Loved it here after seeing the Rolling Stones at Soldier Field. They have a bus that brings you back from concert. The food was good for bar food and reasonably priced. We had Nachos, Chicken Sandwich and Fish Tacos. Didn't care for the fish tacos but everything else was great. The service was very good and we really appreciated the kitchen open until midnight. The space is cool decorated with classic concert posters everywhere. Way cool.. Will return.

We came here for the silent trap and drill party. Two out of three of the DJ's were amazing, they had a great mix of music for all ages. I did think there would be a bigger crowd but it wasnt that many people in there, enough to have a small party. Other than that I had a great time and it was well worth my little $10 early bird special.

This is one of my local decompression spots. After a long day at work unwind with a few drinks and something to eat. The food at Reggie's is actually really good. The bar itself is a relaxed atmosphere with a Rockin Roll theme behind it. I like the joint.

This is a local bar that has 3 locations in one. Live music just about every night. Good bar food and drinks. They also have a retain store supplied with all different types of music in Vinyl, CD's and other swag. I personally love the roof top bar!

We came here for a concert, and we were quite impressed with this hidden little venue. Good food, great beer selections. Our concert was the Music Joint portion, which was a nice intimate setting for the band we saw. Given the opportunity, I'd definitely return for other concerts here.

Saw Pentagram last night it was amazing. Loved the opening bands Howling Giants and local band Black Road blew me away. Venue was awesome. Drove all the way from Minnesota in my beater truck, definitely worth it. \,,/

It was not a bad place. Pretty hoping place on all the floors. Great deal for food, and game ticket. Could use more lighting in the stairwell leading to the rooftop bar. As a semi blind person who can't see well in the dark like others. I almost tripped and fell.

Visiting Chicago from out of town & ran into this place. Reggies' makes the simplest food taste so amazing. I had the taco salad (quite unexpected from the ambiance of heavy metal all over the place) that was loaded with ingredients & I made my own loaded tots with bacon, cheese, & sour cream, Mmmmmm. None of the potatoes (we had fries & tots) tastes of all the foods ever fried in it, which is a major plus & lets you know Reggies changes their grease. Everything was freshly cooked & hot & the service was pretty good as well. My friend had the catfish which stayed hot the entire time she ate it. I'm definitely coming back to try out some other menu items.

Loud music & dark atmosphere; certainly a divey type bar. However, I was shocked to know they had some of the best wings around town. The wings are large and tender with enough crisp on the skin. Their sauces are basic and ranges from bbq, medium and hot. I usually grab a few drinks then order my food to go. People here are also really friendly though you will find yourself yelling just so they can hear you. This is certainly my favorite wings location south of the loop.

It took 15 minutes for my server to give menus at 7pm when place was nearly empty. Server named Mia M snatched menu from my wifes hand and very unprofessional. The drinks were nasty which I believe was intentional because moscow mules are very typical. I always tip well with bad service because it leaves heaping coals on their heads. However this time I was way taken back by her unprofessionalism.

If you're into punk/metal and are in chicago reggie's is a must. Great food, cheap drinks, cool staff, great shows regularly. I think the record store is gone, but that was always rad.

Bar/rock band dark and dingy atmosphere. Very friendly barkeep. I ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich to go. The food came with fries. The sandwiches were dried and bland. The fries were greasy and soggy. Not worth the $27 I paid. This is a place that you come for the music and the food is an aside.

Went here for breakfast buffet before our shuttle took us to Dark Lord Day in Munster,IL. If you are a fan of punk and metal.....this establishment is an essential stop. Workers are rough around the edges but friendly. Definitely recommended.

Pleasant. Fascinating decor; like ke a 50-something hippie hangout. Standard draft beers were fifty cents more expensive than even downtown - kind of odd. Didn't try food and don't know if they have any because I wasn't given a menu. Overall, an interesting experience in an interesting neighborhood. Not a destination but definitely a place to visit if you're in the convention center area.

Food wasn't anything special. Not worth what I paid for. Friday special was a bucket of mixed Mexican beer so you would think the beer would be ice cold or at least cold. Got the bucket nothing but warm beer and it was 90 degrees out. Great. Sitting on the patio with warm beer. Service was below average. Overall poor experience. Not going back .

