Friendly service. Placed a pick up order, steak tacos with only onion and cilantro. Received extremely small, extremely greasy expensive tacos with cheese added on that I didn't want. Downright greedy with the limes. Cold inside restaurant.

I come here all the time and have for many years. I love it! The ceviche, Chile relleno, and enchiladas are my favorite and my boyfriend always goes for the carnitas and loves that. The drinks are good too. The staff is always friendly and on it, the food is always hot and fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. Love love love Cancun!

Not impressed. It got one star for the good skinny margarita and good guacamole. The chips were stale, veggies for fajitas were not roasted (probably steamed), no flavor to the chicken and shrimp in my fajitas, beans were super salty, and the salsa was just okay (but I am aware everyone has preferences for salsa). It took awhile for the food to come out and the waitress did make errors when taking out order. I asked for corn tortillas, but got flour. By this time I just wanted my food, so I did not say anything. We went here as someone in our group found them on Yelp having 4 stars. Not sure how this is possible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Never even had a chance to order. No one offered to help me after I stood at the podium for almost 10 minutes. I stopped a waitress and she responded “he” will help me. I have no idea who “he” could be, but he didn’t, so I left. Will not return again.

My wife heard this place was a nice place with decent food. She was in the mood for mexican food; naturally so was I. It filled up quickly on a saturday night. As we watched people pouring in we thought "they must have good food, it seems to be fairly popular" I must admit we both got a little annoyed when a small family seated themselves 10 minutes after we waited to be seated & their order was taken before ours. They were very under staffed & the food did come in a fairly timely manner. I must say it was kind of bland. I had the carnitas ,( a house specialty). It was fork tender but lacked any real flavor. My wife had the shredded beef burrito & it was good. The sauce that covered it was probably the best thing. They do have food & drink specials on fri, sat, & sun. I will go back to try one of the "big as your head " burritos. On saturday they are $2 cheaper than the menu price. I have to be honest; if that doesnt impress me, I will not go back here.

Food was delicious , but the beans were bland and could have been heated more . It was slow with very little customers at the time . And our server was more preoccupied with chatting with her coworker . Than with waiting on her tables . Need more Salsa and never got it .

Did not recognize any of the current staff from that of the Keystone location. The food was not as warm as the Keystone location provided. It appeared they were short on staff as well. No one at register for what seemed like forever creating a line to check out. Will likely give them another try but since this new location is further away, if the food and service is like recent experience I'll probably just write them off my list and go elsewhere.

With a ton of seating and a very friendly staff, Cancun rises above “just another Mexican place”. Thursday’s and Sunday’s feature $3 margaritas that don’t skimp on flavor. For something easy, grab a plate of the nachos with beef and beans. It’s filling without being overwhelm. That being said, everything here is good!

My experience was horrible. I ordered a chicken burrito and my boyfriend ordered chicken taco salad. The waiter was not listening and brought the wrong items. When we told him he acted like we were wrong. He was rude and the food was horrible.

We ate there last night. The food was not good at all (disgusting really) and hasn't been the last few times we've dined here. Service was poor as well. I leave disappointed every.single.time. The only reason we return is because of the location (conveniently close to our house). Won't be going back for a very, very long time :(

I have been going to the one on 86th and Ditch for the past 6 years and I love it. The food is very good for the price, the portions are good, I love their spicy salsa. The drinks are just right, I love the pomagranate margarita! The staff is very friendly and prompt with their service! The only downside is one tv in the bar area needs to be fixed. This is my haven after a long day at work, or just to get out with my husband, or take my children to spend some quality time over a great meal in a great environment! I love Cancun.

Mediocre at best. The food is bland and has no depth of flavor. Their hottest hot sauce is hot, but flavorless. Our server didn’t want to bring it, so I had to convince him I like spicy food. I had the Cancun burrito and the red sauce tasted like mild enchilada sauce from a can. The beans and rice were bland, and the chicken was dry and over cooked. My husband had a pork chimichanga and he said the meat just didn’t taste fresh and had an “off” taste. Not very good at all. I doubt I’ll be back.

