Have eaten at this location several times and although the food is good, and the service is great our burgers aren’t cooked as ordered. There is a sign on the wall where you order as to the different ways you can order your meat to be cooked. Yet, ours are always cooked the same even tho we ask for them to be cooked two different ways.

The burger was good but the veggie patty need some help. It was huge, not cooked all the way through and it fell apart as you ate it. The roasted veggies were not cooked all the way through. They tasted like they were boiled for a mi ute or so and then no flavor added. The bacon cheeseburger was good and so where the truffle fries.

Tonight I ordered flamme burger through door dash. They made several mistakes. 1) I requested the bacon on my burger be put on the side because I was going to share it with someone who doesn’t eat pork. I noted this in the order and called the restaurant to make sure they could do this. The person I spoke with assured me it would be on the side in a separate container. When get got the burgers I didn’t see any bacon sticking out the side (like the last time I ordered) so he bit into it and there it was... bacon. 2) my burger was Med rare and not Med well as requested. 3) my $11 chopped salad did not have chicken. We ordered from them last week and had a great order, but if they cannot be consistent and follow simple requests we will not order again.

First time visit long time burger boy! And boy are these burgers great! You can taste the wood smoke! Mgr D Elden very committed to this locale! Whole menu is new twists on flame cooled burgers! Touch pricey but not vs the casket burgers served at most chains! Nicer atmosphere- serve beer! Wish I knew about this place BEFORE MARCH MADNESS! BTW I rarely give 5 stars-Flamme deserves it!

I really want to like Flamme, but I’ve had several issues with this place the several times I’ve been. One of the biggest issues is that I have not once gotten my entire meal at the same time. Fries always come out several minutes after the burger for some reason, as if it’s standard practice. It’s gotten to the point where the people I have gone with and I have finished our burgers, despite trying to take our time, before the fries even get to the table. On top of that, they have a weird system of having you sign the receipt at the table. This is presumably to encourage you to tip your “waiter/waitress”. However the wait staff does not take your orders, or fill your drinks, or anything like that, they simply bring you your food. This is not typically a tippable service anywhere, and it seems like this is a presumptuous way to show it’s expected. The burgers and sandwiches themselves are very good, though they’re served on this board that doesn’t contain the juiciness of the burger very well.

Our 1st time there and food was not great. I ordered a rare burger, it came out well done. My girlfriend ordered a medium burger it was well done. What's the point it asking a temp if the cooks don't know what they're doing. Fries were also soggy. All we were given was 2 free fries on our next visit.

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad, and my wife ordered a build-your-own burger w/fries. Burger was great! Fries were just OK - soggy - but the flavor was good. My salad was a great concept - but missed the mark, due to not being fresh (neither the greens or the tuna). Fishy smelling & tasting tuna is not pleasant - and neither are old, wilted greens in your salad. In general, if one wants to charge $15 for a salad, it shouldn't come from a bag. Beer was great - taxman La Mason was a pleasant surprise. My wife's wine was good. Decent beer and wine @ $5 is a good value.

Holy great googly moogly!!! Prior to today, I'd not heard of Flamme Burger, and I rue that fact!!! The pinnacle of perfection, for me, isn't the fancy, artisan burger. They're lovely, to be sure, but the measure of a burger joint is their basic bacon cheeseburger. AND, FLAMME BURGER KILLED IT!!!! The cheddar bacon burger was exceptional. This simple fact assures me that every other offering they have will be mind-blowing. Please, if you love yourself, then you deserve Flamme Burger!!!! Enjoy and thank me later. -jb

Burgers lacked flavor, service was much to be desired, and they were playing Purge Anarchy while there were at least 5 kids including our own under 6 years old. We ordered two burgers with fries and two juniors with just cheese. The west coast and bourbon were bland and one order of fries never showed up even after multiple reminders. One of the juniors didn’t have cheese and wasn’t corrected. Disappointed. Should have just gone to McDonald’s.

We tried this specifically because it was listed on the saver card we bought to support the Lebanon football team. When we presented the card we were informed that they no longer accept them. Aside from that, our meals were good. I especially enjoyed the vanilla gelato shake.

I arrived at 7:35. The sign for online orders is misleading as it points you outside...so I stood in line for 8 minutes to be redirected quoted “see the girl in the hat” so I kindly present myself to again wait as my order was for pick up at 7:32 according to the receipt. I then was presented with 2 empty cups from another employee as they stated “I see you have 2 lemonades” so I filled the cups myself. After waiting another 10 minutes I got my order. All while watching a employee feed himself with rubber gloves on and wipe sweat off his face with his t shirt while preparing food. Being Friday with 50% of the restaurant empty I have no sympathy and think think the service was less then grand. I will never order from here again

I've only been here twice, but they've always cooked the burger to my liking. Everything is fresh, and you can lightly taste the smoke from the wood-fired grill. I would even say it's just as good as 5 Guys, but they're actually better than 5 Guys simply because of the grill they use. Highly recommended.

Stopped in at 2:30pm for a late lunch. Only one table had customers and all the other tables, unoccupied, were dirty. The drink machine was broken and there was no ice on the premises. Was given one warm 12 oz. can of diet Pepsi to drink. The French fries were undercooked and soggy - not a crispy fry in the bunch. I used to like this place, but won’t be going back. Also, the current batch of workers don’t seem to know anything about customer service. Very inattentive with don’t care attitudes.

Burger was just average. By far, way overpriced for what you get. I have had better food at far cheaper and less ostentatious burger joints. I frankly don't see the appeal. We took our son there at his request for his 17th birthday because he likes to try new burger places and we were not impressed.

Delicious burger!!! I tried a variation that had avocado, mozzarella cheese, roasted red pepper and garlic aioli. WOW!! It was amazing. My fiancé got just a regular burger with a lot of the regular toppings removed and felt like it wasn’t that tasty. After eating more of it he said it was really good. I definitely loved the fries! The young guy at the register lacked a lot of personality and frankly seemed annoyed that I was overwhelmed by all the burger choices.

I have probably dined at this location twenty times in the last year. We have watched a steady decline in both the food and the environment. The first issue is the flies. I have never been to a restaurant with as many flies as there are in this place. You cannot eat without being bothered by them. The food has good flavor but the burgers have gotten progressive greasier every visit. To the point the buns are soggy by the time it hits our table. This was mentioned to staff and we got some explanation about the consistency of the ground beef. Sorry but it is not difficult to drain the grease from a patty before you put it on a bun.

I got the big burger, I think it was called the Goliath. Let me tell ya, half way into that burger, I was thinking, dang, too much food. However, it taste so damn good, I just kept eating and eating. Got the Indy burger and fries for lunch. Burger was really greasy and that detracted from the flavor. Fries came out later than the burger and were somehow both over cooked and still limp at the same time. Table Service was good. 2 drinks out at machine and no straws available. We went on a weeknight and were disappointed. We had ordered 3 sandwiches and two orders of fries and it took 50 minutes to get our food. My husband asked if our food was almost ready and an annoyed response that there were to go orders in front of us. While we were waiting the ceiling was dripping all over the restaurant and rags were left on the tables after wiping them. We have a little one who had lost her patience and finally just asked if our food to go. The food was pretty good, so I'll give it 2 stars. I know everyone has an off day occasionally so maybe it was just one of those nights, but I don't think we'll be giving it a second try anytime soon.
