Really great place! Wonderful fresh food. Watch them make your tortilla. Watch them dice tomatoes. The pork is amazing, and I was told the chicken and beef are just as amazing. The service is amazingly fast. It's an assembly line service you pick what you want on your food. The beans (pinto or black) are amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the meals are satisfying. They have some great drinks also. Horacho, fresh mint lemonade, non alcoholic sangria punch. Love this place!

I love this Cafe Rio. And their app is a huge benefit. In 3+ times ordering we've never had a problem that was their fault (one time I clicked the wrong sauce and didn't realize until complaining about how spicy it was and had eaten it all, so it wouldn't even be fair to blame them.). We have gotten it to go and have stayed there. It had a friendly atmosphere and was kept up on. I have yet to have a problem with this location.

The sauce was too green. I mean who makes sauce green it looks like I sneezed in it. The pork was too sweet. The tortillas we're decent. I've had better. But the environment was like no one wanted to work there. Last but not least the beans were not even cooked!. Bottom picture is black bean.

Everything is slapped together to so fast here, it's hard to get a word in and let them know you don't want something. A friend has ordered online before and when we got there, her order was non existent. they gave us free drinks because of the mix up, how nice. The beef is flavorless; don't get that. I like the shredded chicken, so I get that. Don't recommend the fish tacos, they are dry and unappetizing. The tortillas are good. Pretty average eats, large portions, tasty stuff if they do it right.

Cafe Rio is one of my FAVORITE restaurants. BUUUUT, last time i ordered there I got to reenact the scene from Lady and the Tramp, where they strung a kiss between a spaghetti noodle... but instead of a love interest, it was my burrito, and instead of a noodle, it was a long piece of blonde hair. (certainly not mine or the wives) This drastically effected my opinion of course.

Love their new rewards program! I earned free food so fast, especially if you go their 4x, 3x and double point days:) it's always clean, and in the summer time its enjoyable to sit out on the patio and eat. My daughter loves their free kids cheese quesadilla, and watching the ladies stretch out the tortillas. We've been when it's super busy and the line goes very fast:) their horchata is soooooo yummy too!! Our favorite splurge is getting the tostada-with no tostada. It's cheaper than the salad, and smaller, but has just about the same ingredients while still letting you be semi cautious of what you're eating;) its parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I suggest if you're trying to make a left hand turn out of it, go behind the building and behind the gas station. The main drag can get a little busy and people aren't always the friendliest drivers.

One of the few restaurants where a ketogenic diet can be enjoyed. If you get the sweet pork salad with salsa as dressing it is 100% Quito and more than delicious. For the cost of the few tortillas you can get the tacos with the same ingredients. Lettuce cheese meat and salsa. Staff is always very friendly. The manager does a traffic job keeping this restaurant clean and well stocked. Lunch times can get very busy as this is a popular lunch location.

I love cafe rio and this was my first time in the one in twin falls. Food was good as always but was taken back when I saw them take the steak off of a burrito after it went thru the oven and put it back into the bucket and switch it to chicken. Are they that hard up at this location to not just remake a burrito the right way? 4 is being generous but it is definitely not like the other ones I have been to.

This place is awesome. Most times we go into Twin Falls, we take the family to Cafe Rio to eat. The food is always good and the variety of drinks is good as well. I do wish they would bring back their strawberry lemonade though. My kids like the shrimp tacos and tortillas and we always enjoy the sweet pork burritos or salads. This is a place that is family and handicap friendly. Bathrooms have always been clean when we have visited as well.

This place reminded me of Costa Vida, both places are good but Cafe Rios tortillas tasted much better. They were quick and the food tasted delicious and fresh. The sweet pork was out of this world delicious. They also give a free cheese quesadilla if you have a child under 6 years, which my daughter enjoyed.

The customer service here is excellent! Every time I have gone it has been extremely busy, and I have seen employees treat frustrated guests (because it is so busy) with great care, going the extra step to make them happy. This Cafe Rio is sooo much better than the Boise one. They were almost out of fire grilled chicken and they brought out more for us, Boise never does that. They're shredded lettuce was great. I pull out countless cores whenever we go to the Boise store. I didn't have even one core today. Very awesome guys. We'll stop there again. Thanks for a great lunch!

My favorite place to eat when we go into Twin Falls for shopping. The manager is so nice! The food is fantastic and the service has always been great! Decent Cafe Rio with very polite employees. It is a difficult place to visit if you are a first timer because of the loud environment and less than simple layout on the menu. I however have never been disappointed in my food and love the salads in particular. The only negative is the amount of money I spend at this location. My average bill for a single meal is 11 dollars which is hefty for a faster food with no table service. Even with this though I visit this location more than once a month and love the food.

Loved the remodel! Made it much fresher and cleaner and the expansion is great. It was so noisy and dark before just wasn't pleasant . Found out they had a mild meat and a mild sauce making my enchilada perfect for my mild taste buds! I had stayed away for three years. Nice to come back and find a great experience that will call me back probably within the month!

I usually love Cafe Rio, but tonight was irritating to say the least. After countless problems with their app including inability to log in, inability to connect to Facebook when making a new account, and the apps constant error messages when trying to order, I became irritated and just called the store. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called again. A lady FINALLY took my order but gave me no option to pay over the phone. I love the food, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with the customer service. Their app, on the other hand, seems to be a constant problem.

We were traveling through the area and were hoping to find a chipotle to no avail. We ended up coming across Cafe Rio, and got drawn in by the description of fresh goodness. We were not greeted as we walked in, and being first timers we were in need of assistance on ordering. Which proved to be very challenging for the server. We wanted a bowl and were Told to order a salad, so we asked for a small portion of lettuce, with shredded chicken. The line was a complete mess, the hot foods were crusted to the sides of the pan. The Pico was so watery that it completely drenched the entire bowl and it turned into a total sopping soggy mess. We also ordered a pork tamale plate special with the pork which was more bbq than spiced. We were looked at with blank stares while going through the ordering process with no guidance or assistance of what to add to our meals. Ultimately truly disappointed with the entire experience!

My god these tacos are like the best thing I have or ever will eat, I get the sweet pork tacos with the house dressing, I dip my tacos in it for every bite, the sauce is a little spicy which cancels out the sweetness. The tortillas are also so good, I recommend going on tuesday for the tacos because they're very cheap compared to the normal price
