The place is too small to handle the hype and the demand. With that being said, why is the bar staff so concerned with their private chats that I had to ask 3 different people for a glass of water! My goodness, such self entitlement while my mouth was on fire from the siracha sauce on my entree, and NO ONE WOULD HELP ME!!!!!!!! Not going back. Not because of food but because of the horrific service. Shame.

The selection of burgers is excellent and they are delicious. I also love this place because it's the only place in downtown Wheaton that stays open so late! I love going there for a late-night drink and appetizer to hang out with my friends.

Great place to watch a game and grab a burger. This atmosphere makes this place and the food is really good also. Menu isn’t that large but the apps are very tasty! Overall I really enjoyed this place and will be back soon!

It was great! I had the bison pork burger which I ordered medium, but I'm pretty sure it had to be cooked well after my order, so good on the chefs. It was tasty, and everything was a little different or had some unique flavor profiles which really added to the overall atmosphere of the place. The fries were fried in some top notch oil, or had some unique seasoning because they were phenomenal. It's a tucked away rustic restaurant that's superb at well, being social. Very light music if not none that I can recall from memory, but just great food, and hopefully coming here with great people. There's so many unique burgers I'll definitely be back here to continue to try them all.

The balcony seating was perfect for a casual lunch. We started with the Queso dip and shared the bistro Cobb salad. Fresh and great flavor. Joe was awesome. Attentive and professional.

Our server was very attentive and gave good reccomendations. Good choices for craft beer and bourbon options. I ordered my burger medium rare and unfortunately it came out well done. Thankfully the staff was very quick to fix the problem.

Omg, the best burger I've had in a long time. Who knew this was in Wheaton and it makes me so excited for Wheaton to have so many great restaurants now! The service was excellent they have many options for those not into beef too. Amazing!

Always a great atmosphere and great food. Burgers are delish, if a little pricey. Onion rings are a little hidden gem. Always a great selection of local brew on tap (Solemn Oath, Noon Whistle, etc), but what really sets this place apart is it is a sleeper for families with kids. You can’t beat the kids menu; great prices and choices, and the option for fruit instead of fries or rings is a nice bonus. Wings are great (sweet chili bourbon), and the fried chicken sandwich is massive. Kids love the pretzel bites. Great quasi-rooftop patio in the summer out back. You can call ahead before you leave home to get your name on the list, because it does get busy. A bar on each level make it easier to find a seat or have a drink if you’re solo or just two of you, and the bartenders are true old fashioned bartenders (endless list of hard alcohol and mixed drinks).

Food is really good but It’s way too dark in there to read the menus. I had to use the flashlight on my phone. Also they got rid of my favorite burger. RIP Benedict Burger. You will be missed. However, their Moscow Mules are hands down the best.

Great local pub atmosphere, outdoor seating is fantastic, food and service have both been outstanding in my more than 5 visits. I really like their diner stack burger and their social burger. Make sure you try the pretzel bites they are amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It has a bunch of outdoor seating and takes up two floors. There is seating outside in front (both floors) as well as a patio in the second floor. It has a very open feel and the food was great!

Fantastic place for a fantastic burger and drinks. There are also great choices besides burgers. The buffalo cauliflower app is awesome too! The staff is amazing as well. They are all super friendly and do an amazing job getting everything you want quickly.

Went during the weekend and had an ungodly wait time for a table. I thought the wait would be worth it since I've heard good things about this place but I was wrong. The staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving our table. The food was average but nothing really stands out in the menu that makes me want to go again. The old fashioned I had was strong but no real taste added to it and the burger was well cooked but it didn't stand out compared to other burgers I've had.

Food was very average, probably the driest burger I've had in a long time. Got an old fashion and it was made in under 30 seconds and was overly sweet. Honestly, not worth the hype or price. Sad to see the suburbs settle for a place like this.

This place is great for burgers with different types of toppings and flavors. The quality of the ingredients is really good and the service was excellent. The burgers are a little pricey, but you are paying for the quality and the flavors, which I thought we're good enough to justify the price. I had a bison burger and it was juicy and cooked to my desired temperature. If you have a craving for a good tasting burger, this is a great place to go.

Great burgers and restaurant has awesome service. Unfortunately they chose to work with a service who doesn't share same philosophy. The food delivery from door dash required at least 2 confirmations via phone. 45 minutes later ended up cancelling order since the door dash driver called to ask am I suppose to place your order. Who went onto to state restaurant had no record from door dash.

Ok, so I was glad I could make a call 1hr ahead of time to put my name on the list, since they don't take any reservations. There was no waiting, great service, delicious food, and you don't feel pressured to leave,relax and enjoy. Family friendly and good sized portions!!! Definitely coming back, this was my first time with great experience!!!

Food was fine, however the environment wasn't amazing. We did go at a busy time,but the set up and crowd made it feel more like a bar than a restaurant. Very loud and hot. No a/c making it exceptionally stuffy killing my appetite. Burgers are good. Unique choices, good size, and tasty.

I recently moved into the area, so I wanted to support my community by shopping and eating local. I've known about the place and since I love a good burger I was excited to try The Burger Social. I was not disappointed. The service was great and quick. Our server was polite and she was a great help when we had questions. The burger was great! We also got some buffalo wings which were fantastic. The pricing is fair for the quality of ingredients. I will be coming back soon

Love this place! But.. disappointed that I couldn't get my favorite burger (The Diner Stack) at 9:35pm on a Sunday. Supposedly only drinks by that time...when they are open until midnight. The host couldn't have gotten us out of there fast enough. Not happy this time around, I'll stick to going during the day with the happy employees and open kitchen.

This place is casual enough to swing in any day of the week, but also has enough of a good vibe and atmosphere to come in for some mini-celebrations; which I did for my birthday. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious, started off with some awesome nachos and wings. For the burger I went with the Mushroom + Blue and wasn't disappointed, an amazing flavor blend. Fries were also great, and I was shocked at how good the onion rings were as it's hard to find a place that does em right. If you go for dessert, definitely go for the brownie, it was super fudgy and soft, and with icecream it can't be beat!
