We always love coming to the chuck a Rama! It was a special place for my husband as a kid and now we get to share I with our own. The salad bar is awesome and the scones and sticky buns are a favorite of ours. We also love the different themes for each day so there’s a variety! The service has always been great and helpful when handling kids as well!

Not the greatest food but the selections are good. Everyone can pick whatever they want. Dessert choices are ok but when kids go through the desserts mashing things up, they aren't quite as appealing. The sticky bread is so delicious. The staff is really great as well. We will be going back.

All-you-can-eat-buffets aren’t my favorite, but this particular location felt clean and the food was fresh. My kids had a good time eating whatever they wanted. Our waitress was very kind, too. Maybe a little overpriced but overall a good experience.

The food was well prepared and fresh, service was nice. The party I was with knew the supervisor Chuy and he was helpful. We were accommodated well to our tables and they took away our plates. Today (Friday) was seafood night and the seafood was excellent. It's a buffet so the portions are as much as you like and for beverages too. It was for a birthday and they gave a slice of cake singing Happy Birthday with other crew members. Would recommend.

Food choices seem to be getting less for the theme of the day. Still a good salad bar. Scones with the honey butter are a must every time. We went on Chinese night, and the dishes were empty most of the time. Our favorite is Italian night. Usually lasagna, alfredo are offered and very good.

My family and I love going to Chuck-A-Rama. All you can eat food for a decent price, and the food alternates everyday. Some days they have southern food, and other days they have oriental food. Plenty of deserts too, and lots of choices for soda as well. The staff is friendly and is very helpful. If you have some kids under 12 you can get a discount based off their age. And if your a senior citizen and or in the military you can get a discount too.

We love this location! The staff is very friendly and the restaurant feels much cleaner than the Orem location. Update: Since I’m not able to leave a second review I’ll just add to this one. We went for the first time on “international” night and the food was really great! It was fun to try something different than the food on the usual nights we go. Update 7/20: Still great food and great service, but one of the ice cream machines was broken and my kids were bummed out. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

Great home-made style food at a reasonable cost. Chuck A Rama is like eating Sunday dinner with your extended family. Great food, like your mom would cook, in a clean friendly place. Notable dishes, their fried chicken is always excellent, the salad bar is basic but great, clean and plenty of options. The scones and jelly are always amazing. This is a keto friendly place as you can eat tons of salad and veggies and proteins. You could also be a vegetarian and be perfectly happy here. Come and enjoy a great meal in a clean friendly place. You won't be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! I haven’t been to a buffet like this in years and they had so many more options than I thought! They had so many drink options! Soda, juice, icees, slushees, you name it; they had it! Oh wait, they didn’t have chocolate milk...and my hubby was sad about that. I really, really enjoyed their tomato bisque soup! Again, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it and probably had 3 different bowls of it! If you’re expecting a gourmet meal; you don’t understand a buffet, but if you want lots of different food options and as much as you can eat, then check them out!

Great variety, spotless buffet and friendly cashier who was delightful in greeting us. It was near closing time so not much attention given by our waitress but our stacked plates just attested to our thorough enjoyment of the variety offered. The only disappointment was with the rolls, just not to my liking. Can't come any closer to perfection than that.

Worst management ever. They dont care if there Mexican employees are making so much noise that it annoys the customers. James the manager is too afraid to say anything to them as well as some of the female servers.One of the male servers was actually assulted right on the floor in front of the customers on a busy Sunday and come to find out,James the manager fires the male employee who was assulted and not the female server(Cheyanne) who actually assulted him. I saw it and talked to the male server who got fired and said that Cheyanne,the female server who hit him,didnt hit him hard enough to be considered an assault. For one thing,OH YES SHE DID! and it doesnt matter how hard,an assault is an assault and the female should have been fired by James the manager,not the male server who did nothing wrong. The district office was apparently notified by some of the customers who saw it happened and supposedly the district office said Lehi P.D. was notified and they were doing an investigation.They are full of it.Lehi P.D. was never notified because the district office doesnt care and both James the manager and Cheyanne still works there. Boycott this place at all costs.

