The food is okay, but the price is a bit high for me. Five guys type of pricing, but the burgers are not as good. They do have more variety and beer though. Might be for some, but not for me.

Pretty good place. Juicy burgers and waffle fries. The sweet potato tots are a nice alternative to a side. Still not courageous enough to try the Thai Burger (peanut butter burger) as I'm really curious but find myself always snagging something I know I'd enjoy. Perhaps if Punch Burger provided a small slider sample of this commonly noted "Sticky Burger", I'd have more to jot down. Service was great by the way. Decent environment for sure and easy access. No pics this round but it did happen.

Another burger joint? Yep, and I am actually not too upset about it. I started my journey with a Tavern burger (Cheddar, Onions and BBQ sauce) with a side of some waffle fries to go with it. Quality of meat and construction was really good. Very juicy, but not a blast of flavor or seasoning. I was pleased with my burger, but was hoping for a little more flavor. I will try another option or build my own next time and update my review after that.

It was smokey as can be inside. They said the smoke was normal. We ate outside. The cashier was hard to hear and did not speak up when asked. The peices were very high for what you got. The burgers didnt even fill the bun. Id rather have gone to dq or wendys and i would have spent less. I ordered one drink and they charged me for two even though the cashier handed me one drink. I wont be going back. At least the food was cooked.

The Texan burger is fantastic. I had the pretzel bun and a few added toppings. They season well and they are done on the flat grill. I still prefer flame charred but punch burger makes such a good product that each time there I've considered getting another burger. They even had a free cookies Friday. This is a great place.

It's hard to find a good burger place. This is one! Punch Burger has a lot of options for protein, cheeses, and other toppings. They even offer a vegetarian option. We tried turkey and beef and were not disappointed. Well seasoned and the waffle fries / sweet potato tots were very good.

Great atmosphere but all three of the burgers we ordered were dressed wrong and they forgot our side salad. When we went to ask for it the young female cashier put her hand up as if to shush me from talking when all I said was we are missing a side salad. I wasn’t rude about it and hadn’t even mentioned the fact that the burgers were wrong. I won’t ever be back.

Pros - average tasting burger. The beef taste like Wendy's. Good size, 1/3 pound. Serve beer. Cons - $$$, waffle fries and sweet potato tots are average and not seasoned, very greasy, bacon is really thick cut so extra crispy is hard to achieve. One person ordering a burger, fries, and drink = $14.00. Not worth it for an average tasting burger, I will just head to Wendy's next time or get a $10 burger next door at Stacked Pickle or Bub's.

Stopped here for a late lunch on the recommendation of a colleague. It was all fresh and made-to-order burger shack food. I enjoyed it. I didn't find it to be more or less appealing than a Five Guys. In fact, I'd say they are basically operating the same business model. Punch Burger will cost just a little more, but my coworker said they use locally-sourced products. For that and the specialty burger menu, I'm willing to pay a small premium. Overall it earns its four stars. I'll be back.

I'll just say everyone was part of the clean plate club! From the blue cheese burger to the Texas, to ground turkey. Everything was great. Also great that the meats are sourced from local farmers.

It's hard to beat Punch Burger for a great tasting, locally sourced cheese burger (I recommend the punch burger or the blue cheese). Fast service, clean facilities, friendly staff, and lots of local brews to choose from. Oh, and try the waffle fries!

The food was good, but the owner / manager didn't have enough staff to take care of the customers, which resulted in a long wait time. The employees were friendly and helpful even through they were having to do so much. We tried the Thai burger and the Burnt Cheese burger and they were ok. They weren't the best we've had, but we will come back and try some other burgers.

Pretty good burger. The super crisp cheese on top and gooey underneath was tasty. Very similar in taste and size to 5 Guys, even similar in the price. Pricy for a hamburger. This and a small coke, no fries, was over $10. The pearson who took my order even said I can add a tip to my credit card, but they weren't serving me at a table and I had to get my own drink, so I'm not sure what that was about.

I'm from Oregon. Staying at a hotel and was starving. Used Uber eats and this was what was closest with the fastest time (even faster then the quote for fast food) I was like "Oh it'll be quick and ok". No it was "Fast and Freaking delicious". I was blown away by the quality of the beef, cheese bacon the prezyel bun. I was amazed by the awesome price. All I know is next time I'm out here I'm ordering it again. There are many choices for burgers in Carmel. I think Punch burger is a great pick. They have a base selection of burgers, burger of the month, grilled cheese, plus 2 kinds of fries and sweet potato tots. There is a kid's menu as well. They also offer milkshakes, a Coke freestyle machine, plus draft and bottled beer. The food is cooked to order and is always delicious.

I do not recommend the burger with an egg. They are serving a blacken egg. Because they do not clean the grill. The worst burger I ever tasted same, in Carmel and the downtown Indianapolis. Otherwise everything else were ok. Lately they changed fries to crinkle cut fries. I think they made a good decision. 11/6/18 2 Punch Burgers with extra pickles and a basket of crinkle fries are always good and comforting. Jan. 24. 2019 Three of us went to this place for 3 months. Somehow Punch Burger is getting worse than before. I never had any burger smells a can of dog food or Vienna sausage in my life. My daughter said the burger smells a can of dog food. I smelled and tasted mine. Mine was smells dog food or Vienna sausage too. I just hopped we are not getting sick. We are decided we are not going back to Punch Burger anymore.

