Was seated right away...then things went south.....was overlooked for several minutes. Other folks were seated after us and got chips, salsa and drinks right away... we finally got someone to ask for our drink order...then he asked if we wanted queso...what??...we didn't even have chips yet! We ordered and received our food. The steak quesadilla didn't have much of taste to it, but the chicken quesadilla was good. The rice is good. For our first time visiting this establishment we were disappointed with the service...don't know if we will try them again....sad.... because I love this kind of food.

My wife and I went for lunch today 12/14/18. Our server was Jonathan and he was GREAT!!!! We had their signature Luciana’s margaritas, and they were excellent. We shared the lunch Texas Fajitas, and ChoriQueao. The portion was just right, and the food came out quick and hot. The atmosphere in this place was excellent and the hospitality was just as good. I highly recommended this place.

Excellent alcoholic beverages. Drinks you may have never even heard of. The food was fresh and very tasty. The booths were private and a nice place for a date night. We will definitely go back.

Pretty good for Indiana Mexican food. Portions are very large. I left feeling bloated (which I suppose is a good endorsement because I was trying to finish my meal.) 10-14 dollar entrees. If you're looking to get stuffed with some flavorful fare, this will fit the bill. Staff was attentive, food arrived promptly. Several well placed large screen TVs. Decent looking bar. if you are a couple and looking to eat while watching the game, I recommend sitting at the bar and splitting an entree.

Terrific! As we left the restaurant we tried to figure out why our food experience was so much better than other Mexican restaurants here in town. Our conclusion was that the ingredients were fresher and higher quality than other places we've eaten....in some cases night and day from the waxy fare you get in cut- rate places. The rice was so fluffy and delicious, the beans were just right and the entrees were hot and perfect. And we got a lot of food! Too much food to finish... It had to be boxed up for home and we were happily stuffed. Add a very reasonable bill to that and you have a winning combination! Our server Chris was very nice and quick to bring us whatever we needed. No complaints whatsoever about our visit! :-)

The food is amazing and so is the staff. They're incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me substitute cheese for chicken in my enchiladas and they fill them soo full. Their red sauce is delightful and tastes truly authentic. Great prices. Great staff. Douglas is the best waiter by far and Alex mixes an amazing margarita. Try their queso, you won't regret it. When you order something extra spicy, be prepared. Some chefs make it a bit spicier than others but they aren't fooling around. Overall, the rest of the food is pretty mild, you do have to ask for heat.

I give food a 5 star rate. I give the service a 1 star. Service is nonexistent. They take your drink order, come back and take your food order. The person that took our food order didn't even deliver it. He never came back to check on us or to see if we needed anything. We had to stop him and ask for a box and the check! Very very disappointing.

I was with a party of six we arrived at about 7:30 were seated within minutes drinks and orders were taken but it took well over half hour for our food to arrive with this being said food is exceptional would highly recommend this place I understand the rush that's the only negative I can say..

The food was fantastic, the wait staff could use a little more training....we waited for a very long time before we were served our drinks, and it was not busy. We were told the waiter or waitress could tell us what was gluten free on the menu, they were not knowledgeable at all.

Our first time in. Had Carne Asada ( skirt steak ) cooked and seasoned beautifully. Wife had burrito American and her comments were all good. Best Mexican restaurant in Indiana from a Texan looking for 20 years in Indy. Server Luis suggested the meal and his service was attentive. We will be back!

Great staff! They were busy when we got there but were seated right away. Our server got our drinks quickly and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. We each got our own thing of salsa to go along with the chips. Our food came out quickly and I was surprised by how big the portions were. When our meal came our server also brought us new drinks. The Texas Quesadilla was great and the chicken and steak were cooked perfectly (I left off the shrimp). The menu had a good variety to choose from. Definitely will be back to try some other items.

My fiance and I tried out the restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. We both ordered 2 different chicken entrees and they tasted great. However that night at the same exact time we both ended up getting horribly sick with FOOD POISONING from the food.We were up ALL night in and out of the bathroom. Worst dining experience ever!

Was very upset with our service. We ordered take out. Just simple carnita dinners and they forgot the rice and beans, lettuce, tomatoes. And when I called he said well we can give you those things for free that you were missing.. umm hello everything on the menu pretty much comes with all of that stuff. They definitely didnt know how to handle a mess up order. And when i called and told them they forgot my rice n beans she started laughing. Like umm it might be funny to you but dont laugh on the phone with the customer that just paid for stuff..

This place is amazing. Food was as good as a 4 star restaurant. My wife and I both finished oor plates. Our daughter got full because the portions are so big. Dos Equis XX Amber on tap made the place top notch for me. Definitely will return with the family again.

Wonderful food served up in large portions is the short story here. There is something for everyone: seafood, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, flan, fried ice cream, tacos, and even some vegetarian options. I resorted to ordering from one of the four offerings that had caught my eye before I had gotten through the entire menu. The staff is friendly in this family owned establishment, which is named for one of their daughters. The food was so good that I made myself miserable finishing every last bite. I rarely am inspired to such self abuse.

