Great place to unwind! The kids love this place and it is super easy with the power cards. Just tap and you are playing! Wednesday is half price for all games and you can get more for your dollar. Food is good and the desserts are amazing. Bar and TVs keep parents entertained!

Overpriced menu full of undersized portions so definitely don't set expectations too high on the food. The games our fun. The kids have a blast. Staff outside of the bar area seemed miserable. Bonus points for super comfortable seats

We had a great time for my daughter's 10th birthday! The food and the staff were awesome. Our waitress Briana was so patient and we had another person wait on us who may have been a manager and unfortunately I did not get his name but he was also amazing! Looking forward to going back!

Planned a birthday party for my grandson for 10 kids. The party was from 2-4 pm. When I got there they had me put the cake in the bar. And all of us stand there. They went to the back and started putting tables together for us. Had me come back there finally. The guy called me Carol. Then said sorry they gave him the wrong 26.99 contact. There was nothing there but some plates and glasses. The waitress comes up to us finally. And says no one will work the party. So she will do it while still waiting on her tables. So we had no party planner to help us out. We had to wait for the kids drinks to get there for about 15 minutes. And they were supposed to be unlimited drinks. I paid 26.99 per kid for the party. The manager brought out the game cards. I ask him to wait for everybody to get there. Because they could pay 5.00 and have there card unlimited. But he comes back to me about 15 minutes later and says the cards are all unlimited now. Well when I get my bill there is an extra 50.00 added to it for the cards. Which I had ask him to wait on. They brought there food out. Sat it on a table. And never said a work to me. Just left it there. So I had to get the kids. And get them there food. When it was time for the cake I had to find the waitress to get plates for it. Had to ask for the brownie with the candle on it that he was supposed to get. We all also ordered our own food. So was charged 330.00 for a party that no one was basically working. All the waitress said when I ask why we didn’t have a party planner was they were short on help. And no one wanted to work the party. I feel like I was over charged and the manager did nothing to make up for the fact that we basically just sat there waiting until the waitress could get back with us. And then the manager charged me even more money for the party after being ask to wait for everybody to get there. I called corporate to talk to them. All she said really nasty to me was send me the e-mails that were sent to you. And I will look into it. I don’t think she is going to check. Or that she even cares. I will never have another party there. I am really sad and disappointed that my grandsons party turned out like that. And that they don’t even seem to care.

I’ve taken the kids here twice. So much fun! I haven’t been on a weekend, so it’s never been crowded which is nice. Staff are super friendly, food is great, and there are a ton of games. I love that they currently have an unlimited game card for an hour, or if you purchase with a meal for the entire evening. It’s limited to only games with a blue card reader, so it does tend to cut out a lot of the good games. But for the price you can’t beat the card.

A night of dinner and fun turned into a three hour meal due to kitchen staff troubles. While our server was considerate about it and kept us informed, we were all over it and even had them cancel the desserts we were waiting over 30 mins on! Not a good night to have a birthday celebration there!

Our group was seated. We ordered drinks. Waitress came back and we ordered apps and dinners. Apps showed up after 30 minutes and before the drinks. Not all drinks showed up. Then at least 30 minutes later half the dinners showed up. A couple were incorrect. After the food that did show up was eaten a couple more meals showed up. Meanwhile the empty glasses and app plates were still on the table because we were ignored after the first screw up. Finally all of the meals showed up. Some cold. The manager came over to address the issue and he asked if he could get us a round of drinks. Those drinks were on the bill by the way. The manager did give us a $25 discount which didn't even cover the round of drinks we assumed he was buying us. At the end of the meal every single empty glass or plate was still on the table. It was a complete clown show. It wasn't even busy at the time we were there. The games are mostly mindless. Just hit a button as fast as you can. Do yourself a favor and go to Game Works or stab yourself in the eye with a pencil if you want a better experience.

I just love this place! Maybe even more than the kids. A bit pricey compared to Chuck e Cheeses. But it's fun for the WHOLE family, not just the children. . . And the food and drinks are better of course lol

Fun place, but service here sucks.. We had to look for a table and when we asked the waitress to clean it for us she took forever to do it. Managers and other staff members would walk by and never asked if we were being helped. A waiter dropped a drink that splashed on my leg and didn't even apologized. The food was good but took forever to get to us.

FABULOUS!!!!! WE HAD 12 PEOPLE WHO WERE CELEBRATING MY SONS 40TH BIRTHDAY, OUR WAITRESS WAS CRYSTAL WHO WAS EXCELLENT WITH TAKING CARE OF OUR EVERY NEED!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 4PACK POWER CARD THEY HAVE SET UP WITH SPECIAL PRICING!!!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! I HAD THE STEAK SALAD, MY SON HAD THE RIBS, THE PEPPERONI PULL-APART BREAD WAS AMAZING AS WERE THE NACHOS, MMMMMM CHEESE CURDS!!!!! It is a fun place for children and adults. The food was good. At least one of the menu items was designated for a charity..part of the price would be given. Also, a Silent Auction table with sports items for the same charity. I only wish the toy items would not require so many coupons, especially for the little ones.

First impression is a lasting impression. It is important to have friendly greeters/cashiers at the front desk because they are the first staff customers interact with when we enter. The 2 staff working the front door cash registers were not welcoming at all. Both had frowns on their faces, no smiles at all, looking like they hate their job. Very uncomfortable interaction, and I doubt we ever return. Games were fun for kids but very pricey. Food is very salty. Portions are large and easy for 2 people to share a dish. Our waiter made our visit worthwhile as he was kind, attentive and friendly. He made us feel valued as customers and gave great service even though he was very busy with many tables.

The food was gourmet level at the Overland Park, KS venue. Service was exceptional. They offered multitudes of high-quality games of all types for everyone. Engaging carnival atmosphere. The prizes were well-made and had good value. My family had quite a memorable time.

WOW! This isn't the first time I've been to a D & B but it always causes the same response. It's a playground warehouse for kids and grown-ups who still think they're kids that serves GREAT food and always has a fun service staff. The bartenders are fun and knowledgeable and there are plenty of "signature" cocktails to sample. Don't forget the kids...plenty of games to keep them occupied...like having a built in babysitter...just keep in mind a real babysitter would probably be cheaper...LOL. Definitely a "must do" but unless you're independently wealthy it can get a little pricey. Worth the time and energy...and cost however so go have fun.

While the food was delicious, the service is slower than most. However, I could see why servers would want families to sit at their booths longer, because it gives them an opportunity to let their kids play games while they think on the menu. Overall great place! Fun environment to hang out.

Had a great time here, easily spent 3 hours with happy hour as well. We came here on a groupon voucher - $25 for unlimited video games for 2 which made it worth it. Don’t think I’d pay full price if I’m being honest as it’s only shooting games or car racing that you can access for unlimited video games. Everything else needs a lot of tokens. Happy hour is good with all cocktails half price so they’re about $5-6 each.

All you can eat wings and free games is overrated. You only get to play the basketball, hockey, shooting and driving games. They need to add any competition games to the lineup. Having limited games to me is a scam. Why wouldn’t they tell you that in detail before hand?

They have an allergy friendly menu. A manager will assist you with it. And the kitchen staff will change gloves and clean any area they use before preparing your food. Staff was awesome first time in a long time I could eat out and not worry.

What Dave and Buster's closes at 9pm on a Saturday night for a private event?! We called a week before to make reservations on Saturday, they said they don't make reservations they just have people come in first come first serve which is fine. But when we got there at 7pm we saw the sign that said they closes at 9pm.

