Food was great prices wasn’t so bad. Waitress was one of the worst I’ve ever had. She stayed behind the bar the whole time didn’t check on customers. Had to grab another waitress to get me a to go box. Then when my waitress did bring me my bill she had the balls to ask me if I wanted any change. I usually tip pretty good but this one didn’t deserve a penny.

Cooks here are fantastic. Food is always good and my kids love it here. I will say though is over the customer service over the years has gotten very poor. I have gone here since i was a kid and what i have noticed is the customer service gets more and more poor. With that also being said the food is so good I continue to return. Definitely recommend going to this area and enjoy your meal.

Such a pleasure finding this place. Started with a bowl of popcorn which I love and it just got better from there. I had the grilled salmon and it was the best meal I have had in ages. Maybe the super happy atmosphere and the nice waitress influenced this. Great cleanups between sittings too. Wish it was closer to home!

I stopped in to grab some sticky fingers for some hard working farmers. The staff was very attentive although it was obvious they were busy. The brought me water and helped me pick the best platter. As I was waiting I saw the waiters very carefully checking each order to make sure it was correct. Great job!

Wow! My wife and I went for the first time on the recommendation of our hotel. Service was excellent. Megan gave us a great rundown of the menu and provided great service throughout. The manager delivered the food and struck up a conversation with my wife. I got the Fingers Wrap, and it was amazing. Seriously. My wife loved her salmon salad. The place was cold, so I grabbed our jackets from the car. After I had some of their sauce, I realized why they keep the place cool! Visited in July. Overall, wonderful. I wish they had one in my hometown.

Oh this place is so good! There wings are very good. When you come here (because you really should) get the garlic fries... They are amazing! I had a burger that was cooked very very well. This was our first time there and now we will stop on Ontario just to eat at Wingers. Give this place a try, you will not regret it.

I had one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The carmelized salmon was perfectly cooked, coleslaw was delicious and pickled red onions were a perfect condiment. I can't recommend it highly enough. I hope they keep it on the menu.

This is not a bar. Its a good diner with no bar. But, they have a good selection of beers. Only one flavor of wings. 8 for 12 bucks. They were not the little cheap ones. Would have liked blue cheese instead of ranch. Fine for dates. Your Not going to pick anything up here. Wait staff was good looking and helpful. Good service.

Excellent food, they did a great job customizing my order, since I try to eat low sodium, healthy and low calorie. I chose the Mahi Mahi rice bowl, no blackening, hold the teriyaki sauce, add lemons, atomic buffalo sauce on the side! It was perfect! Service was great , once she actually showed up.

I usually enjoy this particular restaurant, however tonight's experience was the opposite of the usual. We had a decent size group of about 20 veterans. The majority of us ordered the all you can eat wings. There were 4 of us in particular that spent over 2 1/2 hours here yet were only able to get 1 refill of wings, that took about 45 min I might add. We ordered another refill that never came. We asked for our checks, asked for a manager, both of which never came after another hour. At this point we actually debated on walking as we could not pay our checks or speak to a manager. Wiser heads prevailed though, and we continued to stick it out. Eventually our checks came and we paid, with greatly diminished tips despite our usually high average. Those responsible are the manager on duty tonight, 07 September 2018, and Elliot, our server. I spent 6 years working in this industry myself and service like this usually resulted in a minimum of a suspension. I also cannot believe the manager refused to come speak to us or to even do anything to make up for this huge waste of time. We will return.to this restaurant, however it is due to the dozens of previous experiences despite tonight's disaster.

Every time I go to Washington state to drop a load off I base my miles around this place. Have found any other place that has Ranch Rub Wing better than here. Staff is great always have a positive attitude. Stop n last night and Amber was a great host. Left a 20 tip on a 35 bill. Came back the next morning and Amy was my waitress. Never had a waitress check on me every 5 to 10 min, plus they wasn’t that busy. Thank u to the owner who decided to open this small get away. U really don’t know how much I appreciate it. This small adventure way from trucking is what all drivers need.

