REVIEWS OF Nepal House Indian Nepalese Restaurant IN Indiana

Jyotsna Jain

Terrible people If I could give -1 then I would have given it. I recently moved from west loop to south loop and went to this restaurant with my 5 year old. The restaurant was pretty empty. I asked them to give me a seat so that i can sit with my son, side by side. I have to help him in eating. They asked me to sit on a single seater table(very small) with opposite seats. Only other tables they have were 4 seaters. Most of them were empty but they refused to give it to us because we are not 4 people. They were am very very rude and it felt like we were there to eat in free.. very insulting. Im never going there. And instead we went to Kurah restaurant, amazing restaurant, amazing food and amazing people. We had a great night in the end.

niurka vazquez

Not good and rude service.

yusaurus

I'd say this is more an Indian place than a Nepalese restaurant. But food was still amazing none the less. The tandoori chicken was juicy and flavorful!

Ashlie Bee

Best Indian food ive had in a while everything tasted so amazing and flavorful just what I expected loved it !

Jessica Faroban

We had a taste for Indian food and this place had good reviews so we decided to give this place a go! They had the lunch buffet going on so thats what we went with. Selections are slightly smaller than usual Indian buffets but every item was delicious! Their samosas were packed and filled with all the good stuff. My favorite was the butter chicken and tandori chicken. The butter chicken was amazing, thinking about the taste is making my mouth water right now. Their mango pudding was also very delicious, I had about 2 bowls. The rice pudding was lacking some flavor. They are suppose to be know for the Momo dumplings but we were too full to order. Next time I would love to try the momo dumplings and would probably do a la carte instead of the buffet. The servers were nice and constantly came over to refill our waters. Cannot wait to come back! Okay not gonna lie, I'm hungry after writing this review.

Sara Garrison

Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend. Don’t make the same mistake we did. The reviews and photos are misleading which is why I felt compelled to write an honest review. The lunch buffet had very little options and all of the food was really bland. The service was terrible. We stood waiting for awhile before anyone even acknowledged us to give us a table. After that, no one checked in to see if we needed anything while we were eating. Then once we wanted to leave, we waiting at the check out counter for awhile again before anyone could help us pay for the meal. The very little interaction that we had with staff with very short with rude tone. I’m just disappointed in myself for not trusting my gut from the get go. Don’t waste your money here, definitely not worth it!

NAKUL ARORA

Quality of the food was amazingly good, will surely go again

Manjul Bhusal

Awesome place for authentic Nepali food. The items are of great value. The buffet is also good for people trying to get a tasty lunch. The mango lassi is definitely worth a try. Great service!!

Nishant Ghosh

Service was okay but food was awful. Had high hopes for chef's special but that too did not fail to disappoint.

Aakash Patel

Manager tried to sit us in a tiny booth when the restaurant was empty. He was being weird about us (2) wanting to sit at a 4 person table. And made comment like "that's for 4 people but ok". All 5 or so of 4 ppl booths were empty! Bathroom is kinda bad. Food tasted pretty good.

Dan Miladinovich

I had the buffet. In general everything was good but I'd almost suggest ordering from the menu instead if you're familiar with Indian food. The biryani is quite good. Otherwise do the buffet. The service is a bit slow and the waiter was a bit aloof. He kept forgetting who had what meal. Otherwise an overall good experience.

Pappu Baniya

Best Nepali/Indian Restaurant in the whole US town and Chicago for sure. Awesome dishes, good environment, excellent services, affordable and reasonable price. A must go place.

Madushan Abeysinghe

Food is ordinary. Service is slow. The complementary starters they provide is too saulty. Place is little crammed. The guy who hangs around wearing a tie is a cunning dude. We asked him if portion size of biriyani and chicken tikka masala are enough for 4 people. He said it isn't to sell us more food we cant eat. Later half of everything went to waste as we didn't have a microwave at the hotel. Disappointed!

Koushik Sinha

The food was ordinary. In fact the chicken in our noodles was really hard and dry! The chicken momo was also nowhere near authentic darjeeling momo!