Well we lost are wallet and the manger supposeing checked the camera twice and then he's like we don't have cameras we're you were sitting and then we see a camera right above us so obviously he was trying to keep the wallet but then we found not recommend really keep a good eye on your stuff and also we are probably not going back there and that manager had ponytail but other than that it was the best

No system in place for a list of people they say it's a long wait but you have tables that are not clean but it's still a wait even when my party was finished the same tables that we asked if we could have was still not cleaned off it's not like my party was just looking for seats to sit at they also was going to buy food we got lied to multiple times about other people was waiting but that was not true no one else came back there after my party that was able to sit so some of my party never got to sit because they did not want to clean off a row of at least 6 tables money was not a issue we were going to buy food we was just trying to have a good time to introduce what me a my wife was expecting a little boy we could have been treated better the manager never came to talk to us he/she kept sending the waitress out they was nice one couple in our party was told not to sit in seats that was for someone waiting they had 20min wait after the 20min wait they put them in the same seats they were told to move from.

So fun! Great to bring kids or super fun for a date! A little pricey, and I personally don't like the menu (it's extensive but not exactly healthy) or sweet cocktails and punches which is what most of the drinks are. If you're into that though, you'll love the kitchen and bar. I just ordered whiskey, so I was satisfied with that, and I can't understate how fun it is to have a few drinks and run around playing games!! It's expensive to play, and it really adds up, so go ahead and spring for one of the deals. My friend and I found a Groupon for unlimited play that was a decent savings.

They seem to stay on top of acquiring the latest and greatest games, as well as maintaining them fairly well. When my son and I were there, there was only one game down for maintenance. The customer service is spectacular once you can find someone willing to help you or take your order in the dining area. That was the only reason for not giving a full five stars. I will say, when we were finally seated and providing our dinner order, our waitress was wonderful and the manager came by twice to check on me. Overall a great experience.

The food doesn't have to be good because the atmosphere is so intense. Get ready to spend a small fortune and not really understand why at the end. I love arcades, and this is one of the few places in town that will have the newer games, so if that's important, head to D&B. If you have younger children, or want to watch sports, this is your spot. If you don't have kids and you're willing to travel to the Crossroads, you can get a similar experience but better at other establishments.

Good selection of games, lots of quality prizes to choose from that don't require an insane number of tickets. Some of the machines are not in the best shape though, and with the way they adjust the token cost for each game, it can make some of them too expensive to be worth playing on certain trips. Bar and restaurant are decent.

This is the closet location for me and I drive over an hour to get here. I really enjoy the place but the last two times I have received horrible service from the food staff. On my last visit the waitress took the order and then disappeared, Someone else brought out the food and then left. I needed ketchup for the fries and dipping sauce for the tenders but no one ever came. I finally took ketchup from another table when that group left and just used that on the fries and tenders. I needed a refill the entire time as well and finally tracked down another server to get one for me. The waitress showed back up just in time to drop off the ticket and disappear again. This is the second time this has happened. I want to like this place, but I have been pretty disappointed the last two times. The dining area was not busy either of these times. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Expensive and not enough games. It is fun and the bar is stack with anything you want. Good is OK here and it is quite large but even still you end up waiting to play games because there aren't enough of the more popular ones. Just be prepared to pay a bunch of money and since they use cards its hard to keep track of how much you got left

Really loved the games but our service was awful in the restaurant. As soon as we started ordering our waitress was mean mugging us like it was the greatest imposition in the world to serve our table of 8. She wouldn't move around the table to take our orders, so we all had to yell, she disappeared for thirty minutes at a time. My friend couldn't get any ketchup because she didn't come back from the time he got his food to the time we all finished eating. I didn't get a refill on my drink at all, and we couldn't find her to get the check for at least fifteen minutes after we had all finished and were just staring at each other wanting to play games. And we spent a lot of money! I didn't pay but I hope the person who did didn't tip her very much. It makes me not want to go there to eat or drink. We had a lot of fun with the games, they have a pretty good selection and the VR experience they installed in the last year was really cool, though a separate ticket and $6 a play. Definitely would go again. Just not for food.

Great games and food! Games are a bit pricey, but never-the-less worth the fun. Our family of 3 all enjoyed our meals and we'll surely go back asap. My daughter (whose going through a sloth phase) was extremely pleased when I previewed the prize area and found sloths for 1300 tickets (after we'd accumulated 1400+ between this location and Concord, NC). Needless to say, a sloth came home with us this trip. It wasn't chaotic like I expected, and everything was pleasant.

After seeing commercials for wings we I talked my boyfriend into checking Florence Dave and Busters.BIG mistake, being our first time the girl at the front counter waas the only one helpful.We went to sit in the dining room and was told to sit in a booth we needed to go to the seat yourself area so we did we sat across from the waitress area at least we thought so 2 waitress were there the intire 10 minutes we waited as others ran back and forth.We were not even acknowledged.So we went to Quaker Steak. I was teased about my Dave and Buster choice all weekend.NEVER AGAIN.

Decent sized space but too many heavily drunken adults overshadow kids experience. Bar area overcrowded front area overcrowded. Need additional space workers and if taking small kids recommend go earlier not in evening. 7-9 was just brutal.

The seating procedure for dining was so unorganized. We stood by waiting while about 6 staffers behind the desk seemed confused as to what was happening and what they should do. I'm giving 1 star because once we were seated our waitress was great and food tasty. Otherwise rating would be -1. Never going back

I really love going here, but I think on game days they should enforce better rules for guests that want to actually come and play games with their family and eat. We had to wait over two hours for a table because everyone didn’t want to move because a game was on. I thought it was very inconsiderate since we couldn’t order until we were at a table

We arrived and were told that we had a 45 minute wait due to the size of our party, even though the dining room was nearly empty. While this was a mild inconvenience, it is not the reason for the poor review. Our server arrived and took our drink order without issue. The drinks arrived and it was time for the food order. Our server sat on the long bar seat and started taking orders but instead of going down the table he remained seated and we had to yell over everyone to tell him our order. This resulted in multiple things wrong when the food arrived, even one of the party not receiving any food at all. When we attempted to get these things corrected the server acted as if it was not his problem and at certain points smart talked back and just plain ignored members of the party. We were at this location last year and had a wonderful time, we were excited to return but this has by far been the worst experience we have had in Myrtle Beach.

It was what I expected from a large chain that is more about entertainment than food. Although, the food was not bad by any means and I would there eat again. Kids had a blast and so did the adults.

Great experience while in New Orleans for another event. The dine-and-play option seems to be a pretty good deal if you get there early enough to take advantage. The service was pretty slow but friendly. The food exceeded our expectations. The gaming area seems smaller than other locations I've visited, but there was plenty to keep me and my 12yo busy.

I would rate the Dave and buster's addison location a zero If I could! My 10 year old daughter had over 2000 credits on the Dave and buster's card, that we had to purchase of course (just another way they nickel and dime you to death) and they couldn't read it so she got zero credits. The most disturbing thing was the response from their extremely rude manager celina telling me that it was my problem because it was my dave and buster's card, not theirs. I will never again spend my hard earned money at that location or any other! They deserve a ZERO!

We went for games and food. We sat down at a table and waited and waited. Finally I got up and asked for a menu. The gentleman asked if we were going to be eating. I said yes. He told me to go back and sit down at the table and he would be over. He never came over. So at this point I said forget it and we just played some games. We stayed about an hour then left to eat elsewhere.

Great family fun. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean establishment. If and when a game has an issue, they make sure to make it more than right for you with a smile and an apology. I take back my 5 stars and the part about the staff. Some games just flat rip you off and no one cares. No balls or bags in some games and other just cheat you. No one cares anymore.

