We had a horrible experience around the 4th of July. I called immediately after and spoke to the manager Matt. The issue was regarding a dish that was served in a dome of smoke. We expressed our distaste of the time but no resolution was offered by by the staff while we were there. Matt told us to ask for him personally the next time we were there. We came back a few weeks later and asked for Matt. He seemed to remember us and our issue. However he did not come over to the other side of the bar. He did not offer a free drink or a free appetizer. he didn't even offer an apology regarding the last time that we were there. The level of customer service on our first negative experience is not what we are accustomed to going to a high-end steakhouse in Naperville. We thought there would be redemption. There was none. Nice job Matt!

We had dinner there on a Monday night to celebrate our anniversary. Food and service were excellent. I tried the Cajun butter on my steak for the first time and really liked it. If you like spicy food, you will really enjoy it.

Only 4.5 Stars this time because my friends complained that both the Lobster Tail and the King Crab Legs were flavorless. But hey, if you're going to Sullivan's, order a Steak. The Filet and the Ribeye were both outstanding, and I loved the Mac & Cheese. The service (Brandon) was first class as always. Still one of my Top 3 in Baton Rouge.

I have eaten plenty of excellent meals in Baton Rouge. Mansurs on the Boulevard, French Market Bistro, Ruth Chris just to name a few. These are excellent. Sullivan’s does not compare in the slightest. I am a BIG steak lover. The ribeye and filet were terrible. We didn’t eat but two bites. This place was way too expensive and ALL of the food we ordered was poor. Sorry, I don’t enjoy writing distasteful reviews. Although if I have not been to a restaurant before I would like to know the honest opinion of someones experience so here it is. Sullivan’s will definitely not see our faces again.

My boss makes us go here every time we have corporate managers in town. My steak is always perfect and the staff is always nice. However the whole restaurant reads old, stuffy, boring. Its awkward seating, half booth half chairs. Your on top if each other and theres not room to really enjoy yourself or your company when you can participate in everyone else's conversations around you like your at McDonalds. Theres nothing unique or remarkable about it except they cook a good steak. If it was up to me we would never go here.

I send my guests to Sullivan's all the time ,( I work at the Marriott right next door ) I do so because I've hear nothing but good reviews from those who personally have been there. Tonight I decided to go myself and it was great and absolute service of most sincerity. The manager introduced herself and offered to get me a dessert without charge , and before she could even walk away the chef had already sent someone to deliver me a dessert. Sullivan's is a an up class atmosphere with their own touch of elegance. I'd recommend anyone to stop by for a visit.The staff is great and is perfectly in line with the atmosphere.

Another wonderful evening at Sullivan’s. We had a table in the room next to the bar with all of the windows open. A nice alfresco dining spot without actually being outside. Our waitress, Brittany, could not have been better. Steak salad, calamari, halibut, appetizers, and burger were all excellent. Truly an outstanding fine dining venue.

Tried this place during KC Restaurant Week and was not disappointed. The food and service were excellent. I believe our server was Catherine and she was wonderful, helpful and attentive the entire night. Sean was the manager and he checked on us often and was so nice. The SHRIMP & LOBSTER BISQUE was incredible along with the steaks and sides.

It was okay, certainly not worth the price. Each party ordered a different cut, the filet was tender and tasty, the rib eye and the strip were okay. It wasn't poor quality, and wasn't under seasoned, but really, for half the price I could buy a cut from Jewel Osco, some salt and pepper and have the exact same outcome. The sauce ordered was extra, and well, wasn't used as it was far too peppery. Drinks were good, wait staff was good, ambiance was good, steak was average, and the price too high. 60 bucks for a steak, I expect to be wowed.

