We visited this place last night for my sister's birthday , my 2nd time there her 1st , we has dinner first then bowling . Pricing is a bit high for size of food you get but it was great . Our waiter was Erik and he was amazing along with the host i believe Carmella. Both of them had amazing energy and great personality we loved them. Hope next time there we get them again.

This is one of the finest places I have been to. They have amazing taste of music, not too loud not too slow really really good. Wide variety of drinks and decent food choices. They change their interiors as they say its some theme or something they do. Its really good though, they have bowling arena too. Nice places to hangout if you are in a group.

Wow what a change. Last year I came and order some chicken wings they were $7 now there $14. Before they were so good and great price. Now you pay more and the wings taste nasty no taste at all. When you change prices make sure your food taste good there all kinds of spices out there come on.

Really cool place with modern and fresh decor. It's good for families and sports fan. Attentive wait staff with exceptional bar food options. Tomato bisque fondue is a must try!! We will be back the next time we are in the area.

Went their to celebrate our anniversary. Our waitress Tamara was exceptionally good. She was friendly and personable. The food from their from-scratch kitchen was fresh and delicious. The manager gave us a dessert on the house for our celebration and in chatting with Tamara she had previously asked what our wedding song was and found it to play over the speakers when they served our dessert. They made it a surprisingly wonderful evening for us. I will definitely come back here for bowling and to eat. Not your typical bowling alley. Profoundly better than average!

The wife and I decided on King's after going door to door reading menus trying to figure out our eating situation. It turned out to be a decision we wouldn't regret. Tina was our waitress and right out the gate she was pleasant, conversational and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and things to do. Our experience was so epic! My wife mentioned to Tina that we were doing a sta-cation for our 7th wedding anniversary. Little did we know that Tina was next-level when it came down to waitressing and overall just being a beautiful person! After we finished our dinner my wife asked about dessert and if they had a menu. Tina was like "Its already taken care of"! Tina came back with her manager Laura (please forgive me if I got the name wrong) with a tray of 4 glasses of champagne and we toasted our anniversary!!!! We were totally blown away at this point but that wasn't all. After the toast, Tina came back with an extra large, beautiful and delicious Sunday that almost made wifey cry. It was the sweetest thing ever and it just confirmed that we chose the best place to have our anniversary dinner. My hats off to the management and staff of King's Dining & Entertainment. Even though we stayed home per se to celebrate the experience made us feel like we couldn't be anywhere better. Thank You!!!

Had reservations and we were seated within 10 minutes. We were seated at the table close to the door and it was very draftly but they moved us immediately after I told them it was too cold for us. Make sure if you go, you have a reservation. It was very busy. Our waitress was great. The food was great. The game room was packed. Was a long wait for pool or bowling. There were a few small kids running around after 11pm but it was still a great experience.

I think an over all 4 stars is a bit too generous. Food was great, wait wasn’t long, and I wouldn’t necissarily say that service was bad- but I also wouldn’t say service was good either. They didn’t really check up on us or go out of their way to do anything. The only problem about the food that I would have to say is that I think it was a little bit overpriced. Overpriced, but not expensive. I mean the fries didn’t even come with the meal. I had to pay for that too and there wasn’t even a lot of them. There’s absolutely room for improvement but it’s not like the place is a bad restaurant.

The food was good although a bit over priced. We were discouraged from paying for multiple games and then rush to start the one we did pay for. A manager entered our lane rudely and invited himself to a sit and basicly said hurry up. The price for the game was also over priced. I will try other places before considering returning.

I've been here a few times with colleagues for team building events. The service here is certainly better than what is typically given at a bowling alley. The food is pretty decent and the happy hour prices are pretty good too! I highly recommend their strawberry sangria ;)

Super cool place. Love the arena seating set-up, very smart spacing. The bowling allies with big screens is not a new idea but, they do it really well. Could be a better whiskey selection. Best choice was Bulliet but, they did have the rye. Definitely well done and fun spot.

Fun place. Ordered the chicken tacos. They were luke warm, but ok. Nachos on the side were good. Hubby said fries were overly greasy. Chicken sandwich was ok. Needed some more servers in the bowling area. The bowling was fun and great thing to do with a group! Our server for dinner, Tia, hmmm, maybe Tina? She was awesome.

He was incredibly friendly and even let me and my girlfriend know about a sunny day special that we didn’t know was a thing!! 10/10 would recommend this establishment to anybody for a good time with great staff!

