Drove from Minnesota to Chicago to find out this is not a store where you will find everything that amazon sells on their website at the store. This is more of convenience type grocery store. Understand this is not a Walmart version of amazon.

This place is as advertised. Download and log into the Amazon Go app, walk in, take stuff off the shelves, leave, and then get charged a few minutes later. Oddly enough they won't knkw if you take a bag so you have to add one through the app (or get a free bad by accident).

Been here twice and I think it is a great new addition to the Lunch mix. The drinks are cheap and the food is pretty tasty. The price is in line with most other options in the area, but the bit plus? Today it took me 2 minutes to grab what I wanted and walk out! It will be a regular place for me, since it is mostly healthy options, better than the usual junk food in the area.

I stopped in just for the "cool" factor and enjoyed the experience. Expect something like a 711 type store with some nicer options and layout. Oh and no checkout. So that's cool

Great little convenience store; had plenty of fresh meals like a chicken salad, which were handy in this location when a lot of nearby restaurants were closed over the weekend. Each time I visited the bill was correct when it arrived ~10 minutes later.

Went to check it out. Very easy. Scan your phone with the Amazon app that you preloaded. Then walk in check out the items and grab what you want. Prices are in line with what they should be if not lower. Very easy and of course NO LINE. I will be back!

If you have been to Japan you'll know that Japanese convenience stores are really great places full of food and beverages you actually want to buy. This is the same way and full of decent foods and snacks. It's most certainly not a grocery store so don't go there expecting to get veggies, etc. It's mostly packaged sandwiches, pre cooked meals to pop in the microwave, chips, chocolate, and drinks. The novelty is fun for the first trip, wears off quickly, and the next time you're standing in line somewhere else you'll wonder why every retail experience isn't like this.

Very easy to enter grab and go. Parfait had mold on the strawberries. Would try again, because I understand sometimes a bad food item is luck of the draw.

It was definitely a cool experience and the lady at the entrance was super helpful and welcoming. It was super easy downloading the Amazongo app and signing into my Amazon account I was able to go shopping quickly. Impressed at the variety of food and sundries as I am on a business trip so they had everything I needed to save on expensive meals and was able to grab both a light dinner and easy prep breakfast for the next day with healthy options to choose from.

I was skeptical, and concerned about the hit on jobs of cashierless stores. But I'm converted. Both locations are way better staffed than other stores, this is definitely providing more jobs than traditional store, staff is nice and helpful, and the food is really good convenience store food for good prices considering the quality. And it's truly a delight to skip the worst part of shopping, standing in line to check out. This is my new go to when downtown.

Wow. Incredibly easy in an out (literally no checkout as advertised). Prices for drinks/bars similar to what you'd get in Jewel but in a loop convenient store. Basically a better 711, albeit with less current selection. Lots of potential here

This type of tech will conquer the world soon. Came here 3 days in a row for lunch while on a business trip in Chicago. I could've gone to other restaurants for lunch, there are plenty of them. But how many of them send you a message after you leave saying "You spent 2 minutes and 34 seconds at our store and here is what you purchased". I just like the fact that I could come in, pickup a sandwich, drink and snack in under 3 minutes without opening my wallet , standing in line or waiting for someone to prep my food. Time is money they say!

This is by far the best brick and mortar quick grab and go experience. Light years ahead of many of every other retailers. The prices are fantastic for being in the heart of the financial district and the sandwiches and salads are tasty and of high quality!

Wow! Very cool! I tested the capabilities to the extreme. I picked up an item walked across the store, picked up another item and returned the original to it’s spot. The system processed that transaction perfectly!

Super fast and convenient, just make sure you have the Amazon Go app all set up before you go. Mostly quick convenience food, prepackaged sandwiches, soups, chips, cookies etc, along with some to-go fruit. Even on opening day, when it was very busy, no problems getting in and out.

Maybe a small store but it's hard sometimes to make a decision on what to grab, which is a good thing. Sandwiches are good, prices are reasonable/cheap especially for the location its in. Concept of "just walk out" is the future. Really good too if you're in a rush