Dilfaraz Kalawat

Not one of the authentic Nepali/Indian restaurants around. And by authentic I mean by taste. The food has been modified to suit international palates. So low on spices and masala.

Lauren Stevens

Food is over priced in my opinion.. the sauce and chip things at the beginning aren't great. I spat out the chunky sauce and the chips stuck to my teeth like playdoh. Dumplings on the appetizer menu was delicious! Entree was good as well. We were rushed because half way through our meal they said they were closing. We didn't know or we wouldn't have gone in to eat.

Jennifer Ng

My favorite neighborhood Indian restaurant. Great buffet selection at decent lunch prices. Best is to get tandoori chicken and naan right out of the oven then dip into the butter chicken sauce over some basmati rice. Delicious.

Johanna Buschhaus

Delicious food and great, attentive service

Jon Honeycutt

Great buffet. Plenty of vegetarian options, but the meat options were outstanding. The Chicken Makhani was among the most tender chicken I have ever eaten.

Adi Sridharan

Delicious food

Lottie Booth

They were packed on a Friday evening. Susana at the reception was super nice and got us the table we wanted. The food is the best south Indian food we have ever had. Will be back. Super highly recommended!,

Robin Byrd

Looking forward to a return visit. It has a cool feel to it.

Vishwas Kini

Most of the items in the buffet were without salt. The one dish that was great (mango pudding) was not refilled for fifteen minutes. The staff was rude and did not fill the water glasses. The plates meant for the buffet are a joke since they are so small that you can barely accommodate more than two items in them. Would not recommend going here for the lunch buffet

Un Chicago

Delicious Nepali food, You can smell the place down the street, and that always lures me in. The staff is generally friendly and the service is quick. Excellent vegetarian options. Superb Indian / Nepali food in a south loop neighborhood. Overall, Nepal House had a great offering of delicious items on the buffet. This is definitely my new go-to place for Indian Nepali buffet! The service is great as well. The staff is very attentive with refilling drinks and clearing plates off the table, even when my dining buddy and I stayed for nearly 2 hours! We...lost track of time in the midst of our gluttony, lol. Additionally, they were very friendly in terms of making conversation as opposed to other restaurants I've been to. I highly recommend trying Nepal house out!! On your marks...get set...GO!

Ajay Patel

Nepal House has amazing food, great service and awesome selection. They treat you like family and always smile. I go to this location at least three times a month for lunch.

Tanvee Agrawal

The image you see is of their malai kofta. A serving of had 5 tiny balls and just gravy. Because we asked for A-La-Carte menu during their buffet, the long wait was expected. The taste was nice and all the items seemed to be freshly prepared. 3 stars because they were too expensive for the serving sizes.

Aaliach c

I do not know why your website says you guys serve traditional Nepali cuisine when you do not.

Lisa Rush

Food was so delicious. The service was friendly and observant.

Michael Wilkes

Good curry dishes and good service. I also liked their lamb and momo dishes.

Barbara Smith

Very good!! Walking in the door we got seated right away. The smells of the place are amazing! Between the 3 of us we shared chicken tikka marsala and a vegetarian option and a basket of naan. Delicious food and very filling! 10/10 would eat here again!

Donn Hussey

As some of the more negative reviews state, the service is slow and not the best ever. The food wasn't bad and they keep it clean, though.

Sameer Goel

I have been here couple of times for dinner and the taste is pure Indian and the ambience is nice. I'd recommend this place to others too.

Siddharth Singh

Worst food ever and costly against its competitive restaurant waste of money

Ashim Ghimire

Buffet was really good. Customer service is even better.

Arpita Banerjee

The ambience is good and in good location. but food is just ok. They have prepared very good menu. But yet to improve on taste.

Emily Stiehl

Nice vegetarian combo for takeout. It has a few entree items and naan for a reasonable price.

Sujata Rijal

Awesome restaurant with good service and food.. will go there again if i am in Chicago. Great Nepali food. Thumbs up to the whole team

veg mex

The host was so rude when I placed my order in person. Especially when I asked if a dish had butter in it. She rolled her eyes and walked away then came back to answer my question. The male server working was really friendly. Not sure if I want to come back. Food was good.