Waited for 25 minutes without anyone servicing us. Three tables that came in after us were visited three times while we waited - so not very busy. We walked out and went to a different restaurant where there was better service.

Wingers is a decent place, kinda pricey for what you get, but the unlimited sticky fingers for lunch Monday through Friday noon to 3 is a good value. Every once in a while you'll get a sticky finger that's not up to par, but usually they're spot on. Good for groups. Definitely stop by if you want some grub that's decent and a good group setting.

Extremely rude waitress wouldnt come check on us, only gave some of us our drinks and the drinks we got had lids and we got no straws, they wouldnt come and check my I'd when I ordered alcohol made us wait and ignored us. Wouldnt seat us away from the crowded seats in the middle of the room when we requested it they got offended. Ended up just leaving with no food or drinks after wasting 30 minutes waiting nicely for someone to check on us.

We have traveled all over Utah, and these are the best burgers we have found. Thick cut bacon was cooked perfectly. We also had the queso burger with guacamole. Excellent! Can't go wrong with the seasoned steak fries. All around, very good and recommend. Beer only, no liquor, FYI.

I've been to Wingers a few times since I've lived in Mountain Home and each time I dine in, I have a completely different experience. I've experienced good food and bland mahi mahi. I've experienced amazing servers and ones who barely cared I exist. Once, I ordered a salad and it came out 10 minutes after my husband's hot meal came out. Another time I ordered a salad and they said they dropped my chicken on the floor and it came out really late BUT they took the salad off of the bill. All I can say is, "it's a restaurant"... Not great but not terrible.

So I show up and I get told that they could sit us sooner than they thought and five minutes later the manager comes out and tells us that the party of 20 who reserved the day before hasn’t showed up yet so I would have a 40 minute wait. So I talk to the hostess at the front confused because they don’t do reservations and she told me that they can but they can’t do them. And that they had 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after their reserved time to show up. So here’s our party of 13 all here and it’s 20 minutes past their time to get there and they are waiting for them to get there to seat them. We left and went to a restaurant that could accommodate us within 15 minutes. Ps this was a Local company celebrating with their entire staff and spouses. Won’t be back.

Upon arriving staff could have been more welcoming. One woman stared at me for 3 minutes. All the tables the host was gonna seat me at were dirty although the place wasn't busy. Pasta is horrible. Burgers are mediocre and have no taste. Came twice and decided to give it another chance but it was food that I could just easily make at home. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from those cheap cans at the grocery. The burgers had no flavor even if they were to have some pineapple or something spicy in them.The only thing that made me give it 2 instead of 1 is because the nachos were pretty good for starters. After the second time; I don’t reccomend this place unless you want to drink around and just want QUICK wings.

We were probably the last customers to do the all you can eat wings special they had on Wednesdays. All the wings came out in perfect time without us having to wait a long time. They told us that they are going away with that special. To top it off, it was our anniversary and they didnt even know, we didn't want to waste time going to Boise and we had a small timeframe with kids in school to ourselves. The old wingers by Walmart was one of the worst restaurants in Vernal way back when. I havent been there in ages and heard the new wingers was doing rather well with outstanding reviews. I had some reservations going because the old one made me sick and had poor customer service, but decided to give it another shot with all the great news about it. Was not disappointed. This restaurant has done a 180 and now has some of the best food in town if not the best food. Great customer service and some of the best chicken I've eaten in years. I'm very much looking forward to going back this weekend!

This place is absolutely the best! Several sauces to choose from, hot,sweet,mild to name a few. They have sticky fingers( naked or breaded chicken tenders) make sure you are really hungry if you order 10! Huge! Their wings are the bomb as are their nachos an try their baked cauliflower! Its so awesome! So much more on the menu to choose from an everything I saw, let me tell you,, this chef knows how to serve a plate of food that will leave you begging for more! In our rv we could make our next stop but we come here for this restaurant! Plus the entire place is neat, clean, beautiful an the friendliest staff ever!

