Very good food, excellent service, good atmosphere. Fairly small portion sizes for the price, especially for Mexican food, but good food regardless. Worth a visit, but bring a jacket as the restaurant was VERY cold.

The food was okay but overpriced for its quality. The server was friendly but very slow. She brought all 3 of our meals out 5 mins apart from each other so needless to say we didnt eat all together. She just sat at the register the whole time as i was hoping she would come around for a soda refill but 25 minutes and she never visited our table. I ended up just going and asking for it. It wasnt a HORRIBLE experience but definitely was not the greatest service or food.

The absolute worst restaurant interaction that I have ever had. Below is a screenshot of my original post. The owner's response is unbelievable. There was no question as to what the issues were. So I will detail. 45 minutes after placing our order I was presented with a plate of chili verde. Very little sauce with the meat. Approximately 1/3 of the "meat" was chunks of fat. When asked for water and silverware we were pointed to where we can get them ourselves. Three salsas came on a plate which was filled with dirty water. All three of the salsas were frozen. After so many bad things and an extremely long wait the dining experience could not be changed for the better.

Had dinner there tonight, second time, last 4th of July and it was excellent. So I went back tonight. Had the burrito Colorado. Wow to 5.o scores. Great food, service and drinks. Keep it up .

We were the only ones there and it took them over half an hour to bring our food out,....they ran out of Pico de Gallo (salad for chips), no sour cream, no guacamole, the beer tasted freezer burnt....not very happy.

Food was ok, just ok. We were there on a Sunday evening and felt like we were intruding. Service was mediocre and they were in a hurry to get us out. Won't be going back any time soon. === Update 8/1/19 === Nine months later the "owner" responds with what may have been a joke(?) about Sunday being "reserved for God and to come on Saturday instead". Was planning to return to try them again, but now will avoid this place completely and recommend others do the same.

I've got a knack for picking out places that are listed as permanently closed. Looks like a nice place from the outside Manson could really use a nice Mexican restaurant I don't know why this place would have gone out of business maybe they're just closed for the winter makes sense it's a very tourist town.

Lost our ticket so they left our food under the heat lamp to for 30 minutes. Refused to remake the soggy nachos and took 15 min to get our prepaid beer. No chips and salsa, or Spanish rice and refried beans, at this Mexican restaurant. Only good point was one waitress took charge and actually check our ticked and found our lost order. This place makes Taco Bell look like a gourmet place to eat.

Greasy tortillas, tough meat, the steak fajitas we're 3/4's onions and green peppers for $18. No chips and salsa served before or with dinner. Minimal condiments of any kind. To add insult to injury the wine we ordered was terrible and undrinkable. Wish I had something better to say but it was bad and $52 for two people.

Have been going to this restaurant for twenty years, it had such a warm authentic atmosphere. The younger generation took it over and now it feels like a taco time. Use to get chips and salsa as soon as you walked in, nothing complimentary any longer. We will have to go into town to get our Mexican dinner.

I had a pork burrito here and it was pretty forgettable. It was like something out of the supermarket frozen food section. Just a dry exterior full of large tasteless pork chunks.

Our whole family enjoyed our dinner. I am puzzled by some of the not great reviews here, as I found this to be significantly above average for a family Mexican restaurant. We experienced quick, friendly service. My vegetarian son was particularly pleased with his food - there were several specifically vegetarian options - and good vegetarian food can be hard to come by locally. My fajita salad arrived and initially I thought it looked a bit small, but I ended up not quite finishing it... the chicken was really nice big chunks, well seasoned, and lots of it. The vegetables were good, too, not too oily, as is common. My husband was very happy with his chili relleno, it had a nice flavorful (spicy) chili in it. Not too much breading, and nice cheese. My other son had a tostada and enjoyed it as well. Very reasonable total bill. We will definitely return.