It was extra Love Day. There was only one menu, so that's all that could be ordered. It wasn't crowded, so I don't know why it took so long to have someone come to the table. Still, right before the patience had run out, I think her name was Michelle who came to get the order started. One order truly was enough to serve two people, so I'm not sure why it had to be per person. Most tables had rose petals and a lit candle. It would have been nice if all tables had that ambiance. Still, the dinner was absolutely amazing. The soup was wonderful. The bread was soft. The chicken was tender and flavored well. I appreciate the way the broccoli was cooked too. It was still full of nutrients and crispy. The pineapple drink was all right this time. It could have been my taste buds, but it didn't have the WOW taste like my previous two. The melting dessert was really rich with chocolate. It should come with a scoop of ice cream. I'm glad the television program was switched from a bloody sport as well. Challenging to eat watching someone get beat bloody. Word of precaution, always check the glasses for breaks and chips. My water glass was broken on the rim and cracked at the midpoint. In the picture with the chicken, you can see the crack. Had there been ice in it, I don't think that I would have been aware. And no, there was no discount on the meal for that glass. I was glad that it had been upside down before water was put into it and that I was drinking from a straw. Had it not, I could have possibly swallowed the cracks from the rim of the glass. I know that I will check beforehand from now on as well. Overall, this was my fourth time and it was a nice experience.

The first time I visited Sullivan’s was during restaurant week and it was a wonderful experience. Two of my friends and I decided to go last night but the overall experience was not as commendable as I would have expected. I will say the manager Olivia was very helpful and kind. She did her best to react to the various situations of subpar service we received. Just to name a few: no waiter came to our table for about 8 mins, water wasn’t filled until our glasses were nearly empty, Etc. Olivia was essentially our server for the night along with two brief apperances from our waitress who told us she was really busy (maybe with closing duties?) I am not sure maybe we just came on a bad night but the overall restaurant was pretty empty. I assumed they were understaffed considering that Olivia, the manager had to be our waitress for the night. Also one of the steaks were requested to be cooked medium but arrived medium well. It was remade and was medium well again and extremely salty so my friend just went without a steak. We arrived at 9 and didn’t leave until after 11 pm just because the wait was so long for being seated, ordering food, getting the food, etc. and we were all tired by then. Again Olivia was very attentive to our issues and the lack of quality service. We understood a number of factors were not of her doing and I appreciate her efforts which is why I am giving 3 stars. Without Olivia’s drive to fix our poor experience, this would have been 1 Star review. We look forward to hopefully visiting Sullivan’s again on a good day. Thanks again Olivia !

Made reservations to the Sullivans' in Naperville Il to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. I have lived in the area for 30 years and always wanted to try this place. I was so disappointed in the food. Both my wifes steak and my steak were not cooked correctly. She ordered a Filet medium well done, and it came to the table as medium rare. I ordered the 12 oz New York strip and was disappointed with the cut. The meat was less than a 1/2 inch think and on top of that, it was lukewarm. Both steaks were sent back, and when they returned my wifes medium well filet mignon was well well done, and my steak was not any warmer than before. We also ordered the potatoes augratin , lukewarm and really nothing to speak. of. What made it worse was that the restaurant knew that it was our 34th wedding anniversary and they knew that our steaks were not done correctly, both required to be sent back - and they did NOTHING. No apology, no discount - NOTHING. It is unbelievable that a steak house has issues cooking steak. There seem to be alot of good reviews here, but I would say that this place is not a sure thing. If you are having a special occasion, I would steer clear of this place.

We went for our anniversary and it was our first visit to Sullivan's. The hostesses greeted us warmly and wished us a happy anniversary. Rose petals and a card from the restaurant welcomed us to our table. Our waiter Michael was fabulous. I had a wonderful cosmo while we looked over the menu. We chose the prix fix menu and it was delicious. I had the salmon and mashed potatoes and my husband had the strip and au gratin potatoes. We both had key lime pie to finish our meal. We will definitely be back.Thank you for making our dinner so special.

Very nice establishment. First time trying it, will be back. We went for our anniversary and they set a nice table with rose pedals and a nice card for us. Steak was delicious and the menu was well sized, good portions. Slightly pricey, but nothing too out of the norm for an upscale steak place. I recommend Sullivan's for a nice night out.