People are friendly. Service is good. I ordered tacos and the tortillas aren't regular corn tortillas. They had a weird texture and flavor-like they were doughy. I didnt eat them-I just picked the meat off. Instead of a double portion of rice with the fajitas I am not sure why it doesn't come with rice and beans. I prefer more traditional Mexican-but-this is a good place for those that like your typical Mexican restaurant. I think it will do good-it's just not for me.

I loved it. The food is relatively cheap and comes in huge portions. If you dont like waiting in line go inside and ask the hostess if you can reserve a booth and if you give her your number you can go to the shops around or wait in the car and get a text for when your table is ready. Amazing service and kind workers. I will be eating here again.

The Arroz con Pollo is what I get every time I go in, would recommend to people who don't always like Mexican as it is only chicken, rice, and tons of queso. After reading the reviews of this somewhat new to the area Mexican place, we decided to give it a shot. Having heard of the super long wait times, we figured if it was bad, we would just pop down 135 and go to our fav Mexican place, Margarita's. We must have planned perfectly as the place was almost empty and we were seated right away! This was a Saturday evening too! However, I believe the caveat here is that pretty much all of Indy was being absolutely pounded by thunderstorms, and Beech Grove even had a tornado, so I think everyone else was hunkered down at home! Anyway, our waiter arrived promptly, and we ordered a big Texas Margarita to share. It arrived promptly, accompanied by a basket of chips and salsa (I also ordered cheese for dipping). The Margarita was really good, although I still have to give our other fav place a higher score for overall flavor. Chips could have been a bit crisper and fresher, salsa was tasty, cheese was plentiful and piping hot! My husband ordered the Golden Enchiladas, which were really good (I think I would choose those on a possible repeat visit!) while I got the very generous Texas Fajitas. I wish the veggies were chopped just a bit thinner, as some of the pieces were really quite large and chunky, for putting in a soft fajita shell. To finish things off, we had their fried ice cream, which gets 4 thumbs up from us! Prices were quite reasonable, and overall service was really good, though we did have to wait a while for our check (no idea why). Would I go there again? Sure! Would I wait 45 mins for a table, like some folks have had to do? Umm no. I would drive 10 mins down the road and go to Margarita's, lol.

Came in late last night after a softball tournament. They accommodated our group of 18 very well. Service was exceptionally prompt and attentive. Chips and salsa were good and had a little spice. Food was very appealing when it came out and tasted great. The Luciana's margaritas were on special and several had them and said they were good. I'll also say it looked like an actual bartender took time to make them with care (presentation was excellent), not just some liquid and ice thrown in a huge glass like at many other Mexican restaurants. We've now visited three of the Luciana's locations and have had a great experience at all of them.

The salsas were clearly made in house and had excellent flavor! Ask for the spicy salsa if you like some heat! I had the Natalia's Enchiladas which had a very tasty verde sauce on it. Everything I had was definitely the most flavorful food I've had at a Mexican restaurant in Indy at this price point.

Sadly, this was our second trip here and we'll never go again. The service was poor. Not rude, but not friendly. Very slow and inattentive. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken in the tamale tasted like it had been boiled and then dried out. No seasoning. Everything was bland, not cooked well and just tasted off. Never again.

The food and service were both great. I had the Carmones a la Diabla, which I highly recommend. This the second time we have been there and I had this dish both times. It is shrimp and sauteed onions smothered in a spicy diablo sauce. It is served with rice, refried beans, avocado, lettuce and pico, with three tortilla shells. It is a healthy portion and has not disappointed either time.

This was our first visit. It was SUPER busy, but that just means it's good, right? YES!! I absolutely loved the Tacos Trios that I ordered. Definitely high quality and made with care. My husband and daughter enjoyed theirs as well. I also had a tasty margarita. Because they were so busy, the service was probably slower than if they were less busy and could spend more time individually. However, even though the poor workers were running around like crazy, the service wasn't bad. Our chips and drink refills were taken care of. I highly recommend! This may be our new go-to Mexican reataurant!

First time here I ordered steak fajitas with rice and refried beans my husband ordered the Texas fajitas! Large portions no doubt! I also had two 16 oz margaritas which they charged me 9.50 EACH! Margaritas came in a small jar size portion not the large round glass. My friend received same size margaritas and she was charged 5.00 for hers. Needless to say our bill ended up being 66.99 plus tip! So 80.00 evening for us!!! That’s just two of us plus one 5.00 margarita and one tea for friends!!! More and likely will not return

I'll start by saying that the food was great. The pitcher of the Texas margarita was great. First impression of the service was poor however. One host to answer phone and seat guests. He sat us and the couple in front of us while on the phone. Server didnt know the menu. Asked what the difference between the fried burrito and fried enchilada was and he didn't know. Asked what was in the fried burrito and he said what ever the menu says. Well no, what came in the burrito wasnt just chicken and cheese. Great price for portion. Will return just hope for a different server.

My first time going to this restaurant. My friend I was with, suggested it. I ordered a chicken burrito. Every piece from a chicken was in there, dark meat, white meat, meat with gristle, meat with cartilage. I will not be returning. I was hoping to take my husband there to try this new place.
