The hostess had a friendly smile and seated me close to the buffet. I stopped in for the buffet that was advertised. Really good hot thin crust pizza and the usual salad bar. The building wad rough looking inside and out but clean. The ordered dishes going to other tables looked good and generous. I will come back.

I have now tried this place twice and both times have been bad experiences. The first time I waited almost an hour after ordering my food, for the server to come tell us our order ticket never went through. He was friendly and comped our meal, and when it finally arrived it was good. So I decided to give it another chance today and try their lunch "buffet". The buffet was underwhelming to say the least, a couple of cold pizzas and basic salad is all it consisted of. But I gave it a shot, as stated the pizza was COLD, but it gets better...I found a HAIR in my pizza. I informed the server and he took my plate, didnt apologize, and never came back to my table. Obviously my appetite was over with but I had to call another server over to bring me my check. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend spending your money on the hairy cold pizza "buffet". Chicagos is up the road and has a much better selection.

Greeted with excellent service! Food was phenomenal and the prices, especially for the lunch buffet is the ultimate bang for your buck! 7.95 for that buffet, which includes a drink. Would highly recommended! Will definitely come back!

By far the best I've had yet. The food is soooo good I mean absolutely mouth watering. The tenderloin is extra large and juicy. The fries are hot and just what you'd expect them to be. We called in to pick our order up and they were so pleasant to speak with. I also recommend the Panzerotti. It's a calzone that's stuffed to the brim with deliciousness. Definitely go if you haven't yet, you won't be disappointed.

Blink and you miss it location is worth the visit. Portions are huge and cheese is grated fresh inhouse. The salads and bread knots are awesome. Any main entre I've tried has been excellent. Staff is attentive and helpful. I highly recommend!

On our way through Indy from Minnesota to Kentucky. Such a GEM! Don't let the unassuming outside fool you. Lots of tasty house made food. Our server Madi did a great job on suggesting items and being super knowledgeable on the menu... in addition to being a great server in general. Pictures are the housemade lasagna and the stromboli calzone. Great food. Great service. Great prices.

We went there last night and had an overall good experience being the third time we’ve been there. However, the reason I’m only giving three stars is because we tried using our ‘Buy one - Get one free’ coupon that we purchased for $5 on the Dining Advantage app. Unfortunately, Kinsey’s only accepts the printed version of the coupon. I redeemed the coupon using the mobile version and once it’s redeemed you can’t go back to change your option to printed. It ultimately cost me $5 plus having to pay for the meal we would have gotten for free. Other than that, the food was great and the staff was friendly.

The food is fantastic! The restaurant interior leaves a lot to be desired, but don't let that scare you away. Ordering carryout is painless, as the staff is very friendly and double checks to make sure your order is correct. The only thing that keeps me from being a regular is the prices. While the food is good, they're prices are more aligned with a more upscale place.

They always hav great food & vry friendly Staff & Employees. I need 2 try more of their varied foods. But I don't drink sodas. I asked 4 lemonade & thought I was gettng some fresh made frm real lemons. Found out it was lemonade flavored soda. Tht lie upsetted me a bit. So I will eat there, but likely not ovr drink anything frm there anymore.

I've been here about a half dozen times. I like their pizza more than the pasta dishes (although the trio combo of lasagna, ravioli, and spaghetti was pretty good). However, I wasn't able to use my Entertainment (BOGO entre) discount for the pizza. The portions are ample and usually result in me taking some home. I didn't rate it 5/5 because the Alfredo sauce was tasty but not the texture or appearance I'd expect, it was separating and had some translucency. I've always had prompt and friendly service and have even been visited by the owner while dining. I shall return...

The food wasn't that good, the menu was not informative enough .My wife order an entree and it was too spicy . The menu didn't inform that it was spicy. When my wife informed the waitress that she cannot eat spicy food . My wife reorder from the menu but the spicy entree was not removed from our bill . I will not come back for that reason nor will I recommend anyone to this restaurant!!!!!!

Friendly service, kids love the pizza and pasta options, prices are reasonable. Calzones are good too. Fried cheese sticks look to be hand breaded which is a good sign of their standards as that would be super easy to just get frozen from a wholesaler. Thumbs up.

if youre in the area, you have to stop in. we got the house salad, mozarella sticks, meatball sub and a calzone. everything was hot and delicious. the service was wonderful, and the place was in excellent shape/cleanliness.

Kinsey's... All I can say is how on earth do they make a profit? This is NOT at all a negative thing for us patrons!!! My comment is that their portion sizes are huge and their prices are very low. If your hungry, you won't leave here that way. The meat trio is amazing and love their lasagna is great! We get takeout all the time and have had doordash a few times from Kinsey's. The restaurant itself is not memorable but that's not why you go here (that is the ONLY reason I took a star off). Its for the food!

An unexpected treat in Mccordsville. Real Italian food with excellent service by Stephanie. We weren't expecting the meat balls to be made with a medium spicy Italian sausage, quite a pleasant surprise. A very large portion, too. The fettuccine tasted fresh made as did the alfredo sauce. Maybe a touch too much garlic for my taste but it must not have been too bad since I cleaned my plate, err, bowl. We definitely plan to return and well done Stephanie!

This place is a definite must try. Servers are attentive and personable. A lot of food for a reasonable price. The pizza buffet is delicious. They have the best calzones I've ever had! Great wings, fish, tenderloins, pizza, and pasta. Really the food is just stellar. A good selection of wine and beer. Their sweet tea is also very good. Let me not forget they perfect, and I mean perfect, garlic knots!

I have only had this place for pizza carryout. We always get the double stuffed pizza. This pizza is loaded with toppings and has an upper crust to hold it all in. My whole extended family loves the pizza and we usually get two or three when we go. Be careful how many slices you eat or you will be in a food coma. This is a real fork and knife type pizza. The cost seems a little high to some but I feel the value is actually great. I believe they said the pizza weighs 13lbs

Had an 8pm dinner here and we had the chicken salad and then followed up with some chicken wings. It might have been the best Italian salad I've had in awhile. The chicken was fantastic in the Italian dressing just wonderful. The chicken wings are also incredible. Last but not least our server was wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Now, don't be put off by the initial appearance of the interior decor. This was our first time at Kinsey's. We were taken care of by a lovely lady named Stephanie. She is charming, witty, and has a great sense of humor. We started with some mozzarella sticks. Tasted like they were hand breaded...pretty good! My wife ordered the Panzerotti and I ordered the Seafood Pasta. Both dishes were quite tasty and there was plenty to bring home for later. We'll definitely visit again!

7/3 - If your looking for a local restaurant with that home town feel, try this place out. The place is located in one of the older strip shopping areas in town. Went for the first time (been a local resident for over 10 years) on Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised to find a well updated and modern looking restaurant. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and seated next to a window. The waitress (Stephanie) was a joy to have as our server. She was knowledgable on the items on the menu and smiled the whole time. She was attentive and noticed when our drinks were low and visited us frequently, just to check on us. We will definitely be back to this place, as it felt good knowing that we provided our business to a local establishment. PS - Be prepared to ask for a box, the portions are generous.