Could not have been happier. Myself and a few coworkers from across the country all happened to be in the Chicago metro area at the same time. We are all good friends, but the four of us have never all been together at once. I selected a location that was central for all. It was a shot in the dark. It could not have worked out better. Sullivans was a home run. The atmosphere was great, but what was even better was the food and our outstanding server Jen. The steaks were excellent, everyone was pleased. We sampled an assortment of appetizers that were all out of this world, you can't make a mistake no matter what you choose. For desert it was Irish coffee and Crème brûlée. We finished it all off with a little bourbon. Looking forward to doing it again. I was in charge of setting up the dinner and Sullivans made me look good!

I had a salad, salmon (to die for), green beans (perfectly cooked), mashed potatoes (good but not unique), and the bread pudding (AMAZING). My total without taxes and tip was about $60 and it was my only meal for the day since it was so much food. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I wish they dressed nicer, the ladies skirts are short for an upscale place and you can see tattoos and things, which isn't a problem to me but if you're taking professional clients out to dinner or something I just wish they dressed less casual than they do. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because I do believe it's a bit TOO pricey I mean it was great don't get me wrong but that times two plus tax and tip we're talking almost $200 for a dinner. That's seems a little much for not that fancy of a place.

Food was OK. Not as good as other Sullivan's. Service was mediocre - and I'm being generous. Nice server, but forgot half the sides and my bud had to wait ten minutes just to get a fork - AFTER the steak was served. Definitely NEED to call a maid service. The vents in the ceiling are crusted with copious amounts of dust and lint. Dissapointed to say the least.

This place seems more like a local restaurant than a chain, albeit an upscale chain.. The service is second to none. The seafood and steaks I've gotten here rank with the best I've gotten in KC. Every aspect of this place is top notch.

Though its a chain resturant, It is still one of the best chain resturants. I highly reccommend to all my guest at Residence Inn by Towne Center to go to here to here. Can be a bit pricey but the food is worth it. The waitresses are the best. Plus afterwards you can just drop right around the corner to Haystack Ride for a nice good classy drink. This whole area has prospects of being something great.

The food here is adequate. I had the Cowboy ribeye with green beans and mashed potatoes. The atmosphere is nice, very cozy. The only thing that kept nagging at me was the dirty/ smudged mirror above our booth and the cracked upholstery on the seating. A restaurant that hopes to attain the level they are shooting for should not let details like that go unattended. As for the service, they were wonderful. My water glass was never half empty and our waitress was charming.

Great place for that special meal. They dont pretend to be a value place. Prepare to spend and they will not disappoint you. Our waiter Justin knows his stuff and will delight you with his attentiveness. Crab cake was divine. Sides are worth the price. Salmon was exquisite. I had to try the bone in filet. I was a bit disappointed. Ordered medium it came out medium well. Taste was not overwhelming and slightly below great filets I have had. Next time I will simply get the filet.

Delicious ribeye. I LOVED the shrimp & lobster bisque. The food was delicious but the service was truly superb. I was seated near the kitchen, not ideal but the frequent fate of someone dining alone. The servers, food runners, cooks, and managers worked in harmony, supporting each other and making sure everyone's table got excellent service. I could tell that everyone is treated well, which makes me likely to return. Would highly recommend.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all top notch! I usually have the steak, but I decided to go a different direction and have the rack of lamb (medium rare). I was extremely pleased with my decision. It was quite possibly the best lamb I had had in years. They're Manhattan's are also on point!

My boyfriend took me here for Valentine's day (2019). The atmosphere is very nice and romantic, and the service was very good. The food was good. My boyfriend fell in love with his dish (PAN-SEARED SEA BASS "HONG KONG STYLE") and i loved my steak, we also loved the sides (THREE CHEESE MAC, and CREAM STYLE SPINACH) and the desserts were AHHHMAZING! you have to order (BANANAS FOSTER BREAD PUDDING) is to die for. Everyone from the management to the wait staff was very friendly and professional. With the good food and excellent customer service we would definitely recommend and will be returning to Sullivan's.

