I am changing my review after really bad experiences with last 2 visits. We wanted to use Groupon coupon for lunch and the owner(Punjabi Guy) was very rude . Two of my friends had similar experience . I am rating 1 because of customer service, food was average(2.5 star).

This is our stand by carry out place. The food is consistently great, staff is super friendly, and pickup time is quick. We've gone and eaten there as well and loved it. I've tried most of the vegetable dishes and haven't been disappointed. Definitely recommend it!

My mom and I stopped by for lunch one weekday. They have high chairs for little ones if you need. And since this place is one the small side, I was happy that it was mostly empty so we weren't in anyone's way. We shared a salad and two curries. While the Saag Paneer had a bit of a lemon flavor I'm not used to, I really enjoyed the other two dishes. The salad definitely had a kick to it, but the seasoning was awesome! The Lamb was wonderful!! The service was nice and we will return.

The Lamb Korma was spectacular. The Chicken Naan was inedibly disgusting. The service was fast and courteous. I would have rated this place a 4 if it we're not for the Naan. This restaurant serves some non-traditional naans to appeal to American customers. Lacking a proper way to flavor these breads they have resorted to using bullion paste. The Chicken Naan had no chicken pieces whatsover. The inside had been smeared with an oversalted and metallic (chemical) tasting paste. My Naan was burnt and dry because there was no yogurt in the dough and no clarified butter (ghee) applied after it was done cooking. One of the worst pieces of bread I've had in my life. I did not take a picture of the Naan because it showed up during the middle of my meal.

Received the order late and we did not get what we ordered. When we called they refused to bring us our correct order, said they would give us credit for next time (which wasn't possible because we are from out of state), and never called back to resolve the issue. We were shorted money and they did not care to fix the problem. Instead the employee told me he was new and the driver was also new and the manager was gone. Would never order from here again because of the lack of resolution and horrible customer service.

Authentic taste. Had heard many good reviews from Friends and it was really worth visiting. Had order Tomato soup which was extravagant, creamy soup. Loved it. Raised my expectations. Then came Paneer Makhani, Kofta curry and Dal Tadka for main course with Chilly Naan, Butter Naan, Paneer Naan and Garlic Naan. I loved all of it. Maybe the Koftas could have some paneer to improvise the taste. Overall it was great food. Would visit again soon!

My daughter and I went to eat inside. I had the lamb vindaloo at spice level 4. It was excellent. The taste was delicious and the food was filling. I had to take half of it home and ended up eating the rest of it 4 hours later! Also, the mango lassi is a must try! The service was great and the workers were pleasant and attentive.

Ordered a take away one Sunday night. The order contained a salad, rotis and Yellow dal. Full credit to the chef/cook who made it well and seasoned on time. Generous serving of basmati rice was given as an accomplishment. Scribbled my tip and signed and left. The tip number turned out to be 120% when I saw the card statement couple of days later. Tips were overwritten but Amex was kind enough to give a credit back as i had the receipt and charge slip. Good food but bad experience.

Amol is mainly a carryout restaurant but it does have an area for eating at the restaurant that can fit about 25 or 30. I had the chicken curry and some naan both of which were very tasty and well worth the price.

Dined in and the wait was not long at all despite the fact they had multiple carryout orders and other diners. Service was amazing and the food superb. Small and cozy. Caution spice level; although they say 1-10, imagine 1-5.

Best Indian food in Cincinnati after having been to 8 other Indian restaurants in the area. Unless there's a really tasty place north of the main city, THIS is the most delicious one. Be sure to get something with chicken, as it's usually tandoori chicken (note: there might be one or two tiny bones but I feel that this is a positive. Bones means real chicken and not processes chicken cubes).

Exceeded expectations. Fast, delicious and cannot wait to return. The appetizer sampler was a good purchase. I also went with the Lamb Special and Chef Naan. A few other reviews on here cite some strange oddities - its a very small place. They have maybe 8 tables. Carry Out is part of their name, get it to go and have your date night at home. The food speaks for itself.

Food and customer service are GREAT. I ordered over phone and the girl was very polite and quick. Told us delivery would take 40-60 minutes and it arrived in 30. Delivery driver delivered right to our hotel door. Food was hot, and the curry and rice were packed to the top of the container. They also included plates and silverware. Price is great and the food was absolutely delicious. Very authentic taste with vegetables and chicken cooked perfectly. The rice was amazing--aromatic and had carrots, peas, and cumin seeds.

