Yroll Bibit

I try their beef bbq it was delicious and little though very chewy. Worth the to try

Holland Hames

Brought my parents here and the service was excellent! They loved the food and we have been back several times since. Thank you!

Albert Nguyen

An all you can eat korean bbq. With lots of options and variety. Good choices of meats and side dishes. You can order up to 3 dishes of meat at a time. But the servers are really nice ans will usually lwt you order more. Staff is friendly.

arpita kaushik

Amazing Korean food. The service was great

yusaurus

Had the beef combo (suitable for 3-4) + pancake. Everything was nice and clean. Flavor of side dishes were spot on. Quality of meat was good. Took a star off because they didn't have as many side dishes as other kbbq places.

Shaun Slack

Great food and great service. Except that they take automatic 18% tip right away.

박지혜

So yummy!!!The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. I will definitely be going here again.

Ryan Johnson

The pork ribs and spicy fried chicken were very good. Most of the sides, I didn't really care for, but the fish cakes were surprisingly really good. I wish they had a broader menu of drinks aside from their alcoholic beverages, but it does promote hydration to just drink water. The soy bean tofu soup was really good as well. The atmosphere of the place is really neat too. The tables have a burner in the middle for a hot plate as well for the all you can eat menu.

Joshua Panicker

Great experience, definitely overpriced

Jonathan Edwards

Great food and atmosphere. The waitstaff definately wants you out quick though. And the automatically added gratuity is a little ridiculous

Rocky Salgado

Food was amazing staff was attentive and very kind will definitely be back.

Joseph Browne

When we walked in I thought it was empty but the private rooms had families and groups in them. It was a different type of grill here not the cooking on open flame but a grill pan with a sheet of silicone fabric. I was skeptical about it at first but it did a good job. The list of foods available was long so you wouldn't go hungry. Loved the squid just don't overcook it. Friends said we messed up not getting the KFC Korean fried chicken. Will get it next time. Great all you can eat.

Mina D

Too high of expectations for the price and long wait. I was definitely disappointed :(

Amo Cenare

We went to Mr.Kimchi base on our friend’s recommendation. We didn’t order the buffet, but the à la carte. The menu selections are quite good, lots of varieties (appetizers, bbq, hot soups, fried chicken and noodles). Overall the food was quite good, but the price is quite high. The portion is quite small for the price you pay. We have been to so many korean bbq restaurants, for Mr.Kimchi I will categorize it on the expensive side (may be over charging). One of the dishes that we ordered that I think Mr.Kimchi completely overcharged was pork belly. It was just regular 4 slices of pork belly (if you have been to Hmart, saw/purchased pork belly there... these are 2 slices of regular pork belly being cut halves, and made into 4 slices) and Mr.Kimchi charged $18.95

Jennifer Ng

Dinner was really good. Service was a bit slow think it took us about 3 hours to eat but the staff was really nice. We found out only halfway through dinner that there was bell to ring for waitstaff. The fried chicken was really delicious. Good AYCE option.

Joseph Grajek-Yahn

Service was lacking, never got refills on any side dishes or water. Food however was pretty good.

James Ganta

The service was good the food was good but they didn't have air conditioning so if you want to sweat while you eat go there you'll lose a lot of water weight

Brent Hashiguchi

Always good, and great somek towers

Padee Yang

Hands down, best Korean BBQ around the outskirts of Chicago. I mean...unlimited Korean Fried Chicken??? The interior is spacious and fun, made to look like you're walking down a side alley in SK. If you're a k-foodie enthusiast, order beef intestine (gopchang) for the grill. Have it with some Hite beer and you're gonna have a good time! Of course, going with a group is the best experience.

Ming

Getting started was super slow but it was smooth after that. Go around 5 to beat the traffic a bit

Jacquelyn Wong

It was super busy but they were able to seat us pretty quickly. We did the ayce and it was delicious! The wait staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely come back again.