I visited this place twice in the last 2 months. You basically come here for the view and live music. The food was not that great both times. First time I ordered the steak salad and it was drenched in salad dressing. Gross. The second time I ordered take out. My kids ordered the kids burgers. Basically not edible and thrown in the trash and ordered a pizza. The steak I ordered was a 8 ounce but I'm pretty sure I received a 5 ounce. It was burnt on the outside and dry. I asked for medium. The asparagus had a flour texture in my opinion made it unpleasant, not a great taste. 100$ for 3 crappie meals. Oh and did I mention not only did I order ahead of time but I also had to wait at the bar for almost 30min. I'm a pro when it comes to takeout. Think I will just stick to pig n finch or Bristol's if I want a good steak.

We ate here just a couple of weeks ago and had one of the very best dining experiences of our lives. Everything was just perfect - from the atmosphere to the staff to the food - nothing disappointed in any way. I'd say the one thing that stood out for me the most is the moment they brought our steaks. The servers asked us to cut into the middle to confirm our steaks were cooked the way we ordered. This way, if there was a problem, they could rectify it before everyone at our table was halfway through their meal. Every steak was cooked perfectly! I can't recommend Sullivan's highly enough. When we arrived I had had a very bad day and was in a really bad mood. Within 5 minutes of being seated the staff had me feeling more upbeat and by the time we left I was just plain happy!

Very disappointed with my dinner at Sullivan’s this evening. We ordered our steaks medium well and the steak was over cooked. It was so over cooked that my daughter couldn’t even cut into her steak. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he took it away and said that he would mention it to the manager. Manager came to the table and filled glasses with water and never addressed the over cooked steak. I expect to have a steak cooked correctly for the amount of money that we spent there. Will not be returning to this restaurant!

Isint that great guys. Especially for the money you pay. Yes food is good but it is not value for money. It’s just a place where they mark up the food just to make it look like they are in a much higher category but they are not. The decor is bland and boring. Nothing going on. They had like 5 big square cork art on the wall. What is that? Had gnats flying round. Food stains on the menu. Water everywhere in the bathrooms. When I pay 100’s for a meal I expect better than that. Food was ok. Nothing special. Food lacked originality. Been to many places where the food was of equal quality but half the price. Don’t go here. There is better.

Wasn't that impressed. Our server never made eye contact when describing the day's specials. Steak was ok. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Sullivan's went ABOVE and BEYOND for our reservation. I had heard great things from friends and family, so I had pretty high expectations and they still managed to exceed them. We were celebrating my birthday and our anniversary and they made it a very special dinner, complete with rose petals on the table, hand written cards, a photo of us, AND free dessert. Just, WOW! Our server, Alexis, was phenomenal. She was attentive, nice, and respectful. We were also greeted by one of the managers, Jason, who offered assistance with the wine menu. Everyone was friendly and willing to help make sure our night was truly special. On top of the outstanding experience, the food was superb. My steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and tender to cut. THANK you, for a wonderful date night, I highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect, romantic date night atmosphere. My wife and I went in for a casual lunch. We walk by this place so often on our downtown walks but have never went in. Our minds were on wedge salads, steaks NY Strip for her and Ribeye for me. We each choose a side to split. Garlic mashed and asparagus. Paired with a nice house Merlot. After taking our order, the waitress did not check back with us. We did not get salads or our wine until our steaks were ready. The manager came over right away and explained that the steaks were ready but there was a mix up with the salads and gave us some choices. The managers quick attention ahead of the problem made the experience more enjoyable. As opposed to us complaining the manager proactively took care of the situation. We opted to pass on the salads and were comp'd for our 2 glasses of wine. In the end, the steaks were fabulous, perfectly cooked and tender. The asparagus was crisp and fresh. The garlic mashed potatoes were the right balance of chunky but creamy. My wife exclaimed that this was one of the best NY Strip she has ever had. Hand carved with almost zero fat or cartilage. Perfect cut! The combination of proactive hospitality and the quality of the food, this is definitely in our list to return and recommend to friends.

The food was average. I had a ribeye steak for dinner. I chose the less outstanding ribeye cut on the menu. I ordered it medium rare, and it was stuff. The martini was outstanding and the service was outstanding. I have eaten there several times over a period of two or three times and there seems to be a consistency of average cuisine. This is unfortunate, because the space is lovely both for lunch and dinner and the staff is impressive. The wine list also will never win the Wine Spectator award. This is unfortunate, because this is one of the few places serving Sunday Brunch, which is not impressive! I have discussed my evaluation with friends who have discriminating taste, and we are all in agreement. There is room for much improvement and great potential!

