This location is not the greatest. The Caldwell location is so much better than Ontario's. If you MUST have Carl's JR, go to Caldwell. I don't go here often and they still manage to disappoint me with each visit. This time I ordered the Beef Taco Salad, when I opened the box everything but the lettuce slid off of the crooked taco shell bowl into the box. It was everywhere, like they turned the box sideways or something. Also, I guess they stopped using refried beans on the bottom and just used whole pinto beans, and tons of liquid which made the bottom so soggy. Not appetizing. The last time I had this salad they didn't put anything at the bottom and just a huge clump of beef on top of the lettuce with none of the other toppings. One other visit, a long time ago (I don't even know if they offer this salad anymore) I had a Chicken Salad that had chopped apple in it. When I took off the lid, I saw they had just cut the (possibly unwashed) whole apple in half and set it face down in the salad, it even had the produce sticker on it still. I was at work and couldn't go back for another, I just ended up throwing it away. I just gotta stay away from this place, I never luck out!

If u like a burger that is done right and the onion rings in my case and really fresh tasting pop really good quality great toys for the kids u got a great place to eat they pay attention to detail they are a little slow but if u are willing to wait for that kind of food u won't b disappointed now they are high dollar so if u don't like expensive hamburgers don't go there they are twice what McDonalds for a comparable order

I walked in to purchase 2 breakfast burritos. Watching the employee make them, not one person washed their hands not did they put on gloves while handling food, ie tortillas, meat, cheese. With all the nasty germs going around, the assistant manager tried to tell me their manager doesn't require these steps to be taken to prevent illness or the spread of food borne cross contamination. I will never be in this establishment again, I urge any others to boycott said establishment until this is rectify.

I was very surprised to see an employee smoking outside then went in and didnt even go wash his hands when he went back in to work.. We stopped because we saw they had a play area for kids. We got our order of food which was good, sat in the play area and as we were eating I noticed the filth all around. Napkin dispensers sides of tables the finger prints on tv windows and jungle gym, Going to the restroom another filthy area. The door , dispencers,stall doors and walls.floors definitely needs attention. Rings in the toilets and sinks. This place that serves great food is totally neglected in a good scrubbibg and fresh paint on floors and a good bleaching on gym equipment. Deffinately run down from a lot of use. Hopefully soon we will see a change to the positive. A fun area for kids that we would like to continue to enjoy. Thanks so much.

I've gotta admit. This place has taken a dive for the worse. The playground is constantly dirty, the dinning room looks so abused and even the soda station is always a mess... tables don't get clean, just not a place I choose to spend my evening. I've been here a few times hoping for something different and it just seems to stay the same. Fix these issues and I'll gladly change my review.

I've eaten several times here, but it had been awhile. I recently went for a burger and ordered a double patty, thinking half pound burger. For the price it should have been. My patty was dinky. I almost missed the second burger. Taste was fine, but Carl, Where's the Beef? I had to go to Arbys for another sandwich.

Not a very good place to take children, play area was trashy, litter all through it. 1-6-19 visited again today, my son threw up a little bit ago, I did to. There is something wrong with this place. I have the receipt to prove time. Play Area is an absolute wreck,smells like an outhouse and floor is wet and sticky.

Restaurant was very dirty and greasy from the tables to the bathrooms. Only employee I saw making an extra effort was a young kid named Angel. Great job for working hard Angel!

This location is very beat down.. Very dirty overall. The tables were Dirty and the floor is very Dirty. My burger was cold. I watched one guy scoop icecream into several cups with no gloves on and then let them sit there for 10mins and set them in a freezer. Will not be returning.

Still one of my favorite fast food places but...The women who took our order was rude and snappy and when we recieved our orders two things were messed up. Although, When we took them up to be fixed, the man who served us was very nice and helpful and apologized for the mess up. still took 40 minutes for the things to be fixed but the food was good

We were staying in town for one day on our way back to California and just came in for the play structure. My son loved it! I ordered a lemonade but no food since we already ate before we came. I did notice that there was someone cleaning the table tops and it was fairly clean inside. The play structure had some wear and tear but seemed safe enough. I climbed inside too.

From the moment you walk in...completely filthy..everywhere. Bathrooms floors tables. Whats up with the disgusting soda machine and its leaking all over the floor. Dont think this place believes in deep cleaning. Would hate to see the kitchen. Lazy people...lazy managers. Just watched one of them take the same balled up rag to like 10 tables and smear crumbs around. So filthy. Ive seen it going down hill for a long time but wow. I wont ever come back here.

Carl’s Jr. is one of the better fast food restaurants around. Their drive thru has gotten better about serving more quickly. Make sure you always check your order though. We have made the mistake, more times than I want to admit, of not checking and when we get home things would be missing. They have a play area for kids in the restaurant also.

The service was very indifferent. The Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich did not taste anything like any other that I've had. It had so much teriyaki marinade on it that it dripped out and I could not taste any of the Santa Fe sauce. I took it up to the counter to ask the woman if it was a mistake and she was very rude to me and said "no all of our chicken is marinated before we get it" and I said "well I've never had this much on a sandwich before". And she said "well that's the way it is". Then I asked her why there was no Santa Fe sauce on it and she lifted up a small piece of lettuce to reveal one little squirt of Santa Fe sauce and said it's right there. I said well it doesn't taste like any other that I have ever tasted and she said well I'm sorry about that.

And when we walked in the short lead pearl looked at us didn't say hi or acknowledge we were they she just turned around and started taking an order for the stove through. We went on June 10th around 4pm. The bathrooms were disgusting, poop everywhere. Every table was dirty, we watched 2 employees touch ready to eat foods without gloves, an they had drinks in the back without lids while cooking. Floors needed major attention an when we commented on these to the person in charge it was not addressed. So disappointed I will be calling the health inspector.

The food here is usually very good. However, I've had a few experiences over the years where the food was prepared too hastily. This resulted in my burgers missing ingredients and in one case the food was completely wrong, and cold. But, with that said, I have not had problems like that for over 18 months or so. The employees are generally helpful, knowledgeable and respectful, giving that little, "bit" of extra care in customer service. They have an above average menu for fast food. There prices are in the mid -to- high range for dine in and drive through customers. The Ontario, OR franchise is also very clean and they still have the play room for the kids.