Previously was here and service was good and came for $3 margaritas. Came here July 7 and was three minutes before someone even bothered to greet us and seat us. With an basically empty restaurant tried to sit us where every server would be walking around our table. Asked for seating elsewhere. Elideth our server OBVIOUSLY forgot to put in out chori queso which came out one minute before our food which our food was ordered 10 minutes after the appetizer. Had to ask for spoon for queso. Never got extra napkins, chips and salsa couldn't bring when.asked. and she never came back to ask if everything was good until my guest and I were finished with our meals. Bland food. Terrible service might never be back.

Ordered desesrt from here and if they think that fried ice cream is ice cream with corn flakes and sopapias are fried tortillas with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on them on a good dessert then ugh. I miss the one on keystone they rocked.

Yikes, not a good day for us. Cancun Mexican popped up on my radar and we were all in. Should have been all out! The shrimp/chicken dish I ordered, missed shrimp! The $3 margarita was kissing a key ingredient, namely alcohol, bit it was $3. After spending $36 plus tip, I believe I could have saved a tremendous amount of my cash by going to ...............

Got catering for taco party at work. $30 for 2 tins of meat. One chicken and one ground beef. Was supposed to serve 10. Everyone ate really well. Plenty of food and I had enuff meat to bring home and make 6 more BIG tacos for dinner. Tasty.

Warm welcome EVERY time I come in, literally to where the staff recognizes me and knows my usual. The one time I had an issue, the manager heard me out and resolved the matter exquisitely. Outside of that the food is delicious, I highly recommend the Diego Dip.

My boyfriend and I drove to this location after driving to our favorite Cancun on keystone and learning it has been closed... I had a chicken Cancun burrito which was delicious, but my rice was so bland, and that was always my favorite part about Cancun (& why I don’t mind spending a fair amount of money).. my boyfriend had the arroz con pollo and he loved it like always, but his rice was the same. Other then our absolutely favorite rice being no more.. the food was delicious and the building here is beautiful and spacious. I did see some regulars from the keystone location which was nice (maybe they can share how they made their rice so delicious). I do recommend Cancun, but I’m gonna have to give a three star because the rice was just crazy bland. I’m hoping this review can bring back rice with spices! :)

Worst service ever! Yes we went on a busy day ( Cinco De Mayo) but that's not a good enough excuse for lack of service. They are very lucky I didn't walk out without paying. Which was highly possibly! The food was decent but I would have been better off with just stopping at a Taco Bell.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED me and my wife went here for dinner and we left a cash tip with the server on the table the next day our card was charged an extra as the server gave herself a little tip on the card as well our order for what we got was 28.67 and the charge on our card the next day was 40.00. 40 even now I don't know about you but I've never ate anywhere when the bill was an even amount do not go here the managers don't care and they hung up on me when I called about my issues

This is the most mediocre mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The service is poor. I guess the server that first greeted us didn't want to serve us because he didn't take our drink order he just brought us chips, next thing you know we have a different server from a different section. The chips taste like knockoff tostitos. The Queso looked like watered down soup. The tacos were awful. The chicken taco was bland, the fish taco was decent but the steak taco tasted like mystery meat. And their black beans were the blandest I have ever had at a restaurant. We didn't even get refills on our drinks. Everyone else was disappointed as well. Just do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell.

So I've come here for years. I've seen it slowly get worse. Drinks are pretty good normally. But the service this night was AWFUL. I had asked for my 18 month old sons food to come ASAP to keep him calm. Husband was half done w his plate before we got his tortillas for his meal. I specifically asked my other sons asada tacos PLAIN. Just tortilla and meat. Came out and had cilantro and onions. 2nd time out came w cheese. He didn't even eat them all as he doesn't like it w cheese. My plate I ordered the chimichanga. A quesadilla came out. I told the server that's not what we ordered I even was poi6it out on the menu when ordering. She was saying this is what you ordered. I said that is not the chimichanga. It took the manager telling her it wasn't correct. After another 10 mins I told her to just put in a to go box as little guy was done and tired by this time. I had half and while it was in the Togo container. She never apologized and I asked for the manager at that point. She took off my meal and the babies. I was so upset at that point I had to step outside a few minutes to hold back the tears I was so frustrated. Won't be returning anytime soon and we've been in the area 24 years.