We walked into the restaurant and there was no one to greet us. We walked around the restaurant trying to find a table. We were told that service would be slow because there were on 2 servers on duty. It was a Monday night and we were visiting from Memphis and other party was there from Texas. We walked around the restaurant and finally found a table. The dining area had trash on the floor and it was not clean and there were napkins and food on the floor. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and nobody ever came by. The server that was working in the area saw us but never came over. We finally went up to the bar and asked Paige if she would take our order for us. She agreed. If it wasn't for Paige, this would have been an even worse experience for us. Paige got our order. It was 11 of us between the 2 parties and we spent over $150 between the 2 parties on food alone. We had 6 kids with us and we spent more money on games. We were just disappointed that there is not a hostess on duty at all times in this restaurant. You have to be prepared for Spring Break week each year. People are coming in from all over. The food was warm and was delivered in a timely manner. Paige was working the bar but she was also taking good care of us by checking on us to make sure that we had everything that we ordered and what we needed. I stopped the manager and told him that Paige should be recognized for actions. Please ask your manager's that are on duty to walk around the dining area to check on patrons that maybe waiting for service. We were in the restaurant for 2 hours and we never saw a manager nor did a manager come by our table. I had to go and find a manager just to give him the compliment on Paige. Overall, very slow service before we finally found Paige who saved the day.

This was my first time ever going to Dave & Buster's and I can actually say I had a ball!!! The staff there was very professional and I can also say there were very kind and sweet. They took the time out to answer any questions I had. We were there for our football banquet and the room we had they kept it clean, refilled our drinks with out us having to ask and also our food was real food. On tonight 7/6/2019.. the waiter “Ida” started off okay. She brung a strawberry lemonade to the table but no one ordered it so we thought she might let us keep it but told us she would have to charge if we kept it, we said never mind. She walked away from the table and drunk it herself. Only gets worst from here. My niece orders a dessert, but asks for it to be taken back because it was not what she expected. Ida then asked a ton of questions about why she didn’t like the dessert or no longer wanted it. Instead of offering her something different. She pulls the plate back from the table and drops silverware on the floor. She consistently got my nieces bill wrong after that because she was upset about that dessert being taken back. Never came back to the table to handle ours bills, kept brushing us off. I had to ask two waiters for a pen. A manager handled my nieces bill and another waiter handled the rest of the table bills. Take her off of your floor if she can’t handle high pressure situations (a busy night). Her attitude was horrible. Not sure what had happened in the last year, but it was nothing like this on my previous visit. We were also not the only ones with an issue tonight, we overheard other complaints as well. I will be happy to further discuss my visit with management.

Brings back memories of childhood arcades but with alcohol, so it's even better. The overwhelming experiance of lights, game sounds, sports TVs, laughter, and chatter might upset some people with anxiety or light sensitivity (used to be one of you so I get it) but if you can get over the loudness and claustrophobic atmosphere (the game machines being so close to the next gets you really close to your stranger danger zone) but stay focused on the game and you can actually enjoy yourself. The food is expensive in my opinion ($15 for a burger and fries is pretty ridiculous, let alone an appetizer of cheese curds is like $8 or $9, guess its convincingly worth it when you are hungry enough and it's pretty good) so if you are a struggling artist or broke teen you might need to save up till you go. Seems like it attracts kids and their parents mostly, then the college kids, after work hang out for young adults wanting to blow some steam and money. Oh yeah, first time person here so I had to buy a card. I bought a package that gave me enough points to play about 8 games. All in all I spent about $70-$100 to eat cheese curds, a burger and fries, a beer, the tip, get a card to buy points to play games, and then another beer. I guess it is worth it in the moment but now I'm wishing I spent that money on my Bills lol. Not disappointed nor impressed. Left after just 1 hour too. Nice parking lot too.

The ribs were burnt so they covered it up with a plethora of bbq sauce. The waitress' service was good at first then slowly tapered off towards the end. The bar drinks were spot on though. A few of the games were broken but for the most part we had fun. The D&B in Denver was much better.

I normally love this place but I had a pretty rude interaction with a staff member that colored the entire trip. I have a military ID card and was told I got the discount but I didnt. The staff member then would not redo the interaction so I had to just eat the 17.50, annoying but not awful. My fiance left her card at the counter. We're a large family, so we skip the food, (we splurged on a birthday once on a birthday and had dinner and it was good, but pricey) and we go on Wednesdays for half price games. The only complaint I have is the restrooms. No matter what time of day we've gone, they have always been dirty and not well stocked with toilet paper or paper towels. Most stalls usually don't have paper and you have to look for one that does, then there is nothing to dry your hands with. 3 stars instead of 4 because that has been the same literally every time we've gone.

The Groupon coupon 2 for $25 is a scam. You receive 18 tokens between two people for any games. Once you're out, you can only play the games highlighted in blue. Those games are few in number. This was my first time ever to Dave and Buster's and I was very pleased. I only went here because the other restaurant we were going to eat at was having issues. The service at first was horrible but it was made up in the end. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked the way I ordered it. The food came out quick. Waitress was great but the service sucks, you can't get seated unless 75%of your party is there. If you down size to accommodate the people you have right now. They will not accommodate when the others get there. They have to wait another hour to be seated separately, not necessarily even close to where you are. There has to be a better way. I’m not someone to write reviews I’m someone who works in the industry understands the mess ups the ins & outs of restaurants so I’m going to rate this is the 3/5 because I see the good and the bad. The bad the service.. it was just godly slow. From the ordering of our meal that took 15-20 minutes to greet us the food coming out 45 minutes late to the checks taking another 20 minutes to get to us and we never barely saw our server, The other waitress took care of us. Honestly don’t even know our servers name. It was a group of us there were kids so I know that can be a handful for servers to take on, but don’t just ditch us. And maybe the kitchen was just slow but I’m not lying when I say we were there only ones in the restaurant... LITERALLY. So the kitchen is an understatement. I think the dining portion of your time was just bad. And restaurant was set up cute I loved the look and the appearance but it was just godly slow. The games were fun. I loved that portion but I don’t know how places like this is in business it just was sad to look at it. Rating it 3/5 for a good time but bad service

REVIEW FOR LOUISVILLE LOCATION. NOT SURE WHY FLORENCE CAME UP I’ve been to D&B 4 times since they have opened. Had dinner twice and then 2 times for drinks and games during the 9-close happy hour. Other than the fried cheese curds, the food both times was really good. Cheese curds were soaked in grease and soggy. Not crispy at all. Didn’t complain since it was day one. Now on to the reason for the 3 stars... No one seems to be properly trained and everyone has different answers for anything you ask. One of the nights I went with friends for drinks and games we sat at the bar for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored the entire time. It took a lady who was waiting just as long as us to go up to the front desk and ask for a manger and complain before people started getting served. Then when we were finally asked what we wanted, no one knew what the 3,4,5 dolllar drinks were. Then the lady didn’t now how to use the register. Took almost an hour to get 4 drinks. Then we all had several games not work when we scanned our cards. The games would take the credits off our cards but not work. The technician guy that came over said he couldn’t give us credits back on our cards for what we lost. The most recent visit, 2-25-19 was the worst experience. Got there around 9:15 and the lady at the desk told us it was “happy hour and half priced games until close” we all get drinks and then go out to find none of the games were half priced. Asked an employee who said he had no idea and was told to go ask up front. Went and checked with the girl again and she confirmed it. Said she would get a manager to fix them. Manager came out and told me “let me call IT cause it did that last night.” Then another employee said that they only did half priced games on Wednesday. Then another employee said the half priced games from 9-close was only a promotional thing when they first opened. Talked to 4 different employees and every one of them had a different answer. Had several games malfunction that night also with them saying they couldn’t put credits back on the card for what you lost. Until they get their act together and get everyone on the same page, I have a feeling more people will be having these same issues.

I've been to multiple dave and busters around the country and this is the first time I've ever had my canadian ID refused and when I explained that I've never had an issue they continued to press on about having my passport. No responsible adult would bring the most important travel document to a gaming bar. They did nothing to try and help my situation. I am furious and I feel like this is wrong. If I was denied in previous locations I wouldn't be upset but I dont feel like my government issued ID should be an issue.