The hubs and I decided to go somewhere we haven't been in years (last time was when we were dating like 5 years ago). We chose ChuckaRama. I don't know what the what but it was SO good! I kind of want this place to be my new go to. We went on Monday, international day fare. I had piping hot coconut shrimp, Turkey roast with potatoes and carrots, etc. I won't name their competition but ChuckaRama has less options but everything was higher quality and better tasting than them! Nice staff but the food was Absolutely terrible. Over 30 dollars for 2 people. Chicken was snotty and the shrimp was unbearable. Only thing worth eating was the bread and salad bar. Avoid and go somewhere else if you can. Gross!!!!!!

Very tasty. The scones would make anyone stop following the Keto duet and dig in. I remember really liking them as a kid. I still do as an old man.

Generally buffets are all the same. This place has quite a few different options. Unfortunately the customer service there is horrible. The Waitresses do not apparently get paid enough to be friendly and just let the plates stack up at the table and don't ever come back to get them. They also don't clean up as quickly as they should for people waiting to be seated. I have been there a few times when we had already been seated but watching other people come in sit and wait and we actually were finished with our food by the time anyone came and cleared the food from the tables next to us. And that was before the other people entered the restaurant. The other big issue I have is with parents that do not pay attention to their children and what their doing. Such as going to the desert bar and gorging themselves before they have even eaten anything else and they're by themselves. So not only is there chocolate from the chocolate fountain strong all over the place including the floor in the counter oh, there is other types of sweets and candies that are just spread all over the place. You might just have to lose a few customers to keep it presentable for the rest of us. Meaning you may have to go confront some parents and tell them to be responsible for their children and that they must be accompanied at all times.

It's too expensive for the food they offer. I think most people have that one food item they want when craving some Chuck. For me, it's the bread pudding, minus any raisins, of course. The scones are pretty amazing as well. Just make sure they're fresh before taking one. My kids just want soda and fries and pizza and dessert.

Good prices, good food. One of the cool things that I could is that you can buy tickets to the local Cinemark with your meal at a discount. The service is nice, though they did not seem to go out of their way to help. It is a decent selection of food, though I would advise you check what they are serving special for that night because it changes based off of the day of the week. Overall, I recommend this place for a family that has varying levels of taste in food as long as they do not despite classic American home cooking, butter and all.

It is a Buffet, so go there what that in mind. That being said, it is better than any of the others in the area. The food service area is a bit smaller, then is larger brothers, so it requires them to bring food out more often. Since the food is fresher, the experience is better. It is still a Buffet style restaurant, but the food is just a bit better than other locations.

Last Sunday night I went to Chuck a Rama with my husband, grandkids and numerous family friends a little after 3:00 in the afternoon. We have been here many times before but this time will be my last. We were all talking when I noticed one of the female waitresses yelling at one of the male waiters and it got a lot of people's attention next thing you know the female waitress shoved the male waiter as hard as she could. The waiter told her to calm down and reminded her that she wasn't at home. Then the waiter turned to two other female waitresses and said to them " you saw that didn't you"? The two other waitresses turned and acted like they didnt see anything. Those women looked like they were victimizing this waiter because he was a man. I was just a few feet away. He didn't do anything wrong.She kept yelling at him for nothing.About a minute later I looked at the name tag of this woman waitress and her name was Cheyanne.I said to the male waiter " Did she just hit you? He said yes.I came back two days later to find out if the waitress is still working there or if she lost her job because she shoved him for absolutely nothing.The employee I asked said if you can believe it, the male waiter was the one who got fired and the pig bully still works there. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!! I know who the manager is who fired him because we went there a lot. JAMES is the coward manager who fired him. He needs to get some courage and fire her. Not him.WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN@@
