REVIEWS OF Ivy Restaurant IN Illinois

Pat Warren

Every visit to Ivy's is just a pleasureable experience.Whether it's lunch on the lovely ivy coveted patio or dinner inside the stained glass windowed main room....the menu is always great with those lighted menus ( l do love that) and the service and food always what makes it special. The owner never fails to visit every table with a pleasant greeting. My fav "go to".

Michelle Morrison

We used to really love Ivy but found the quality to have gone down recently. The atmosphere is excellent & their is a great outdoor seating venue.

Marguerite Edwards

Had lobster bisque and entree was Walleye. Excellent dinner and service. Reccomend highly.

Tim Anzalone

Had drinks today for the first time -- loved it! Our bartender was a superstar. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.Everything, start to finish, was excellent and reasonably priced. The ambiance was wonderful -- it's a beautiful building, and the inside is a nice combination of posh and old-fashioned without being pretentious. Loved it. The low conversational tones of the other people eating in the room were very pleasant. I was very intrigued by several items on the menu, and I'm really looking forward to coming back and trying more of the doshes. Can't wait.

Lynne Friedlander

Light up menus, beautiful space and delicious cocktails (loved the Blue martini!). Food and service were amazing!

Jacqueline

Went for a birthday dinner and we were very disappointed. Four people at our table ordered steaks and they all were not cooked to order. Our waiter was not good as well. She was very huffy and puffy. We believe that she did not communicate with the kitchen on the orders. They brought out the steaks three times and they still were not cook to order. We were in the resturant for 2 hours and two of the people at our table did not eat. The waitress started to talk back to us about the way we wanted our steaks cooked. The customer is always right, right. The waitress walked away from us. The manager was not that friendly as well. This experience was not fun for a birthday dinner. For being a steak house they do not know how to cook steak. The steaks are not worth the price. We will not be going back.

Corey Bredehoeft

It is amazing! The food is amazing and they have a great selection of choices to eat. It is also a very friendly environment. This is the number 1 restaurant in Wheaton by far. I always love going there to eat.

alfonso gutierrez

Really good food, the place is unforgettable, nice people

William Shazer

Great food and service. On the pricy side but worth it.

R M

Phenomenal food and atmosphere. I love that the building blocks mobile phone signals.

Ethan Ray

I love this place! Large portions, great staff, fresh ingredients make this a place to come back to. Recommended!

Waldo

Great resturaunt! The food options are of extremely high quality and flavor. The service is great and the setting is very cosy. This is the one place near me I would say is totally up to my own standards of food. It is built inside of a very old Catholic church and we sat next to where the alter would be which is now a fire place. Also the light up menus are very unique. I highly recommend Ivy

Gavin Martin

Very disappointing. I heard great things but they cooked what was supposed to be my medium rare filet basically well done. Another guest of ours had to send their meal back as her steak was rare when she asked for medium. 2 of 4 drinks were wrong. The meatloaf another guest of ours ordered was good but took 15 minutes longer to come out than everything else. We were there for a family dinner but none of us got our correct food at the same time. So we all ate at separate times. They were very polite which is why it's not 1 star. I never got to share this feedback with the manager as he skipped our table. Just a waste of a special occasion.

Curt Beile

Great food, good people, enough said.

Daniel Rebac

Nice atmosphere...food was delicious. Was pricey but the food and environment made for a good evening.

Don Niemi

jerry fryer

A beautiful evening spent with friends and family a beautiful environment with a quality staff and quality food.

thomas boyle

Had an absolutely delicious pasta dish in lobster sauce with spinach, mushrooms, lobster and shrimp. Wonderful! Service was good as well!

Matthew MacDougal

Ivy is a beautifully renovated church turned restaurant in downtown Wheaton. The ambiance is sophisticated and elegant. Beautiful stained glass windows. Cozy fireplace in center/front of main dining hall. Great outdoor patio in the summer. The food never disappoints. For a lunch, y wife had the artisan grilled cheese which she gets almost Everytime. I tried the turkey with lingonberry Chipotle mayo, grueyer cheese and crispy onions on a pretzel roll, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since.... That was five days ago.

Dennis Gillig

Great place. Busy and great food. Have the owner tell you the building history

Bruce Jawer

Looked like they had some delicious dishes, but would not accommodate for food allergies (like their menu said they would). Service just OK.

Jim Slanker

Great food, service and atmosphere!