If I have every made the biggest mistake in life tonight was the worst. Poor service horrible service from Gloria G I had to refrain from losing my religion and giving her a piece of my mind But because my coworker I decided not too. Reggies is an institution in the south loop and is a favorite hangout spot for sure. Their rooftop bar is a great open-air spot to hang out, eat, and have a few beers. The specials are on point and all the food is delicious.

Oh my God. Stopped here for a bite to eat after we were told our hotel room would be an hour or so until it was really. We had just been in the car for 7 hours driving to Chicago and were tired and hungry and just happened upon this place. Thank goodness we did! It was wing day and they were the biggest wings I had even seen! They were nice and hot and the flavouring was perfect. We had them with ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side which I thought was included with the wings but it was an add on to the price of the final bill. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time that an additional cost was involved. We would definitely go back as the food was hot and the beer was cold. Great job Heather :)

Absolutely the worst venue I have been to. Would give negative stars. The employees are horrible. Waiter came to our table 3 times during the first 45 minutes, 1 to bring us a drink, then to take the order for food which someone else brought out, then to collect the check right away, then nothing for the next 2 hours. Finally asked another person to take care of us. Also the show said 7PM start, the opening band did not start till 8PM. The place smells inside, the ventilation is horrible it was hot and miserable. I will never go here again. Parking is not easy and the neighborhood is sketchy, watch you back. Also if you order tickets on the website they charge a 5 dollar service fee. Rip off artists.

Seems like a good place, but I went for an open-mic event. When it was thirty minutes past the posted start time and no sign of it starting, I left, disappointed. I don't expect things to start exactly on time, but even those if use with a busy schedule want to get out and see things now and then and when they don't start even remotely on time (if at all?) it's just rude to the customer.

Went for the first time last night to see a show and what a cool venue. We stayed on the bar side. Bartenders were super attentive and quick. The interior feels cozy and cool like a record shop, with tons of red lights. I only got the Mac and cheese but it was actually really good, highly recommend it. If you've never been and like to support the local music scene definitely go, definitely won't regret it!

Very underwhelmed, left extremly disappointed. Went with my husband and daughter, sat on their outside patio. Went in to ask about seating, grumpy guy at door. Sat in non-smoking patio side, ppl were smoking. Server was terrible, no welcome, never came to give refills and recommend mac n cheese which was mediocre at best and extremely bland (that’s really not her fault). Women’s bathroom smells of straight urine when you open the door. I’d love to know how this place has such high reviews...maybe the music is just that good?!

I love this bar normally, but when I walked in they were playing Hillary duff?! I'm all for new artists but not hearing old school metal like Slayer or iron maiden saddens me. But they do host metal shows sometimes.

I love Reggies....we've seen lots of concert's here, great place for live music. Non pretentious and laid back. For this place to be a bar the food is actually really good... And cheap. One of the few places close to downtown that you can find a $2 - $3 beer.

Outstanding music and food joint that's not stuck in a crowded, can't find a parking place area... Just stand by the kitchen fan for a amazing aroma and you'll be hooked. Nonstop bands playing every night for every taste and genre. Great jem tucked away in the South loop not far from McCormick and the expressways..

Got to see one of my favorite band at Reggies, a small, intimate setting, but with a raucous crowd, great environment, and a hella fun night. Reggies doesnt look like much when you first walk in, reminiscent of grunge scenes youd see in movies and TV, it feels very small initially. However, once the music is playing and the crowd jumping, Reggies has a great ambiance which makes a show that much more enjoyable. With a shallower audience area, theres no bad place to stand. Also, the beer prices, for the city, were stellar! 6$ for a microbrew? Hell yeah! Thanks for an awesome experience, Reggies! I'll be back!

Went to see Grandson, which the venue for music was very intimate, held about 500 people, they have an upstairs, tho it isn't ideal for music up there, you can't see the stage at all unless you're at the railing. As far as drinks, just expect standard concert drinks/dive bar drinks, had a good selection of beer, and could do some basic cocktails

Ordered what I thought to be 2 very simple meals (hot link and hot dog meal) through Postmates and when my order arrived I was missing the hot link meal. I called Reggie’s and had the guy who answer argue with me until he saw I was right. Went to pick the new meal up myself and it wasn’t ready after 30 minutes of waiting. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to eat - the music is great. The people? Not so much.

We sat on the rooftop and had drinks because there was a band playing in the ground floor space. The music was so loud that up on the roof it felt like I was sitting on a dying vibrator.
