We went to Davinci's on Friday October 19th for dinner, we waited 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Then when we were finally seated in the corner booth in the backroom , we sat there for a good 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there, the waitress looked at my husband and just kept on going to the booth behind him which there was no one there, she started cleaning off the dirty dishes. We finally just got up and left the restaurant. I called after we had left to let them know what happened and the gentlemen said he would call me when he had a chance after the crowd left. It is now October 26th and i have yet to hear from him.

Food itself is good, the garlic bread is subpar when ordered for carry out or delivery, I will repeat myself the food is good but sometimes customer service is lackluster & lethargic at best! Quoted 25 min Wait time for a simple plate of spaghetti, ended up arriving a little late and still had to wait 25 minutes

Ordered a carry out order. Was told 30 min. Show up on time and still have to wait ten minutes. Stop by a store two min away and check my order. It was not complete and garlic spaghtletti leaking all over the bag. Call back and they apologize and tell me to come back. Wait another 15 min for them to redo order. They did wrap the main entree in plastic bag this time. Ordered broiled seafood platter. Got seafood not broiled with overcooked broccoli, zucchini and green beans. Front of house was disorganized and all the teen servers looked stressed. Older lady running front was bussing tables and seating. Seemed very inefficient. Owner who remade my dinner did not apologize in person and no discount given for getting wrong order or having to wait almost half hour extra plus trip back. Won't be back. Go to Antonios instead.

Very nice reasonably priced Italian restaurant. Went there Friday night 11.16.18. Construction happening but not a big deal. Very apparent that they try hard to please the customer both with the service and the food quality. Good portion sizes, inexpensive wine prices, Tasty food ,,, will return.

It was the worst italian food i have ever had. The garlic bread if you want to call it that had very little flavor. The spaghetti and meatballs had no flavor and the sauce tasted like it came out of a can.

Good food. Horrible service :( We were so excited to visit here for the first time. We had 6 people. One pizza, 4 spaghetti. It took an hour (we came in at 4;30p) to get our food. We constantly had empty glasses. They forgot two people's food. And even after asking for boxes, we waited. I was so disappointed. I've been a server for years and usually tip large, trying to give the benefit of the doubt. It's like a monotonous robot took care of us. :( I wanted so bad to like it.

The service was fast and very friendly here. They have a gluten free pizza which is really pretty tasty. The smells were amazing and regular pizza looked delicious! It's always a little tight in there for dining seating and that particular night there was a small child having a fit so it was rather stressful, kids being kids, but since the seating areas are so close, it could be bothersome in that sort of situation.

Went out to lunch with my family here and it was pretty tasty. I ordered the stuffed shells and cheese. I will say it could've used a bit more seasoning but other than that the service was great, very family friendly place to eat and very comfortable. I would definitely reccomend.

Ordered carryout tonight. The pizza was okay the crust was pretty tough. Ordered the chocolate hazelnut tartufo they have listed on the menu and they no longer carry it. So opted for the spumoni gelato which was terrible, came with no chocolate or pistachio in it and was a chopped up texture.Seemed old. I recommend they get rid of that as well.

Very good veal parmigiana, pizza, and alfredo. Eggplant needs to be fried a bit first before breading so that it is not mushy. Garlic bread sticks are simply sliced up garlic bread slices with a hefty marinara and very little per person. Go for the rolls instead! Decor is clean, but seating is tight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a great meal and more than enough to eat.

Good pizza. Have a lunch buffet for$8.95 that's a good price for the quality of the food. Only reason for taking off a star is regular meals can be expensive for a lunch ($15-20)

This is a great family restaurant. It is family owned and operated. Every night, the owner is in the kitchen cooking. The prices are fair. They have a large seating area for parties or get togethers that is separate from the main dining area. It is definitely worth the visit.

We always enjoy a visit to Davinci's when in the area. Since we go to South Bend a couple times a year, that means a couple visits here in Elkhart. The food is always good, no matter what we have ordered. The service is also great.