This is a casual spot to blow off some steam with bowling and billiards. It has a fun date night vibe but could also work well for a family night of fun. The food is decent, but it's a bit pricey for an attempt at upscale bar food though. All things considered, I had a good time with my group. I enjoyed myself and will definitely go back!

Kings is an AWESOME experience. Its a great place to bring your friends or even your significant other. The stafff is amazing. The food is Top Notch. And the glow in the dark bowling experience was out of this world. If you're looking for a great weekend date or fun destination, Kings Bowling Alley is the place to be. The food is impeccable and the drinks are STRONG. Kudos to the bartenders they ate awesome. And the waiters have great personalities. Come to Kings for a great fun filled time, great food and drinks.

Chasity the bar tender at the draft room = phemoninal. I was in a bad mood when I arrived, Chasity turned that around. She offered up samples of a few beers then recommended just the right one. Then we tried a most delightful Old Fashioned. The Endeme was to die for. Spring rolls were very good. We will be back.

Beware...... I was asked for my ID to reserve a bowling lane and afterwards no one knew where my ID was!!!! I have called 3 times and supposedly spoke to a manager who each time assured me that someone would call me back, I have her to receive a follow up call. This happened in December 31, 2018. Thank goodness I did not give them my drivers license

Good for kids and mostly clean with hand sanitizer available. Hostess was friendly and efficient. That's about it. Was told they didn't have root beer but serves root beer floats on the dessert menu?!? Took 20 minutes to be told that there was no more apple juice. Cherry Coke didn't taste right. Served Caesar salad without dressing. Brought food without silverware, plates, nor napkins. Never got plates. Food was okay. I hope my experience with the food service would have been better if I placed my order with the bartender, hostess, or just dined in the restaurant portion. I will never know because I won't be back.

Mostly came to bowl, drinks where good. Bowling was ok after some issues were solved. When we first got started are names in the bowling system weren't showing up. Second the lighting of the pins was bad but they fixed that for us so if you want more light ask.

They've changed their menu to accommodate a sports bar hangout. Some very nice items from the menu that they were known for have been removed in place of tacos and wings. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

I echo the comments of another league bowler below. We were part of a group that met there for a party for work. I brought my own shoes which was a mistake. The carpets were sticky from spilled drinks and that was also on the approaches. We laughed about how you could here your shoes peeling off of the approach when you stepped. For fun drinks with friends it was great, but it will ruin your bowling shoes if you bring them.

Fun atmosphere. Wings were great! Street tacos were not as good as I had hoped. We bowled 2 games. Our lane had some minor issues which was a bit annoying. Overall though the service was decent (not great) and it was definitely better than your average bowling place.

If you are a serious bowler...this is not the place for you. It was very humid in the building and you could not slide when bowling.In addition, it was very dark on the bowling lanes which made it hard to see farther down the lanes. If you are coming here to drink and just have fun with bowling this is your place.

The food and service was good. Our bowling experience was not. They did not reserve 2 lanes for a party of 11. Our pins kept falling out of the rack on frame 1 and had to be reset. It was dark on the lanes and crowded in the space. Very small aisle to walk through.

The food was mediocre at best. Our waiter was amazing, but the hostess left a lot to be desired. We weren't informed that we had to make a bowling and dining reservation together. We did have a dinner reservation, but when we finished our meal, we were told it'd be a 2-3 hour wait for bowling. On the plus side, parking is free with validation.

The service was great. The food is typical bar food. The drinks were strong and priced well. Huge TV's to watch the games, which was a positive. The food was mediocre at best. I got the hot Nashville spicy chicken sandwich and it was way too oily. The Moscow mule pitcher was great. I probably wouldn't eat here again, but would come back for drinks and entertainment.

Our time there was comically bad. We went for a quick bit to eat. We asked for drinks and it took forever and we asked for a second and it never came. The orders were wrong, when it was brought to the servers attention he swore at us and said he would check. He never came back with a response. We asked for ketchup and bbq sauce he never brought it. We ordered dessert and it never came when he came back and asked how it was he swore again and said he would check. He came back with a cold and ice cream melted cookie. We then asked for the check and it took forever. The restaurant was not busy at all. A quick bit and then to a bar turned into 2.5 hours and let's get out of here because the people we saw looked trashy.

Food is pretty good. The service is overwhelmed but dedicated. Just not sure there is enough staff. When bowling, should be better communicated as to how many per lane/lane limit it. 6 on a lane really should be the limit. We paid roughly $16 per person including shoes to bowl. Had a great time!