Came tonight to celebrate my son's birthday and got a couple of the "Eat and Play" specials which were very good and allowed the kids to play a bunch. (Good value) My daughter also met up with us and ordered a steak which came out rather undercooked. The management got wind of the situation and immediately replaced her meal AND removed it from our bill to make up for the hassle!! Most places would have just got her a new one but D & B's went over and above! Great time was had by all!! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

We are here on a Thursday night for unlimited wings and it’s busy and the wings take forever to come out. The dining area needs some SERIOUS work. My husband and I were seated quickly but we were sitting at our table for 25 minutes no one came. I made eye contact with multiple waiters including a waiter who was servicing 1 table. He would LITERALLY wait around leaned against a wall until that 1 table needed something else. The waiter who was servicing the table seated directly next to us was having a very long conversation with that table he was talking to them for like 15 minutes, just talking. In the end my husband and I got up and walked out.

Dave and Buster's is usually crowded on the weekends. SO, if you are going to go weekend to eat, make sure you get there before 1pm because that is when it starts to get crazy. Any time after 5pm, is when you will be on the hour long waiting list for dining. And Saturday seems to be most popular for parties. Overall, I love this location, the atmosphere, and it keeps my kid occupied.

Floors in eating area sticky and dirty. Debris and trash under benches. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was horrible. Did not eat it. Sent it back. Play games, but don't count on eating there. Took my daughter to play games and eat. Restaurant area was packed with half full of people eating, the other half dirty tables. We sat at the bar and were ready to order, when the bartender finally came over just to say my baby (10 yo) couldn't sit at the bar. We finally found a table and waited and waited. The equipment on most of the games are in desperate need of repair; the shooting games have the sites far off, there was a large rock-em sock-em robots out of order, a "world's largest space Invaders game" and tomb raider that the site on both guns was far off of target. The food was over priced at over $17 for 4 sliders (as small as a white castle) with 3 chicken strips and fries. Service was nice but the place was overcrowded with wait times for most games to about 15 minutes.

We walked in after a concert to eat some food because it was the only place near the French Quarter that was open. We sat down to wait to get served and about 15 minutes passed and we had no one come to us, yet the workers saw us and just walked passed. Someone from our group decided to go up to the bar, to at least find someone to serve us. He was up there for a good 5 minutes until he came back and told us no one even acknowledged him. There was a table next to us who said the same thing. Now, knowing that it was about 11:30 and the place was about to close I figured they maybe stopped cooking food and serving it, yet that doesn’t excuse the fact that no one even told us this or acted like they even cared. A simple “sorry we’re not serving right now the bar is closing” when they know we’re waiting for food would’ve been amazing at this point. Yet nothing was done. Won’t be coming back to this city anyways.

My husband has his reenlistment here yesterday. The waiter was great. But all of the menus our table received and the small menus that stay on the table were DIRTY (sticky and greasy). Was really excited for a date night deal on Thursday for all you can eat wings and game play for $20. But could not get anyone to tend to us at first. Apparently we did not sit in the open seating area (ok our bad), but after flagging someone down and finally getting a waitress, she never came back with our waters. 20 mins in, we get our waters from a different waitress, but then another 20 go by, still no food. So after 40+ min, we had enough. To top it off, another woman was complaining as we left, as there was no one tending to the entrance for people coming to just play games. Guess we'll just stick with Scene 75.

Disappointing. My husband and I had never been to any dave and buster's. This year for my birthday we went with a group of friends. It was a Monday night, and only a few other tables has people seated. Right from the start it was bad. She took our drink order, accused me of being underage. Then forgot to have my drink made (yay birthday). Apps were good, came out in a reasonable time. Everyone else's food was good. I ordered a steak and shrimp combo (I forget the specific name) with my steak medium rare. My steak arrived way past well done (I would've been okay with a little over cooked). Took 20 minutes to get the servers attention to say anything. I asked for a cheeseburger instead. Plain due to being allergic to tomatoes. it comes 20 minutes later with everything on it. Some birthday. Now comes time to pay. At the beginning we asked her to separate checks so it would be easier (there were around 15 of us, about 6 checks). She did one large and attempted to separate at the end. It was all wrong. On the third try it was correct, but still took 30 more minutes to pay. By the time we had paid there was only 20 minutes until closing. VERY disappointing considering nearly everyone at the table has purchased the unlimited playing card with our meal. Everyone left without playing anything except my husband and I. It was a disappointing birthday dinner.

Went for a 5 year old birthday party, the food was good and the staff were very nice and attentive and obviously loved kids wanting to make it the best ever. The games were fun and had something for all ages. Would definitely go agian.

I’m usually not fond of leaving negative reviews for businesses, as many times the situations that lead to 1-star reviews are issues that are heightened by frustration and miscommunication. That being said, I felt the need to publicly dissuade anyone from ever eating or drinking from this specific D&B. The bartenders could not find enough time to even speak to me for 20 minutes, only to be told that they are busy and will be with me shortly. 10 minutes later, we give up and return to our party of 14, where only a few sodas have been ordered and brought out. We finally see our server again, only to have her struggle as she takes our order. The order was literally being written on a napkin, which explains how far south the situation goes. After 40 minutes our food arrives and we all enjoy the meal. 20-30 minutes after we have gotten the food, our server has yet to return to us. Most of us get antsy and start playing games near the bar, telling our friend who stayed behind that we plan to return in about 15 minutes to see if we received our checks. This results in our friend being greeted by our server and a security officer explaining that he must pay the $300 ticket and that they have his card on file to ensure he pays. Not once did she speak to him or any of us, who are still in the building, about the bill before bringing a security officer. Our friend hands his wallet and says they can keep that while he wrangles us all up so we can pay for our meals. We hurry to the server station to pay for the meal and sort the situation out, only for our server and her manager to struggle printing our tickets and properly separate each check. We individually list every single item we ordered and it still took 30 minutes to have the tickets properly printed. During this time the server SNATCHED server map tickets from people’s hands out of frustration. These were dramatic and aggressive gestures. No subtly and certainly not even close to professional. None of us wanted to argue with this server any more so we just let it slide and sat while her manager did damage control and the security officer stared us down. The manager explains she was FLOWN FROM DC to solve their poor kitchen and wait staff. The irony of this situation was lost on us, as we were so frustrated and confused. After paying for our tickets and sorting the orders our server took on a napkin food, we left. As a restaurant manager, I was appalled and confused for the entirety of this exchange. I have never experience such dysfunctional service, not have I ever seen such a ticket issue treated with such drama and confusion. Please stay away from the bar area of D&B at all costs

We've been to this D&B and pray 6 our 7 times and this was the first time I was unhappy with our visit. This particular got I would give a 2 star, but I'm resting overall 4 starts since every other time was great. First off, we're a family of 5, with a 9b and 5 year old and a toddler. We arrived for lunch and we're greeted with a "seat yourself anywhere in the bar longer area". None of the booths were open, so we got stuck at a high top... Which is fine except the highchair for the toddler wasn't tall enough for her to comfortably sit at the table... Our waiter was pleasant and friendly. Most of our food came out as expected, but I had ordered the triple bacon burger that was supposed to have 3 types of bacon on it... Instead it came with only 2 pieces of the same type of bacon... Which would be okay, except it was so undercooked I wouldn't dare eat it. There was also so much mayonnaise on it that I scraped most of it off and it still was enough to ooze out the side each time I took a bite... I could have complained and asked for a new burger, but I'm not one to roll the dice that the staff had integrity and wouldn't mess with my food... Plus it was the first meal I had since dinner the night before and I was very hungry. As I mentioned earlier, the other meals and or appetizer were fine, and this was the first meal I've had an issue with here.

A group of about 10 of us went to have dinner and let our kids enjoy the arcade. The food was good but a bit over priced for what it was. The service was HORRIBLE. The dining area had a lot of empty tables so it was not a busy night. The waiter had to be asked repeatedly for things that most servers bring without being asked, then turn around time for requested things was ridiculous. I'd prefer to seek other places for food/entertainment in the future.

