I really don't want to give any stars today. When I walked in this afternoon, there was no one to greet or seat us. After several minutes, we stood at the entrance of the dining area to get noticed. After finally being seated, still no one came to even get our drink order, allowing us ample enough time to decide to take our business elsewhere.

Wow! George's is amazing. From the pretzel sticks to the Reuben sandwich. The employees were amazing and nice. I wish i could meet more people like them. There is absolutely no way you'd leave this place dissatisfied.

My family and I looked at the menu before going. I was expecting at best a 3/5 burger because of the $7.99 price point. Boy was I wrong. The burger itself was fantastic and the lettuce, tomato, and sauces were awesome. Nowhere in Indiana have I ever had Bleu Cheese properly cooked on a burger. This is the first restaurant I've ever been to in Indiana to cook the cheese to perfection, not too much or too little (which with Bleu Cheese is very easy to ruin). 2 others in my party had burgers as well, and their cheese was perfect as well. Needless to say I'm very impressed and will be back for sure.

Four of us went to dinner there three of us got the pretzel prime rib French dip and it was very good however the fourth person got the Open Face steak sandwich she asked for rare she had to send back her first one because it was more done than she liked and it was cold the second one was not much better they are friends of ours and I doubt if they'll come back

We had a private room for a reunion. George’s assigned 3 wait staff to us and they were awesome. Somehow they got everyone’s orders as we were milling around and brought the correct orders to the right people! We ordered from the menu and everything was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I came in @ 9:10pm on a Tuesday night (They close at 10 pm. The service was excellent but the food was not good. This was my second time eating here. The first time was good. Second time was not. Ordered the Chicken Marcella with green beans. It came out as chicken and gravy with extremely overly cooked green beans. We also ordered calamari as an appetizer. It was overcooked and chewy. Not to positive that I will return, but, if I do it will be well before their last hour of business.

Great restaurant and the menu has a lot of variety. My son and I had dinner outside while my daughter was at a pizza party inside. Food was fantastic and our server Joel was great. He was very attentive and friendly. The pepperoni breadsticks and chicken velvet soup were so yummy. Definitely will go back.

Never have I felt so unwelcome in a place where I was actively trying to spend money. After being ignored for over 20 minutes, finally having to take our order seemed to anger the gentleman behind the bar, as did dropping off our food with a clatter of plates. No idea why this guy was so rude to us, but it was a real turn off for this place. People who sat at the bar after us were waited on first, which was obnoxious, and then we got this attitude for no reason. Food was decent, nothing spectacular. Mixed drinks were excellent, so that was the highlight of the place. After seeing so many reviews about the great service here, I was really disappointed.

I have severe food allergies (tomatoes) and they brought out my food with what I had told them I was allergic to. Took it away then brought it back out 1 minute later still having the tomatoe juice on it. Manager started arguing about. Don't recommend this place for anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions! I would give them 0 stars if I could .

George's has exceeded my hopes, I have heard so many great things about this place but the quality of this place is beyond compare. It has a kids menu, very affordable prices, but yet at the same time, fancy. The Monday special of Chilean Salmon is amazing and one of the greatest salmon I have tasted. This is an amazing place for all members of the family, hence the reason why it is called "Gorge's neighborhood grill". Now I really recommend this place.

Really good thin crust pizza. I also love the deep fried mushrooms. Employees are very nice. However they need more than one person handing carry out and curbside orders on Fridays and Saturdays. Waited 20 min for my order and I got there well after it was supposed to be ready. Also....pizza toppings were mixed up between my pizza and the woman picking up before me. Luckily we like pepperoni.

Just heard about this restaurant. Great ambiance and service was prompt. A bit pricey $20 for breaded shrimp that seemed frozen my friend was not impressed. Shrimp with penne pasta and artichokes her husband did not like the aldente. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips and I had Cape a white fish (had bones) good flavor. Overall good experience. We may return again.

I haven't been to George's in ages! A friend decided to take me here since I assisted in a wallpaper removal project. George's is located in the strip mall off of 71st and binford, there is outdoor seating for when it's warm, and plenty of indoor seating. The bar side is fun for groups or If you are looking for a quick bite. The dining side is a good choice as well, and there is a private dining room. Service is quick and friendly! We had to wait for our breadsticks a little longer then expected and they were purchased for us by the manager. Food is awesome! I had the house salad with a really good cherry balsamic dressing. To drink a dirty martini made with gin, very well made, I would of had 2 if it wasn't a week night. For the main course I had the pasta deabla, I loved it! The spicy tomato cream sauce with chucks of tomato and shaved parmesan had a great time and George's and plan to head back soon!

Everything is good here. I had the build your own burger with fries and my guest had the barbecue beef brisket sandwich which was a daily special. Both were excellent. The star of the meal was the cream of portobello mushrooms soup. It was outstanding. Our server was fabulous.

My son plays football for WCHS. He told us that since we were down the street we had to try this establishment. Everyone received their food except my daughter and she basically had to watch us eat. We had our food for a long period of time before her food was brought out. The manager was amazing about the mishap. Not only did he accept ownership of the situation, without hesitation he made it right with us. The food was amazing and we definitely will be eating here again. Even without my Warren Central Warrior.

IF YOU LIKE A REAL DEAL HTL (Hoosier Tenderloin) Sammich...top 3 in Indy...RIGHT HERE! Tender, juicy, and plentiful! Skip the fries...you ain't gonna need the filler! Smother that bad boy with yellow mustard and pickles....PERFECTION! I make it a point to try the HTL in ANY AND EVERY new place that I eat at....call it semi-obsessive culinary curiosity. This may be the best I have had.....just sayin'.

My wife and I love this place. Food and service is great. Menu has something for everyone and we've tried quite a few of the choices from apps to desserts. Their filet is a great deal, great chicken marsala, friend shrimp, fried mushrooms, and their pizza sticks or pizza are all great. Chocolate chip cookie dessert is the way to end the meal!