* Water is GOOD. Seriously you don't really think about restaurant water unless it's terrible or just the best water you've ever tasted. * They put a silicon mat onto the grilling surface to keep it clean. So whenever the server comes to clean our grill, they just swap out the mat. Quick and easy. We don't have to wait for the grill to get back up to temp to start cooking again, so we can eat at a pretty fast pace. * (Not a pro or con, just something I appreciated) They use fuel canisters to power the flames unlike most restaurants that have a dedicated gas pipe. I would list this as a con, but the server we had was super on top of changing out our canisters even before fuel even ran out. There was never a time we were waiting due to the flame being out. ** A bit pricey (for me). All-you-can-eat + some rounds of beer and soju for our party added up to $50 per person.

Joseph Jennings

Absolutely amazing quality and prices. Great service too.

Edward Y.

Awesome food, great service, really good bulgogi meat and soondubu.

Jon Tuttle

Good Korean BBQ place with an all you can eat option with a good selection of meats and other dishes.

Rajesh Jacob

Good variety in AYCE...meats were well marinated...attentive staff and rad interiors although the outside is pretty unassuming..will definitely go again..18% gratuity included for AYCE even if it's only 3 ppl

Josh Wallace

Had a fantastic time here. We came for a prime time Wednesday night dinner - 7:30pm. Staff got our party of 5 in right away. We did the AYCE and tried a bunch of options, pork belly, bulgogi beef, mr kimchi special beef, Korean fried chicken, octopus, etc. All were delicious. I am also a big fan of the Kimchi and fish cakes side dishes. Our waiter is good, attentive, helped us pick food, and gave us tips for cooking. I thought the service was great. Price might seem a little steep, but it's quality meat and all you can eat. You can't go wrong at Mr Kimchi

Nina

It was really nice that we idn't have to wait. Food was ready less than 15 minutes. Very tasty and authentic. Will definitely go back.

The Best Moments

Low quality meat

Ryan Swalls

Good food and service but overpriced. I don't agree with the mandatory tip. I would probably go back though.

HSIAO-CHI WANG

Nice services. Good food.

Douglas Chung

S#i+ was off the hook!

Nathan Camp

Fantastic quality and equally as good seasonings and sauces. Will definitely be back but hope they add more KPop

PekPek Touch

Very nice. The cheese and corn was sexy

Yong Han

First time ever I am asked to leave (politely?) at a restaurant just because they have some people waiting in line. Not to mention they play with the portions when you place large orders, make sure they give you the amount of food you ordered since we were cheated 100% when we placed an order for 8 and they gave us 5. Food is ok but your choice.

Luis Colon

Love to come here love love love love fresh Korean food amazing great service great environment all in all great food I definitely give it five stars or more.

Henry Chen

Great food, great price, plenty of options for all you can eat and service was quick.

Leo Fulbright

This place has a front and rear section separated by a small bar area. It has a nice cozy laid back Asian ambiance. All tables have a grill pit in the center designed for groups (2 or more). So if you go alone, they do not wish to sit you at a large table by yourself. They will offer you a seat at the bar so you can order from the standard menu. There is a number of tasty noodle and rice dishes from this menu. But you can't have the do-it-yourself grilling experience. Several screens so you can watch K-pop videos while you eat. I believe the bar is mainly used as a comfortable spot for people waiting for pick up orders. So.. If you want the full experience - don't go alone.

Camphlobactor

Mr. Kimchi is a nice, clean, modern all you can eat Korean bbq restaurant with a specialty in variety. Besides the usual marinated beef and pork there's also corn with cheese, spicy tofu soup, shrimp, dumplings, fried chicken, octopus, and intestines. You may order 3 dishes at a time and leaving too much meat will cause a $15 charge. Ayce also includes an 18% tip in the end. Expect to pay $30 per person and spend around 2 hours for the session. Overall the food is good. All the grills have a silicon mat which makes cleaning very fast and efficient but you do miss out on any of the char flavor and texture. The side dishes are incredible. Dinner included a salad with spicy sauce and it was refreshing. I really enjoyed the dumplings too. There is no desert included. Ice cream cones are $1 and ice cream sundaes are $5. I'll probably be returning on special occasions though it would be nice if they turned the music down a little bit. 5/5

Sivaboon Wissanee

This place make you feel like you're in Korea!! They did a very good job decorating the restaurant. It's a big place but still feels cozy. The price is a little expensive as usual for Korean food, thank god that my hubby loves me enough to take me anywhere I want to eat!!