The FreeStyle drink machine always performs at tip top shape. My co-workers come here all the time. It's always clean and the employees are polite.

What the burger lacked in flavor it made up for in greasiness. I checked every table looking for one that wasn't sticky. I never found one so I asked an employee to clean one...he wasn't happy about that. One plus, it wasn't very busy at lunchtime...good for patrons, bad for owners.

they ask for tip as soon as you purchase. They gave me three percentage options, so I chose the middle percentage since I don't know what kind of service I will receive. After this, the cashier says, "that's hardly anything." Then she disappears in the back while my food is being made. Who knows what she did to my food. Never coming back.

So, so good. I thought this would just be a knock off of 5 Guys, but they have their own strong flavors. Even though most of the burgers are common ideas, my bleu cheese burger was better than most other versions I've had. The sweet potato tots are delightful, and the Chorizo burger (burger of the day) was a nice surprise. It was clean, service was fast. Only complaint is that the condiments/napkins/drinks station was a confused jumble. It was hard to find straws or lids because they weren't together or in an expected place.

I don't know what that guy at the bottom was talking about as far as the waffle fries go. They were NOT greasy at all, perfectly crispy and seriously yummy. I am vegan so ordered the vegan Thai burger and it was one of the best I have ever had! Super thick and not over cooked which is what usually happens with vegan burgers. Also never thought I would say this but the peanut butter was spot on. Really you can't go wrong with Punch Burger and they have the best waffle fries around.

Made to order, customizable, locally sourced delicious food. I had their duck burger (with Asian slaw and teriyaki) and it was a true delight. Lots of sauces to choose from for your fries and burgers. Pineapple is even a topping option! Atmosphere and service is also top notch. I went there during the lunch rush and none of the workers skipped a beat.

After living in this facility and spending lots of time at the other restaurants we decided to try a new place for lunch. After it was suggested to go to Punch Burger I initially said no. I am beyond happy to know that we went and loved it. I would say that there is no doubt in my mind that this is the best, juiciest burger in all of Carmel. I got the Aloha burger and my GF got the Blu Burger. Both were cooked to perfection and were just so juicy! The picture below is the Aloha burger and their sweet potato tots. My only "Beef" with Punch burger was the lack of sauce that could have been used with the tots. Also, my GF ordered the waffle fries and they were a bit over cooked but were still tasty! Overall, worth the price for the best burger in town. I hope you all can enjoy Punch Burger as much as I did. Don't forget to sign up for the reward program as you'll be getting a free burger in no time! Happy eating!

First visit. First impression not so good. Went for the grilled cheese. Sign read, "pick 2 (cheeses)". Among the choices was ghost cheese. I ordered cheddar and ghost, and added ham (an additional $1.35). The sign did not indicate (in the grilled cheese choices) the fact that the ghost cheese was a $1 upcharge. Had I known that before I ordered, I would not have chosen it. The gal at the register showed me (after she had already rung up my order) where the sign did indicate the fact that the ghost cheese was one dollar extra. You really had to look for it to see it. The sandwich was great. I'd have it again. My main disappointment was not being informed of the charges up front. I was not given accurate information with which to make my purchase. Disappointing.

If you are avoiding sugar, do not order the tater tots! Punch Burger evidently adds sugar to their tater tots to create caramelization and crisping. After finding this out, I suggested that Punch Burger include this information on their menu so that people could make informed decisions, but heard nothing back

Great local Angus burgers for a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and friendly helping pick which burger to order. They have Angus, turkey, and even duck burger options. Surprisingly, they even ask you how you'd like your burger done. I built my own Angus burgers with pretzel bun and added guac. Side of sweet potato tots. Very tasty. Will come back again for sure. Next time trying the local beer and milkshakes.

My wife and son ordered chicken tenders and I ordered the punch burger. My wife ate one of the chicken tenders and the second one she went to eat was still raw on the inside. How does something like this happen??? She took them back up and the cook even acknowledged that they were still raw. So instead of cooking fresh ones they recooked them and added 1 fresh one and gave her the same fries that she had originally ordered. This was are first visit and will be our last visit to punch burger!! After spending $30.79 I would expect fresh food after your cooked screwed up!

I found this place doing Uber eats. I waited until 1:30pm so I did not have to mess with crowds. The Angus beef was soft, tender, and well cooked with flavor. The bacon was just right. The pepper jack cheese and jalapeños are perfect amount of zing. Fries are crunchy waffle fries.

Update 02/19 ... prices keep going up, so my rating keeps going down. Still great food, but minus one star for less value. It's a bit too expensive to remain a regular stop for a workday lunch. Update ... Punch Burger got rid of the soda machine where you can get all sorts of options. Now just a plain lineup of options. Minus one star. Added a star back as it was pointed out to me that Punch Burger isn't responsible for GrubHub prices. That said I look forward to seeing a reasonable delivery fee on that service so we can enjoy Punch Burger at home once in a while. Some of the best burgers in the city. Plenty of options to choose from.

Food was good, but they were very disorganized. After getting a pager for notification of my order being ready, I waited. After seeing several patrons get their orders who had ordered after me, I inquired of my order status. After some checking, they realized they have given my order to a delivery driver and had to remake my order. Crazy! They were cool about it and gave me a free meal card, so no worries, but c'mon guys. Get it together.
