They try, but they are slower then desired and don't pay attention to detail. It's frustrating when you have to go through your order to make sure they don't forget things that you paid for. I enjoy your food Culver's, just wish the service matched. I typically don't write reviews like this but this is the second time my order was incomplete in a 2wk period. Details, details, details.

I am only giving Culver's four stars because I have yet to visit the inside of the restaurant. I was impressed by their website. It has a big section on food allergies! Food allergies are a big thing in my home so I was very enlightened to see it on their website. I will say this, the onion rings at Culver's are fantastic! It has been a very long time since I have had the pleasure of eating such great rings! The burgers are a little different. It seems that they are smashed. They have a good taste but they are not big fat juicy burgers. The French Fries are not the average straight cut. They have a nice texture to them. The batch I received were nice and crispy! I am going to have to give their frozen desert a try soon as they look very appetizing! If you have a family member who has sensitivity to different foods, this is the place to go. If they care enough to put it on their website, they have me sold!

My daughter and I love this place Wednesday night they have family fun night and the blind lady is amazing bestdealintown burger fries drink and ice cream for 5:50 plus great people can't beat it

I love Culver’s. Far to be often, I got to this location and my order is never correct when u go thru the drive through. Customer service isn’t the best. Manager was not in a rush to help, he was busy talking to other workers.

Very clean and friendly. After sitting down with family, Amy T checked on us to make sure everything was good. She went above and beyond to bring us salad dressing and replaced a concrete mixer that wasn’t exactly what I ordered with exactly what we wanted. Awesome place to eat with family at 71st and Georgetown Rd.

Culver's is one of the best fast food style chains they actually have really good service and from my experience they will go above and beyond to help you out the butter burger is very delicious the cheese curds are also really good and so is the frozen custard. Just like my last review I did I am driving so I'm using Speech-to-Text there's a chance that my sentences don't make sense. Even with how busy Culver's gets you really don't have to wait that long for your food also their root beer is really good I put it up against any of the major brands of root beer any day.

This was our second visit to this location, 71st Street and Georgetown. Service much better, following a disappointing 1st visit last November. Food was great as it always is at a Culvers. Good experience. Glad we gave them a second chance. This franchise is living up to Culver's outstanding reputation.

Very well crafted burgers cooked to absolute perfection. The staff were very well mannered (I had my elderly debutante aunt with me, who is a stickler for manners) and patient with us. Overall I would recommend this location to everyone

This was my first time going to Culver's. I was told that their fish was really good, so thought I'd try it. I was pleasantly surprised. It was good, just needed more tartar sauce.

If you're looking for a quick, clean and friendly place to eat, visit this location. Not every establishment has friendly employees so It's nice to visit this one and has a solid consistency of smiling employees. The food is always hot and fresh. 10/10 would recommend!

I know this is an iconic restaurant, but I've only been twice. Today the lunch crowd was in, but the staff handled the rush very well. Burger was good and the toppings were fresh.

There sandwiches are all good. I have eaten here many times. Hamburgers, Grilled Chicken and fish sandwiches all very good. Good Crinkle French Fries. And there Mixers are great.

We ordered 2 meals and 3 concrete mixers. We ordered a salad and a drink. He was going to give us 2 drinks, so we asked 'Do we not have 3 drinks?' He scrolled down and said 'I don't see it' so we said 'Oh well, we need another one then'. Fast forward to when our meal is delivered. We looked at the receipt and there was a 4th drink. So we asked about it ' Well a mistake was made. We didn't want 4 drinks.' He refused to refund it. It was $2 on a $50 order and it was his mistake. He brought out a 4th cup for our 3 person table and my friend said' Well. There are obviously 3 of us. What are we supposed to do with the 4th cup?' He grumbled 'Well, drink it' but seeing we weren't amused he actually snatched the cup back and got the $2 refund. (It's also noted that this store has free refills so there's literally no reason to get an extra drink.) This was actually not a huge deal but the employees attitude made it a nightmare. Never going back.