Kendall Travis

I really like their food and service, awesome area next to where I live. The employees are always kind. Will visit here again.

Chak DESIKAN

High quality buffet line up. Clean and tasty. Highly recommend

Rajendra Bista

Fake photo, you will find nothing from that. Too much expensive with zero customer care. Waste of money

Kevin McIlvain

Great Tikka Masala! We also really liked their garlic naan. Would definitely go there again. Quiet atmosphere and attentive staff.

Bandana Ghimire

Great food. Great service. Definitely a place to go.

Mirenli Negrón

Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing food! Waiters are patient and very helpful with customers. Service was fast and everything was made very well. The naan is thicker than I have had before, but still very good. I have no idea how thick naan is supposed to be.

Claus Pelz

We have gotten carry out from there many times and it's usually ok meaning not bad but it doesn't have the spice and flavor you would find at an Indian restaurant in England or India. Today we got the non vegetarian dinner and the meat tasted gamey and the butter chicken had pieces that I had to spid out. And it tasted really bland today so we'll be taking a break from that place. I gave 3 stars because it's usually better.

Halle Kearney

This is by far my favorite Nepalese / Indian restaurant in Chicago. I went to the first one on Devon area (that's how you know it's authentic - they have a location on Devon!), and was so happy that they had a location closer to me in the city. While I can't speak for their service (as I usually order through GrubHub or pick up), their food is truly phenomenal. I love the chicken biryani & naan especially. It's pretty much the only food I buy on a constant basis. I would highly recommend this place!

Lorraine Brown

Ordered take-out. The food was ready on arrival, piping hot and DELICIOUS! Will definitely eat in next time. Oh, and did I mention the warm welcome received when we picked up our food?

Kishan Patel

I went there for their lunch buffet. Around $12 all you can eat. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. Service was good, and staff was very friendly. The food itself was good. The naans took a little bit of time to come out, but they were freshly made and tasty. Overall, I would go back there again. Area's of improvement: serve cold water rather than room temp.

Sinthuja Ramalingam

We had a family get together here. The food was good, and the staff was very patient. We had many people ordering at different times, and several kids in the group, and the staff helped us choose items that would work with a few different food allergies. I would probably rate the food 3.5 or 4, but the service pulls the restaurant up to a 5.

Rocio Ramirez

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try Indian food and let me tell you I'm glad we picked Nepali Cuisine. Our waiter helped us choose some good dishes to try and was very helpful.. Then we find out he was the manager.. Even better!! Thank you

Lakisha Barbee

Great food!

kuyoio ghj

The customer service is always speedy, fantastic character, super friendly staff members. I will come back again when I am nearby.

Biswajit Maharathi

Nice place with a walking distance from lake shore. The lighting set up is dim and comfortable. Being an indian, I like this place. Good food with a taste of North Indian/ Nepalese culinary. Definitely recommend this place.

Prashant Sharma

One the best Indian food i have eaten in Chicago!! Chilli panner and Malai Kofta are a must try! Great service and awesome food!! Totally loved it!! will come again for sure!!

krishnan venkateshwaran

Good food.

Shavis Ali

Probably the worst Nepalese restaurant I have ever been too.

Aaron Rasmussen

The food was good. The staff was attentive but not overly. The only issue was the constant annoyance of the meal delivery drivers who were impatient and rude to the staff. The place isn't too big so unless you were in a booth, you could see/hear them complaining about their wait.