RJ K

Me and my wife got married yesterday and after the ceremony our niece wanted to take us out. So we went to the ivy and all I can say is from the moment we walked in the door we were treated fantastic. They had no problem with us moving some stuff around just so we could get some good pictures of us cutting the cake. The food was amazing and the staff was just as good. We will definitely be back and will recommend them. Keep up the great work

Tirzah Walker

Absolutely a pleasant spot for dinner in Wheaton. Friendly staff and patrons.

Susan Doyle

This restaurant was fantastic. The dish I ordered was so light and fresh. The perfect meal for a hot spring night. Highly recommend.

Christel D

Excellent food and superb service. Love the ambiance.

Joe White

Such a wonderful restraint located in downtown Wheaton. I've been to dinner a handful of times, including with a group of over 15, and every time we received attentive and personal service from the staff. Wine and beer selections are ample and the cocktails were good without trying too hard. Consistently great experiences have led to the five stars.

Jordan Lowry

This is a very nice restaurant. The inside is very classy and the menu even lights up as you open it! Overall a very nice experience with a variety of items on the menu. Only downside was that the service was a bit slow. We didn’t know if this was due to the fact that we were young, and there were other older members seated as well or if they were just understaffed. That would be my only complaint as they were often to busy to even refill waters or our wine.

Rose Horvath

Cool venue. Conversation friendly

Mark Johnson

Lovely restaurant, beautiful stained glass window. The food is always first rate, we're especially fond of the variety of filet mignon preparations.

Cathi Bohm

Food was great, Sat in patio area. Don't sit buy doors in back section as the servers come in and out frequently.

Carissa Schwab

Went for a birthday and anniversary dinner and we were very disappointed. Four adults and two children all ordered something different and a couple of the dinners came out cold. Our servers were not that great either. We asked for bread multiple times and it never came. I asked ketchup for my children that never came. When I spoke to her about the food she was very short and dismissive. We were in the restaurant for 2 hours and two of the people at our table barely ate. We asked for the check from multiple people and we were literally ignored. We asked for the manager and he or she never came. This experience was not fun for a birthday/anniversary dinner. I am not one to write a review but the experience we had last was so disappointing I had to say something. We will not be going back.

Thomas Baker

Very charming building and a nice patio. Food was very good. Service was ok.

Tim Young

This is one of the finest restaurants restaurants I've enjoyed in 50 years. You will truly enjoy it, if you like fine dining. Dress nice and take someone special.

Erin Collard

What a beautiful restaurant! We went on Christmas Eve day and the decor was very nice. The decor makes the restaurant seem fancier than it appeared to be. I think it used to be a church. Entree prices were reasonable at $12-30ish. Delicious food and great service. We had the beef carpaccio, coconut shrimp, and beef tournedo. Also free valet which is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

DAVID O'BRIEN

Great lunch special, atmosphere was very nice. Very friendly staff.

Philip Whiteman

For the price-point, this was a disappointing meal. What we ordered: -Fillet- This came as two separate pieces. One piece was cooked to a nice medium, yet the other was past well-done. The fillet was also under-seasoned and tough. -Walnut crusted walleye- No, just no. This dish struggled to understand what it was trying to be. Despite its name, the walnut crust was far from crusty, and had most likely been sitting for too long prior to serving. The dish as a whole was flavorless. The veggies served on the side were of cafeteria-grade and flavorless. -Creme brulee- The best part of the meal. A perfect creme brulee. -Lobster bisque- A very nice soup, but the lone and diminutive piece of lobster at the bottom of the bowl only reminded me of better lobster bisques with substantial chunks of sea bug. Service: Our server was extremely kind and attentive. There was also a live violin/guitar duo that were taking requests tableside (it was Valentine's Day) that were very good and fun. Atmosphere: Nothing to write home about. The table layout was kind of strange and almost reminded me of a military tent mess hall, with parallel rows of small tables that stretched the length of the main room, with other tables smattered about here or there and upstairs.

Michael Walker

Great food in a unique environment. Really enjoyed it.

Carole Long

Beautiful venue. Pecan crusted walleye is amazing. Erin is a fabulous server.

Jessica Ritter

Love this place!

Donald Garrett

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant. this is awesome place. no regrets.

Brandon Cahill

Great steaks and fine dinning! Beautifully designed interior is a must see. Great for a romantic night out!