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and fast. The food is pretty good. I will say, I had the fajitas and I substituted the flour tortillas for the corn; bad idea. I could barely chew the cold, hard corn tortilla. Other than that it was pretty good. Next time I will know to not get that kind of tortilla here.

I gotta say, when I think of a nice place to eat where I can sit down, enjoy the environment, and eat high quality food, I never thought of Wingers when they were in that tin can by Walmart. But now I most certainly do, the environment is unique and the food is delicious, not a single complaint from me!

I took my boys there for lunch the other day. I ordered Mac and cheese and a waffle off the kids menu, then a rice bowl for me. My rice bowl wasn't great. It tasted a little off. My biggest complaint is that the kids meals I ordered were 4 dollars a piece and I assumed (should have looked closer at the menu) they came with something other than just Mac and cheese, and a waffle. Even a drink was 50 cents more to add on. Where do you go where a kids meal doesn't come with fries or applesauce or something extra? I'm paying 4 dollars for Mac and cheese that costs less than a dollar a box. And a cheap waffle. But I could add fries for 2 dollars more. Give me a break. I won't go there again due to that fact alone.

I love the steak and mashed potatoes here but every time I order it well done it comes back pink. I always have to send it back and wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I already waited. I told the waitress that this is an ongoing issue and all I got was excuses. Never brought my extra napkins I asked for. Never was offered a refill. Plus, I was charged for extra aoili which I have never been charged extra for before. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. Will lose a weekly customer.

Quick service. Out of several things upfront. Ice tea was watery. Fries and onion rings were under cooked. Fries tasted rank. Famous sticky fingers were oddly squared off at the ends and we're NOT chicken. They looked like ribs without the bones. The burgers were the only thing good about the whole meal. The waitress wasn't friendly in the least. We won't be returning.

The carnitas tacos were the best ever. A combination of slightly sweet and savory. Our server, Taylor, listed to and answered my questions about gluten free food preparation. I was very impressed. This restaurant is located right at the entrance to the New Frontier RV Park. The RV park is well laid out with lots of pull through sites. We have been to several Wingers restaurants and love their Sticky Fingers. I had the Sticky Finger Tacos and they were amazing. Our visit was in midweek and early evening. There were quite a few RVers there.

We stopped in with the family and had a great experience. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was patient with us as we struggled on what to order with the kids. My sticky fingers wrap was delicious and packed with nice tender real chicken strips and yes it left my fingers plenty sticky. My wife had the strawberry Blu salad and we both thought it was great. My favorite was my daughters Southwest BBQ chicken salad. I loved the Southwest BBQ sauce it had on it. My other two kids had a bacon cheddar burger and the Jr dub burger. Those looked great with a Nicky toasted bun and thick burger patties. They said they were great. We all wish we still had a Winger's in our home town.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. They have a good kids menu with lots of choices and good prices. It's a good restaurant to bring kids to during their slow times, but I wouldn't recomend bringing kiddos during peak hours due to longer wait times, lots of noise, and lots of people. It can be a bit overwhelming on the senses at these times. Dinner can be very busy and loud, but they have some super lunch specials during the week, including all you can eat sticky fingers! Also, they have recently discontinued their breakfast menu, but I can't remember if that affects their opening times or not.

We haven't been back to Winger's in a long time due to poor service and cold food... BUT we thought we'd give it a try tonight for our Anniversary. Our waitress was Megan and she totally rocked tonight. She asked for our drink choice before we even sat down, told us the specials available and then repeated what the specials were again because I'm hard of hearing and didn't caught all she had said. She had us sold on the Philly Cheese steak and let me tell you.... That was the best dinner we've had at Winger's. .. We never had to ask or wait for refills on our drinks because Megan was on top of her game. She truly has hoped us back into going back to Winger's Roadhouse. Megan had the personality and common sense to know her customers needs. Thank you Megan, we will be back!!!!

