The staff at this specific location was to die for. This is the 2nd time I have tried Teddys Bigger Burgers, as I will typically give a place two chances. Sadly, I grew up with In-N-Out and have yet to find a comparable burger...and for sure will never find a noteworthy price for never frozen ingredients. This place is underwhelming...while the prices are beyond overwhelming. I appreciate the option of what meat poundage your burger is but even basic hamburger toppings have an upcharge and stack up quick.

Very good lots of seats. The employees will come to your table to pick up your plates. There are two coke dispensers, with lots of choices. There's even outside seating. Parking is free and lots of it.

I love Teddy's Bigger Burgers anywhere on O'ahu. These burgers are unmistakably beef and already come with everything you need on it. They still have awesome extras like Bleu cheese. The service at this location is outstanding. A wet napkin is offered and food is brought quickly to your table. Drinks are self-serve with more than a dozen different choices. Workers ask if everything is okay with your meal.

Really good burgers, fries and o-rings. My wife and I both had the Hawaiian but I got some of their Kilauea Fire BBQ sauce on the side, $0.79 well worth the price for dipping fries and onion rings. Don’t expect any atmosphere at this location though, just good food.

Ordered a single scoop of Rocky Road Ice Cream and a Large Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake. It took 12 minutes for the single scoop (side note the same guy that served same thing last time a Scoop of Rocky Road used the display cup that was marked with sharpie, no telling how long it sat there) My wife watched him like a hawk to make sure a new cup was used. The Skake took 20 minutes to make. The guy making it had time to take his phone out of back pocket and check it several times. As someone who worked at a Braum's and made shakes it shouldn't take more than 3-6 minutes depending on customers preferred thickness. If you have 2 machines that can do 3 each and only 2 shake orders you should be able to do both at same time in a timely manner.

I came here because of the reviews and we wanted a good burger. We were disappointed. The cost of the butter with the quality is not worth it. Find somewhere better. They cooked the burger perfectly but it's lacking in flavor, if you don't want to be disappointed make sure you pay the $$$ for the more extravagant burgers.

There is a lot of dining area and although my food seems to always take a while to be brought out, it is always worth the wait.

Normally really good, but today I got a burger and it was super rare looked Raw on the inside. My friend's burger was smaller and mostly cooked with a little pink which is what I wanted. Could have been a simple mistake, but I probably won't be back for a while

Available Free Parking is excellent. The lines to order are long but worth the quality and generous serving they bring to your table. Many choices I chose the HAWAIIAN Burger teriyaki style with tomato, onions, pickles, lettuce. Excellent taste and flavor, with their straight cut fries and a Cherry Coke from their self serve mixology soda dispenser machine very cool you can mix create all kinds of flavor combinations.

Screw them. I walk in asking for a drink... I wouldve ordered food but I'm short on time. The cashier says $3.15 for a small drink.. I dont even drink soda so I asked for a water cup since I would've only got water. This cashier had the nerve to say water is for paying customers only. I've been to teddys bigger burgers multiple times. Screw these guys. Date I went 2/22/2019. This dude looked worse then me and he had the nerve man.

I got a fairly basic burger. It was juicy and delicious. They have a lettuce wrap option so this place is low carb/keto friendly if you're craving a burger. If you're not restricted in your diet the burger menu is quite extensive.

We just left from Eating at the kalakaua location in front of DonQuiote's 635pm, Great customer service from the young tall kid. He checked on us twice to make sure burgers cooked just right and if we needed anything, came back and cleared our table clean. All done with a smile and polite! Hard to get great attitude like that at any quick food restaurant, and sometimes even full service restaurants. The kid deserves a raise!! Mahalos!!!

Nice Customer Service and Best Burger in Hawaii This is my favorite Burger restaurant and I think Teddy's Burger is the best burger place in Hawaii. Also, this restaurant's employees offer really nice customer service with a great smile. Once a week, I visit this place to have the burger combo and I recommend here to my friends who visit Hawaii. I have no bad experience in here ever for 2 years. I hope they keep this great burger with nice service.

I really like their burgers and fries. The meat is fresh and they have a lot of interesting combinations of toppings for specialty burgers. I went to the Kapiolani one, which I find to be the most comfortable: it's bigger and better lot than the others I've been to. It's by no means cheap, but the food is delicious.