Ashley Colangelo

Budaejjigae is great here. The Naengmyeon is decent but not amazing

Y G

Worse server on the planet. Poor customer service. I came back to this restaurant because I like their food, this time I bought several of my coworkers whom also loved Korean food. We were so disappointed with the service, waiter was so rude. He came to our table and turned off the grill without asking us if we're done with our meal and handed us the check. Because 18% gratuity was automatically added to the check, then server didn't care about customers and/or his service quality. We will NOT come back to this place ever again. There are a lot of good Korean restaurants in the area with good food and great service.

Jn Gu

Get rid of this restaurant. We went there because the high ratings and photos. Very bad service. We order the pork bbq combo Friday and it showed very different from the posted photos, which had steamed eggs and cheese corns. When I asked the waitress why it was different from the photos and why no eggs and corns, the waitress only beef combo came with those. Then I noticed that the table beside us ordered the beef combo, but not got the steamed egg either. However, the next day, my friend whose husband is Korean went there , ordered the pork combo and the waitress gave them the steamed eggs. Looks like they only like to serve the Koreans. Even the free rice and soup would not come until you asked for. Though we paid 15% tips but still bad experience. Never visit again!!!!!

thomas kerkes

Awesome spot

Dakota Nieto

One of the best places I've ever had for Korean BBQ!! It's a little pricey for the All You Can Eat menu but it is definitely worth it! The staff are extremely friendly and will help you if it your first time here! It does get extremely busy so I recommand planning around that!!

Avinash Limbu

It's a good restaurant. All you can eat is a good deal, would encourage staff to communicate more in English. Not that they were not trying to communicate, i know that being a foreigner English is a hard language to learn. Overall i had a great time with my friends.

Johanna Nina

Oh, we love this place! My favorite Korean restaurant. Great service.

chico liu

everything is so good. 29.95 for one people is not to cheap for all you can eat .but i think is a good deal for korean bbq . and i try 5 of the meat , they all very tasted. if you like .you should try it.i will go back sometime .i am sure about it.

Ashley Garcia

One of my favorite all you can eat BBQ!

Lang Thao

Best food ever. Will be back soon as possible when in Chicago again.

Rainier Bigueras

This is my go to KBBQ

Alvin Jonathan

Great korean BBQ, but their service charge is 20%, which is too much.

Kaloyan

Absolutely amazing korean food!!! Very tasty huge quantity for the money. Also the staff was very friendly and professional!

xinyun cui

Bad service. Will not come any more! And on menu just say automatic 18% gratuity on “All you can eat” option, but they also mandatory charge gratuity on other items we ordered! They wrote down the tips on the receipt by themself!!

Lee Yuna

Comfortable place to enjoy meats with great quality. Restaurant was very clean and organized well, but staffs were rarely checking table so that it was kind of frustrating. Every table had a bell to call server, but it was almost useless since they didn't appear forever. :(

Byungseung Yoo

Good variety for all you can eat

Forrest gump

Horrible. Longest wait time, service was bad. Had to keep asking for our food. Staff keeps passing by while we waited to add our name on the sheet. Food was decent not exceptional. Not going back.

Julie Kaczmarek

One of the coolest places I've ever been, one of the most authentic AYCE bbq's I've ever been too. Super cozy seating and prompt and happy wait staff!

Juliana Suh

You will not regret it. It is the best! If you are a first time visitor, ask for help. They will gladly help you. Taste great, service is great.