Went for an impromptu lunch today. The knockout martini was delicious and my husband truly enjoyed his steak. The mixed greens salad was an impressive presentation and quite tasty. I got the chicken and was not overly impressed. The portion was small, the meat was dry and the fingerling potatoes were not cooked all the way through. I have an issue with the prices. That may be more of a personal thing though, because for the most part I am of the mindset that no lunch for 2 people is worth over $100! If you go in with the expectation you are going to drop some bread then you will be fine. That or stick to the lunch specials.

I had dinner here, with a co-worker, and when we went in I felt under dressed. I was impressed that no one here was snooty, or looking down at us, even though this clearly an upscale place. The service and the food exceeded all my expectations. I had a filet trio that was excellent, perfectly cooked and tender. They offer a bone-in filet that I think I'll try next time. I highly recommend the lobster bisque soup, it's amazing. I also had the calamari, loved it, in its sweet and spicy sauce, delicious! Thank you for an outstanding experience! UNETHICAL. There were only 4 tables total in the restaurant. Our waitress had two total tables serving 2 per table. She hardly checked on us and I was out of water a few times. Next when the bill comes she charged us for two $24 salads that the other table across the restaurant ordered. Sullii’s, keep making him happy - BUT IT’S BEEN A DRAG closing before 10 on Wed and even Thursdays. Several of us will go somewhere we’d rather not go if running late as we’re now trained you’ll be or about to close if after 9:30 pm. Doesn’t seem a smart call. One of my preferred dining establishments in Louisiana's capital city. The live music in the sidebar is definitely a throwback to classier days. Locally Sullivan's is "known for their steak", but to be blunt, my last two culinary outings have been less than stellar, cementing, at least for me, Ruth's Chris steakhouse #1 spot for steak in Baton Rouge. Nevertheless, I still recommend locally Sullivan's for a solid night out and a "good" steak, but it seems to be thriving off reputation, rather than service and quality. It literally pains me to say that Sullivan's isn't what it used to be, but you come here for honest reviews do you not?

Best steakhouse ever. I have been visiting sullivans steakhouse for the last year. My favorite thing to get is the cowboy cut with 3 scallops and cabernet goat cheese butter on top with a side of lobster mac. My two favorite drinks are the french 75 and the blueberry lemondrop. The staff is amazing and so good at their jobs. Very professional but also kind and enjoyable to be served by. Cant find any other selection of bone in steaks like these ones.

The cigar and cigarette smoke WHEN SEATED INSIDE the restaurant ("smoking" section is outside) are completely obnoxious, even when you're NOT outside in the covered patio (in the "smoking section.") I LOVE their food, love the wine selection, and had great service, but my husband and I just came home and WREAK of smoke all over!! This is 2017.... Smoking is NOT cool anymore. I don't see why a high end restaurant that serves delicious food and prides itself on great service would subject their nonsmoking patrons to this kind of torture. It feels like they're completely behind the times..... They need to go nonsmoking restaurant wide and save their indoor patrons from the terribly overbearing, gross, and stinky cigarette and cigar smoke that has been proven OVER AND OVER to cause lung cancer, even in nonsmokers. It's literally an invasion of my "inalienable" right to life.

We had a late lunch in the middle of the week, only a few customers but plenty of waitstaff. Our meal consisted of a dozen fresh oysters on the half shell, 2 lump crab cakes and 2 french onion soups . The oysters had a lot of shell in them which was surprising since they tasted like they had been washed off, none of the brackish salty water taste present. The French Onion Soup lacked a certain flavor may have been absence of Sherry and Thyme? Not sure. The crab cakes were a bit dry and over salted. The overall experience was just a general generic OK. I would not bring guest to treat them for a night out. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The waitstaff polite. Restaurant location convenient and parking access easy upon entrance and exit. Just an unremarkable experience.

