With displeasure and regret, I must submit an unfavorable review. From the moment my friend and I sat at the bar, we recieved an unfriendly welcoming and service. For me who is someone who travels a lot; in the US and abroad. Additionally, I am someone who has been served thousands of proper pints that has been carefully poured to enjoy the craftsmanship put into craft beer. I know what it looks like and I know what I am talking about. I can confidently tell what a good and bad pour is. I know the dimensions of a head that not only ornaments, but functionally serves its purpose at the top of a pint to preserve aroma, freshness, etc. The grievance (in addition to the rudeness; principally) is when the bartender who serves a pint that is less of a pint in capacity with a head that exceeds tolerance set by a well established standard, and dares to accuse me of drinking from it prior to submitting my complaint; implicating that I am being dishonest. (As I told her, I am a retired Marine. I have no reason to lie.) And when I asked politely to correct the deficiency, I recieved attitude. When my pint was re-served back to me, it was done in a very rude fashion with much grumbling words under her breath. But yet when a different couple sat down at the bar, several stools from my party. They were recieved very pleasantly. Why the disparity of service? All visiting customers should be treated with friendliness and courtesy; for one. Learn how to properly pour a pint to ALL customers; should be an area of concern to correct if you care about craft brews. Lastly, take the customer's grievance with respect, and fix it with courtesy and respect as well.

Single diner treated terribly by hostess. Told the only seating option was the bar (up or down) but both were full so instead of offering to seat me at a 2-top, (of which there were plenty) she offered me a seat in the doorway waiting area. It's no fun dining alone, and worse when the hostess makes you feel like a 2nd class citizen. Didn't stay for dinner at the Park Tavern . The restaurant next door however was very welcoming.

Great food, decent variety, nice atmosphere, however prices are a bit on the ridiculous side. Granted this area is extremely pricey due to it being more of a "touristy area". Between the 2 of us the bill was $75 just for an appetizer, 2 fountain drinks, and 2 burgers (like I said, their prices are RIDICULOUS and could benefit GREATLY by reducing them by ATLEAST $5 each. However, you do get a lot of good quality food). I would recommend, but don't be surprised if the bill is over $150 for a family of 4, and if you're looking for a date night with drinks, it's probably going to be similar amounts as, again, their alcoholic beverages are also quite a bit overpriced. They do also have a large selection of alcoholic beverages but are made weak. Can't really complain though.

After 10pm they fancy themselves as a night club/lounge, charging $5 per head cover and removing all the tables. Booths are marked "Reserved" so you have no place to sit. Judging by the sign at the door that says "no visible neck tattoos," they have a problem with gang members and safety. Do not recommend in any way, shape or form.

Ordered the diablo shrimp dish, no mention that I saw that it was a pasta dish or came out with garlic bread. The menu was huge so likely I missed some small print somewhere. But bottom line it wasn't gluten free. I mentioned the issue and they quickly brought out a gluten free menu and I was able to order the GF Buffalo Mac and Cheese and it had a good flavor but the GF pasta was underdone. Good service, nice view, friendly staff. Overall would recommend.

The bartender acted particularly put out by our order. He was unfriendly. It's too bad cause the food really was good- even as a to go order.

Excellent beer menu, food menu is massive, couldn't choose what to eat it took about 5 minutes of careful consideration. It can get loud, we were there on a Saturday night. Definitely recommend arranging a reservation. Digital draft list is very cool but couldn't really see it from where we were sitting, had to get up and walk up to it. 3F Zombie Dust on draft is a huge plus they get 5 stars just for that. Food was excellent but it did take a while to come out as it was a hectic and crazy busy weekend dinner.

Service was a little slow. The food was good but not great. The portions were huge. Price was fair. Lots of TVs and it was clean. If you’re not that hungry you could split some of the meals between two people...especially if you get a full portion of chicken. I had the half portion and it was a lot of food.

My friend and I came here on a Monday afternoon in May. We have been in the area but never here to eat. The place was big and pretty empty, but it was a Monday after all. Some people filling the tables. There's a lot of seating so good for big groups. Our waitress was quick and friendly with our orders and everything. The food was pretty good too. He had the Brisket sliders with fried onions on the side, which he said were good. I ordered the crispy Buffalo Chicken Mac. Pretty spicy but I liked it. I just wish the chicken had more crunch to it. This was priced at $18 and well worth it. It was huge! Definitely brought some home for leftovers. A good option if you're around the Rosemont area!