Yoonjung Kim

I've had a great experience at this new Korean BBQ restaurant. The waiters were all friendly. They have pork and beef combos which come with quality meat and each person was served their own salad/sauce box. I highly recommend this place.

erik sung

Buffet line was crazy on Tuesday night, so we just ordered off the menu. Their Rib Soup (Kal Bi Tang) was solid. I would go back in a heart beat.

Yutaro Matsuura

The food was very good. The service was standard. The small plates at the beginning were a little stingy. Why the 3 stars? My son and I walked out having paid $90. Much better options in the area. Were we full? Yes. Was the food delicious? Yes. Still... $90.

Ka Yang

Went with my hubs to experience our first all you can eat korean bbq. We enjoyed cooking the meat and everything was delicious! Our fav is the beef bulgogi, really flavorful. The price was decent compared to other korean bbq places we have been before. It was a busy night but all the waiters were really friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our late night dinner at Mr. Kimchi korean bbq. This will definitely be a place we come back to when we vacation in Illinois again.

Yuri Poluektov

Great food but they really need more waiters. Right now it seems that one lady does everything from answering the phone to cleaning the tables.

Taehwan An

Some meats are not fresh. I think the price is little bit pricey. And they includes gratuity 18% on my bill even we were only 4 people.

Abe Abrahamian

Real nice place. Will come back for some more Korean BBQ with friends and family.

Joel Punnakkat

Love it, great food and friendly service!

Nikita Akishev

On firs look this place doesn't look as 5 star restaurant but food is amazing, should try it and you won't regret!

Dennis Dominguez

First experience eating korean food. The service here is stellar, the ambiance warm and the food is amazingly delicious. From the moment we were seated until the moment we left, the staff was very helpful and attentive. They explained each dish brought out to us ( there were many). We enjoyed the concept of cooking the food at our table. We not only recommended we will bring others.

Dillon Pousson

I wasnt expecting much based on the outside since it was in a strip mall next to an Ace Hardware...but the food was so delicious and full of flavor. My family went with the all you can eat option and we choose a few different types of meat and the server brought us out some of his recommendations. Everything was satisfying to our needs. I also liked that we got to cook the food at our table! It was a fun and interesting way to make us interact together instead of having people look down at their cellphones on the down time. Definitely somewhere to checkout if you have never been.

Ryan Orwig

Great all you can eat, good selection. The Mr. kimchi Steak was tough, probably because it was cut against the grain. The rest of it was delicious, including all of the sides. Probably the best all you can eat Korean BBQ outside of Chicago.

Sue Lee

Very good food and people are very friendly. Wish they open for lunch too! I would definitely go back soon.

Mario Rannamae

My wife and I are going to be visiting Japan and Korea in February, and we were looking for an authentic experience in the mean time. This place exceeded our expectations with their welcoming staff, great food, and even electronic buttons to get the attention of the waiters! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, and he even gave us suggestions for things to do in Korea. We will be back for sure, and thanks again for the great experience.

MICHELLE ILAG

Highly recommend the Beef Combo. There's something with how they marinate the meat that makes everything taste SOOO GOOD! And really friendly service.

James Flores

We ordered chicken and it was just breast pieces with cheap dry rubs. Baby octopus came with a bland sauce. Underwhelming, overpriced and disappointing. Way too much money for cheap food I had to cook

Daniela Senaga

Closing time posted should be when you decide to close your kitchen, not when you will close the place. I arrived late after a delayed flight and couldn’t find anything open. Luckily, this place was “open” no one greeted us because the staff was too busy eating. 5 mins after lingering in the lobby and walking further in the restaurant, one of the employees gets up from his table to say they are closed. I asked if closing time was at 10 or 11pm. He said they close at 11 but the kitchen was closed so they couldn’t sit us down. This is misleading. I starved until the next day because I spent all my time driving to this restaurant which technically was closed.

Yoon Soo Park

Buffet dining with excellent selection of meats. Highly recommend.

