I've been spending about a month here every summer for the past decade, and I can honestly say the first thing I always want to do when I'm back in town is grab a burger from the Burger Grill. They have had the same couple of guys back there making the same delicious food every year for over a decade. It was a great part of my childhood and continues to be my favorite resteraunt to this day. Thank you employees of Burger Grill for being f***ing amazing for all these years.

My family and I stopped to get lunch. It looked like a nice burger joint and they had an outdoor patio, YAY! Couldnt get better than that! However that was the only good thing about this place. The service was horribly slow for one and oddly impatient with us. Then we got our bill which was much more expensive than the menu said it should be. Later, we looked at our recept and realized they charged us for every add on. No where was that mentioned. The man taking our order mumbled if we wanted everything on it. Naturally we did. He never said for an additional fee or anything! It was our mistake for not double checking the receipt but it was theirs for not informing us the everything with it costs an additional $4. Above the menu it does say lettuce, tomato, cheese, and special sauce comes with the burgers and fries. It did not say for an additional. Unless I miss read something. McDonald's makes a better burger for less. Food was horrible Service worse that horrible Clean restaurant and outdoor dining options based on weather conditions. Scam

Here's some extra fries.... but we're going to charge you for them. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks and an order of fries, we got our order number and sat down. They brought us our burgers first and then came back with the fries a few minutes later. They brought two orders of fries and I made the assumptions it was because they took so long to get our food to us. Several minutes later an employee walked up to our table and said "We gave you an extra fry, you don't have to pay now, but come up after you're done." I kinda thought it was a joke, until he left with no smile on his face and returned to talking with the other employees behind the counter. The extra amount wasn't a problem, but it was their fault and then to make matters worse, they asked me to pay for their super minor mistake. All seriousness, an order of fries would've probably cost them 30-40 cents. We were on the fence about Burger Grill or Smokey Mountain, we've had both now and I can honestly say, the service and the food is much better at Smokey Mountain. Do yourself a favor and walk the few extra blocks and avoid the poor business practices and mediocre food.

For the price the burgers seemed mediocre for what you are getting. Seemed strangely similar to a frozen burger patty. I had the Hawaiian burger which comes with a teriyaki glaze and a pineapple slice. The pineapple had no flavor as well as the teriyaki glaze which there was plenty of. Overall not impressed and have to agree with a review that I read after-the-fact that said the burgers at McDonalds were better.

It's ok. The elk Burger was spoiled for me because it was almost raw. I like red meat, but at least sightly cooked would be nice. The service was unfortunately mediocre. But, if you want a quick Burger without any frills it's not terrible.

The taste was delicious, but I spent way too much for soup in a bread bowl that was absolutely drenched with soup. They put the bread bowl inside a regular bowl and just covered everything with soup. I thought the purpose of a bread bowl is so that you can eat that, too, not to try to pick soggy pieces out of the aftermath.

Stopped in for lunch after 2 days of hiking and camping. We ordered the Fish and Chips which was fried fresh, so good. And a small bowl of Lobster Bisque soup with a half sandwich. Both hit the spot! Great place for lunch.