Elizabeth Krecisz

Ivy is one of our favorite restaurants! I have never had a meal I did not like. The decorations (especially at Christmastime) are always beautiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful and attentive. Some of our favorites include: black pepper shrimp, crab cakes, tournedos of beef, lamb chops (my #1), beet salad, chicken noodles soup (amazing) or soup du jour. One of our top choices for any special occasion! Bon appetit! P.S. Ladies, don't forget to visit the ghost in our upstairs bathroom!

Laura Powers

The special function area is very private. Appetizers everything were tasty and nicely presented. The private bar was well stocked and conveniently located. Definitely recommend this for a small intimate gathering.

Nick Ahrens

The restaurant was fantastic for our group lunch. I've heard great things about Ivy before but this was my first time. The service was a little slow despite being fairly empty at 1pm on a Friday. However the staff was very friendly and knew about the menu. Our waitress was polite, informative, and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the menu along with make suggestions. The atmosphere was nice, it used to be a church and some of the decoration that they kept was interesting and gave you something to look at. Other than that their appetizers were top notch and everything came out plated well. Overall, I would go again and I would reccomend it to anyone in the area

Jill Brosnahan

Gorgeous building, superb food as well as service. Hidden gem! Glad we ventured in while visiting the city.

Cindy Conforti

Wonderful menu with each dish crafted to the highest standards! Atmosphere is always welcoming and the service is always impeccable! It is always a favorite!

Ethan C

The food was okay but definitely not worth the price.

Meghan Murphy

We went on Valentine's day and it was amazing! The menus light up! The ambiance is beautiful. The staff is so attendant and nice. The food was excellent. Everyone got chocolate covered strawberries at the end of their meal for free. And my favorite part was the violinist as the guitarist that came to each table to play a song of your request for free. The most romantic dinner I've ever had!

Jeremy McBrayer

Every meal I've had here has been delicious. Servers are helpful when choosing from the menu. Great for date night, celebrating a special occasion, or just because you like good food and don't want to go all the way to the city.

Nancy Erickson Schatzeder

Great salads. Lovely layout

Ted Carra Augustine

Beautiful setting, though a little loud for conversation around a large round table. Very accommodating to my gluten and food allergies.

Jeff Faye

Good food, a bit pricey, service attentive.

Dan Sommerfeld

Great meal. Atmospheric place. Probably best restaurant in Wheaton.

David Schmidt

Never disappointed. Daily specials. Wonderful atmosphere. Great service, and excellent entrees. What are you waiting for?

Pete Rodriguez Broker

Great burgers and the salads are huge, nice location too and the building is cool.

Paul B

I really enjoyed this restaurant and went there with my family after a graduation. It's a neat old church turned into a restaurant, but the transition is surprisingly not awkward at all. The location is great, right next to a parking garage across the street. The service in my experience superb! The managing staff is extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful and the food was fairly priced. I would give this place a try!

Ted Tomlin

This cozy little restaurant is perfect for a special might out. Rverything on their menu is delicious. The wine choices are great and the owner is one in a million. I will be coming back again and again!

Heinrich Botes

A pleasant experience from entering (valet service available) to leaving! A former funeral home chapel turned into a restaurant creates an unique and elegant ambiance. The menu includes a wide variety and the food does not disappoint. Everyone in our group enjoyed the grilled salmon and vegetables while the home made milk and honey ice cream with coffee complemented the well prepared entrees. The service was efficient and the food was on the table in an unbelievably short time.

Carol Larson

I am never disappointed here. Wonderful atmosphere. Great service, and excellent entrees. What else would you ask for?

Kelly Gannon

Our favorite special occasion restaurant. Great food, staff and we always try to sit upstairs where it's a little more quiet.

Becky VanderVeen

Always great! Comfort food and great atmosphere!

Louise Derning

We enjoyed a terrific bridal shower with a luncheon at Ivy this afternoon. The entire experience was just wonderful: Jason answered all planning questions kindly and with great insight as well as humor; the food was fantastic and earned rave reviews from all the ladies; Alex and Mark were our servers who were so sweet and quite capable; the owner greeted us at the door and helped us unload the centerpieces and favors for the party; two young men helped load up the gifts at the end of the event...I'm sure I've forgotten other kindnesses and compliments I should mention! Thank you for great service, great food, a great day!