Jency John

For our one year anniversary, we went out with Kevin's family to Mr. Kimchi in Mount Prospect, IL. This place was recommended to us after having a cousins' conversation on everyone's favorite location was for fried chicken, and Mr. Kimchi was one of the locations mentioned. We went their for dinner for an "All you can eat Korean BBQ" but it's not your regular buffet-style. I learned the hard way so consider this your guide to Mr. Kimchi. There was no shortage of options for your to select when you sit down. There's a list of BBQ pork, BBQ beef, chicken and seafood. The meat comes marinated in a plate. When you walk into the booth, the grill plate is set up with the fire started. Once it fires up, you pour on your first option of meat, the Mr. Kimchi steak (soy and Asian pear marinade steak), and lay it out using the tongs they give you. Each person also got a sesame oil and red-chilli paste; I ended up using it on the grill plate. Additionally, they brought out salad, bean sprouts, pig ear and kimchi; it was great munching on them while the meat was cooked on the grill. We also tried the Galbi ( marinade boneless short rib; dinner only), fried chicken, garlic chicken and the octupus. I was interested in the fried chicken; while it was amazingly crispy on the outside, there was no other spices or glaze on it so Bon Chon is still my favorite for fried chicken. The chicken was also bland and it was also dry after putting in on the grill. Some other small things to consider. They automatically charge 18% for gratuity into your bill. They charge $15 for any left over meat that's not consumed. You can order three meats at one time; as you eat them, you can order more. You can't take any left over food home so eat up. I'll include a snapshot below of their meat options.

Corina Rivera

Loved it!! Great place for a date, but be sure to be hungry♥️

Jacqueline Machado

I am reviewing the service not food since I didnt get a chance to eat. Myself and 2 friends arrived and there was no direction on where to go and what to do. We kept going all the way back and mind you I am in crutches and reach a stop sign and staff saw use but didnt say anything. We finally ask the lady walking around and she said to write down our names. So we are left just standing there again I am in crutches. A couple minutes later a group of 5 Asia woman show up and the lady greets them right away and explains their options and that there is a 20 minute wait. So I hobble my way to her and ask her about the wait time and she says yes there is a wait time and looks at me like I have 5 heads. So I ask how long since I can not stand here for to long. She says I do not know. So I say well I need to sit so she directs me to a bar stool which I cant even reach. We decided to leave.

Damian Dabrowski

Delicious and fresh food

JunHwan Kim

Good service. Food was poor.

Tim Yung

Great place for all you can eat and the service was good. Quality of meat was excellent along with the many sides they give you with your meal.

Tate Oh

Would definitely go back if we’re around the area.

Donny Chung

Everytime i visit, l noticed that something new and changes i see. Soon to be best restaurant in Chicago and midwest !

ARISOO DESIGN

Their Meat are top quality. Great service as well. they offer more than other Korean BBQ restaurants do. Great for families and friends gathering.

Leonard Kang

Great deal and service. Jay the manager runs a tight ship and is visible on the floor helping customers.

Marissa Gomez

Really good AYCE Korean bbq with a decent menu. The space is ample, clean, and a great place to go with a big group of friends. The meat is tasty and the banchan is quite good! Love the salad that they give you with the meal. I recommend asking your waiter for suggestions on in which order to eat the different meats. The staff has always been helpful the times I have gone.

Lani Rifareal

Like YUM!!! One of the best Korean restaurants we've been too. The waiting staff are very nice and efficient. They help you with cooking the meats. Now, let's talk about the meats. The marinade and seasoning is on point...tasty and very flavorful. They provide sea salt to taste if needed. We definitely plan to go back again!!!

Mira Phan

Great service, awesome decore, yummy food! MEAT was fantastic. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. A lot of space. A Must go spot to get your Korean food fix. Check it out!!!!!

