Delicious. We visited Big City Grill & Lemonade before the Butler basketball game this Saturday. Food was great and service was quick. I had the gyro with fries. It was great and the fries were nice and hot. My wife enjoyed the catfish and my teen sons both were impressed with the hamburger and the cheese steak. We dined in although seating is limited. I think most people do delivery or carryout.

Best coleslaw I've ever had, coming from Wisconsin land of the Friday night fish fry, best I've ever had. Everything was super good, Philly, tacos, and that "chess pie" so good.

I love this place!! One of the best restaurants in the Indy area but especially in the Mapleton-Falls Creek neighborhood where there really aren't very many options!! Very reasonable prices, large portions, and the food is absolutely delicious!! My favorites are the Philly Cheesesteak and the Gyro but honestly everything is good here!l Their lemonade is hands down the best I've ever had, anywhere!! They can add in flavors for you too, I recommend the strawberry lemonade. Even their deserts are good! I don't think they're made at the restaurant but they're really good pieces of cake, cheesecake, and banana pudding in Mason jars. I come here at least 1 a month if not more because it really is that good!

Food is Bomb!! I was hesitant to try some Chicago food from here because other places just can't seem to get it right....Man! They food is delicious as hell!! I've had the Gyro, The Italian beef, Nachos, Pizza puff... I'm a repeat offender, I must admit. I almost always get the Italian Beef...dipped, white cheese and peppers. Ask for him to season the fries and add mild sauce! Omfg! To die for! Lemonade...A BOMB! Nice staff too. Probably one of the best street food restaurants I've had in years, outside Chicago.

I ordered off of the grub hub App. The food was on time and delicious. However the driver told me I needed to pay in cash. It didn't make sense because I entered my card information during the order. I had to step away from my desk to get the food so I couldn't see if my card had been charged so I just took the man at his word. I have him $30 to cover meal and tip. I got back to my desk to see I was charged on my card as well. I called the restaurant and the person who answered knew the driver was not to take cash. He sent the driver back to refund my money quickly. When the driver came back he tried to play a change scam with me. I had been up and at work from 3am and didn't sleep well last night. I took back most of my money but know he got way more of a tip than he deserved. Probably not the restaurants fault but just a fair warning to watch out.

Horrible customer service. Some sassy chick named Cierra got an attitude on the phone when we called back to notify them we were missing food in our order. She yelled and hung up on me. What happened to the customer is always right? We paid for food that we did not receive. And the delivery guy was gone before we realized it. The food was mediocre at best. I work in a busy office building and we all agree we will not be back.

Today, a few coworkers and I decided to order from Big City as we have done several times. First thing the young lady on the phone told us an incorrect total amount. Once the food came it was corrected. Second thing she put in the system the wrong order. When the food came and we noticed it was incorrect, we immediately contacted the establishment. The same young lady answered and we advised her one of our orders was incorrect. She tried to unsuccessfully state that the order was given to her that way. Once we jogged her memory on what she said she stated she would have to contact the owner to see what he wanted to do since it wasn't her fault. She then contacted us back and stated we could switch the order out but that it couldn't be delivered. The way the young lady handled herself over the phone was beyond rude and distasteful. She really needs a class in customer service. Due to the unprofessional manner of the cashier our company will not be ordering again.

PLEASE check your food prior to leaving. Ordered 20 wings got 17 drums and only 3 flats. When I called to ask why I only got 3 flats and can I return the order for 7 more flats I was told "we can't control what part of chicken we get" you need to call the manager tomorrow. Moreover, the buffalo chicken was NOT good!!! Never never ever will I return and will ensure I tell everyone I know not to eat at this place!!!

The food is great but the rude man on the phone will cut there business. I was placing and order for deliver. I have no way to get there. He says yea you can place an order and come get because it's going to take 90 minutes. I said that's fine his reply was no place order and pick it up I said 90 minutes so pick it up. This second time being a smart@$$ won't be going back. It says up to 90 minutes for delivery

Recently it was suggested that I try the Chicken Philly and I was a little hesitant after having a bad experience at a different restaurant. I have to say I was very pleased! The fries were over done! (So close to being burned I almost couldn't stand to look wit'em.) I ordered the Italian Beef and it was obvious that whoever fixed this sandwich didn't care what it looked like...and the taste was subpar.... We are a school for children on the Autism Spectrum and every week on Tuesdays we order out for some of our students. Big City Grill is on our list at least once a month. Unfortunately they have been taken off of our list as of today. Today was one of our worse experiences when ordering for our students. We received a wrong order, fish instead of chicken. When I called back to let them know my concern the lady on the phone immediately transferred me to a manger who told me that he would have his driver come pick up the fish and refund me for the fish. When I asked if I could get the correct order he said they did not have any chicken left. I explained to him my situation as that student has to eat lunch. He said that was tough and hung up the phone. We now have to drive to go pick up a lunch for this one student. This is the worse service that I have ever had!

A great little find on our trip to the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. I enjoyed the 1/4 cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade. My husband had the Italian beef and enjoyed it. My picky 9 year said the hotdog and lemonade was unexpectedly good! Don't miss out on good food and a friendly staff!

I got a late lunch at Bic City today. Granted, it wasn’t crowded but service was exceptionally fast. As usual, the food was FANTASTIC! I paid a LITTLE more than I would have at the local “un-named” fast food joints, but the food was ENORMOUSLY better. The service was personal, courteous and friendly. You don’t find that a block away at Illinois and 38th. It took me at least 15 minutes to get home and eat. The food was still very HOT. You can’t say that a minute from the drive through at those fast food joints. Congratulations to Big City! Keep up the good work (service with a smile)!

These guys really hustle to get the orders out. The burger was thin and overcooked so it was a bit hard. The fries, large and crinkle cut, were cooked in a weird oil and looked bad. They tasted just OK. The lemonade was out of this world great! I would talk to her again if I was really hungry and didn’t have a lot of time.
