We have been coming here for over 10 years, always had brunch never for lunch or dinner. The brunch is great and offers just enough options for everyone. The Irish spin on the food is unique but not poverty powering the traditional sense of brunch. You have to true the curry on the skillet. Success it is a pub, there are large selections of beers and spirits at reasonable prices.

Kerryman Irish Bar was excellent. I ordered the Bison burger and it was amazing! I would highly recommend giving it a try. We ate outside which was a little bit crowded, tables are close to other tables but overall wasn't too big of a deal... Except for the "lady" that sipped a bit too much wine and gave us her thoughts on our tables conversation. PS - her thought didn't make much sense. Anyway overall a wonderful experience... I highly recommend the Bison burger.

Menu said Irish cheddar burger was a half pounder... mine must have been on a diet as it struggled to be a quarter pounder. I was disappointed.

Very cool looking place inside, BUT drinks are way overprices. Service is terrible. Door people are rude, and the chaos that goes on in there unchecked on the weekends is just a brawl waiting to happen. This place is nice if you come here early in the night.

Definitely one of my favorite pubs in chicago! They have a plethora of local drafts and delicious craft cocktails! I got the wisconsin grilled cheese and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got the quesadilla which was also delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were very clean!

Great place to have a drink in Chicago, possible to seat outside or inside where you have a well decorated place with lots of place and a couple of bars where you can get your drinks from, you will have the feeling you are in Ireland

Would u like coffee sine cream, delicious buttery high fat cream in your own white ceramic cup? Would you like your ancestors, the minutemen of Eire insulted as "troublemakers"? Are you second or third generation Chicago Irish, this is the place for u. If you are from Eire, do not wander in and request bubble n squeak, theyve never heard of it and dont the f'in difference between Kerry and Derry or Belfast.

Great bar to hang with friends. Went with friends for St.Pattys. John the bartender is great and our server was very sweet too. The food is suppose to be very good, although we only had a drink. Will return for the full experience soon.

This place is a lot of fun! Mulitple levels with an open concept make it really cool looking inside. You'd never know it from the street! Food is really good and multiple full bars makes getting drinks easy. Street parking is a bit tough in this area, but not impossible.

Kerryman looked after our wedding brunch the morning after our wedding, and catered for our families in the best way possible - serving food and making plenty of space available for our function. The selections of breakfast orders were vast, and the food and service were both wonderful. We are very happy to have made the choice, and would not hesitate to use Kerryman again for another function.

The design of this bar is really cool. Its difficult to describe, but there are levels and corridors. The prices are also very reasonable and I always have a great night when I go here. It doesn't get busy until later in the evening but that's typical for a River North bar.

Wonderful service inside and out. The bar was out of the drink that I wanted but the waitress was very friendly and helped me pick something close to it. Had the crumble cake but ate it before I thought to take a picture! If going up and down stairs is difficult this might not be your place. The restrooms are located in the basement and accessible only by stairs.

Initially I was put off by the strong scent of hard liquor in the air when I entered. The bar is right by the entrance. The atmosphere of the place as a whole is wonderful however. There are two levels, private party rooms, cozy nooks and great service. Bathrooms are clean.

I had a few hours to waste between tasks downtown and this was the closest place. They have Magner's Cider in bottles. The place was clean, quiet, and friendly with a lot of space for seating on the average workday. The staff was friendly too. 0 problems would visit again.

Overall, I would call this joint highly overrated. I can sort of understand its popularity, particularly on and around Saint Patrick's Day, it is an Irish Bar after all. However, the place is not the cleanest, the floors are often sticky, it has a very claustrophobic feel, and there is usually a not-so-fresh smell. In sum, there are much better bars around, but I suppose Kerryman is not such a bad place to visit when it is not as busy.

Sat on the patio last night with some friends. Patio is nicely decorated with beautiful flowers. Service was great. Waitress was attentive but did not come by too much. Our party or 4 had the Bavarian pretzel. My friend loved the bacon jam that came with it. My hubby loved his bison burger and Mac and cheese. He said it was the best Mac and cheese he's ever had and he orders it at alot of places. My Grecian chicken salad was perfect. Veggies were diced up small enough. The chicken was cooked perfect. The bread roll with butter was awesome. The best thing I ordered was a cocktail. I highly recommend the Hello Sunshine. A bit pricey given the ingredients but the best tasting cocktail I have had since I visited Big in Japan speakeasy in Montreal. It's deliciously fruity and light. You don't get that heavy alcohol taste. Loved this place.

I was there late Saturday night and we each had a nice cocktail. Decently priced and service was good. At that time the bar was really two sections - a quieter seated area and a dance bar upstairs. It was ok but a limited crowd and it was... incongruous. But we just got drinks and had a nice nightcsp. A nice place with good whiskeys and prices but not remarkable

Sheppard's pie does not have any tomatoes. Please remove any tomato base from your pies. The inclusion of tomatoes is tantamount to sacrilege. An Aussie.

This place is terrible. I ran there to meet up with my friends and the staff was not friendly or accommodating. I asked everyone in line if they had a problem with me joining my friends and nobody did, but they still kicked me out for no reason.

This place is an absolute must. You can sit inside or outside. The service, true Irish, are very friendly and good-humored. I had a steak sandwich - the beef was very juicy and tasteful-, my wife had a tasty turkey sandwich and my son had a delicious Angus burger. Perfect! Prices are reasonable. Fabulous Irish pub with a rich gangster and punk rock history. We visited during a trip to Chicago from the UK this April and were told about this gem whilst on the crime tour. My stout would not have been out of place in Dublin and we both really enjoyed our gammon and mash. Well worth a visit...
