.

Nice Italian restaurant. I have been a couple times and had good experience. The service is good and friendly. The food is tasty and the portions that they serve are good. The menu is rich on dishes. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Nice vine selection too. If you don't feel eating on a restaurant table you can enjoy it on the high bar tables in the bar area.

Service was lousy. Ordered Valentine's day 'special' 3 heart-shaped ravioli, 2 shrimp with tail shells still on (in alfredo sauce) $23.95! The place looks great since the remodel, but you can't eat the decor. Used to love this place when it was Vince's. I will probably never go there again.