Ordered 5 Bacado Burgers for our group. When they came out no bacon on any of them. Not what you would expect for a $18 burger joint with a 15% pre-service tip. The solution to the problem was them bringing us out our bacon in little trays "on the side". Usually I am happy with this place but for the price of the burgers I don't expect to have to fix my burger my self after they forget to put something on it especially something that is half of the namesake of the burger.

Great cheeseburgers, with lots of options and variations! Last time I was here I couldn't finish my burger, so this time I ordered a kids' meal. Rachel Ann helped us and was very nice, helpful and patient with us when we had trouble deciding what we wanted. My only complaint is that it's always cold here, the air conditioning is so strong!

Great burgers, a little pricey though. Far better than fast food burgers. I had their big size burger with fries and a drink. I'm still feeling full after a few hours. They have the Coke fountain with all the different flavors in it too. Parking is not too bad, but watch out for the cars coming out of the Don Quiote parking lot. I almost got cleaned out leaving. Oh, speaking of parking read the signs and make sure you're not in a reserved stall during the hours posted.

Actually lived up to all the hype. Very good burger and great fries (skin on). Huge thick milk shakes also. Get the signature sauce on your burger, its like a mix between honey mustard and bbq sauce.... so good. Parking can be daunting but there is a lot next to the restaurant so don't try to find a place on the street.

Love coming here! I didn't know it's a local company -that could be why the prices are so damn high!!! For 2 "meals" (combos) was over $50! That's probably why I've only been there 3 times since they've opened... Other then the price being so high, the food is great, it's nice and spacious & the staff are all very friendly & welcoming.

This place is so overpriced. The workers seem to hate their jobs and perform with little gusto. For 15$, I got a small burger, even though I ordered one of the larger sizes, a small handful of fries and a drink. Maybe eat here as an experience for non Hawaiians but otherwise, don't go to this chain

This place came highly recommended by a local and it surely lived up to the hype! Burgers were fantastic, had so much fun optioning out my burger like I was in a Porsche dealership! Umami style chips is a must, try their shakes - I quite possibly have discovered the most heavenly combination of Ube and Haupia! Staff were super helpful, friendly and attentive which made the entire experience memorable. Churr my island fullas, until next time Teddy's!

Really good burgers! It was my first time there and obviously heard from many others shot the quality of the burgers. I had the Big Burger, fries and onion rings, all were super yummy. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Customer service was also excellent and an easy and pleasant experience. I'll definitely be going back.

Super hard to find a place that my kids would like to eat. I love Teddy's, but if my kids like it here then the 5 stars definitely comes out strong. I confess, I hyped it up to my kids on the way there saying, the fries is better than Mickey D's, the burgers are delicious, and the soda fountain can serve many different flavors of your favorite drink, and I didn't even mention the creamy rich ice cream. So, we have now found a new go to for the kids to enjoy. Thanks Teddy's! Keep it up.

I've eaten here many times and it was always busy, but worth it. Went there with my wife during a slow hour about 4pm. Some strange guy was staring and when we moved the person got up went to the kitchen, a worker who would have thought..., and out. Dont know but we were both sick...DON'T Go when slow...

We went to teddys with a group of 8 the first 5 were served their food no problem when my wife and I were next in line the girl taking the orders refused to speak to us, instead moving down the counter to tell a local person that they were not taking anymore orders . I tried several times to ask her what was going on my wife and I were both ignored like we weren't standing there. We were at the register so she actually had to move down the counter to explain to the locals that they wouldn't be taking orders for at least an hour. They never spoke to us or acknowledged that we were there. Could have been because we were tourists or possibly racial. After several minutes of being obviously and rudely ignored. We left hungry. My wife was all but in tears. It's to bad because Teddys was highly recommend to us, and we were excited to go . Bottom line if you're not local I'd find somewhere else to eat . Neither my wife nor I have ever been treated like that in a restaurant before. 1 star is more than they deserve. Side note our family told us they began taking orders as soon as we left.

I love this place the only complaint I have is that everytime I order my burger well done it still comes out medium well done like all there burger if they can't make a well done burger then just dont offer it at all I mean what is the point of asking how you want your burger to be cooked if the only way you guys know how to do it is medium well. FYI I'm only adamant about it being well done is because I'm pregnant and shouldn't be ingesting any type of undercooked meat including medium well

if you have the desire for a unique combination of flavors thrown onto a 100% beef patty then this might be your place. I opted for the grilled cajun chicken sandwich and a side salad but the fries smelled delicious. Overall, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Prices are average for Hawaii.