Place smelled and looked clean and the staff and chef were great. Even agreed to add a bit of coconut milk to the lamb dish I ordered. While I take full ownership of making the mistake of selecting chicken tikka (x2) instead of chicken tikka masala (ordered on the beyond menu app), I called after getting home and realizing my mistake and the owner said tough luck... After a $40 order now going into the garage can, I will never step foot in Amol again... Krishna's is better anyway. Maybe next time try working on your customer service.

A little bit difficult to review as there is nothing to be critical of from our order. The Tikka Masala and the Chicken Curry are amazing.. we did a level 8 out of 10 spice level and it was incredible... perfect heat level.... AND WE REALLY appreciate your business NOT allowing a customer to move forward without picking a spice level in their order... grill of India doesn't even request it so we got the blandest, overpriced, worst Indian food from them... anyway, getting back to this order and the Naan bread that was amazing with lots of garlic-- really glad we ordered 2. Best Indian food in the area and definitely the best available on uber eats This is an additional review for today 5/10/19.... amazing food again!!! Did carryout and was so hot we had to wait a couple minutes to eat it. Carryout saved about 10$...tiki masala/chicken curry and naan bread..flavorful and spicy... just right.. levels 7 and 8

BEWARE: Based on my experience and other hotel delivery reviews the orders come incorrect frequently. Placed an order for delivery to a hotel. The food is definitely good. However, I placed the order online and its correct on the receipt, but I didn't get what I ordered. The delivery time was one hour.. so that's reasonable. I didn't get napkins or forks which I asked for which was the whole reason I didn't want to leave the room, but had to anyway to get flatware. I'd recommend to eat in but not order of your from out of town. They won't make it right either. So 50$ for a 2 person meal and a side with bread and the order was incorrect.

My favorite food place! Their cooking is definitely irreplaceable and everything is homemade. A very nice family owned restaurant with indescribable food. For everyone who doesn't think this place is that good, try it again. I went up to Washington DC and tried some Indian up there and it was nothing compared to here. Always amazing! No matter what you get ! We've tried many Indian restaurants all over the NKY and Cincinnati area and this is by far the best ! BYOB too so bring your fave bottle of wine! Ours faves are saag chooley(chickpeas/spinach), dal makhani(saucy black lentils), chicken tikki masala(spicy tomato saucy chicken), chicken chile (spicy! Lots of peppers! So delish!) Naan is always great. Food is always fast and hot. Cozy atmosphere. Truly a favorite! we come here at least once a month. Vegetarian options galor and they're just as delicious!

My girlfriend and I frequently get delivery on grub hub (free delivery with $25 purchase from Amol) and it is by far the best tasting Indian food in the Cincinnati area. The meats in the curries are tender and juicy and the curry is always full of flavor - never watered down like some other places. I recommend the lamb 7 with garlic Naan or Chicken Korma.

Ok this was a night Amol let me down. Usually no issues but tonight it was busy and we waiting 20 minutes for our pickup order. We got fed up and asked only to find out tickets had gotten mixed up and they didn't know when the order would be ready. Guys if you can't keep up with pickup orders then stop taking them, you only hurt yourselfs and future orders.

This has quickly become my favorite Indian restaurant in northern Kentucky. Everything I've tried so far is fantastic though I usually don't adventure far past the curry and chicken tikka masala. I tried a dish with eggplant which was reaally good, but unfortunately I forget the name. Their garlic naan bread is also great. I appreciate how the owner always seems to go out of his way to ask if everyone enjoys the food. Service is generally great, and orders and refills on drinks are prompt. Highly recommended and will be going back again and again! The restaurant has a Groupon deal available, but be sure to order dinner entrees as described in the details. From what I can tell, there is literally no difference in portions between the lunch and dinner items except for the price.

I once left a 1 star review, I had an order that was $30, the delivery driver brought no change, so I ended up paying $40 for an entree and some samosas. I was very upset. I amended the review because it was one bad experience, and the food itself is good.

We dined here after going to Newport aquarium. It's within walking distance and not a chain or bar food. (Which drew us here) The food was hit and miss. (Good Indian food doesn't bother my stomach, I had a little heart burn after leaving here.) The place is very small and seemed to be primarily carry out. The staff was nice.
