Potato Chip Pancakes

Just ordered the #12 (2 chicken enchiladas, rice and beans). Cost was over $10. They came out and we the size of a small soft shell taco. Literally a quarter of the size of a typical enchilada. I could of gotten 2 chicken soft tacos at Taco Bell and had more food for a 1/3 of the cost. Our son ordered a taco kids meal that had a hair in it. The taco shell was stale. OVERPRICED and NOT GOOD!!! Avoid this place.

The service was fine but the food was sub par. I ordered the combo platter of tamale, enchilada, and burrito with a side order of rice and beans. The tamale was good but the the burrito and enchilada was nothing but poorly seasoned meat. The rice and beans were bland and tasteless. The only really good thing I got there was the strawberry margarita. I won't go back there again. The food was disappointing.

There's nothing I can say about this place that hasn't been said already. I'll just get into my normal reviewing topics. Cleanliness: Ha. That must be a joke... right? It's BAD. Really bad. 2/10 Management: wrong orders six times, complaints twice, and didn't even react when another in my party blew up on the waitress for not understanding the order for the fifth time. 0/10 Service: there was waitresses to fill the drinks? Could've fooled me. Took us asking to get the check, too. 2/10 Taste: let me just put it this way. The white queso is so... Godawful you'll want to stab yourself in the eye. It tastes like you're drinking water and someone in the other room is thinking hard about old cheese. 2/10 Bathrooms: it's like walking into a different restaurant. It was ACTUALLY CLEAN. And it smelled nice. No toilet paper in either stall, though. 6/10 Overall: if you like Mexican food, want to get sick, don't care much for the atmosphere and mostly care for taste? Go to taco bell. One potato has better flavor then the entire buffet there. If you want good food, with great atmosphere, and really good service? Take a trip to hacienda's. So much better you'll do a cartwheel. 12/50

Went to try and have a nice meal and eat outside but didn't even get the chance. There were multiple open tables outside when we arrived but when we asked to be seated outside the waitress said "ok give me a minute" and then we stood in the same spot in the front for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Then we noticed the waitress standing around and staring into space. It would've been nice to have been give a wait time. Didn't seem like they even wanted our business. We ended up not wasting our time and ate taco bell instead.

We have been hear multiple times and before tonight the service has been great food is always a little on the Bland Side, but overall it's normally good. Tonight however was the worst experience we've had at this restaurant only two people were there, a Hostess and a waiter. which was also cooking, this being said the food came out undercooked unseasoned. It was just an overall horrible experience with absolutely no attentiveness to the customers at all. I hate to say it but I will not be going back!!!

The first & surely last time I'll go, it was all around a poor experience. I would sincerely give it "0" stars if I could. First impression, cleanliness & food: We were seated with a fairly dirty seat & table. The people behind us were served first, though the host was the server & should have known better. Not a big deal. The salsa was very watery & tasted horrible & bland. Chips were also not tasty. I used the restroom which was filthy with ants running around & dirty fingerprints over everything you could reach. Got back to my table & another ant greeted me. We got our food & it was also terribly bland & unappetizing. The beans were very runny & flavorless & the steak was gainy & tasted cheap. Service: The server hardly checked on us & we kept having to wait for drink refills. The folks who were seated after us relieved a more timely service. At one point, we overheard the server saying she didn't know the drink specials when a customer asked. How can it be a tequila hot-spot yet the servers don't know the drink menu? Once we got our check and headed to the counter to check out, we waited again for a while until the cashier showed up. He asked how it was & I very politely said, "Not very good". Little did he know I was putting it quite mildly. He completely IGNORED my response & never said another word. No reason to tip after that as I found that extremely inconsiderate & unprofessional. I would have considered it had he addressed my complaint in a reasonable manner. You could not pay me to visit this place again.

Waitress messed up 2 of our orders 3 times back to back. Everyone at the table needed refills and she was sitting down chatting with other workers. $10 for half a cereal bowl of white water they call queso. Taco salad bowls aren't in a bowl. Customer service is a complete joke, literally laughed at by "management" and was told "all we can do is say sorry" Garbage establishment, garbage management, garbage staff, garbage food. 0/5 would not recommend. Extra not recommend.

This place is always very consistently excellent. I absolutely can't understand why its never busy when I go in, but it must be the location. The servers are always super friendly and efficient. The fajitas are excellent, as is everything. Its standard Mexican fare but everything is always good and served super hot. We love Good Tequila's!

They have the best chicken rice soup. I get it to go and they package it perfectly and give you pico and limes on the side, along with chips and salsa. I would highly recommend this soup if you have a head cold. It does wonders!

Only eaten here twice, it was good and the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and nicely decorated, I think the food is really good although the first time I ate there they got my order wrong, and I think the price for the queso sauce is ridiculous. Overall satisfied and I think I will return for a future visit

I was disappointed in this place to say the least! The appearance was drab the food greasy and the staff was less the attentive. If you are just looking for a Tex Mex meal give it a try, I how ever will not be going back.

I am extremely confused. We got two burritos. First, their burritos are just meat in a tortilla soaked in cheese sauce which makes the tortilla soggy. I’ve never seen a burrito made this way and it was not good. Second, the other burrito was topped with MARINARA sauce, which is the main cause of my confusion. Their chips salsa was good but sadly, that’s about it. The rice was good too which is great because that’s all I could eat since my burrito was soaked in marinara sauce. So disappointed...

Apparently this restaurant is no longer managed by the same owner as the other Good Tequilas and it shows! We visited last month in July for my birthday and the salsa tasted so weird. Either they changed the recipe or they put some cilantro in marinara and blended it to pass as salsa. I'm telling you, it tasted like a weird marinara. The rest od the food was sub-par. Nothing special. The prices were also higher than what they used to be. The Good Tequila's in Bartonville is definitely cheaper and the food tastes better.

Soooo disappointed. I thought nothing could be worse than the service, and then our food came out. Tasteless food. The tamales were like dough balls, the shrimp tacos were a corn tortilla with about 6 tiny salad shrimp on a piece of fool on the plate and that's all. We left after about 3 bites. Never going back!!!

Went for Lunch Buffet. Not very friendly. Drinks did not stay full. Buffet was missing salsa and sour cream. Cheese aauce was cold in a plastic squirt bottle. Asked for salsa and sour cream and they charged me $2. SOFT Drinks were almost $3. Food itself was okay nothing to rave about. Would not go back.

Waiter was very friendly and explained a few things about certain dishes to us. We shared the dinner and a medium margarita - which was equal to most restaurants large. Chips were warm (as expected) but one of the best things is they also have a very good salsa - one of the better ones around. We ate pollo oxcata (?spell.) and it had just the right amount of sauce, not drenched, very flavorful! Another good thing about the restaurant is it is large but the areas are divided so if you want to sit away from noise or large groups it's easy to do.

The waitress was nice and I feel bad for her. The food was not worthy of the name and we were shocked at the price. Almost 4$ for an avocado so 4 tacos and chimichanga were 23$!?