This is the second time it happened to me at Kings Dining & Entertaiment in Rosemont, IL. Unfortunately very poor service and a lot of same mistakes for example: I came today with 6 people and 1st guy told to seat by the table when it was very dirty. There was white sauce on the table. When we ordered the food for kids the 2nd guy didn't bring the whole order. He forgot about it. This happened 2nd time to me because I remember they messed up my order at the first time too not bringing my food but someone's elses. Today's server messed up the check too twice adding extra charge for drinks for kids they suppose be already included in the kid's menu order. She apologized and corrected the check but without checking I could be charged 15$ more. Sorry but this time I had to leave 1 star only and I don't recomend this place to anyone now who wants to stay there and eat only. I don't think I want to come back. I have not seen recently so much POOR SERVICE!

Had so much fun at King’s! We reserved the back room for a private work event and we were not disappointed. The reservation process over the phone/email was very smooth and once we got there the service continued to be excellent. We ate, we drank, we played, we bonded. Great venue and outing choice!

Had some time to kill before a flight out of Chicago and found this place. The food was delicious and the customer service was top notch. Loved the grilled cheese and chimichurri fries. The fries were so crispy, some of the best I've ever had. The chimichurri dipping sauce was so good! The service was the best part. Every staff member from the front desk, to our waitress and management were incredibly kind and helpful. They made a really fun time, even better. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks!

Service was ok, food was disappointing. Crispy chicken sandwich had absolutely nothing on it and had some strange taste to it, like spicy relish as if it was accidentally slapped on and then removed. Sis-in-law ordered Hawaiian pizza which had zero taste. They were out of crushed pepper. The balls were so greased up, they were hard to use. Glad my 2 1/2 yr old niece had a good time but I don't think we'll go back. I wish they would also remind patrons to validate parking before they walk out the door. Thankfully we remembered before going into the elevators! Which the lady knew why we were back AND THEN told us where the machine was. Just not a super great experience.

We had six people at dinner. Two got there meal right. They took three attempts on my dinner and it still was not right. I ordered soup and a burger with no cheese. The soup came out with cheese and then so did the burger. And the final burger they forgot the barbecue sauce. And that was just my meal.

The waits are a bit brutal if you don't book in advance... and the fact that you have to wait for pool balls to be returned before you could use one of a few different vacant tables is assinine. Fortunately the food and drinks make up for a bit, but seriously, plan in advance before making an outting here.

Had so much fun at King’s! We reserved the back room for a private work event and we were not disappointed. The reservation process over the phone/email was very smooth and once we got there the service continued to be excellent. We ate, we drank, we played, we bonded. Great venue and outing choice!

Great atmosphere for group outings, whether business or personal. Typical bar food, 2 bars, service is good. Billiards, lounge seating, bowling all in one place. Moderate pricing. Gets busy on the weekends with long waiting time, but can entertain yourself while waiting. They do have TV screens all around.

It was nice!! The waiting time to bowl is very long though. You’re not allowed to make reservations beforehand...we tried. We checked in for 10 people at 730p and didn’t get a lane till past 10p. It gave us enough time to get drunk though...also, I found the drinks expensive and not well made. So we ended up sticking to beer the rest of the night.

Great experience. Prices are reasonable. Price to bowl does not include the $5 shoes or $2.50 socks. Environment was clean, staff friendly. The food and drinks were pretty good

Very fun place to grab a couple of drinks and hangout! They have two life size games of Jenga and one life size game of connect 4, additionally, to the bowling lanes, pool tables and like 4 arcade games!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! They close at 11 which means they literally start chasing you out the door at 10:40. they made us wait 15 minutes for a bowling lane that was open the entire time we're sitting there. The whole time we were sitting there waiting we were trying to get a waitress to bring us drinks and no one would even look at us. I am really not kidding when I say they chase you out the door

Had some time to kill before a flight out of Chicago and found this place. The food was delicious and the customer service was top notch. Loved the grilled cheese and chimichurri fries. The fries were so crispy, some of the best I've ever had. The chimichurri dipping sauce was so good! The service was the best part. Every staff member from the front desk, to our waitress and management were incredibly kind and helpful. They made a really fun time, even better. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks!

Make sure you bring your $$. No cheap place to play bowling or pool. Besides that, they have good service and decent food. Portions are in the small side. You can park in the garage and validate your ticket for free parking.

Very nice place and friendly, helpful staff. Only downside is it's pretty expensive to bowl. 8 per person per game and 5 for shoe rental.