However, my second round was only 3 wings and they were supposed to be spicier than the first; they tasted like sweet n sour chicken, were dry, and tasted off. I took my mom here for her birthday, and the service was great!. However I am a vegan so I had the meat removed from the dish I ordered. I expected they'd deduct the price of the dish because the most expensive component was removed, but I paid full price. I dont mind that much but seeing how wingers had no alternative for me it kind of sucks. But I understand it's a large meat eater chain not really made for us herbivores.

Disappointed with Wingers tonight. Called 45 minutes before to see if I could do a reservation for a party of 13 and was told that they don’t do reservations and told me I would have a 30 minute wait so I asked if I could come in a little early and see if I could wait at the table and was also told I could not do that because the entire party would have to be there to be able to be seated. So I show up and I get told that they could sit us sooner than they thought and five minutes later the manager comes out and tells us that the party of 20 who reserved the day before hasn’t showed up yet so I would have a 40 minute wait. So I talk to the hostess at the front confused because they don’t do reservations and she told me that they can but they can’t do them. And that they had 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after their reserved time to show up. So here’s our party of 13 all here and it’s 20 minutes past their time to get there and they are waiting for them to get there to seat them. We left and went to a restaurant that could accommodate us within 15 minutes. Ps this was a Local company celebrating with their entire staff and spouses. Won’t be back.

I was the only one who liked their food. I had the apple chicken pecan salad, it was very good. My daughters both had cheeseburgers, which we questioned if they were even beef. They looked and tasted like a McRib without the BBQ sauce. My husband was disappointed the dinner plate only came with 6 wings, but after tasting them he didn't want more anyway. They tasted like burnt butter. The service was less than expected as well. We had to flag our waiter down several times. We most definitely will not be back.

We stopped in for breakfast on Aug 27. We usually go in for dinner. I had the Trash Hash & Eggs and my husband had Biscuits & Sausage Gravy. Mine was delicious!!! My husband loved the fresh biscuits and he ordered an extra one. Our waitress Yvonne was friendly and made sure our coffee cups were always full and checked on us several times - such great service!!! Wingers is now our go to place for breakfast in Ontario. My family and I visit this Wingers roughly 4 times a year when we come to Winnemucca and usually have a group of 12-15 people. I am currently working in Winnemucca for a month and this was my third visit this week. I took my family there tonight while they were here visiting. Our waitress was great as always but when we received our food I questioned the size of the nachos (8-10 chips) that came with the WTF combo which is any 1 starter item combined with 4 wings & 4 chicken fingers for $16.50. They told me you only get a sample size of the starter which the menu clearly does not say that. I asked to speak with a manager because I was basically paying an additional $7 for a tiny plate of nachos. The manager (Rudy) argued that is the way corporate does it. I said it only says 1 of the above items on the combo, not a sample size, and that if corporate wanted it that way they would have printed that on the menu. I asked if I ordered just the nachos ($9) what would I get. He said a large plate of nachos, using his hands as reference. I told him that is what was expected and he should bring us that or we would leave and not pay for it. He said if I did he would call the cops. I then asked to speak to the owner, whom he referenced at one point and he said they would tell me the same. I again asked to speak to the owner so I could hear it straight from them. As we ate and waited for the owner, the manager came walking back to our table about 10 minutes later without the owner but with two police officers whom he had called. Luckily there were only two other tables with customers at 8:00 on a Saturday night but it was still embarrassing. The officers waited until the manager produced the bill and we paid it before they left. I was dumbfounded that it came to that. I'm a pretty forgiving person and we've had several issues here before, but the service has been great and most of the time the food has been good too. I introduced 5 new people to Wingers this week alone but never again in Winnemucca. Considering it's never busy in a town with hundreds of miners and located next to a man camp & RV Park speaks to a larger problem, management & ownership.