Brijesh Nair

I ordered chicken biriyani here for my dinner while on a business trip and it was very tasty. This place has very good ambience...

diana hart

I live near by and come here a couple of times a month. I love the chicken tikka masala it is so yummy. The buffet is very generous and reasonable. I’m glad this restaurant is in my neighborhood!

ashish patel

Was disappointed due to lack of proper updated timing on google . It said open and when reached there was closed with some kind of inconvenience sign

Ritu Narikkattu

Delicious blend of Indian and Nepalese food. The service is amazing, they treat you like family and do everything to make you feel comfortable. The hosts are so proud of their food and culture and are so open to sharing experiences and have you try new food. The food is delicious, just warm comfort food - you can go wrong. Worth checking out the buffet! The space is small, but clean.

arabinda5064

Really awsome. Specially the mutton curry

Scott C. Lemon

I stopped by for a late lunch and caught the end of the buffet ... and it was delicious! Great price, good variety of dishes, tasty and some good spice also! The owner was generous and accommodating ... a great experience!

Ambika Bastola

So delicious tasty !!!! Will be back soon

Maneel Bharadwaj

Over priced and did not provide authentic test...staffs were friendly but food was not worth the price you pay

Binam Bajracharya

Food was expensive for what it was. Wouldn't call it authentic Nepali food at all.

Kalyan Johnny Bongo Pathak

Excellent authentic tastes and the variety is good. A bit on the pricey side but in accordance with the area. I found the bathroom to be unventilated and stuffy.

Natalie Pasquinelli

I love this place! The mango lassis are tasty and the dinners for two are huge and delicious. Would recommend!

saurabh anand

Chicken 65 should have gravy..it was dry..

Madhu Reddy

I like this place. Many vegetarian options. Good service

Eleanor Wehner

First time I've gotten to a place that specializes in Nepali food! The momos were delicious. Their garlic naan was also fantastic. I need to get to Chicago more.

Nisha Dhakal

Love the food !!! So tasty, fresh good quality!! Always love to eat such kind of food!! Thanks to all members!!!! Good job

Rohit Khanal

When I first walked in I was immediately greeted very warmly which made me feel at home .I was then put in a comfortable seat and treated very well.the food was delicious and the music which was playing in the background was also very soothing.

Adheesh Saxena

We just went for lunch buffet once. And that's the only time we will ever go there for lunch (or any other meal) Average food, tiny buffet with not many options. I think they dont get many customers, which would explain such a kid size buffet. Never going there again! Shouldn't be rated this high!

Ananda Chhetri

Good food. Tight parking spot. We walked about 15 minute from the parking. But it's in downtown so I guess it's acceptable.

SAI- TAN

Good food, a best place for Nepalese food at south loop.

Anirudh Bomadevar

Good buffet during lunch hours, good menu, can use more dishes during the buffet, non buffet prices are a little higher for the food quality

August Ayers

I honestly liked their dishes and customer service, great location nearby to where I live. The workers are always welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lauren Manfrin

When I ordered coffee from the menu, I was told there was no coffee. We ordered an appetizer, and I thought it was taking a rather long time. So when our entree arrived, we asked about our app. It was then brought to our table cold. We were still charged for it. Then, when the manager brought the check for payment, I started to say “thank you,” but he turned his back on me and walked away before I could get the words out. It felt as though the staff was indifferent to our experience. Frankly, the manager was quiet rude. The food that came out hot tasted pretty good. But the portions were small. I wouldn’t go back. There’s too much else within walking distance to waste time and money on mediocre food and bad service.

Manisha Aryal

This is the best Nepalese restaurant that I have ever visited!!! So good fresh food !!! The service was excellent !!! Thanks to all

Zahid Nabi

Good food

AISHWARYA SAXENA

Great experience .. really good food specially Momo's and very good hospitality. The manager at the reception is really good 2 stars for food and 3 stars for the manager.

Ruben Singh

Awesome food, awesome ambience, and excellent staff. Truly felt as if you had gone back to nepal !

Chirag Patel

Bland food. Predominantly nan-based cluster (charge extra for roti) when rest of the restaurants have moved on to offering options.

Marius J

dont come here, it looks like they focused on uber eats more then customers inside, we sat for 30 min. without food while on to go stuff was flying thru the door, so better sit at home and order on line.

michelle gosselin

Great food & service!

Gaurav Kushwaha

I have been here multiple times and ordered food online as well using UberEats. they treat customer very badly, once I reached at 9:07 pm and they told me its closed whereas on google and there website as well timing is until 9:30 pm. very rude behavior and disappointing.