Walt Martineau

Wonderful in every respect: atmosphere, cuisine, service

Frances .Ward

The venue was pretty but we felt we were the only couple under 75.We ordered pepper shrimp to start and was surprised at how salty it was. Our entrees we shared. Ribs and filet of beef. The ribs were good but filet was cool and too rare. Pricing was good. Table service a little rushed. Table a bit off level especially when my husband placed a little weight getting up and every glass tipped ice, water ect. on the poor diners next to us. Ugh! All of this on a Saturday evening after 6:30.

Jim Whitmer

A great place for a summer evening eating outdoors

Juliya Rubin

Great food!!! Great atmosphere!!!

Kareem K

I like this restaurant very much. It has a romantic spirit. The meals are marvelous. the service is powerful and the stuff is very professional. The price is reasonable. very much recommend.

John Machulis

A former funeral chapel, beautiful stain glass windows. Nice menu with dinner and Sandwich choices. I had a burger.

Danette Connors

The beef carpaccio is delicious! I highly recommend.

Goxy Eagle

Tasty tasty food. Perfect for special occasions.

Michael Bares

We had no reservations, so we were sat at the bar. No problem. We were there to eat dinner. The bartender paid no attention to us. We asked a waiter about the beers they had on tap. The bartender ( she) finally started talking to us, when he was answering our questions. She poured out beer, and didn't ask if we needed a menu. I told my wife , and daughter, if she doesn't give us menus by the time we are done with our beer, we're out of here. Sorry to say we left. She seemed to be so busy with the people dinning, she didn't care about our needs. We wound up driving to the Assembly in Hoffman Estates, and were treated like royalty. Sorry Ivy . . . YOU SUCK !

Joan Kessel

Wonderful Experience! Service was wonderful. Both the server and kitchen handled my personalization of my entree with professionalism and grace! Highly recommend the Ivy Restaurant!

Hugo French

The place serves big portions and for convenient rates. very welcoming employees. They never disappoint.

Rob Hooper

Beautiful setting inside an old church. I enjoyed the brunch buffet while my companion has the petite filet with fried tomato. Highly recommended.

Tim Hart

Good food and the wait staff was great. The outdoor patio was nice.

Martha Denison

Waiter never put in out dinner order, just drinks and appetizer. We asked 3 times when It was coming and repeated order. The people next to us had a terrible time with waiter. He just said we never ordered. This was last Saturday. Today is may 19th.

E ROSAS

Food was exceptional as was the service. Was there for a private dinner for my newlywed sister and brother-in-law. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Adwait Kelkar

Converted church restaurant. Great food, great service. Will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Kirk Fausett

Ivy, I'd rather eat with them than the finest restaurant in town...kidding, they are great.

Alex Mortensen

This was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's birthday. Charming atmosphere (converted church), and great food. This place is a gem.

Dave Neary

Mary Schramer

Very tasty fish tacos in a pleasant environment. Was quiet early on a Saturday afternoon which made it the perfect spot to catch up with old friends.

David Conrad

Lovely staff. Alex & Jason took good care of the wedding party upstairs. Food could've been a little warmer was all.

Jeffrey Cook

Bill Sump

Excellent food, service and atmosphere!

Mary Chin

First time dining here and it was lovely! I had the savory peach chicken which was delicious, the service was perfect and the building is beautiful. It did get a bit noisy but we were still able to carry on a conversation without any problems.

Debra Dicke

We love this place! The food is great. The wine selection is fab. The staff is wonderful and they are always doing a fun event or promotion. The appetizer menu is phenomenal. Can you tell I love this place?

Timmy Hellstern

Ron Libman

Great food! Really wonderful service!

Maribeth Westlund

Our first visit. Delicious meals. We followed the recommendations of our server. He was spot on! Will return.

Gretchen Baker

I have to say that this place is great! First off the ambience is great, beings that it was an old church, it gives an edgy feel to it. It has a great selection of wine and the staff is very friendly. Food was amazing but I only had an appetizer, can't wait to come back to try other things

Laura Olson

Beautiful atmosphere, cool menus, very delicious food.

Chrissy Woj

We love Ivy so much! It's our go-to spot for a nice, celebratory dinner. The food is fantastic and the ambience is incredible. The wine selection and cocktails are also on point.

Patric Mykel

Great place. Really cool. It's an old church/funeral home. Great food and service but pricey. Has outdoor seating with live music

Michael Sung

- Feels like an old comfy church - Great and delicious foods with plenty of choices. - Great GLUTEN FREE options.

David Layne

Wow true 5 stars. Everything is right on! Food, service, atmosphere, and the food again. The food was outstanding. The place is beautiful and just a great eating experience. Highly, highly recommend this place. Totally worth it!