As someone who worked in the industry for years, I rarely leave reviews that cast a negative light on an establishment, but after this experience, I can't hold this back. We made a reservation with a deposit for sixteen people. When we arrived they had absolutely no idea who we were or where we were supposed to be sitting. They sat us with a brand new server (he admitted this to us). It took absolutely forever to receive our food and first round of drinks. When our food got here, absolutely none of it was satisfactory. Five meals had to be sent back, two were supposed to be remade and brought back (never arrived). We also had two in our group order all you can eat wings, they had the first plate of ice cold wings (6) come and when they ordered more they never arrived. The last few rounds of drinks NEVER arrived. I approached a manager because at this point we just want to leave. OH YEAH, I am writing this at the table. The manager has only come by once, with a terrible attempt at an apology. When I approached him, he turned around and grabbed the server to rectify this situation. This is the WORST dining experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Came on a Sunday. Minimal waiting for most popular games(Whole family got to play Mario Kart several times). Frozen drinks were great, even when the slush melted. Food was very well made, but took over 10mins to arrive. My kids were able to zero in on games that doled out enough tickets to redeem plushies. At one point, recharging a card entitled our birthday girl to play unlimited non-ticket games! All for around $150.

I was staying at a hotel near by and was excited to come here for the first time. No one greeted us when we arrived and we had sat at a table for 30 minutes and had to ask many servers and bartenders to serve us. It was ridiculous. I have never been to a chain restaurant that was extremely understaffed AND had unpleasant workers. No one seemed to care for us. Really disappointed. First and last time I come to a Dave & Busters.

Seems like there is always a wait for seating in the restaurant area, food was pretty good , seems like the portions are small considering the cost. Overall it's nice to have a local place to go have fun and drink, for adults and kids. I do appreciate the feedback left on my review, shows they have some customer service which is big with me. Great place to host a birthday party with friends..or just hang out with friends ..or go out with family...its like an adult chuckee cheese!!! Only thing is the beers are more expensive than youd think. And the games too when you break it down are more than you would think too. But food is a reasonable cost. I was extremely disappointed with the service and staff my first time visiting here this past weekend. It was my birthday and we thought we would do something fun. We were originally going to go somewhere else for dinner, but saw this place had food so decided we would do everything at one place. It was busy, but not overly busy, around 8:30pm. We decided to sit at the bar, the bartenders were completely ignoring us and mostly talking to each other, it took about 25 minutes before we even got someone to get drinks for us, we were about to just leave. My friend ordered the chips and salsa appetizer and they forgot her chips, so when she asked for them the guy gave a little scuff noise like it was an inconvenience. No one ever checked on us to ask how our food was, and again it took 20-25 minutes to get their attention so we could pay our bill. Overall it took over an hour and a half just for us to order, eat food, and pay. I don't like going to a place where the workers make you feel like such an inconvenience.

The staff was less than helpful. My family had never been to Dave & Buster's and we probably won't be back. When we arrived there we asked one of the girls at the register how things worked. She pointed to a sign at the register that gave a monetary amount and how many points that would buy us to put on a card. Apparently pointing was all she could muster at the time and then gave us a look that made us feel less like a welcome guest and more like a village had lost it's idiot. The second register was somewhat better and the cashier there asked if we would be eating. We said yes and she directed us to the dinning area. Unfortunately, our experience with the wait staff was even less productive. Even though there were at least 20 empty seats the staff said they had a very long wait and we were free to look around until they called us. After 30 minutes of waiting we decided Dave & Buster's obviously couldn't care less if we wanted to throw money at them or not. I hope others have had better experiences there but we won't be back to find out.

Me and my friend came in for a drink and appetizer tonight and I was thrown off guard when I received my bill and I was charged extra for fixing my own drink. I ordered a Frozen Strawberry and Mango Daiquiri and it came out VERY watered down! Our waitress did not explain to me that I would be charged extra when I was telling her I was unhappy with my drink the minute she walked away. The waitress brought me a double shot to add to my drink myself instead of taking it back and having it prepared properly. Yes, I did ask for more alcohol in my drink, because according to her (the waitress) that was my only option. Our waitress stated "Well they can't put it back in the blender and remix it" Correct, with sanitation issues I don't expect that, but what I did expect is a decent drink. When the manager Shannon came out, she apologized for the waitress not explaining the protocols, but never apologize if your still going to make me pay for a drink I was unhappy with and had to mix and fix it Myself!!! Shannon admitted her waitress was at fault for not explaining, but yet I had to pay for it? Does not make sense at all!! Our French Fries were also very cold! We asked if they were fresh and the waitress straight up lied and told us Yes. My character and intelligence were challenged tonight as if I couldn't tell that the french fries were not fresh. Please do better Dave & Buster's and Shannon as a manager please include additional training to your crew so this won't happen again. Thanks!

This place is awesome! A bit pricey but worth it, my kids that range from 7-15 all had a blast, even my wife, mother in law and myself had a lot of fun. The place was clean, not over crowded and to top it off the food was fantastic. Definitely worth a stop!

This place is a money pit. Food is okay, but overpriced — $22 for an okay 5oz steak and diet Coke. Food service was terrible. Atmosphere is deafeningly loud. You have to buy a card to even buy credits to play games. They use casino style tactics to sway you into believing that your just spending "credits" or "units" or whatever on games and not cash. Average game price ends up being about $1.50 and most of the games last only a minute or two. 90% of the game selection it terrible and amounts to one of two game types — shooters or racing. The best games were the mini carnival games, but they're all miniaturized and cheaply built. The only thing there that actually looked fun was the VR experience, which cost $5 per person to play. Aside from a vague feeling of arcade nostalgia, the Dave & Busters experience felt empty and like a huge rip off.

the first time I ever went to Dave and Busters was back in 1983.... it was pretty decent in those days... nowadays is designed to be like a casino type environment, no more shuffleboard pooltables or real video games ...adults sit at the bar and drink, they use really large ice cubes that way you get less liquor and have to purchase more drinks... video game difficulties are set so high that you'll go through massive amounts of money in no time.... bottom line it's a very greedy establishment / Corporation....

My experience here at the New Orleans Dave and busters was horrible. We visited this location to celebrate my daughter’s tenth birthday. The service was horrible as soon as we got off the elevator we weren’t greeted by the host (we had to stand there until they finished having there own personal conversations. All of host were rude, the waitress gave us the run around about getting a table for a party of ten and the bartender was also very rude. I must say the food was delicious until I founded hair in my pasta. I don’t see myself coming back to this location!

This is a great place to bring the family or to even have a date night. They have a great menu and bar service. The big attraction are the games. The tickets stay on your card, so no fuss with trading in tickets. There are pretty decent prizes at the ticket exchange as well. The bathrooms are clean and there is a family bathroom.

Great place to check out. Great atmosphere and even though it was very busy on a Saturday night, we put our names in for a table and went to play some games. Great value and selection when playing all the games. The food was REALLY good. I'm picky about burgers but the triple bacon burger was delicious even if you're not a bacon enthusiast. Check it out if you want to feel like a kid again. A bit messy but with such a large crowd and lots of kids it's understandable.

It's been years since my last visit here, I would think it's likely 5 to 6 yrs. They have expanded the dining area and installed plenty of TV. So half of the place I can say looks like your sports bar and the remaining is dining area/function halls and the arcade. Our little kid wants to go initially to Chuck E Cheese but my husband had an idea to bring her here. Food is good, wehad chicken wings, side of fries and steak salad. the Steak is a bit hard but I love the salad dressing so I will let that pass. we also had brownie ice cream., can't remember the exact name of he dessert. The food that we ordered came with a $10 power card which was consume in a matter of minutes. The games are a bit expensive and it is so hard to keep track of your balance. I went to groupon and got the $25 all day gaming package for 2. Unfortunately I didn't read it and they can only use it for video games not for games that can earn you tickets. The little one was a bit disappointed. I don't know if I will come back, I think the arcade part is a rip off. Food is good though.