La Fami Potato

Great and authentic food!

Anirudh Kaja

The food and service is really good

dilip reddy

One of my favorite place in Chicago Downtown to order Indian food. Great butter chicken, Chicken tikka masala, paneer and lamb curry. Oh and prices were great too. This restaurant has amazing customer service! All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Nepal House is the best restaurant in the Chicago Downtown. No one can beat this restaurant.

rajesh kannekanti

I ordered veg and non-veg trays for 45 people on my son's first bday. The quality and taste was really great. All the guests enjoyed the food. Mango pudding was awesome. Thanks to Nepal house for providing the best quality.

Nicole Nelson

Certainly worth going back to. They have so many great reviews for a reason.

Jerome Espinosa Baladad

Good to see a place like this here, so I tried it. It's a good experience. I was there for lunch, had quick service from them. Clean and neat place.

Prashant Lamichhane

Chowmein was not good like expected. Even the noodles was different. Goat Choela was pretty good.

Stephen Jones

Good good okay service.

Samir Raut

They don’t even try.

Joshua Mason

Very very good food, good spice level. Delivery was fast and accommodating.

Nasheed Hossain

Greqt place to eat. Lunch buffet is pretty extensive and fresh

Jolly -Brawl Stars

Some of the best meals I have had the goat was amazing

Tania Blythe

Not much of Buffett and service not too hot

Ruth Whittington

Excellent food and service! Try the Mango yogurt drink, it is wonderful. Ordered the family meals and loved them.

David Schwartz

An ok Nepalese indian restaurant in the South Loop. A good, if limited, lunch smorgasbord

Antonio Cabral

Amazing experience. Great food. Curry was not overpowering and the naan was amazing. Lamb nann was a great treat and something I have never had before.

Pankaj Kafley

Avoid this place if you are looking for a Nepali restaurant. This is just an average Indian takeaway joint. The food is bland, the service is horrible and the place reeks. Goat choila has ketchup in it, frozen momo served with strange indian styled sauce and the Nepali goat curry wasn't salted at all. Never again ..

Jashanjeet Singh

Food quality - Poor Service- Poor. I would recommend not to stop by and waste your Time.

Paper Axes

Good food, good service. Caught the lunch buffet and they were quick to refill water and clear plates.

Alistar Lavonia

Excellent! Will be returning once more. The site is excellent for me.

Ashish Anshu

Food is very good but prices are little High

Anne Foley

Food was delicious! Love that there is Indian and Nepali options on the menu. Wine list was good but not "extensive.". My tween kids found plenty to like. Wait staff is super attentive. We had leftovers to take home and enjoy tomorrow.

Philip Mohr

I really enjoy going here and having the lamb curry. Great flavor and perfect portion size. Prompt service. Perfect for having a meal before a show at one of the theaters downtown.

harshal Limdi

Mango lassi was like a sugar syrup.

Ryan Kent

This place was pretty good. The mango lassi was delicious and the vegetable samosas were too. The naan was warm and buttery. The palak paneer was good but needed more flavor. The service was attentive and the restaurant was clean. I felt the prices were a bit high for the quality and quantity. I love near Devon St so I don't really have a reason to come back here.

Paul Dominguez Gutierrez

The food was amazing. The Momo dumplings we great and the lamb tikka masala was fantastic. It had a touch of sweetness and wonderful level of spice; very flavorful. Mango lassie was so good as well. Everything was great including the friendly staff

Premium Prasai

First time here from St. Louis.we had lamb choila, chicken chowmein excellent !! Remind me my county

A1 LA

This is the best Indian restaurant in Chicago! I have been to several Indian restaurants, but this is by far the best. My favorite menu item is Goat Briyani. In addition, the service was swift and satisfying. I recommend this place to anybody!

Nameera Fatima

They have the most amazing Samosas. And the chutney is the best!! I always take a carryout on my way home in the evening.