Matthew Rubio

Our server Josh was very informative and resourceful. Would definitely make a second trip back

William Lindensmith

Great selection of food and wine. Could use a larger beer menu.

Mara Horan

Wonderful menu and service. Building and patio are quite beautiful. Pricey, but worth it. Food and presentation were excellent!

Paul Schmidt

Great food & attentive service.

Joe Hulina 3

We (seven of us) went there at 14:15 today after leaving the Great Midwest Train Show. The hostess showed obvious signs or surprise when my wife told her the number. She immediately started talking about the size of our party, how she was "down" servers, etc., and finally asked us to wait in the bar. That was an issue in and of itself because two of our party were minors. The restaurant was half-empty on our arrival. Several large groups of people left while we waited in the bar. Finally, a half hour later, we left for a little place up the street where we were nicely greeted, seated promptly, served graciously and enjoyed wonderful food choices. Ivy is a place I will tell all my traveling friends to avoid.

Mary Samerdyke

We were visiting for a birthday celebration on a snowy evening and the staff was warm and welcoming to our large and somewhat disorganized party. Our meals were delicious and we all enjoyed the ed experience.

Naz J

Food was okay. It looks like a church inside...after talking to the waitress...we found out it was a funeral home in the past.. and is haunted. Not gonna lie, I felt a little uneasy after that.

Tom Zinga

One of the best steaks I ever had

Amy Milligan

The food was great, as was the service. It was a busy night (near Valentine's Day), which meant that it was pretty loud at times, but we still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Vince Paliga

The food was really good, but I’m not quite sure it was worth the price. The 12oz Ribeye was cooked just the way I asked, all the food came out together (a party of 10), and the waiter did very well. The only reason for four stars and not five is the steak didn’t seem seasoned at all, the baked potato was served overly salted, and again, it didn’t seem like the price was worth it.

Kristyn Granahan

Faith was a great server! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was great. Overall a great experience.

Linda Brazis

Such a refreshing treat from the boring chain restaurants. The former church is an architectural wonder to behold while the food is excellent and the service very attentive. I recommend Ivy's to everyone even if you live quite a distance from it. Valet parking available as well as a multiple story parking lot behind it. It's quite a treat, and not overpriced

Wendi Driggers

Excellent food, ambiance and service. Can't wait to go back!

Tim Salmonson

Great Ambiance, great service but the food didn't meet my expectations. My steak was over done. The asperagus stems were hard and should have been cut off. These are details that a fine dining restaurant should never overlook. My server apologized and appropriately dealt with the overcooked steak but by the time it returned my dinner companions were finished with their meal. I would recommend this place for drinks and dessert

Johnny Swan

Really, 4.5 stars. First time visitor. Dinner was amazing. Fresh tasting and filling. Excellent service. Nice ambiance. My only disappointment was the Crab Cake appetizer. Tasted wonderful but the portion size, in my opinion, was too small for the price. Certainly will visit again.

Easyride Chicago

Outstanding food

Denise Adair

Awesome place. Love the ambiance. Staffs were friendly and was able to provide excellent customer service. Good food portions and it was delicious.

Kashton Hinton

The place serves big portions and for affordable prices. very nice owner. I recommend this place.

Jacob Anderson

DO NOT ORDER STEAK. I ordered the bone in ribeye cooked medium. It came out well done, chewy. There was no marbling on the steak, which is absurd for a SUPPOSED "prime" cut. I highly doubt it is. For $45 these people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Terrible cut of beef for the price. Overcooked, under-seasoned. Misrepresentation of the grade of steak. $45 for something not even aged? Ill never come back here. Honestly, you should be completely ashamed to have "chophouse" in your description. Anyone that knows anything about REAL prime grade steak should completely avoid this place. I've had better steaks at low end chain restaurants.

Kathy Amen

Wonderful and accommodating owner and staff. Great food.

Helen Bostanche

Went for Sunday brunch. Was wonderful, the chef was very friendly and talked to all the customers. Very cordial and pleasant.

Michael McKoy

Scott Johnson

Very good food

Tim Deutmeyer

Amazing food wonderful atmosphere

michael delatorre

The food is phenomenal!!!

Daniel Rimdzius

Great atmosphere, lovely historic building. The food was absolutely fantastic; the mussels are a great appetizer. The desserts were okay, the creme brulee was the best of the sampler. Good wine selection. We will definitely be going again.