Needed a place for a quick working lunch and this was perfect. Free wifi that actually works! Lots of room. Excellent service! I had a nice chicken breast on rice with steamed veggies which was really good! I had a great meal I felt good about and I was able to knock out an hour's worth of laptop time before hitting the road again. Perfect

Ok, here's the thing, We went to Wingers expecting the typical dining experience that you usually get at the fast casual chains like applebees, olive garden, chilis, etc. Of which these restaurants are so ubiquitous and boring that they never garner more than 3 stars from me. But Wingers hits it out of the park! The food is excellent and the selection good and the price is just right! We love this place. We were working in the area and came here 3 times in a week! I would Never do that at any restaurant.

Great first impression. Our server Aaron was very polite and gave some great recommendations. I ordered the new pineapple bacon burger and the loaded bird. Everything came out cooked the way we wanted it. The loaded bird is loaded with flavor. I recommend it if you go with a huge appetite otherwise you might need a "to go box." The new pineapple bacon burger is delicious. Don't be fooled by the description that states "roasted jalapeño salsa" as this burger is not spicy at all. This burger is packed with diced pineapple and pure heaven inside your mouth. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time.

Came in on my lunch break. Only had an hour. I was asked if I wanted to sit on the bar side I said yes since no one was there. It took 5 mins to get a menu. Another 2.5 mins to get my drink ( coke) I was walked by my my waitress 4 times she said she was coming back but I notice she took other peoples orders and helped them out before me. Those guest came in 10 mins after me. Felt ignored. I have worked in the resturaunt business over 10 years there wasn’t more then 5 tables in the whole place at the time. Service not good so far. I typically enjoy this place but avoid it during the weekends. I frequent often during the week for dinner but this place needs to get it together. The food is amazing during the week in the evening.... but I don't recommend going on a weekend or morning! I usually come in for dinner with a party of 5 or larger and have never had a problem aside from what is expected when you're eating out. The chicken quality yesterday was poor I couldn't figure out what was happening. It tasted rather rubbery and was under cooked. The hostess was amazing and didn't mind taking it back but the poor cook just couldn't get it together. When my meal returned (after 15 minutes) my chicken was completely dry and almost burned. My husband had burger and the cook could not figure out what medium rare was... Upon returning his burger after the first bite he requested another burger that only came back more over coked than the first. Over an hour to get our food total only to have it be a complete disaster! I will not be returning after I woke up with food poisoning this morning. Violent emesis and diarrhea. Thanks Wingers! On a side note too, I shouldn't be leaving your establishment completely aware of the gossip your servers are busy chatting about. If management is going to complain about me returning my food they shouldn't do it within hearing range.... thank you Jessica!

Winnemucca is not exactly known for decent eateries. I have been disappointed on more than a few occasions even after relying on first hand local recommendations. Today heading home after an exhausting 12 hour drive from Missoula I got off the 80 on the first Winnemucca exit as I was heading west. I saw a Casino and Wingers Grill on my left and passed it by because Casinos, in my experience, have mostly been very sub par for food. I decided to pull over a mile down the road and check their reviews on Google. They were okay so I turned around to give them a try. First off it was only 4pm so not very busy and I was greeted and seated immediately. I was in the mood for a good grilled burger and a beer. I was very pleased to see that one of the few IPA's on the menu was Dogfish Breweries 90 Minute IPA, one of my very favorites. I ordered a medium rare burger with crunchy onion slivers. The burger was maybe a bit pinker than I expected but the bun was super fresh and the burger was still delicious, juicy and very flavorful as were the onion slivers! I had to ask for a glass for my beer and was promptly brought a nice cold mug. Waitress was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely remember Wingers the next time I am passing through Winnemucca!

The 50s dinner aesthetic is fun and they offer really good food with a nice variety, (American, Mexican, some Italian dishes). There's fresh popcorn while you wait and they also offer some good beers from a small brewery they've partnered with. There are plenty of TVs with sports on if you're into that. On top of all of that the prices are very reasonable (especially for the Vernal area). It's easily within the top 3 consistently good restaurants in the whole Uintah Basin.

Great food and great service! I had some of their garlic and parmesan coated wings, and they were delicious!!! My friends had a cheeseburger and quesedillas and they said they were delicious as well. We will definitely be there again when we're in Mountain Home...
