My brother and sister-in-law (a vegetarian) were hesitant about this place. They wanted Chinese. They had a pretty great salad bar though, my SIL was really happy! There were desserts, fruit, and other kinds of salads in the bar. Then my brother got some awesome chicken fingers, and he was sold. We all enjoyed our food and felt that it was totally worth the stop on our way out of Yellowstone. It wasn't as expensive as other places I've seen in Jackson, either.

Only thing good about this place was that it was close to the hotel I was staying in. If you truly like bbq please stay away from this place. I ordered their ribs which is supposed to be their specialty and they were god awful. I am a firm believer if you need bbq sauce on your meat prior to serving it then your meat is mediocre at best. I ordered the 2 meat which was 19.99 unless you wanted to add ribs which tacked on 2.00 more. I ordered ribs and turkey it came with 2 sides and toast. My wife ordered chicken and brisket. On both orders we asked for no sauce to be put on prior to being served to us. It took about 10 minutes for the food to come out. When it got to the table i had immediately knew that it was going to be mediocre at best. It came with 3 slices of thin turkey and 3 ribs for 21.99. The ribs were par boiled, they can say they don't do it but the ribs looked like boiled white meat with a char on them. The ribs were tough just as boiled ribs normally are. The turkey was no better than packaged meat at a grocery store. The sides were eh. Please do your self a favor and try somewhere else in the town.

Great BBQ. I ordered the 4 meat and in order my favorite was the brisket, then pulled pork followed by the ribs the the pulled chicken. I would recommend the brisket and the whole chicken.

Ok. Went for breakfast and I was actually a bit disappointed there weren't more BBQ breakfast items. Everyone's food was fine but nothing spectacular. I'm sure the lunch and dinner are probably better.

I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Jackson. Try the brisket, it's literally the best I ever had. You can't go wrong ordering anything here. Very good salad bar. Fast and friendly service. All around Bubba's is an impressive restaurant. You may have to wait for a seat during busy times, but you can put your name in and get an estimate of time and walk around and come back if it comes to that.

Southern style food it's incredibly good!!! Their buffalo wings are to die for and extra spicy too. I also had a grilled cheese sandwich which was pretty good also. The next day I had breakfast breaded steak prepared in a chicken style it was also really good. The portions are also quite large for you but eaters out there. Service was pretty fast and the staff were kind and helpful. I can't comment about the desserts because I was too stuffed to have room for them but I'm sure that they're as good as the rest.

Good BBQ food in Jackson, WY! I had the ribs combo- St. Louis & Baby Back. Both very good, but I like the St Louis better. The reason for the 4 rating is cause it was warm inside, not a ton of air circulation where we were sitting... and, although the ribs were really tasty, I have had better. But when coming to Jackson, I would absolutely try again.

Went on a Sunday morning. Had a 10 minute wait. Ordered some blueberry pancakes, pulled pork with biscuits and gravy, and a Mexican style skillet dish. Food was ok, pulled pork was tender and smokey. Pancake was huge and the skillet dish was adequate, although not enough store bought tortilla chips. You can do better than that. The hashbrowns that came with the pork and gravy looked raw, only a tiny portion had ever touched the grill. Indeed as I took a bite, it was raw potatoes. Could have been better. All in all, if your gonna wait 10 minutes to be seated, your pants should be knocked off with quality. Not here.

We actually passed the restaurant and thought it would be worth going to for breakfast. Traffic was heavy so we found a parking space and walked back to it. It was well worth the moderate walk! Portions are HUGE! If a half portion is on the menu, there is a reason. The portions put on plates will feed two people. Be aware of that. Prices are substantially higher then mainstream restaurants but quality and portions will compensate. The taste of our food was exceptional. Our waitress was on the ball and we never needed for anything while we were there. This is one of those WOW restaurants!!!

Our family ate dinner here on our way to GTNP. We had the wings and BBQ short ribs. Food was fantastic , not overly priced , service was good, and our waiter was very attentive.I searched online for a place to eat before we left Jackson, chose this based on review, my only disappointment was that it has a bit of a generic chain food vibe going on, which I didn't pick up on from the reviews, thought it was more of a local BBQ joint. That being said, would definitely eat here again.

We stopped in for breakfast on a recommendation from a family member. I had the Avocado Toast and my husband had the Barbacoa Hash. Both dishes were excellent. Brenda, our server, was just terrific: attentive and sweet. We will be back for lunch or dinner before we leave town.

