A hidden gem up in Rogers Park, one of the tastiest burgers in all of Chicago. Flawless fries, super crisp on the outside, soft and tender inside. Bop dishes are a perfect synergy of flavors. House-made kimchi has just enough heat and funk. Philly cheese steak egg rolls on the weekend, might be one of the best things I've ever eaten. I eat here every chance I get.

Bop is more of the Asian Menu and Grill is the American/Burger menu. Smoked Gouda and avacado on a burger is heaven. The fries are delicious and super crispy. They only have ketchup packets which is B.S. with great fries..you need a good bottle of Ketchup.

Probably one of the best burgers in the city. Usually a wait due to the legions of Loyola students that crowd the lobby around lunch, but the wait is worth it. If you don't want a burger, the bulkogi (Korean barbecue beef) plate is also an excellent choice.

It's kinda on the expensive side with $6-9 for a burger and $2-4 for fries but the size of the portions is worth it! They easily give you enough to split for later. The fries are crunchy and well seasoned and the burgers are delicious and juicy!

I had the burger and the Philly eggroll. Burger tasty good char, nice egg bun but condiments sucked yellow mustard and cheap ketchup packets get some dijon and quality condiment packets like Small Cheval has. Philly eggroll good but was cut in half and cold little or no cheesy onion flavor of a Philly sandwich. Very overrated. And expensive st 4.50 + tax per eggroll.

This was an unexpected treat! The service was friendly and helpful, taking time to answer all of my questions about different menu items. Once the order was ready, the food was as good as the hype. The burgers are good, the fries too. Having said that, the food is too expensive for the size. The rice dishes are not that good. If you want Korean bibimbap, go elsewhere. The place ia too small. The place gets crowded and there are more tables for 2 than needed. We almost left because there was no place to sit our group of 3. Also, it needs a double door. Every time the door opens it's like a kiss of winter.

Everything was good if you are sharing. There's so many yummy sounding items on the menu. The kimchi fries was really good the first 1/3 when you are hungry and its all warm and gooey. It wasn't as good when it cooled down and not so hungry anymore. Kimchi is great with cheese and fries though!! Kimchi burger wasn't so special. Mostly tasted like any burger with spiciness in it. Chicken katsu was good and crispy. The sauce was good too even though it wasn't katsu sauce. I'd only get burger or fries, not both for one person. Chicken katsu was a good one person portion.

Their bNg is a great tasting burger! All the ingredients make it great. Even the fries are good. Not overly salted and/or seasoned. Even the location is great. Close to the beach so you can go for a walk on the beach after you're done eating. And let all that food digest with a calm listening of the waves afterwards. We certainly did. I'd for sure recommend.

Their burgers and plates are all exceptionally good, but why did they get rid of the short rib gravy? WHY? That stuff was delicious. Perhaps filled with msg, but so damn good. Literally all their burgers are great, and the moco loco and katsu chicken plates are bomb as well. But just give us back the gravy!

I was really disappointed, I sat at the bar and the waitress was not to friendly. I asked what was the speciality and she said "burgers", I was like okay, well what kind? Anyway, I just ordered the goat cheese and pear burger. She took a while to come back around and check on me. The burger I ordered was medium well, it was just okay. What kinda ticked me off was that fact that there were only 3 people at the bar so it wasn't crazy busy. Truthfully the customer service was just not there. She didn't even ask if I liked the food since I hardly ate it. I left really disheartened.

The food isn't bad. Burger was juicy and bacon crisp. BBQ chicken bowl was ok could have used a little bit more season for my taste but overall was good. The poppy seed dressing was a good compliment but needed more as you got into the greens. On the whole enjoyed the experience and would go back again.

Solid upscale fast-food (5 guys quality). Great price and delicious. Only issue is that it is impossible to get their Philly rolls - been 3 times and they are always solid out before dinner time. Why not just make more to meet the demand? Historical sales per hour (including seasonality) should be a reasonable indicator of the future demand. With this info a quantity distribution can be determined which should maximize profit.

Customers should be notified that the cheese sauce used is spicy, before they purchase the cheese fries.The Philly bulkogi egg roll was small and had a sort of sweet taste. That's it. No other flavors came through. It was not good. Both items were overpriced.

Don't let the outter ktown location fool you! This is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in ktown. The quality of meat and banchan is superior! The owner (Jenny) provides exceptional service! They are known for their intestines but I think their organic pork belly is the best on the menu.

It was fire! No seriously, you either can choose your protein with BBQ or Fire sauce. Fire sauce is always my go-to. Not too hot but enough to liven up the dish. My first time trying the bowl (usually order the plate) and was surprised it was the perfect portion. Added bonus: service is great here too!

Was really excited to try this place after hearing the hype. We drove 4 hours to pick up our daughter at Loyola and made the mistake of coming here after the drive. Our 2 year old needed a diaper change but there is no child changing table anywhere. No kids menu, which is fine with us as he eats our food anyways, but just a heads up for other families. The high chairs were so gross, we went through about 15 wet wipes before I would even put my kid in it, and I'm a paramedic,. Germs and gross stuff usually doesn't phase me. The floor was sticky in places. This place gets 2 stars because the food was ok. The burgers are a little over rated and my kimchi burger had maybe 2 pieces of cabbage on it. The kimchi fries saved this from a 1 star.

Gourmet Fast Food! Great burgers and awesome service. There isn't much seating in the winter since the outdoor seats aren't available but the burgers are good enough to stand or wait for. They only offer certain items on specific days so make sure you read the menu correctly so you don't get your hopes up.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I checked in late at the hotel next to this restaurant and had no clue about this place but just went in because didn't want to go far for a bite. The food was great and delicious. Burgers are great with kimchi on it. It is not so hot or spicy but just perfect!

This place has already been visited by Guy Fieri, so you don't need me to tell ya that their food is da bomb. I am going to tell you anyway. Their food is da bomb. Go and grab yourself a nice juicy bNg burger and a helping of Kimchi fries and you will thank me. The burger is stacked high with bacon, a thick patty and an egg on top. Soft and silky buns hold on the goodness in. The cold lettuce paired with the patty give you a sensation like no other. Then you move onto the Kimchi fries, and believe me when I tell you, you will never look at fries the same way again. A large bunch of fries is thrown into a bowl, a warm helping of cheese is washed over them like a nice tan. Then come the bacon bits, oh the bacon bits, but we are not done. Its the Kimchi, the Korean pickled cabbage that tastes about a million times better than it sounds. Allow these ingredients to sit for about a minute and dig in with a fork. Act like you are eating a salad. A salad of fries, cheese, bacon, cabbage, onion, sesame and love. Since love is what makes it all the better.

This is a must try for anyone looking for a great burger in Chicago. My wife and I heard about it while watching tv one evening. There was a show about the top 10 burgers in the country. This place was listed as number 2. Watching the show left our mouths watering and really wanting a burger. We just had to try it. It is by far one of the best burgers I have ever tried. There are a few more places in Chicago that I was told I have to try, but it will be hard to beat bopNGrill. A must try for anyone in Chicago or visiting Chicago.

I mean this when I say it: This is my favorite burger of all time. "The Father," to be precise. This burger is so good that each time I come back I work myself into a nervous sweat, convincing myself that it couldn't be as good as I remember, and then the burger arrives, and I take the first, glorious bite, and I'm transported to another dimension of mind-blowing burger euphoria. It has to do with the quality of the meat, how messy the whole thing is to eat, how it comes out stacked high like a skyscraper, and how it comes out almost hot enough to burn you. There's something to be said about made-to-order. This place is the tops.