Mary Lim

My coworkers and I wanted Indian food close to our hotel for lunch, and we read these reviews for Nepal House on Michigan, thinking it would be at least above average. When we got there, we all had the lunch buffet. The flavor was bland and disappointing. I also saw a cockroach in the bathroom, that had been smushed and just left there on the floor...which makes me wonder how this place got 4 stars! Deceptive rating. Won’t come back to this restaurant.

Elias Garmendia

Cool little place, as far as indian/nepales food goes this is one of the good ones. Will come back and try different dish next time I get a chance.

J

This place has great food and interesting staff.

Donald Williams

Good buffet, but they didn't have Kingfisher.

Maja Rudziewicz

Great service and amazing lunch buffet. Lots of delicious vegetarian options. We will be back!

Upendra Gandhi

great place for food. calm and quiet . feels like in the Himalayan mountains...great tasting Indiana and Nepal cousins. courteous people.

uday demaran

Trust me they need more training. I'm an Indian chef and I was in deep pain and disappointed when I tasted chicken makhani. They should improve.

Alex Sias

Was there with my Family! Loved the Curry dishes and the service with a Smile (:

Harshini Chandran

Terrible experience! Food was average and the service was worst. Stay away if you want to eat good food.

Katrina Antonio

The food was good but the delivery guy was late, didnt have ID even though the delivery instructions specifically stated it was required for my building. He said he lost it. Order was missing items. May not order here again just bc of service.

kiran vooda

Not sure why they are rated high ... good quality food that is not appetizing at all. Except the veg momos (appetizer) nothing was good here ... they never cared to check on us after food was brought to the table... will not waste my money here ever again

Lydia Taylor

This restaurant had 5 stars from me before I even ordered food. The owner was very courteous in helping us find dishes we would like, it's very friendly for vegetarians like my mother and non-vegetarians like myself alike. We love it here!

Mynor Allan

The host needs rather another job or just manners. I care about the food but I care the most about customer service and this lady is way far from having it.

Abdullah Ali

I will give one star only because the service was Quite terrible. I went there on evening dinner. I walked in The employees even didn’t offer me a high a high chair for my baby. They charge me 18% service fee out of order. As I was talking to the manger about complaint of the price, he wanted to ripe me off by saying all restaurants nearby charge service fee in addition to tax. Another concern is I had doubts that butter chicken we ordered was canned food. Salsa taste was everything in there! Rice was cooked okay. I will never come back again due the fact that they charge more and give less care.

Ava Johnson

Buffet was an excellent way to try a little of everything. Service was attentive and polite. Wasn't busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Will be back for sure.

Utkarsh Mahajan

The food was stale. Chicken Tandoori had a piece of hair in it. The quality of the buffet was horrendous and the staff was least bothered. It's not worth paying that for such a low quality buffet.

Lt Zach Martin

Very pricey,,, better have slot of cash,, food was

Order Eat Review

Had Nepal House over the weekend when I was in Chicago. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to! Food is so fresh and irresistible. They have a many options on the menu. We had the Paneer Tikka Masala, Lamb Curry with rice. The amazing garlic naan, and vege samosa. All very good and a must try if you are in the Chicago area.

r s

Horrible naan COSTCO HAS BETTER!! Soft soggy appeared only partially cooked and super thin falling apart. DELIVERY TOOK TWO HOURS! I was able to watch an entire movie before the food was delivered. I could have cooked this myself and still been finished cooking and eating before this was every delivered Not to mention would have been much cheaper that way The food was COLD only ONE serving of rice for two main dishes. Who does that? Portions are excessively small especially for extreme high price you pay for them. Food quality was only mediocre AT BEST. Oddly enough much better the second day but still. AVOID AT ALL COST! You can do better, you will find much better in Chicago this is not the Indian food restaurant you are looking for. Run away! This was A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE. I have requested that GrubHub remove them from their list of restaurants.

Gireesh Punjot

We ordered special veg dinner for two people and the food was too good. The only problem was that both the price and quantity of food were equally high. They must lower the price as well as the quantity. It will save money and food both.