I really liked this place. I tried the three meat plate and was very pleased. My wife had ribs and didn't share any so that's also a good sign they were good. The fries the kids ordered were also tasty although I enjoyed my sides of beans and coleslaw. I would go back but try to go early as it can get busy. There was a decent wait when we left that would have precluded my family from eating here.

Good for quantity, not necessarily quality. Also, the menu is also about 30% more expensive than it should be. I had the brisket, which was lean and tough. My wife liked the salad bar. I think that's what I'll try next time. If you're really hungry and are less concerned with taste, bubba's has my recommendation. If, however, you're craving great-tasting bbq, I'd pass.

BBQ was soft and mushy with little flavor. Frozen onion rings and fries. Spent thirty dollars for lunch for only myself and ate maybe one quarter of meal. I’m a huge BBQ fan and have had BBQ in several parts of the country and this BBQ is at the bottom of my list. Just being honest. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a great joint after a long day of hiking. The meat is piled high and you get a choice of two sides (the French fries are crispy and the zucchini is nicely seasoned). The brisket was a bit too fatty for me; I think I got the end pieces because my friend had much more meat. Try the buttermilk pie for dessert if you like something on the sweeter side - try it with the lemon squeezed over the top. It’s unreal!

I have no idea how this placed got rated so high. I had the 3 meat combo of brisket (very fatty), ribs ( they gave me baby back instead of St. Louis), and sausage (actually good, only reason why this isn’t a 1 star) All smothered in BBQ sauce. No respectable BBQ joint puts sauce on the order. Sides were very underwhelming. All this for a premium price. Spent over $120 for a family of 5. I would pass on this place unless you like cold BBQ.

Bubba's is always a safe place to eat in Jackson. my wife and I and friends of eaten there several times over the years. Our waitress was very sweet, the food was good. I would have given them a five however the ribs were a little dry and they don't have rice pilaf on the menu.

Walked in at 1550 hours on Friday - June 14. Sign said please wait to be seated. I and my girlfriend waited at the hosting station while the host looked at us and continued being a tour guide for another couple. We waited and waited and finally left after feeling disrespected. The host’s proper course of action would have been to politely excuse himself for a brief moment from navigating a town tourist map to seat us, then resume his extra curricular tour guide duties. I will not be back and do not recommend this place.

Food is pretty good however during peak summer it appears they treat most the customers with the "tourist treatment". Enjoyed the food but we were disappointed with our service. No refills, original drinks were not what we ordered, and our waitress never checked in. I must note-I have been there in slow times of winter and its pretty good with good service.

I've been here a handful of times, my service was hit and miss. One server was so distraught I wasn't ready to order when she stormed away. My apologies I wasn't ready to order 3 minutes after being seated. The Food is good my BBQ is always properly cooked and delicious. Salad bar is great too. Many options if you decided you don't want BBQ. When I'm in Jackson I do like to make a lunch or dinner appearance at least once at my stay here.

Lovely waitress and we even got a free sugar cookies! Tried the pulled pork, smoked chicken, pulled chicken, brisket and the st. Louis ribs ! Loved the ribs the most just wish it had more meat! Brisket was good just too salty for me. Pulled chicken was the worst of the bunch( just was not fresh) and the bbq chicken was pretty tiny for the lunch portion. The BBQ sauces were good, I liked mixing the spicy one with the sweet one. It was mostly hit for the dishes we tried. Just didn't love the chicken dishes and the Mac and cheese was a tad bland, but the beans were really flavorful as well as the coleslaw.

My company has me travel to Jackson Hole every once in a while and Bubba's BBQ is by far my favorite. It was recommended by a friend and he was right. Rodrigo, Stacie and Brenda just make you feel like family, and just like the food, the service is amazing. I recommend the Felipe Special or the Beef Barbacoa Hash for breakfast, you won't be disappointed.

This place is not good ☹️ I don't recommend going there if you have a food allergy. I have a peanut allergy, I asked if there were any peanut ingredients in the BBQ sauce. They wouldn't tell me, they basically told me that they wouldn't serve me. They did not care about my allergy, they didn't care about something happing to me, instead they cared about the risk for the restaurant. They walked me and my parents out the door. (From his son).

Loved Bubba’s so much when we came through a few years ago that we had to eat here on our first night this visit! Delicious food and friendly service(thanks Brenda!) keeps us coming back when we come to visit Grand Tetons!

This place is legit!!! Came in town from Salt Lake and ate here from a recommendation. Best BBQ I’ve had in 5+ years! Jhoan wailed on me. He had a great attitude, brought me a coleslaw sample, and when I mentioned being in town for a few days, he brought me a breakfast menu… see you tomorrow morning.
