Our waitress was incredibly busy and it was hard to get her attention, but we did get our burgers and they were pretty good (and half-price because it was Wednesday!) They've got some decent daily specials, so check out their website. Just make sure you don't have an elsewhere to be, or be ok with being late.

Don't eat the chicken. I have gotten food poisoning three times. I ate the food and within 6-10 hours I was throwing it back up. I even sent it back once because it had that smell like chicken that sat in the fridge for too long and got "stagnant". Why would a restaurant let their chicken get stagnant like that? I told management and they said, "Oh no, it couldn't be us." Sorry, I didn't eat anything else that might have been contaminated. Also the people are leaving in throes. People from April aren't there in June. Great staff are gone. Now the people that work there are jaded, confrontational, and negative all the way up to management. I guess they do still cater to the families in the neighborhood that let their kids run around undisciplined, but it's not the bar that I used to know. On to the next one.

The food at rocks is consistent and good but I've had trouble getting my order to show up correctly more than once and on my last visit heard another customer receiving an apology for the same thing. Also I'm pretty sure they bring Pepsi when one asks for coke which isn't cool. If you don't serve Pepsi just tell the person, or their coke setup is really off. There are very kid friendly which is nice as a lot of places as bar like as rocks aren't very good when it comes to kids.

Definitely has great burgers there’s no doubt. But the quality can be hit or miss depending on busy they are. Sometimes perfect, other times it looks like they just slapped the food on a plate. Beer and whiskey focused drink menu with a large selection and nightly specials. Atmosphere is a mix between sports and college bar that probably could use some updating. I would recommend ordering through grub hub rather than dining in.

The wonderful people at Half Acre recommended this place when we were looking for a late night bite and I'm so glad they did. Late night food was absolutely spot on and they have pool tables! Done.

Wonderful waitstaff, barkeeps, and menu. The daily specials are amazing (my friends and I keep thinking we'll go out somewhere else on Monday, but $6 Soup+FULL sandwich and 1/2 off all adult drinks) and the food is great too. If you're looking for a place to relax and have fun with friends, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Also, there's a shuffle board table. So, you know... awesome.

I NEVER leave reviews but this place is a RIP off. I ordered a DIY burger for delivery. Based on the rating and price, I expected something good but that was not the case. $13 for a cold, dry and overcooked burger that didn't even come with fries. Why is it so expensive and where is the quality?

Quintessential sports bar. Very homely atmosphere with a little hilarious karaoke thrown in from time to time. If you want to watch WWE events, I fully recommend this place.

A fantastic spot along Lincoln Ave with a great local beer selection and delicious bar food. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they make from regulars to first time patrons feel welcome. They have awesome trivia on Tuesday nights and will often have UFC events shown here with specials. Must do if you’re in the neighborhood!

This is a nice spot for a decent burger and a glass of whiskey. We stopped by on Whiskey Wednesday and really enjoyed the selections and the prices of the whiskey. The burger special was also very much worth getting. If you are looking for a place with a big menu and daily specials, this is the place to go! Need to get back for Whiskey Wednesday for sure.

Best burger place I've ever been to hands down. The fries are amazing as well like how is this place not filled with reservations. The burgers are like so delicious. I personally love the "El Gordo Burger". They also have great specials like half off on Wednesdays on burgers and on Thursdays for drinks. Just perfect.

The menu sounds amazing and the food is pretty good but there is a large quality value issue with their food. I got take out and was expecting to have a really good feast with friends for the $50 I spent. When I opened the containers at home I found my $6 bowl of chili was in a half filled container that measured a total of half a cup of product. My cheese burger was nothing but a burger on a bun not even cheese. My $10 order of pretzel bites was exactly 10 tiny bites. I will not be wasting my money here again.

Great food and beer selection, but dear god, turn down the music! Everyone is yelling at each other for no reason! Just turn it down a little, I can't even hear my dining companions! Also, they put cheesecake on the menu and didn't have it.

Really great burgers and prices to match. The service is friendly and fast even on weekends. Found this place on a whim when our first option was way too crowded on a Friday. We walked in to Rocks, were seated immediately and had our food within 20 minutes of ordering. Safe to say we have a new regular place!

Went to ROCKS to watch UFC 241 and it was PACKED! We ended up finding a seat outside which still gave us multiple views at multiple TV's which was great. The food was reasonably priced too. For three appetizers and a drink we paid 35 dollars and we were happy with the food. It's a great place to watch UFC as you can easily start up conversation with anybody there because they were all fans. I'll definitely be coming here next time there is a fight.

They've got darts, pool, and shuffle board. Sometimes kareoke. It's a pretty average bar with a nice staff, just don't order the chicken sandwich. I was given a thin dry burnt half chicken breast. It was not good.

I am a twenty year old college student. I went to this bar at like ten thirty at night with my roommates and was immediately asked for my id- when their policy is clearly stated that minors are still allowed to be served until 11:30. We shared fries and waters because it was made clear that no one had time to make us an actual meal. Two of us did karaoke we were having a great time and then at 11:10 we were promptly kicked out. Twenty minutes before we were expecting to be asked to leave. This was our last night together as roommates this school year, and for the rest of our college education. None of us will be returning to this establishment.

Food was fine, had the Chicago Classic, girlfriend had a custom burger. They weren't anything to write home about. Thankfully we went on half price day. Their "cajun fries" are just fries with hot sauce on them. Not...quite what I was expecting. Not sure if the glass was clean for her wine as it smelled like wet dog (and I don't know a pinot grigio that smells like that). Cider selection is one cider, so if you like cider, this isn't really the place to go. Overall, it was alright, specials are really what you'd go there for, but nothing is particularly worth full price.

This is one of my favorite bars in the city. It's larger than your average bar in the city of Chicago, or at least it feels that way because it's located further north than overpopulated areas like Lakeview or Lincoln Park. Even though they show WWE AND UFC pay-per-view fights with NO COVER (!!!), the place doesn't ever get so full that you feel like you have to fight for a table or for attention from the wait staff, who are always super friendly. The menu is also DELICIOUS. The Leroy Brown is especially one of the best sandwiches you can get in Chicago: macaroni and cheese, BBQ pulled pork, and cheese slapped between two slices of Texas Toast. how can you resist?