Check your bill, then check your bill again. Our waitress very well could’ve been brand new. The first time she came to our table with our bill we told her that one of the checks had an extra burger that needed to be switched to the other bill, second time she came back she had switched the burger from our bill to the other and moved another burger back to our bill, again we corrected it. When she came back from running our cards she had charged one card over $100 and when I asked if one or both cards had been charged she lied to our faces and said my gratuity receipt was in the back and she was going to get it and left. At this point we checked our online banking to confirm that she HAD in fact charged one card for the entire bill of the table. When we confronted the manager his response was “this happens” and “I’ll make sure I teach her not to do this again.” No response to his employer blantently lying...what in the hell. She might’ve been new, perhaps experience wasn’t on her side, however I know the manager didn’t walk in yesterday for his first day.

I brought my son and mother inlaw for a special occasion this past Wednesday. I was extremely disappointed to see the redemption area's shelves were mostly empty... literally completely empty. I drove an hour to get there just to watch my son who is on the autism spectrum have to process the fact that he can't win a prize, for there is nothing on the shelves. Then we decided to take a break and have lunch there. We stood there for over 15 minutes before being seated and it just got worse from there. Service was terrible and the sad part was there were only 4 tables occupied at the time. I think we will start going elsewhere in the future. There are other arcades that appreciate your business.

First time visiting and the place was massive. Plenty of seating, bar area, TVs and of course games. Food was very good(although the pictures were a little inflated for what you got). At first the prices were a shock, like I'll just get a glass of water type of shock, but then when you realize how long you actually have to play/eat without rush, it made sense. Don't be fooled, it's not a cheap place to eat, but well worth it. Prizes for tickets are actually pretty decent compared to what your used to at arcades as well. Will definitely return.

I visited the New Orleans location on Super Bowl Sunday. It seemed to be the only place showing the game. During the game it had a lot of people but wasn’t overly packed. However, I still had to wait about an hour for a table. I don’t usually leave reviews but what stuck out was the young lady working the front counter, Lafretta, I’ve misplaced my receipt since. Anyways she seemed to be the most knowledgeable one in the facility. She informed me about the app and a rewards program to help me with my many power cards. Also, she was very spirited. I noticed the teamwork between her and her fellow co-worker who was at the desk, although I didn’t get her name. But it seemed everybody else in there was brief and concerned with anything else except my questions. Another plus, she showed a love for sports and seemed to really have fun and work hard at the same time. I will be looking for her when I return.

A group of friends and myself(4 people) came in and were seated at a table instantly however we waited over an hour for our food, and when we got the food the only thing warm was the plates... the fries were cold and the nachos were cold... coming from a chef background and customer service background I know the plates were sitting for a minute. On top of that knowing what food looks like when it’s served fresh vs when it sits. This by far was the worst experience Ive ever encountered by Dave and busters. With that this was the first time my company have ever been there... the waitress on top of that never came back to the table until it was time for the check. And her tip... with that being said we had to ask two different waiters for things for the table. I suggest hiring more people.... we will not be coming back smh

A Long Experience

I'm gonna say it was just okay. Having never been there before no sign at the front directs you to anything. We wanted to dine in so we had to ask someone at the ticket counter what to do. Our server clearly should not have been taking larger groups, she even told us, and I guess no one else wanted us because the other servers we saw scattered! That's ok cause they missed out on really great tippers, as most of us work in the restaurant business. Most of the time we had to ask for refills, we only made one switch to a plate and it wasn't even a switch really we just wanted to add a play card to it. Somehow that was too much and the card wasn't activated correctly. So then the manager comes over and acts like we are lying! He wants all our cards to see which one "isn't working" instead of actually speaking with us ahead of time. The other four cards are brought back and he checks those and says well your four you're paying for are working! So then we finally get the chance to explain that this is the card we asked to be added to a fifth meal! Oh! He fixes the card but never apologises for the mix up nothing! As a GM the first thing I was taught was to apologize for any inconveniences. Anyhow we spent $260 without our tip and I guess a party of 9 was just too much of an inconvenience for them. Our kids had a blast in the game area, once everyone could play. Here's to hoping the one in Raleigh is better when/if we decide to go again.

Horrible. When we arrived, the hostess pointed at a booth for us to sit at. She did not walk us to the table and did not give us menus. We sat here for 20 minutes before a waitress comes with her purse on to tell us that she just got here. The table was dirty and it took her 15 minutes more to come clean it. I asked for the manager and it took 30 minutes for him to come. He was absolutely no help at all. The food took 20 minutes to come. The one saving grace of the entire experience is the bartender who actually treated us like he’d worked in a restaurant before. He was the one who took our order and if he hadn’t, I’d still be waiting. Kudos to Manny, the one reputable employee in this entire place. Maybe he should be the manager.

If you want to only play games, this is the place for you. If you're looking for good food and good service, I suggest you go somewhere else. It was self seating and even though several waitresses passed us and even used the computer right next to our booth to put in orders, I had to inquire about getting served before someone came. Wife wanted her steak medium and it was well done. My fries were cold. Even though the waitress saw Mee looking at the dessert menu, she didn't even ask if I wanted any. She just dropped the check off. Everyone seemed so unenthused. Won't be going back.

What a Huge disappointment. I took my granddaughter who turn 7 for her birthday we got the package deal with all you could eat wings and unlimited game card. Well they start you out at 5 wings and it took 35 minutes to get the next order so it's really not all you can eat it's how long can you sit and wait for them Now about the game card.... They only have about 4 different games you can play that are called the blue games so of course the place is crowded and everybody is waiting to play a blue game since there is only very limited games so for $20 she played 3 games and we got 10 chicken wings for 20.00. Totally not worth it.

This place always has the coolest most up-to-date games available to play. They always seem to have something new almost on a weekly basis. The reason this place gets three stars is because the food is expensive and not that good. The games are pretty expensive to play, and I kind of miss using coins to play the games. They are always changing their rules for viewing pay-per-view sports and it's kind of annoying. The staff seem to be a little hard to find at times but maybe it's because the place is always so ridiculously crowded. The bathrooms do always seem to be really clean though. I'm sure I will like this place better when my kid gets a little older so maybe in a few years this place will be four stars at least to me.

My family and I were having a good time when a water sprinkler leak in the front hallway forced everyone who attended out of the building and we were told that they would be closing for the day. We had to leave with credits still on our cards, but the biggest issue was we had to leave with earned credits on the machines which we would be able to get back. I called the store two days later and spoke with the GM and he told me to just to let him know when we were coming back and he would take care of us...I appreciated his customer service due to this incident!

we came in for my friends birthday, yes it was an hour before closing but we were in and out. the bartender approached us stuffing her face, chewing. we asked for three shots and a beer, the shots were all uneven in cups that had stuff floating inside of them. we’ve been in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years, we know when it’s a dirty glass. because the shots weren’t garnish we asked for limes to go with the shots, and she brought them back to us in her HAND. yes it was late, but the limes she brought back were brown and dry. i’ve worked at this location when they first opened and been coming here even after. it’s definitely not what it was back then.

We had a good time at D and Bs today. The service was a bit slow but a lone waitress had responsibility for a huge section. When our waitress had time for us, she was great. We had to chat with the manager about something. He found us quickly and dealt with the issue swiftly and more than fairly. All but one machine was working and it was actively being repaired. It is a bit pricey for a family of 5.

