Great Italian beef,sausage, and giardinera all made in-house. Order is always right, and fast, friendly service. The homemade lasagna is fantastically delicious, on par with Mom's homemade, but with their sausage added in. Never had a bad meal here.

Well here is another fine place in Indiana schererville where u can sit down and dine in or carry out their Italian beers and sausage are off the chain and the hamburgers ate freshly made they are about 8 oz. Of meat with all the trimmings Google it on your phone and if you are in the area it's right off of 77 Ave in schererville u will b glad you did okay check it out lol

We ordered our hot sandwiches to go. When I got to the truck and opened the boxes they were both so soggy it fell apart the moment we tried to pick them up. The bread looked like it was dunked in water then our food put on it... Super sad because it smelt good. We threw it away and got something else.

Right behind CVS off Rt41. Been going here for years. Not many places at all like this around. Clean and friendly staff. Seem to even keep the same staff for years. Impressed. Prices are ok for the quality and freshness. Electric games for the kids. Tv for the games. Lots of parking. Food is made pretty quickly and hot. The lasagna comes with lots of extra meat sauce. Great for dipping your garlic bread. Your get a salad too with your meal. Not much of anything on it / in it and just vinegar and oil. I really don't eat them. I love Olive Gardens dressing hint hint staff They have fresh pizza by the slice too. One of the mangers made sure we got the freshest slice. Impressed. You can take the back roads if you don't want to drive 41 too. Only place even close to this is Fazoli's but they are way in Valparaiso now no more Schererville.

I will never spend a dime in this establishment. Rude, ignorant service I ever had. I began to explain to Employee/Owner that this was the first time ordering and that i wanted a beef sandwich dry. He says we cant make it dry I said OK fine. I proceeded to order something else he says sorry I cant help you. I was very appalled by the response I got. This review doesn't even deserve a star, but it wont let me post the review without.

Was so excited to try this cute place out, unfortunately what we ordered was rather disappointing. Spaghetti sauce was most undesirable, tasted as if out of a can. Garlic bread lacked flavor also. :(

Great authentic foods at good prices. I have eaten almost everything on the menu at some point or another and there isn't a bad meal in the building. The rib-eye steak sandwich, if you order it on garlic bread, is astounding. The lasagna is better than your mother used to make. Take it home or eat it in the restaurant. A regular Friday night stop for our family

Pepino's catered my son's rehearsal dinner, and EVERYONE raved at how wonderful the food was. The stuffed shells, Italian sausage and beef sandwiches were a hit, with everyone going back for seconds. The quantity of food per person was very generous and the overall cost for food and delivery/set up was was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

They have good service, and the hand made sausage they were making smelled great, but i ordered the Italian beef and it could be better. The in house pepper for the beef is very different than conventional giardiniera that every other Chicagoland Italian beef place serves. Others may enjoy the homemade recipe, it wasn't for me.

Not sure what happened to Pepinos.Used to be one of my favorites.Something happened with their quality control.Last few times beef was terribly dry,ano another time l had gotten Fry's that were so over cooked that in all seriousness my dog wouldn't even eat them.Pepe I love ya but yuy are losing it buddy.You have lost my business and I used to eat at your establishment 3-4 a month. :(

Food is ok. Quality is not as good as it was in the past. Have been going to Pepinos since it was located on Sibley. Ordered take out lasagna dinners the bottom was burned. Italian beef bread is very soggy and mushy falls apart. Employees need to be better supervised by a more experienced person. Too many kids working.

Hands down best Italian sausage and beef in the region. Skip all the chains and come see Pepe for the best Itailan around. Burgers and Tirimisu are also delicious. Since the days in Cal City, Pepinos has been a favorite in the region.

Their pizza is truly unique. I would recommend sharing a small pizza between 2 people. Any size bigger than that (medium and large) would be the perfect size for families of between 4 and 5. They put on a generous amount of cheese. I don't really care much for spicy food, but their olives within their hot giardiniera peppers are good. There are a lot of nice photos to take a look at. And you can get a refill upon your fountain drink yourself.
