First visit there and I was disappointed. Small selection of dishes, with most being similar to other buffets. Unfortunately very poor quality food, many burnt items such as the garlic bread and fried eggs. I will say the skewered chicken was ok, not juicy but not dry, good grilled flavor but if it was seasoned or marinated, I really couldn't discern. My wife liked that they had deep fried tilapia but as a whole I would rate this place as substandard even for a buffet. Also very warm inside to the point of making me sweat. I really wanted to like this place but I just couldn't and I was glad to leave. I like that the management is responsive to posts but that just isn't enough to make this location worthy of a second visit.

The yummy in this buffet is the soup as well as the ladies that join from the strip joint across the street . admiral would be the bread and the salad . the ladies there arenfriendly. Please tip and finish your food. The manager likes when people mix between plates and helps aloy .. Means all you can eat from the plate and dont forget ice cream . stack is good all day and freshly cooked as you wait . good buffet

Very disappointed , grew up eating here . I visited today with my child . Not only there was a person under the influence and sleeping there . Not very yummy. Limited food items. Two staff members were a bit rude to my friend's family who had the back room reserved. Not necessarily rude but maybe inconsiderate and indiscreet. Other buffets cost more but I'd prefer to pay more to receive better. I wouldn't even come back here if I were in the neighborhood and hungry.

I've been there once and amount of rice in suchi rolls was twice of usual. Can u imagine? Just a little filling inside and twice portion of rice. I'll try again one more time. But if it's gonna be double size again, you guys gonna get 1 star of 5. update: I came 2 times after review and sushi again nice and smooth. Not 5 stars, because not THAT kind of fish. But for your buffet it's well enough. If somebody wants real sushi - they gonna go directly to special place.

Went in to have dinner with my family only to have to leave disgusted. There was an elderly lady who was in and out of the washroom washing her clothes by hand and hanging them on the chairs next to us. No one did a thing. We should have gotten a refund. Had to leave immediately. Disgusting. I have pics for proof.

I love this buffet, because I love Asian dishes. It has many different food to choose from. It has some vegetarian options but not that much. Still, you can get mushrooms, fries, vegetables, salads, vegetarian sushi, fruit, ice cream, cheese pizza, soup. You can eat whatever and how much you want Usually a family place.

The food was cold and you can tell it’s been sitting there for a while. The only thing that was edible was the sushi. The most horrible thing was how disgusting the bathroom was. Not only did it look like it hasn’t been deep cleaned since they opened, every single toilet was clogged. Garbage overflowing the garbage can. The sinks had black mold around the inside , which was visible. I imagine what the kitchen looks like, if the customers bathrooms are not kept.

Maybe it's just me, but I went there hungry and even in my hunger, I was thrown off by the 'undelicious' nature of the food! At $25 per adult I actually felt the food taste could have been better. It gets 2 stars because the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. But the food? Nah. So will I go there again? I doubt. I strongly doubt. Do I recommend it? Yes, you can try. My first time coming to ‘Yummy Buffet’ was not to good of an experience. I came with my friends three of us in total. We walk in and pay to eat inside, nice young lady at the counter, good service in my opinion, felt good vibes, smiles, and everything. We go get our food etc, sit down, talk, I notice one of the ladies that works there and gets the plates from the people’s tables starts to say thank you to a couple getting ready to leave. In my head I’m like okay, she’s saying thank you as a way saying thanks for eating here more customers means more money for the business. But as I keep noticing she keeps saying thank you multiple times to the couple. The couple just look confused until I see the man reach for his wallet and give her a tip but not because he felt to give it to her but because that’s what she insisted him to do. At the moment that this is happening I didn’t know why the couple seemed confused I just added the pieces together after it happened to us. So now it’s our turn to leave, we start to get ready then out of no where she comes up to us and say’s thank you, I’m like okay but with an awkward smile. Then she says thank you again and again etc. Now remind you she’s causing a scene, now I’m embarrassed because everyone is looking at us. Something out of a horror flick. Now I paid with card i didn’t have cash on me non of my friends did. So the lady made us go to the front counter and forced us to put tip as if she deserved it. I believe we payed close to 40 dollars which I have no problem but for the lady to go to that point just to get a tip made me very uncomfortable and honestly to the point where I’m never coming back. This happened on 1/8/19.Bad experience

The good: parking was easy, not very expensive, friendly staff, nice decorations, seafood seemed to be fresh. The not so good: low selection of non-seafood, only chicken was Orange Chicken, no beef served, American fare was VERY stale, desserts were not very sweet, floor is very squishy (as if flooring was laid over potholes in the floor). Nice place to try, will likely not revisit until menu is updated and reviews reflect how fresh the food is for other patrons.

Typical Chinese buffet restaurant. Cheap and quick. Never busy. "Servers" and cooks are only friendly to regular customers. Regular customers get preferred and special treatment. I saw the server sit down and eat with a family who I presume comes regularly. I witness the sushi cook make a plate of shrimp sushi and hand it directly to a regular customer while the communal plate was empty.

The seating area was very nice and beautifully inspired by Asian culture and very clean. The decor at the entrance was beautiful and the price was just right. However, with their low prices... it might be a really good deal for some people... Additionally... my husband loved everything offered... so some people might really enjoy it. Try it out! The interior itself was pretty cool, I liked the decor (thought admittedly a bit aged). And the people working there that I interacted with were friendly. The food, though, was fairly disappointing. Not a huge selection, with a large chunk of it not Asian food. Plus a lot of the hot food was cold. The salad bar had almost nothing to choose from -- a few pre-made salads and a big bowl of lettuce, but nothing really to add to it to make your own salad. I hope it was just a bad day for them (there was one yelling match between staff in the kitchen, so maybe one guilty culprit?). Noteworthy also that I wasn't there at the lunch or dinner rush so maybe it'd be better then.

Atmosphere is nice. However, the food was old, tasteless, and we found a piece of hair in one of the shrimps. Today was a particularly rainy day, and water was dripping throughout the restaurant (one spot was even leaking water over the food!). Sushi was just bad, and the hibachi was ok at best. It just didn't feel like the workers cared about quality in their food. Overall, a pretty disappointing buffet experience, so much so that I'll probably not be returning.

I hope my experience was not typical, but this is what I noticed. DECOR. You walk in to find a beautiful Koi fish pond. The whole place looks amazing. Looks clean in general and mirrors make it looks spacious. Seats are plentiful and comfortable. LITTLE FOOD AVAILABLE AT TIMES. The main buffet is one long line on the other side of the kitchen. Most meat trays were empty and so small, that whenever new meat came out, it would empty again after a few people. FOOD QUALITY. Nothing spectacular about the food. Mostly disappointing. Some of the food that was available was not cooked properly. Tater tots were undercooked, Mac and cheese was watery, and cookies for dessert were a little stale. The Asian food was average. Overall, I would not recommend this place. As nice as it is, the food was a little disappointing.