Well expect to pay a lot, but the money is worth it. One of the best steak places in baton rouge. Love it when they have a band. My wife and I always have the best date nights here. Cocktails are not to be out done, served to perfection. If you are in town it's a must try. It's a large establishment so they always have room it seems. Great formal dining experience with fabulous food which is not limited to steak. The name itself has steak in it but don't let that fool you. While steak is one of the finest dishes that they serve, i equally loved the sea bass and the pork chop. The lobster bisque' is real good too. We also ordered a calamari appetizer that was awesome and all of us loved. They even have some good vegetable sides such as baked cauliflower and asparagus. The restaurant is very good. Had dinner there tonight to celebrate our anniversary. Food was excellent! They have a 3 course price fix dinner for $44, which is reasonable for what you get. The wait staff are very attentive, & the manager stopped by to make sure everything was ok. If you don't order the 3 course meal deal, it can get quite expensive, so for those of us on a budget, it's definitely a special occasion only place. It's definitely worth it though.

However the tables in the restaurant are way to close and so hard to move between, they seem to need to take some out. Servers pass on top of you as you are trying to talk or eat. Valentines Day fixed menu. The Seafood combo was not good. Shrimp rubbery, crab legs and lobster claw had no flavor. Wouldnt allow us to get a salad in addition. Steak came out under cooked and sent back. They threw same steak and all pieces cut back on grill so all pieces that were cut off came out well done and all seasoning was seared off. Baked potato wasnt fully cooked and broccoli was almost raw. Dessert was ok. Food was not worth the price tag we paid.

The atmosphere and music gives you a feeling of nostalgia as music from Frank Sinatra and other artists from that generation brighten up the place.The darker colors by no means makes this place feel small or closed in. With plenty of air to breath you should definitely come in and enjoy the exemplary service. They have top of the line wine bottles and all sorts of whiskey, scotches, and mixed drinks. I enjoyed a makers mark on the rocks. With my drink I had ordered au gratin potatoes with a medium rare filet mignon. Upon reception of these item I was asked to cut my filet to see if it was cooked as desired with the option to bring it to a higher temperature. The filet was juicy and absolutely delicious with the bourbon peppercorn sauce. The au gratin potatoes came out unbelievably phenomenal I did not want to stop eating no matter how full I got. For dessert I ordered the signature bananas foster bread pudding. It is simply just breathtaking. Could not end the meal any better. I cant wait to come back. The food came in a timely manner. Amanda is an excellent server. She managed her tables effectively and I was never waiting to long to be checked on. I will be back at least once a month this is my new desired place for all special occasions. You have to go. You have to experience the magic here at least once

I love their steaks, shrimp and lobster bisque, and 50/50 tea. I just learned they are only doing dinner service now, so I guess it is no longer an option for lunch. They have a wonderful atmosphere as well. You're gonna love it there!

We went here for our 2nd Anniversary (2nd visit). My husband can't stop talking about the Waygu steak. We both order it along with the horseradish, garlic mashed potatoes. Family dinner on a Friday. First time I've been there. The service was excellent. The spinach and artichoke dip tasted excellent but they didn't give you very many chips. The redfish on a plank was excellent. The steaks were average. The shrimp and grits were good. We were seated in the area going to the back (I'd call it a hallway because of the traffic and the long narrow shape, but it had tables) so everyone coming in went right behind the table.

Visited once as a treat to my mother and it was indeed a treat for us both. The server, after greeting us, asked if it was a special occasion. I informed her that it was an early mother's day celebration due to the fact that we'd both be working that day. Keep that in mind. I had a lemon drop martini, very well made with subtle sweetness. The steak, which I ordered medium, was cooked to perfection. But, the asparagus paired with it were not flavorful at all. In my opinion they would have been great tossed in a garlic butter with light salt and pepper. Concluding the meal, they gave us TWO free desserts for our mother's day celebration, took a picture of us (with our permission), and brought it right out in a paper frame with "Happy Mother's Day" written inside. Overall, a great experience.