When I arrived on Monday September 2 at about 11:45 am the smell of marijuana was overwhelming but I know it's New Orleans so I tried to write it off. That should have been my first hint at what kind of experience this would be. The line at the front counter was getting longer and longer but there was no employees in sight. 5 or 6 minutes later a girl finally showed up to work the counter. I started to say I had a groupon but the girl laughed and said you can't use a groupon on holiday . I was a little confused because the fine print lists the holidays where you can't use it. When I asked, the girl at the counter just ignored me and started helping the next customer. A woman who I think was the manager (short older white woman) was also behind the counter. I asked her about it and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The whole thing was weird and I feel like the groupon intentionally left out information to trick people into spending more money. You'd think after this many bad reviews about the service they'd do something about it. I'm not even mad about the $17 wasted groupon. It's just crazy how awful the staff (and the smoke smell!) was.

There are so many children at this place. Dave and Busters needs to have an adult swim time where children are NOT allowed. The place is open until 2am but lets kids be there the entire time. The casino I used to work at would literally kick people out for leaving kids as old as 16 alone in the attached hotel, but Dave and busters lets parents bring freaking TODDLERS AND BABIES to a place where adults come to get trashed, eat munchie foods and play video games. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My steak was cooked three times I should have just cancelled the order. I brought them home and fed my $20 New York strip to my dog. You just don't order a steak from just any other place. My daughters friends drink with missing her whole meal. Didn't even suggest to give her a water to eat her meal with. I don’t know what happened to this Dave & Buster’s. Last year it was fine. This year it took them over an hour to get half our food to the table and a lot of it was wrong anyways (bbq wings instead of buffalo, no cheese on cheeseburgers, wrong drinks). They had ONE WAITRESS for a party of TWENTY PEOPLE. How can they expect her to wait on that many people and provide quality service? Understaffed during peak season. I got unlucky and my food came out over two hours late. By then I had left to play games. I had wanted to be able to do other things that day but waiting for the food effectively wasted an entire night of my vacation. I’ve been here past summers and it used to be fine. Get your kitchen together.

Went for the unlimited wings and games. Its only certain games ( not much fun for a 14 and 11 year old). Waited over 45 minutes for another batch of boneless wings. Ended up leaving with out receiving 2nd order of wings. I do not recommend taking kids here on a school night. Also was pleased to find out the unlimited games only covered 10 or 11 of the games ( did not cover the ticket games) the trip cost me double was it should have. Will differently think twice before i take the boys again.

Had my husband's birthday dinner here back in June. Total waste of time. Service was terrible and slow. Someone had the bright idea to give our waiter 2-3 big tables. Our waiter took so long getting our drinks orders that I went to place a drink order at the bar. Just for the bartender to tell me in order to get 2 drinks, I'd need 2 i.d's. Just wasn't a good night in general. I wish we would have just went elsewhere.

My wife and I go for the games. We do have fun, or else we wouldn't go obviously, but we really only go for air hockey, ddr and Mario kart. They have a lot of games that just aren't interesting or fun, they have a lot of shooting games that we've tried where the calibration is way off. Also every time we have gone we've had a game not work right, but when we brought it up to employees they did fix it and credit us. Overall there is fun to be had here, but there's a lot of fluff around it.

I want to like this so bad because I was one of those kids that loved the arcades and the tickets and the noise. Sadly there's no magic here (not sure if you were expecting magic, it's a Dave and Busters). It's a show of commercialism. You don't get what you pay for and it hits you right where it hurts (your wallet). There's not a lot of variety, which would honestly be okay if everything wasn't so expensive. Plus the "tokens" on your card aren't even used in whole numbers. Most games are "6.8 tokens" or "10.8" tokens. It's convoluted and rips you off even more. Also don't buy the groupon deals, the lady at the front desk said they're always a rip off unless you JUST want to play air hockey.

We had 6 adults and 6kids. The waitress was awesome. One of our party has allergies to shell fish and eggs. They have the best allergy procedures and the manager made sure we knew the cooking procedures for all items. Very happy with our visit. Would recommend this to families for a great time for adults and children.

We used the $25 Groupon. It was ok for what it was worth, but if you're not really into shooting games and air hockey, I wouldn't buy that deal. You also have to wait 60 secs in between each use of the card so I used my timer after each use. They have an unlimited wing and games deal on Thursdays I would like to try.

Ordered some cheese curds. After 40 minutes, I asked a bartender where my cheese curds were. She said that they brought them out and couldn't figure out who ordered them and they were now cold, though I was sitting there the whole time. Bartender ordered fresh cheese curds. Update: After filling out a review on Dave and Buster's website, they did try to make things right. +2 stars for that.

We have had bad luck at other Dave & Busters but my daughter loves them. So we tried again. Very glad we did as the food and service at the Livonia location was excellent. Our Server Adam was fast, friendly and awesome. Food was hot and came correct and quickly. We still have issues with the app for adding $ to play cards. May just give up on that and add at location (which stinks since the offers via app are good) but the recharge attendants were still helpful. This location is a redeeming one for franchise!

AWFUL SERVICE!!! I love the D&B in Panama city, but this place was terrible! The staff was extremely rude and they were rude in front of the manager so there was no point in saying anything. Anytime we had a question they would huff and puff and roll their eyes. I understand that it's a busy place to work at, but if you can't handle it get a different job. I work on the beach in a hectic place and answer questions all day long while doing my job and you will never see me without a smile and positive attitude. I just want to add we had a nice couple with their child warn us not to go, that it was a 2 hour wait on food and the staff had bad attitudes. Lesson learned I'll never go back. So disappointing.

We were very excited when we heard that a Dave and Buster’s would be coming to Overland Park, KS. They have a wide variety of arcade games and they always have new promotions/deals that I highly recommend taking advantage of. This is a great establishment for hosting birthday parties at as well. Games are great, and there are plenty to play. Even on half-price Wednesday night, there were plenty of available games. Redemption center was fast and efficient. Food was good, but wait staff was TERRIBLE! It took 30 minutes seated at a table before we were helped, and multiple mistakes were made. My husband's dinner was never delivered. Food delivery, corrections to orders and bill, waiting to get our check, and paying our bill took forever. Only 5 tables in the restaurant section had customers, so we couldn't understand the poor service. Maybe it was an off day, but we probably won't plan to eat there again.

This is the first time I came to a Dave and Busters just to eat. The food was okay, kind of just basic. We were here on a Thursday, and the service was a little slow. Also we ordered Nachos that came out as if they had been sitting on the table in the kitchen for a while (some of the chips were soft). I ordered the Impossible Burger and it was decent.

We were here as a part of an award celebration for kids & was shocked they were so unprepared for us. Seems like an established business such as this would be better prepared for large groups especially when it was set up beforehand. We had a party room with a small buffet. We had to have more tables & chairs set up, which not only made our guest seem unimportant but was such a hassle. They constantly ran out of food & plates. Two buffet lines were set up on opposite sides of the room & one line had condiments while the other didn't. It was a bit of a sh*t show. They also had inappropriate content playing on the televisions to which we had to ask them to turn off. Out of the many venues in this town I'm surprised this was chosen for the location. I hope the kids at least enjoyed it.

"Overall my dining experience was enjoyable. The menu selection and drink options were plentiful. Our server Caitlyn was cheerful, pleasant and attentive. The areas that I felt could of been approved upon; when my wife's order came out she asked for extra parmesan as the dish had relatively none. The runner happily left to put in the request but never returned to our table. After several minutes our server did approach and asked if we received it. My wife had not but went ahead and then declined it as she had already began enjoying her meal. Several minutes later an item of what appeared to be a liquid white substance was set down for her by a different runner who set it down and never broke stride, preventing us from the opportunity to get his attention. This was a mystery substance and clearly not parmesan. The beer I ordered was a sub par pour for an environment such as this one is. A decent amount of foam left me feeling a bit short changed on a tall glass order. These are very minor incidents in the grand scheme of dining out, but incidents that did contribute to the "4 star rating."

Had my son's Birthday party there. They moved us to the dining room but gave us notice and upgraded the game cards. Only complaint was once we were seated they forgot about us for a while. With the party reservation you are supposed to have your own personal waitress. Everything else was great.