Robert Rosenthal

This was a tremendous amount of fun. In celebration of a big event, we went as a family and really enjoyed our experience. We had not been to a Korean BBQ restaurant in a long time. After reading many reviews, we settled on Mr. Kimchi and we made a great decision. While Korean BBQ can be expensive, the quality and amount of food can't be beaten. We had their large Barbeque Beef Combo - while the menu says it serves 3-4 people, it could really feed about eight! If you are unfamiliar with Korean restaurants, they serve lots of sides and if you run out, they bring more. They bring various kinds of Kimchi. salads, noodles, potatoes, and more. Not realizing the amount of food we'd be getting, we also ordered mini rolls (maki) and dumplings. The server was wonderful. He was very attentive and helpful. In other places I've been to over the years the server has asked if we want to cook the food or if he should do it. Here, he just started to cook. Everything we perfect - the meat was tender and the flavors were wonderful. The grilled vegetables were a nice touch - skewered, cooked, then he removed them so we could eat. I think we spent at least 2 1/2 or maybe even 3 hours there. This was a dining experience, not just a meal. Expensive? Yes. Worth going back to - absolutely!

Simon J.

Amazing service and the all you can eat bbq is well worth the price for how much you get. We tried 75% of that menu and they were all delicious. I'll be back for sure

Chris Bailey

Delicious!!! Great service once we got seated. Sat at the bar while we waited but no bartender which is only reason it is 4 out of 5

Christian Diaz

Great staff and amazing food. All you can eat BBQ with typical side dishes. Kalbi is included!

Bryan Wilcher

The first time at a Korean BBQ. We loved it. You try anything off of their menu meat wise and the salads and sides keep coming. Bring an appetite because this is all you can eat.

Brian Lim

They first served us meats with so much fat i couldn't even consider eating it. After some time i had returned the meats. And asked for less fat. It got slightly better ..? Anyways staff was nice and service was good. But if they want to bring repeat customers quality got to improve.

Pang Cha

Great experience!!

Janhavi Dhargalkar

Had the seafood tofu soup and spicy pork bulgogi and was very happy with it. As a korean foodie, I really do appreciate a good kbbq. This place is unfortunately not it. Cuts of meat are not good, and small plates of meat are overpriced. Hence I stuck to the a la cart options. There was also not a lot of banchan, if you are into banchan (like me) However, this place has a chill ambiance and is newly modelled to look like a korean hole in the wall bbq place. So props on that!

Soyoung Lee

They had 50% off pork belly on Monday so I and my friends went there for early dinner. Side dishes were good. Especially they gave us individual salad dishes which was good. Meat was above the expectation, too. Cold noodle came out a little bit late but the amount was enough for two people. Will comeback for sure!

Sunshine Yang

Great place! Service was awesome! We were greeted by a very nice and friendly woman and served by a very nice and friendly man named Dylan. He did check on us periodically and asked how everything was going. Food was delicious. We did have to wait a bit when they were refilling our water and bringing out the meat to us but it was pretty busy around lunchtime when we got there. Four stars because it seemed like they were understaffed. But They still did their best to serve us! Definitely will be back!

Jay Kim

Variety of Korean foods with reasonable price.

stephen kulin

Good food, great sides, reasonably priced.

John Milmont

Everything is great, the food quality is awesome and tasty. But the service is pretty bad. My table of 7 all spent 30 dollars each on this, and when the servers don’t come around with our order of meat, it feels like a scam.

Anthony Barranco

What an incredible experience. Walking in I was unimpressed from the outside. But once you're in wow. The ambiance is so unique, the food and portions are fantastic, and the service couldn't be better. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for management and it shows.

KC SUNG

Very good food and service

Luis Santiago

Great Authentic Korean food. The owner and staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back again and again.

Serban V. Georgescu

This was my first time at Kimchi. The food was very good, but the service was very bad... I didn't expect the bowl of soup to be so BIG.. I was tricked into buying that, not cool...

Anthony Braun

The all you can eat is the best option as its 29.99 and has a vast variety to chose from

Celine Wang

One of the waitress with long hair was very rude. Very poor service. She asked us to pay first only after 5 min we’ve entered the restaurant. Very disappointed, definitely wouldn’t come back. There’s also forceble gratitude of 18% with barely no help from the server.

