The food was not very good. We ordered three different items and didn't finish any of them. They served one person at a time and then at least ten minutes before they served the next person . Also not worth the money. Actually, I don't like to say this but food was terrible. Server was nice.

It wasn't the worst I've had, but definitely far from the best. Everything was quite bland and lacking seasoning. Even the salsa was bland. It was a little pricy for the quality imo. The plate size wasn't bad, and it was all fresh, but I probably won't try it again.

It was Cinco de Mayo probably the worst day of the year to go to a Mexican restaurant but we were seated rather quickly got our drinks who took a while but we weren't frustrated or got up and left we got free tequila left with a smile on our faces had a great time would love to go back when they're not as busy.

Good food. Waitress was slammed, not her fault. We were a larger table and overheard the hostess ask our waitress if she could handle another large table. Our waitress said she didnt think so but was given the table anyway. She did the best she could. Overall will go again but hopefully wont see an overworked staff again.

Greasy, cold, poor tasting food. Neither our server nor the manager acknowledged our dissatisfaction. NOTHING was done to correct the situation, or to attempt to gain our business in the future. We paid FULL PRICE for meals that weren't even eaten . First and LAST visit to this restaurant.

Good, fast Mexican American food. I've never had a bad experience here and normally they are empty when I go for lunch which is great! The drinks are good and the kids menu has very good options on it as well. We are big fans. Service has always been wonderful as well.

Good margaritas, medium was a good size for me, i live nearby so may try a larger next time i go. I've been a couple of times and got food, both times service was good. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Like their nachos. Have gotten the basic bean and cheese dip and also the supreme nachos and both were great. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely looooved the dining experience! My husband and I are vegan and we were incredibly surprised at the many options available, including dessert! Not only was the service outstanding but the food was FANTASTIC! Not once did we think that we were eating a "vegan" meal because it was incredibly delicious!

I do not even want to leave 1 star. I had the worst experience. We came to celebrate a birthday and had a group of 7. One of the people in our party had to order her dinner three times before it was correct. Once the bill came we told the manager she should not have to pay for her meal. It took 3 times for a correct meal and when she received the meal the rest of the party was finished. The manager would not comp the meal. The manager said she would have to pay for it or else the manager would take it from her and credit the bill. She sent the meal back. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this location.

They have tons of veg options and even a whole vegan menu. The vegan chorizo taco & black beans were amazing as well as the vegan friend ricecream. The service was great and it had a cool atmosphere with lots of vining plants. I would highly recommend La Fiesta to vegans & vegetarians or any hungry person.

I will never eat there again , the service was lousy , my friend ordered her meal without cheese because she is vegan and it took them 3 times to make it before they got it right, we told the manager she shouldn't be charged and they said well they had to make it 3 times, ( which was not her fault) they proceeded to say she has a meal now that she had to get to go because the other 6 of us was done eating. The manager ended up taking her to go meal away from her and then taking it off her ticket. Afterwards we were in the parking lot discussing the outcome when they come out and told us to get off their property. Very poor customer service and management needs training on how to treat customers if they want them to continue to come back !!!

Ate there on Valentine's day 2017. Service was extremely slow. We ordered fajitas & carne asada and the food took about an hour. I would understand if they were really busy but they were actually slow (now we know why they were slow on Valentine's day). When we finally did get our food it lukewarm & had little taste. I also ordered a lime guava margarita when we ordered our food which was surprisingly excellent but even that took 20 minutes to get to our table. Unless we want just drinks I doubt we ever go back.

Highly recommended by my son who had eaten there a week ago w/a friend. By far, the best Mexican food I've tasted in our area!! Freshly made delicious salsa & warm chips delivered to the table as soon as we got there. My son ordered the hot sauce again to go with the chips. Fire! Yum! We each ordered a Jumbo Margarita for $6.99 on a Monday night which was made just right - so delish & refreshing. I ordered the Chili Relleno with Butternut Squash that was incredibly tasty. The sweetness of the squash with the heat of the pepper was an interesting combination of flavors. Tender & flavorful shredded beef Chimichanga with creamy & dreamy cheese sauce drizzled over the top. Delish! They've cleaned up & updated the building to an upscale degree & the staff couldn't be nicer or more attentive. They even have Vegan options. I will be back & will be bringing family & friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ***

How in the world would management think it's ok to respond to a review by telling a customer they are confused about where they are at?? I know exactly what restaurant I was at. I know that there was a oil slick of grease on our plates and the food was far below the quality of the past.

Great service... I want to like the food but I came from Chicago that has tons of Mexican restaurants specially in the Pilsen neighborhood. Nothing can compare to those when it comes to having real authentic Mexican food. But this place is good for the city and hopefully it just keeps improving by adding Mexican favorites like sopes, gorditas and huaraches to their menu.

Although I gave 5 stars, I was disappointed with our prices. 3.99 for a small cup of cheese and charged for green salsa :( our server was very attentive and quick to respond with special order. I should have brought my displeasure to manager at the time because our lunch ticket was over 40$ for 3 people and all we had was iced tea. Will definitely pay more attention to prices on our next visit! I am frequently at this restaurant, in fact this visit was 2 in 10 days and will be there this evening :)

Everything was soo good and full of flavor! From the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly and so was the waitress. Will for sure be back! My new favorite place to eat.

I ordered the butternut squash enchiladas and would have given 5 stars but they were not made with all of the ingredients in the menu description. They were still very good but I was disappointed that they were not as described. It is hard to find creative and tasty vegetarian options and it seems like most chefs/cooks are at a loss of how to give a dish some love if there is no meat in it.
