Brought my daughter pancakes but no bacon (which comes with them on the menu). Since she's 6 I assumed they would bring her the kids portion. These were 2 huge pancakes clearly not for a child. I asked for extra crispy hash browns... Not even close!

Paragon restaurant is by far the most awesome family restaurant. Fantastic menu . We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked through the door . The service was fast , accurate and every one of the staff was really friendly. They make you feel right at home . I can't say enough about the quality of our meals , great , great great ! We can't wait for a chance to get back on the west side to enjoy the Paragon food and service .

Firstly let me say the food was ok. The service was terrible. Our waitress had a major attitude over what I do not know. When it came time for the bill, she literally threw it on the table. Such a shame as the place has a lovely family vibe, but with terrible service it totally soured me to ever give it my business again.

I love Paragon restaurant the food here is always delicious it does not matter what you order the owners are friendly and they always welcome me every time I come and they love my service dog Angel Baby Faith always treated me nice every time I've ever visited here and I love the liver and onions they have the best in the world just like Mom used to fix!!!

I had not been here in about 4 years decided to go because was close to one if work sites. I ordered a Turkey Manhattan. The waitress had it out in literally 3 minutes it was a complete cold meal. Cold mashed potatoes topped with cold turkey meat and gelatinous cold yellow gravy. I asked the server to put meal in microwave 2 minutes so I could have a hot meal. Brought it backed......no I am sorry all your food was cold and still charged full price. Will not go back anytime soon. Get to counter and go to pay my bill was asked how it was I said it came out cold was given reply maybe you'll have better luck next time? What????? I was appalled.

Very much miss Nick the old owner but the new owner is a very good guy too! Has worked for Nick for years and is keeping the everything the same! Good food , great price and don’t forget the doggie bag! They will always serve you more than you can eat!!!!!!

Great service. If you like personal service and good old fashioned breakfast food, this is the place! Their omelets are too big for one person to eat but scrumptious. The French toast - regular or crunchy (my favorite) - is fabulous. Hot syrup brought to your table, not some room temperature stuff everyone has used for three days. Eggs (any style), hash browns, sausage, bacon, etc. are all top notch. So much better than the chain restaurants.

My family has been coming to Paragon for over 10 years. The original owner was super nice and always greeted customers with a "hello my friend." He hasn't been around in recent years and a lot of the staff has moved on so I don't know if the place has changed hands, but we still like to go there. When I was a newer mom with 2 sets of twins 3 years apart, I could go there and the staff would help me watch the kids so I could eat an actual hot meal. They will probably never know how much that meant to me. Nowadays they are still nice even though no one is left who remembers us. The food is pretty average for diner food (except the breakfast which is always excellent) but the prices are highly competitive.

MEDIOCRE FOOD, BUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGEMENT- DO NOT VISIT IF YOU VALUE HOW YOU ARE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER! Had a $10 off $30 purchase- our bill was $40.05. The cashier insisted it was a 10% off coupon, to which she asks her boss, who replies with the same thing. They already put my $40 in register and I'm worried about my money, which I got "the correct change of $5". The boss comes up to which my brother had to argue with him that it clearly states $10. He finally coughs up the money which he then claims he gave me an extra discount for the hassle- no compensation at all we recieved the correct amount. The server was alright but all the servers were sitting in a booth on their phones as were the (I'm assuming married) bosses were sitting on their phones. We got charged about an extra 60 cents in total because the server wrote down some wrong prices (ex $1.99 instead of $1.89). Not sure if it was intentional but I never plan on visiting here again, there are so so many better places for breakfast around the area.

They always seat you immediately and service is insanely quick. Big portions of delicious comfort food- enough to share :) This is our monthly breakfast spot for our Sundays together :) YUM!

We love this place. They have great breakfast food. I've never tried their dinner food so i can't review that. I gave them a 4 star because sometimes service can be slow at times but they can get VERY busy. They are Greek owned and the guy that owns it makes you feel like you are a friend. He always calls you my friend.

Plenty of options of all sorts of different food. What I ordered was alright. Kinda wished I would of gotten something else but it was decent. Staff is friendly and helpful tho so the experience was solid.

Love this place, people are always friendly and waitresses are ALWAYS there to make sure you have everything you need. Food was great and in abundance, had the biscuits and gravy with crepes smothered in peaches and it was delicious, delicious, delicious... If you want a diner atmosphere with great people and service I would try paragon family restaurant, you will be pleasantly surprised.

A friend recommended Paragon and we are glad he did. Delicious!! The crepes were amazing! My husband got steak and eggs, yum! Service was fast. We got our food about 15 min after we ordered and it was pretty busy in there. We will definitely be back.

Such a sad day when I hadn’t been in for awhile to find out they fired my favorite waitress that had been there for a really long time a few months back for stupid reasoning. Good food only goes so far. Quality is key, when you hire new servers who suck vs the old ones who knew it all & everyone loved you only hurt yourself and your business.

Came with a large party, so got a little bit of everything. Quite good food, normally it's hard to have so many options yet all came out excellent. Huge place inside doesn't look like it from the outside, was even open for the first ice storm of 2019. Had a coupon issue with cashier, but manager corrected.