Steven Edenburn

Had the burger myself, best part were the fries. The steaks were tough and small for the prices. WAY overpriced, especially for the quality of food.

Richard Kaffka

Outstanding in every way

Paul Hayes

The establishment is nice, rustic, quaint. The waitress was awesome. Very tentative, and the food is fantastic. Will definitely come again

Ann Ringas

Good food and great atmosphere

Justin Isaac

This place is our go to restaurant in Wheaton. Everything from the butter to the dessert is hand made and so delicious. Me and my wife haven't had a bad selection from the menu yet. Keep up the good work Ivy!

Olivia Ksiag

Nice restaurant and very pretty, the menu thing was pretty cool. Staff was also very nice, the only thing that could be improved is that almost everything has meat in it, including all the salads, and there was no vegetarian menu even though the menu clearly said that they can make food with dietary restrictions.

Tom Tait

Phenomenal! Great food, nice ambiance. A keeper.

Arturo P Gonzalez

Excellent food. Good service.

Jeremy Taylor

Wonderful upscale restaurant in beautiful and historic downtown Wheaton with great food and attentive staff. Pretty quiet most of the time, so it's a nice place for meetings and conversation, plus there's a private room for larger parties.

Bev Bev

LOVE LOVE LOVE their menu - always a delightful meal! Both beautiful sitting inside and outdoors.

Wes Campbell

Amazing atmosphere and terrific staff!

Val Maros

We went to this restaurant specifically for an item on their menu posted online. We were informed after we sat down that they haven't updated their online menu yet...this set the tone with our server who must have decided at that point that we were not worth serving since we were already somewhat disappointed upon arrival. We did order other menu items and a glass of wine. The restaurant was fairly empty but had ample staff running around setting up tables in anticipation of what appeared to be some larger groups coming in later. We and the other table sitting by the fireplace sat with empty water glasses for way too long before our server brought water to us. When the food came out it was dropped so fast that we didn't have time to mention to them that they had gotten the order wrong. So we waited for the server who just seemed like he wanted to hide in the back to come back out. They did rectify the mix up but I would expect far better service from this restaurant that has a reputation of great food. We had high hopes of making this one of our go to places based on other reviews and what we had seen of the menu. We may give it another try in the future to see if it was just a fluke, I really wanted to LOVE this place. Atmosphere is very nice .

Harold Schultz

This is one of my favorite places for excellent food, wine, and service. I have never been disappointed.

Jon Fisher

Great atmosphere. Good food.

Amy Coleman

Very fresh authentic food. I now understand why its always full!

Debra Costas

High quality food and chefs that definitely know how to cook it to perfection! Atmosphere is unusual and quite lovely as this was a funeral parlor many years ago. Service is good, could be better. Prices are on the higher side but you will be sure to get an excellent meal!

Russ Graz

Too expensive for ordinary food

Sunny Lee

Loved the atmosphere and prime rib was excellent!

Susan Poznan

Food was good but very disappointed with the service...was slow and not attentive even though the restaurant was not very busy.

Karen Knoll

Creative menu, friendly staff, wonderful outdoor patio...two thumbs up!

Scotty Turner

Excellent steakhouse type food here. And the atmosphere is really wonderful. The stained glass is gorgeous. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, which is what you'd hope for the relatively high prices. You can get a plate for an average of maybe 30 bucks, so it's not cheap. Great for a date you're trying to impress. : ) One thing to note is that they have an excellent upstairs party/event room. The food they provide is excellent and theres enough room for sixty or so people, plus a staffed bar. It's definitely worth looking into. If you're looking for classic American food, prepared with skill and served in a unique and classy environment, I'd recommend this place.

Chris Kolody

Great food as nd service

Matthew Kuntz

The food and atmosphere are great.

Sheryl O'Bryan

Our Anniversary meal was fantastic! We had the Petit Filet and Shrimp, which was AMAZING, and the Crab cake dinner! They both paired very well with the Josh Legacy red blend! Suzie was fantastic and offered us the Creme de Cocoa for dessert and was the perfect ending to the meal! We will definitely be back!!

Todd Williamson

Casual elegance in a wonderful setting. Eat in or on the patio...weather permitting...Great wine list. Food is generally excellent and covers lots of cuisines. A must visit for dinner in Wheaton.

Chuck Roberg

Great food. Friendly staff. Decorated nicely. Make reservations.

Bill Hackett