Ashley Boyer

Amazing food!! Went to the one in Mt Prospect, after tax and included tip it came out to be $40 a person for all you can eat.

Brian G.

Went with friends for an evening with good food and conversation, and we chose Mr Kimchi by location and good reviews. We were not at all disappointed! Food was excellent, their service was much better than expected for all-you-can-eat, and the wait staff was personable and friendly.

Rachel Kibler

The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. I will definitely be going here again.

Quinn McCarthy

Went there with several friends and my wife initially refused to eat. Once she saw our food come she decided to get the dish with the beef and glass noodles and she absolutely adored it. The food was fantastic and when my wife likes it that really says something.

Cedric Martinez

Super nice and attentive staff. The food was delicious and they helped cook to make sure it was perfect. Giant portion from the combination platters that fed at least 5 people each

Lily B

Great spot with very tasty food! We ordered the beef and pork combo for 1-2 people as we were 4 people. It was way too much food with all side that they provide, which are refillable. The pork combo didn't taste that good to us all, however, the beef combo was amazing! Next time we will try the seafood combo. With the grill on the table, it is quite the unique experience.

Darien Law

Nice place and good food and service. Though the type of kbbq at this place isn't coals or directly over fire. Just a hot skillet basically. Less smoke but you won't get the same smoky crispiness as coals or flames. Still good. I came at 4ish on a Saturday and it was pretty empty so service was responsive and quick.

October Cocoa

I had the all you can eat with my husband the other day. I honestly wasn’t really impressed with their service, and when we checked out, they wrote an 18% tip on the top of the receipt by themselves and asked us just sign at the bottom. Whether I enjoyed the service or not, having no choice on how much I would tip was a little unfair to me. $29.95 each for all you can eat. The total was more than $78. Did it feel like it was worth that much? No. Very disappointed with Mr. Kimchi.

Megan Langley-Kim

All I can say is amazing. From the food to the service and the decor. I LOVED IT!

aki ish

Great barbeue ever. More selection and great service!!!!!!!!! I liked it!!!!

Ewelina G.

Love the all you can eat option. Amazing food. I ordered sea food (fresh shrimp still had its heads on), pork, beef ect. And very polite employees.

Rich Lam

Good meat and side dishes!!! Would reccomend for anyone. Meat plus soju

Mitch Wojcik

Very good food!! Traditional with modern twist! Great service. Awesome environment.

N Kovalov

The "all you can eat" is very good, there are many choices and the deal is worth it if you wanted to eat a lot

Ghong Yang

Speedy service, heaping portions, well priced

Justin Leibel

Amazing flavor, great service and great ambiance! The all you could eat option was a great value and every side dish was soooo good! This is truly one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants that could truly hold its own in Korea Town in Los Angeles! Wish this place was closer to home!

Oz Ozbey

First time trying Korean BBQ. I loved it!! Great experience and great taste.

Needa Beata

Great spot for lunch specials and the all you can eat BBQ! 2 people required for the AYCE deal

Danny Sphab

Amazing service and great food! All you can eat is definitely worth it. Loved the owner helping out the staff and communicated with the customers! 20/10 will eat here often!

Angelyn Chon

Greetings people, as you guys had seen, I’ve been to this restaurant not long ago and I’ll have to admit. It’s one of my favorite restaurants! The Karbi was so good and tasty. The cheese egg were yummy and delicious! And the seafood, my friend said it was very satisfying and chewy. (I don’t like seafood that much) its also a great deal. All you can eat restaurant is my favorite! Fancy restaurant, friendly staff, and a bunch of yummy food! Great service! I’m counting on you! I will come back soon :3

Barbara Thompson

First time and we loved it!