Always fun at Sullivan’s! Went with my wife, in-laws, and friends last Friday. We sat on the heated patio, and enjoyed the wine tasting that night, appetizers, and scotch! My father in law bought me a McCallan 25 for Xmas (way out of my price range normally!). It was a good time, and later in the evening, 30 KC Chiefs, including QB Patrick Mahomes, were in for dinner. Fun to watch how excited everyone in the restaurant was to see the team out for dinner!!! I’ve eaten here several times over the years, enjoyed drinks and cigars on the patio, and have attended several wine tastings, wine dinners, and beer dinners. This was actually where we came for dinner the night we closed on our home. Lots of great memories here over the years, and I’m sure there will be many more.

Our evening started out a little rough when we were informed we could not pull 2 tables together in the bar area and were moved to a corner table... about 2 to 3 hours later the same 2 tables were combined by another group without a problem. Jordan was a rock star server. She checked in with us frequently, even had a sangria (not on the menu) made for someone at the table. Note to management: Have the leadership skills to approach a table and explain why you are having them moved. Don't send in a server to do your dirty work.

Sullivan's provided a great menu for patrons during Restaurant Week in Baton Rouge. I selected them for my fillet meal for that week and they certainly did not disappoint. They were extremely busy, but our waitress (and waitress in training) were very efficient. We also had 2 floor managers stop by the table to chat. The food was exceptional. Very family friendly restaurant. Several of the Staff told our 1 year old granddaughter how well behaved she was and invited her back anytime!

Out of the one of three families that spent our Friday night dinner here, Sullivan’s was worst $800 I’ve ever spent. DONT GO HERE FOR CRAB. We usually go to Ameristar and spent $30 dollars for all you can eat crab, and I have major regrets (and still hungry.) I can get behind spending big bucks on an amazing meal, but this was not it. The crab was dry, my brother has to send back his steak because it was overdone, and the waiter upsold food that was subpar. He was also rude to my mother and it was her 50 birthday. I am extremely disappointed in mostly the food, but the overall restaurant as well. The filet was great, but not worth more than 2 stars.

Went there with a group of 8 for a birthday dinner. Everything from the beginning was just right. The featured martini with pineapple was oh so good. The oysters and calamari were fresh and tasty. The calamari seasoning reminded us of orange chicken with a kick. It was different but def good. The steaks were perfectly done for each of us. No one had to send theirs back. Mind you, we went during restaurant week on a Saturday night and did the prix fixe menu but you never would have known...service was on spot! Our servers were friendly and had perfect timing without being over bearing. It was our first time but we will def be coming back. Maybe for the happy hour specials I keep reading about.

The food is just AMAZING! The steak is the way to go when you come to Sullivan's. One of the managers, Robin, came by and checked on us twice and was so sweet. Our waiter, Jake, was phenomenal! He was super attentive and made great recommendations on wine, food and desserts. Our drinks never ran dry and we never had to ask for anything! If you are looking for a great night out with a touch of romance Sullivan's is where you should go. If you are lucky enough to get Jake then your time will be even better!

My wife and I had dinner there for our anniversary. We each had a special consisting of 3 filet medallions each topped by a different sauce. All very good as were the sides of potatoes au gratin and macaroni & cheese. The creamed spinach was excellent. The banana foster bread pudding, which was complimentary since it was our anniversary, was delicious, and l am not much of a dessert eater. Timi gave us great service as well. All this didn't come cheap but then no premium steak houses are.

Visited for the first time today and don’t plan to return. The service was outstanding—the waiter “V” was extremely professional and very attentive. However, the food was horrible! Ordered the burger, which was a special they were having. The burger was extremely greasy and my bread was molded. I reluctantly sent it back (as we know what can possibly happen when you return food to the kitchen) ——so, when my “suspicious looking new burger” came back, it was charred from what seemed to be an unclean grill. By that time I was done and did not eat the burger. I did pay my bill and tipped my waiter, but this was my one and only experience with Sullivan’s restaurant!

Went there for a wedding reception and the food was amazing! Great fast customer service and the waiters were very polite. Only thing was there was one girl who walked around in a outfit with a skirt barely covering her private parts and there were kids there which wasn't very appropriate. Other than that the food get a 10 out of 10! Didn't get a chance to try any drinks! #romantic #livemusic #localspot