It is beautiful inside. I'm not sure how long it's been there but it looks very new and very well taken care of. We came for one of our son's birthday. When we first arrived we bought our game chips. I will say the front area is kind of small. I really noticed when it started to get busy and it was crowded in front of the elevators. I don't think that's very safe if something were to happen. The games were fun. We only had a problem with the bowling game in the back. The ball got stuck on two different machines so we wasted two turns. I told an attendant but he basically ignored me. But everything else was great. Then we ate. Both my boyfriend and I had drinks while we were playing games and both were delicious. We ordered the same drinks when we ate and they tasted amazing and near the same we had before. Their drink recipes are definitely on point. The food is where I had the biggest problem. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp plate and the bacon was incredibly undercooked on the shrimp. I could only eat one piece of bacon out of the 3. The waitress told me the chef said it was supposed to look like that but I don't think anybody would want to eat that. Besides that, the food was good, not amazing. The prize area was cool. It was more like a store than what it used to be. I will say the prizes are a bit more expensive. But we had fun nevertheless. We will definitely be back probably for our other son's birthday.

The overall atmosphere isn't bad here. However I found myself quite bored after an hour. Didn't seem to have the selection or variety of games that other D&B have. Not sure if they plan to expand, I feel like there is extra room in this seemingly large building? But if they do I can see coming back. Terrible. Service was awful my boyfriend and family came to play pool and celebrate fathers day early and not only did the waitress in the pool table give terrible service she had an attitude took one order from us delivered never came back. I tried to tell her how I wanted my drink and her words to me was "I'm a human being too." I was in no way rude to her I was upset because my first drink there amongst the others that we had were awful and there wasn't even a full shot if liquor in any of the drinks. The excuse was they're corporate well corporate states you pour a shot into a mixed unless requested a double. Then on top of that my boyfriend paid for pool and he was told the price was till 8pm when we go to pay the man at the desk with blonde hair and glasses stated that after 5pm the price is 14 an hour which was not what we were told. There is a sign we finally saw way off to the right not visible to the customer. We will never come back here again. There's a reason people go to Gameworks at least the games and pool tables are amongst the food and drinks this was the worst experience ever had and we will not be back. Dave and Busters really needs to train their employees on the rules how to speak to customers amongst other things. They also need to remember that if you're a waitress you are your tip. You give bad service and that's what you'll get in return I know this from experience as being a waitress. This will also be going up to corporate as well.

Went to the Addison location for the $19.99 unlimted video game play. Despite askung a lot of questions as a first time customer they NEVER explained that only SOME of the games are considered 'video' games. Only shooting and driving games were included (some didnt even function properly) which meant my 8 year old could not play any game that offered tickets. And by the way...space invader, pac man, and galaga ARE considered video games...just ask anyone born and playing in the 80s!!!!. Will never return....

So I have to tell you... I wish I could give it more than 2 stars. Ok the good...the food is great, pretty much anything you get will be really good. Same with the drinks, lots of choices, even for the kids. Also, it's hard not to have fun with the games or watching some sports. SOME servers are really good. Ok the bad... SUPER expensive...from the food to the games will cost a small fortune. Plus the Addison location has had really bad management. Sometimes rude and not interested in talking with you. Plus they have a lot of rules like kids in the prize redemption center must be accompanied by an adult. Ok small kids sure....but my kids were 12... they can handle picking out a plastic toy and some candy just fine with their $125 spent in getting tickets. But they lock it down like the goods in there belong in fort Knox. SOME servers are really bad... good luck in which one you get because for the money you spend there... I want friendly and nice....ALL the time.

If I could give a zero I would. Waited 30 minutes for a table. We already knew it was going to be busy but was willing to wait. After we finally got seated we got our drinks and placed our order. It was taking forever and finally the waiter after 40 minutes who was really nice brought one basket of wings and fries. We got the unlimited wings and game play. We have a family of 6 and the kids were hungry and getting antsy so 5 little wings and handful of fries wasn’t going to do anything. The waiter said something happened and this and that. He said he just put in another order. I was very angry and told him just to never mind and I wanted my bill and was ready to go. He brings the bill for $26 dollars. I told him I wasn’t paying and then the manager bigger guy came and said I’d there a problem. After I told him he got all mad about it and just said we could leave. I understand you get busy and things happen but really. At least seem somewhat sorry. I will never ever go back to this location.

A national chain of an adult arcade, at least children are somewhat welcome here. The food is on the pricey side, as are the beverages. You can get a wristband loaded with money to use to play and keep track of your points to win stuff in their "prize store". Interesting concept, but it is on the expensive side in my opinion. Everything is clean and well organized. The arcade games are fun for all ages and abilities. I will not be back on my own, but with others.

Food was great. Games are very pricey compared to the Escape in Biloxi but over all was good experience. Food was the best part.

Worst experience ever. First they tried to seat us at a high table, when I clearly have 2 toddlers attached to me. When they fall, and they will, they'll bust thir heads open on the many many bars you have under the table. Then the food was terrible, the games were not very clear, we didn't know if they were broken or if the tickets were credited to our card, when the lady at the desk should have explained to us when we said we've never been here before. Food was dry as hell, tasteless, it was so incredibly loud our server couldn't hear us and our order was wrong. When I got the ticket I was just so ready to leave I didn't even bother to ask them to fix it. Will never return.

This place is awesome! Though very loud, you can get used to it after a couple of visits. One problem is that the prizes seem to cost a lot of credits, but I guess that’s their way for getting you to come back. Other than that, great place, great service, and great times! Also my name is Carter, just in case!

Sat down to eat and waitress walked by us 3 times to help others and never gave us menus or acknowledged us. I would be more understanding if they were busy but there were only 5 other tables with customers at the time. We got annoyed and left. There was also a man standing by bartender waiting to speak to her for 5 minutes and she just walked pass him repeatedly ignoring him as well so he just left. Poor service is losing busines .

Two of the cocktails we ordered were to come with special features, according to the menu...one being a signature straw and one with a souvenir glass. AFTER being charged for the drinks, we asked where these items were. We were simply told, "Oh...we're out." These cocktails were not ordered at the same time, so why after having to notify us that the first one did not come with all the bells and whistles that we were essentially paying for, were we not told upon ordering the 2nd one (a different one) that they also didn't ask that was supposed to come with it? This was very frustrating. Then, the manager went "look for" one of the souvenir glasses and magically found one to bring us...however, he just placed it in front of us and walked off with no apology. Imagine that! So much for southern hospitality. Thanks Dave and Buster

We had a great time and the food was good! The staff seemed friendly, no complaints. The kids were just disappointed with the prize options that 250+ tickets each offered. That's the only reason I didn't say 5 stars. We've been to other arcade facilities and the tickets prizes are a little on the high end for maybe dollar store items.

Great service! Waiter was outstanding and very friendly. Had an issue with a game card not working and they went above and beyond to help make it right. Both manager and waiter were tremendous. Great experience.

Took fooooorrrrever!!!!! To get my food about 30 minutes before our server came to get our drinks and about an hour before we got our food server dropped off our bill and NEVER came back we ended up paying our bill with another server 2 stars because of Brandon the manager and the games

Enjoyed are visit. Only thing that I have a problem with is when a parent allows there children to steal another kids toy and allowing that behavior. But far as Dave and buster's my family and I enjoyed are family night.

Went here for a birthday party and had a lot of fun! Wait was a little long but the staff was excellent and made up for it. Had a blast playing the games too! The only real downside was the high cost for everything, but you knew that already.

It's pricy but kids and adult both can have a lot of fun! They have good deal for food and power card ( for the games). And sometimes they offer great deal on Groupon. I bought our tickets there and had good time. I recommend to check Groupon before you go. And if you could find it, you are lucky!