SC Chicago

Good korean all you can eat buffet. For 30 bucks its good value if you are big on red meat. The teriyaki chicken and bacon bbq is good also

Toum Thounskane

One of the best place I've had in a long time. For the people who wants to try new food choices I recommend this place

Stacie Serratos

The first time I came with a coworker and we were super impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff... I came back today with my son for his birthday and was greeted by the kind gentleman who waited on us the 1st time. He recognized me and remembered I had mentioned about bringing son for his birthday. The food was delicious! I highly recommend Mr. Kimchi to anyone looking for a good Korean BBQ!

Delicious food and very friendly staff! Place is clean and spacious. Loved it!

Fairly new restuarant in town. You can order individual meals or go for the all you can eat for about 30.00 a head. Food was good but the decor was more impressive. If you wanna feel the true ambience of a Korean restaurant this is it.

Great food, good atmosphere, great side dishes(even if the selection isn't as robust as others, what side dishes they do have are great). The gentleman that helped us was very helpful, very attentive and even joked once or twice with me and my wife. Usually, at Korean restaurants, we get ignored since we aren't Korean, but here, the service great!! Am definitely coming back.

I like this place! Number one the decor and design have been well thought out. Not the typical style one comes to expect. Number two the food is good, especially the kimchi. Having been there a couple of times, I’ve only had a couple of meals, so I do need to go back and try more dishes. When I do I’ll edit this write up and let you know how it goes.

Oh it was tastefully decorated, and the food was top notch. We got all you can eat Korean BBQ! I walked out so satisfied. Every single thing I tried I liked. They also have a little button on the wall next to your table, when you push it a waiter comes. That was nice for privacy. I loved it. We WILL be going back. And back. And back. I am sure!

Food was subpar, service was absolutely horrible, servers brought the wrong meats, the wrong wine, no water cups, and included their own 18% gratuity on a party of 2. Very dissatisfied.

Richard Martinez

The waitress wasn't very attentive and walked away not answering questions very well. On top of that if you get the all you can eat the tip is automatic 18%. The food wasn't what I remember from a year ago. It was very fatty even the chicken wasn't very good. I would not go back again.

Super interesting place. Food was amazing.

Yundee Yngson

My coworker in Grand Rapids recommended this place to try on our weekend trip to Chicago on St.Pattys Day.We went to Seoul Korea 2 yrs ago and have been unable to find a korean barbecue that was anything like a traditional korean barbecue but this place is top notch!A Five Star experience if youve ever experienced Korea.Love Love Love Mr.Kimchi. <3

Luis Colin

The service was great and food was great!

Angel Rangel

Highly over priced for the amount of foods and quality.

Jack Xiong

Service was horrible and now come the automatic 18% gratitude. The food was ok.

Herrosix

Great food, excellent service

sunyong kim

Very bad meat!! It seems sounds perfect! For all you can eat. the meat it self poor quality. And the server's? I don't even wanna talk about! I will never go back again that's for sure. Ps. Garby was the worse!

gil hyoung park

Good food & service

Henry

Great ayce kbbq restaurant! They even have corn and cheese . The pork bellies were thick and really flavorful. There are a lot of selections like shrimp, octopus, Korean fried chicken and tofu soup.

Jewoo Cha

I usually order dished other than the 'all you can eat' thing they advertise. A little to much use of spice and strong tastes - but it's ok to have every now and then. Their dishes come out consistently and generally taste good.

T gurney

It was all right nothing out of the extraordinary I don't know maybe it's better for lunch but dinner was just alright it's a hundred bucks for two people be prepared

Seok Kyoo Park

Vey disappointed. We are Korean..as we just had friends dinner.. They wanted we leave ealrier than we asked the check. What a amazing asking as Would you leave now ? . . It was my first experienced treatment from reataurant as restaurant wanted the check before i wanted. ..

Juan Taglamig

Food is okay... but one of the waiter looks unhappy of his job. He doesn’t smile and if you ask him he’s just gonna look at you and turn around without saying anything if he gets what you want. But there is one waiter who came and ask us how’s s everything and he is nice...(He wears eyeglasses)...to you sir you doing your job very good... but all in all i will give a rate of 5 out of 10...