Vidya Balagopal

At 8.30 pm on a sat evening I was told the kitchen was closed ! Was not able to get food ☹️

Stephen Bauser

Great food, reasonably priced.

Charles Szymanski

Nice casual dining place, with a great buffet and prompt table service.

John Champion

Stopped here for lunch on Saturday around 2, we were seated immediately and asked if we would like buffet or order off the menu. We decided to do the buffet but as we got our first plates of food, the server came by and told us to get whatever else we needed from the buffet to get now as they were going to be putting up everything at 2:30. I was very disappointed and felt if he had told us that before seating us, would have saved the time and inconvenience to hoard plates of food on our table or being asked to scarf down lunch because they had to clean up. It felt like an insult, because I have worked in the hospitality business, I understand they have specific buffet hours but why can't they let patrons finish that are already in the restaurant instead of removing everything or asking them to grab as many plates as they wanted before the buffet is going to be put up. On a side note, the food itself was mediocre at best, butter chicken was disgustingly sweet, the noodles were bland, the greens were very runny. I will not return here.

Swati Jadhav

Authentic Nepalese Restaurant. Great Ambience and Welcoming staff. The taste and flavor of food is excellent. Plenty of options for vegetarians. Prices are relatively moderate. Easily accessible location by any mode of transport. Highly recommend. Worth visiting !

Nathan Lile

Wonderfully cozy atmosphere, the buffet completely exceeded my expectations in terms of flavor and variety. Cannot wait to go back!

Anza Music

Really poor quality Nepali food I’ve had. The lamb and palak paneer was not very flavorful and lamb was hard and wish the momo’s were better and not soggy. I recommend some of the places in Devon places if you are looking for good food similar in taste. The dishes here are very watery and no flavor.

Kristian Fog

Awful place. Awful service. Awful food. Stop calling it Nepalese restaurant, there is nothing Nepalese about it.

Seamus Marshall

Would certainly recommend trying this place. Awesome mood, tasty food, great customer service. Keep it up.

Awaaz Nanzu

Worst Customer Service,Worst ever tasted nepali food.Food was stale as if stocked for many days.

dikura gurung

Awesome restaurant good service.good people. Good food everything..... Love this place.

Tuyen Tran

Great $12 weekend lunch buffet. Salad bar isn't much but there are at least a dozen hot options to pick from. Love the mango pudding for dessert

Raam Bharathi

Small but decent place to grab close to Indian style food

Manoj Kumar

I was there with my family for our launch. I am giving them 5 star as they have delicious buffet which include variety of items. The service was perfect. We really enjoyed our launch. I am giving one more star for beautiful pictures on the wall. Thank you Nepal House.

Gagan S

The veg biryani was mind blowing. Surprisingly the most authentic Biryani I have had in the US.

Dawnee Cochran

Consistently good food

Natalie VandePol

It was very good. Visited for a late lunch on a Saturday. Good weekend buffet, mango custard and a goat curry, which I associate with the "fancy" buffet offerings. Tasty and well executed. Mostly vegetarian dishes, great "chicken Tikka masala", though I think it may have had a slightly different name. This might be my own lack of sophistication, but it seemed pretty identical in offerings and flavors to my local Indian restaurant. So, don't feel like adventure is too much a prerequisite for a visit. Like I said, it is well executed.

Tom Fischer

Delicious Food. Fantastic buffet.

Venkatesh Mohanakrishnan

Its time to give a review for this house!! The lunch buffet menu was just ok.. i dint feel the difference between Indian and a Nepali cuisine... Staffs were lazy, food quality is border line Not a friendly staff and we ordered vegge momos which came after we finished the lunch buffet.. Its time to rectify else there are other Nepalese cruise restaurants in the same town to eat away your business

paris tyler

Good choices, good buffet. Not too spicy.

Vernon Verga

Decent place to get a bite.

Julio Sanchez

Nepal House was incredible! The restaurant is very clean, and the server was very kind and helpful. He made great suggestions for the guests who were eating Indian food for the first time. We absolutely loved the food; it was very flavorful and well seasoned, and each dish was very unique.