Only went in for apps and drinks the drink was 12 but didn't taste like a 12 drink. I do not drink but this was bought for me so I pretty much drank it over course of meal. I got nachos and cheese curds and both were good with big portions. Service was great.

Overall an OK place. Food was good, stick to basic drinks. Anything above a vodka tonic you may be disappointed. Old fashioned, Manhattan and long islands are not made from scratch so they don't taste right at all. Definitely a better place for a quick beer and some sliders.

This place is kinda fancy, I loved their food it tastes so good. The drinks can be pricey though but worth it. The atmosphere is great. It's good for groups of friends or business meetings. I would definitely recommend this place if your on a look out for a fancy lunch or dinner with your date or a friend or whoever you feel like. lol

Terrible interior, owner doesn’t care about the fact that his bar look like a construction. If you enter after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday be ready to pay $5 (for nothing). No servers were waiting our table. Very pricey drinks. I can suggest to go elsewhere.

Bartender who was waiting on our table because restaurant was busy. Has her butt cheeks literally out of her shorts and was wearing stripper fish net tights up to her stomach all while wearing a belly too and her bra back showing. So trashy and disappointed. We were actually here to celebrate our anniversary and go to the comedy club and our service was also terrible. The server was so busy talking to her friends behind the bar.

The food here is great, and they have solid vegan and vegetarian options (including the impossible burger). They have a ton (like 40) beers on tap and overall a pretty relaxed atmosphere. Solid choice all around for family, friends, etc. Finding this place is a bit on the awkward side; it's behind a massive parking garage and is part of a what I assume is supposed to be a "lifestyle center". Regardless, definitely would come back if I find myself in the area again.

If you want to receive terrible service to the point where you stand up 4 times to get your orders served and wait over an hour an a half to get chicken strips and Mac and cheese for your kids Park Tavern is the place for you. Not only did the service suck but the manager had the audacity to say well if you would have had a reservation you would have been seated where you'd be easily accessible to your server. If you want to voice your disappointment with the little common courtesy you receive don't send an email to Omar Perez the General manager as he will not respond to your message. I will not be returning it's a shame because the kitchen staff is actually pretty good

Because of Rosemont's unconventional planning scheme this place can be a challenge to find without prior knowledge of the area or navigation. If you get to the right parking garage, they do offer free validated parking. Menu offers a good variety of food and beverage options. Regular drink prices seemed a little high but they do offer drink good specials for certain occasions (brunch, football,.. ). Food prices were fairly reasonable and the fried chicken was the standout of our meal. Peace

During the day it's a simple restaurant. At night it's not just a bar it's almost a club with music that's blasting and drinks that cost too much. And there was cover. They did cover parking though so that's nice.

We stopped in for appetizers and drinks while waiting to meet family for dinner at another restaurant in the area. The place was busy but sat us immediately without a reservation (as long as we would leave before 7:30). Lots of good food & drink options here. Seating is a mix of high tops, low tables, and booths surrounding a good size bar....very close quarters however.

Big bar/restaurant! Have been a few times. Their menu has quite a bit of options for everyone. On Sunday, they had brunch! Kiddo and I shared a plate of sliders. The sandwiches are HUGE, so be prepared to eat. We shared the Parmesan tater tots, so delicious!

Went with my girlfriend, who is a vegetarian, to grab lunch before her flight. Reasonably priced with slightly more upscale classic American bar food. Not a ton of vegetarian options, but we ordered the fried goat cheese and quinoa and mushroom burger, and it was perfect for two. Large portions and very tasty. Good selection of beer and drinks. Atmosphere is similar to most hip gastropubs in the states in the vein of Yardhouse. We chose to sit outside, looking out on the park, and it was perfect. The waitress was attentive without being overbearing. We got drinks, appetizers, and meal all within 30 mins, giving us plenty of time to enjoy our food and drinks without feeling rushed. Highly recommend for a quick bite or a drink with friends.

Very rude hostess, one customer before us was asked by other hostess what type of table he preferred and he told them .... when it was our turn hostess did not even acknowledge us with a smile or ask us about table option she took us by end of bar where all waitresses were just hanging around talking left menus on table did not even informed us who the waitress will be serving us ..... did not care about..... to point out restaurant was not busy at all ... we left, never coming back ..... customer appreciation training necessary... when we told them why we were leaving they just say thank you
