BBQ brisket, excellent Mac and cheese and homemade cole slaw. Brisket was flavorful but dry so their signature sauce helped. Fried pickles sliced into quarters were tasty but let them cool off before eating. HOT!! Attentive friendly service. Reasonable prices $15 for brisket meal.

We came for the buffet and ended up being told they only do it on Wednesdays but still had the salad bar...the food was delicious.. I had the chicken tenders..the breading and the taste was just amazing, it's not ur normal chicken finger.. the seasoning is great.. their sides are very good. I had cottage cheese and fries! Our waitress was very nice, helpful to us.. filled our drinks we never had an empty cup.. the place was clean but very quite.. I'm guessing since we came on a night they weren't busy..

Brunch buffet was excellent! They had a good selection. The food was fresh and tasty. The eggs were very good, as well as the gravy. And it was nice having fresh made waffles! The fresh fruit was very good and the blueberry butter was great on the waffle. I also recommend the root beer float. Service was on point.

Pit Stop is THE place to go for BBQ in Brownsburg. Or fried chicken. Or catfish. Or, how about all of the above, on their buffet spread? Great, attentive service, fantastic staff, and authentic racing heritage atmosphere, all with a down home feel. The bar area is also too notch, with plenty of space to kick back with a few. You won't be dissatisfied dining with friends, or family.

I have eaten here several times. Tonight I decided to try the two catfish dinner. The food here has always been good until tonight. The 'catfish' was almost all just breading and cooked to death (hard & crusty). Most of their other meals have been great. This fish...not so much.

I love the Pit Stop. Their food is always hot and delicious! In addition to the pulled pork options, the beef brisket is absolutely amazing! Also, I don't know what they do to their green beans, but they are out of this WORLD! This place usually draws a crowd, but the wait is never too terribly long and trust me -- IT. IS. WORTH. IT!

A larger family restaurant that specializes in bbq. The food wasn’t bad. I had the half rack of ribs that was on special. The ribs weren’t bad, though not the best I have eaten. The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. It appears they offer brunch on certain days.

I don't get the obsession with this place. The food and service are average. I have been here twice, one on a regular night trying the Frank and Mary's fish-it is deep fried fish, nothing special. The second time was buffet night, avoid at all costs!

This place really impressed me! My waitress Madi was very upbeat and friendly, she kept checking on me and made sure I didn't run out of anything. The food was great, it was cooked perfectly and was nice, hot and fresh. Everything was excellent, I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area!

When GT Souths closed the BBQ options in Indy diminished. Pit Stop might just edge that old standard by longshot. It's as fast as a pit stop but you'll stay parked eating the best BBQ in Indy! Only 30 minutes from north/south or midtown! Race over to Brownsburg and fuel up at the Pit Stop!!!

The food here is always amazing, and staff is friendly and helpful. There Sunday brunch buffet could keep you satiated all week, but if manage to have room for more later in the week, come back for some catfish. You won't find better BBQ or catfish within 100 miles of Pit Stop.

I have been here 10 times roughly in the last year or so and all but the last time was a pleasant experience. Very dissatisfied with our server we had I believe Michelle. Nice at first but after ordering our drinks and food we didn’t see her the rest of time. It was sorta busy in there, probably the busiest I have seen it but just wasn’t sure what happened to our table. She walked by our table(2 of us) at least 5-6 times, 2 times In which she looked at our table but never asked how we were. I was able to drink my one alcoholic drink(no water) and wife drank hers but nothing else was offered. I was shocked by this, service here is exceptional in past. I hope this can be fixed and yes I’ll be back just disappointed.

The food was fantastic. The waitress was delightful, she was great with the kids and got them to tell her what they wanted got our orders offering suggestions that was helpful in a short amount of time. The food arrived in a timely manner, every order was right, the food was hot and delicious. She kept checking back on us to make sure everything was still okay The place is old but very clean and has character. Am told they have a wonderful buffet on Sundays. Would love to try it. A really great experience.

For some reason their brisket has been a little dry lately, but ribs still seem to hold the awesome goodness they've always had! To be honest, it's a local color barbecue restaurant that does a good job of maintaining a local restaurant style menu. You can order ahead by phone if you want to and they also have a takeout option if you call in ahead of time. That seems to be very valuable for my busy evening schedule.

Service: Took about 15 minutes to place an order sitting at the bar around 12.30 on a Thursday. Food: Ordered the five meat combo platter. Brisket was good, sausage was good, chicken was average, pulled pork was the worst I've ever had. Dog wouldn't eat it when I got home.

Staff was great but the food left something to be desired. There was very little flavor to the meat and the chicken was so dry we could barely eat it. The brisket was chopped up into tiny pieces, I've never seen it presented like that before, and we've had our fair share of BBQ. The ribs were covered in sauce, so much so that you couldn't even taste the meat.
