I hate giving three stars but the best way to describe this place is average - not bad but not great. If I had friends visiting for the first time, I would not recommend this place. Don't get me wrong, the food was decent/good but I want an experience when I go to a restaurant in Hawaii and I didn't get that here. With that said, I do want to say that our waiter was extremely nice. Note - My reviews are based on my food preference and I love all types of foods. If you don't like fish or sushi, give this place a try because the food is good.

The food was great! I had the M.A.C. Breakfast. Added strawberries on my pancakes & got my eggs scrambled w/ cheese. I think the drink that I ordered was the Lava Lava cocktail. JOEL was my waiter. Very polite & prompt. He gave me my space & let me eat comfortably. Will be back again.

This place is so good with decent sized portions! I plan to come here every time we come to Hawaii. One tip, if you're not staying at the hotel and you're looking for parking park using the hotel valet. M.A.C's validates and you only have to pay $3 for 3 hours.

Finding an affordable restaurant with good food in Honolulu is not always the easiest thing, especially one that is not overwhelming with people. However, I was really happy to try this restaurant located in the lobby of my hotel, which provided a fantastic evening for my friends and I. The service was good, and the food was fantastic. I found the pricing to be not necessarily expensive, but more so reasonable. Through the 3 courses I enjoyed, starters, entree, and dessert, I have no complaints whatsoever. Also a very nice, comfortable atmosphere at the restaurant.

Pricey but good. I was really hungry for pancakes which they are known for. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait because there were 5 orders placed for the 5 lb pancake challenge. Seriously??? You can't cook 2 pancakes???

Having good food available 24/7 helped with the jet lag. Coming from the Eastern time zone, it took my body a couple of days to get onto Hawaii's time zone. Being able to grab a bite at 3am when my stomach says it's breakfast time was great.

Very nice hotel and if you are staying in the Hilton, this restaurant is very accessible and just what you need. The MAC serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner but the prices are more on the expensive end. The food here is great and the portion sizes are more than enough to fill you up. The staff is very nice and willing to help and fix any issues. I had a cheeseburger for dinner and it was amazing! Unfortunately, I did not eat breakfast here but I heard that the pancakes were great and they would have gone back. I definitely recommend this place for any visitors in the area.

Breakfast all day long! Ask to sit in Pam's section, she is the sweetest! It doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant, but instead feels like a cozy dinner. I had the lobster mac n cheese eggs benedict and my husband had the stuffed french toast. Everything was delicious!

An excellent place eat regardless of where you're staying in WAIKIKI....they do everything high end but only moderately priced ( Not Cheap) but this place has it ALL.....giant t & famous ( really!) Pancakes to daily caught mahi mahi....AND it's open 24 hours a day , hence its name & whats really impressive is its 365 days a year....EVEN CHRISTMAS...located at the wonderful Hilton Prince Kuhio ( on Kuhio ave ) is one street parallel to kalakaua ave. which right off the beach.

We love this 24 hour restaurant in the Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel. Everything on the front and back of the large menu available anytime. Our new favorite casual restaurant after 4 different meals. Coconut shrimp and the pulled pork were our favorites. Also good cocktails.

This was a great restaurant. Service was very attentive and friendly. The inside decor, particularly the bar area was quite nice. It reminded me of a very pub style look. The food was expensive however, unlike other restaurants, the price justifies the taste. Every item on the menu is worth trying. My personal favorites was the mac and cheese and the Hawaiian moon fish tacos. It is located in the Hilton hotel not too far from Kalakaua Ave. Best to come on weekends as there is live music.

Where else can you get food 24 hours anytime! Service is really awesome! prepare yourself to eat a lot of food. They have a couple of TVs throughout the venue so you can keep up with sports or news you can order coffee latte mix cocktails and good champagne choices. I really like the chicken and waffles and the kalbi and eggs! If you're up for the challenge try the massive pancake! Located inside the Hilton at Waikiki beach. It's close to the beach and to other beautiful spots which makes it a perfect before or after eating spot

There were 2 families of 4 having breakfast this morning. A big sign was out the front saying kids eat free with paying adults. After paying the bill and comparing how much we each paid one family paid half the price as they were not charged for the kids meals. We returned to question the bill and were told that the adult meals were not over $16 each so the kids meals needed to be charged. The waitress told the family with the cheaper bill that it could be any adult meal. So we were totally ripped off. Also came to this restaurant as it had alot of gluten free meals and the waitress didn’t seem knowledgeable about the menu at all. Very disappointed! Won’t be returning.

We came for breakfast around 810am on a monday- no res, no wait! we were served by Pam, who was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a mochi pancake, a few egg breakfasts, and the supremely delicious Kalbi salad. Let me tell you, that kalbi salad is a lifesaver. super crisp lettuce and herbs, perfectly charred and marinated teriyaki kalbi (short ribs) with a peanut/fish sauce dressing, along with fried shallots, peanuts, papaya, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado. ORDER THIS!

Their Valentine's menu was phenomenal! I am a very picky person because I can cook very well so when I go to places I really look for a well-seasoned dinner and this place exceeded my expectations. I was blown away with the fish that I had, they gave me beautiful rose, the place looked really nice, the drinks were delicious, the waitress was on top of everything, so overall it was a great experience. The only cons I could give were # 1 the wait time is long even with reservations and # 2 to go to the bathroom, you would need a key because the restaurant is inside a hotel.

Scott was a great server! Had the private room for a group meeting and the food was excellent! I got the kalbi salad and devoured it, though my friend felt the kalbi was tough. Everyone else's food looked yummy and I didn't hear many complaints. Downside, even though we were in the private room, there were always other servers that came in to clear plates and it almost felt like they wanted us to clear out sooner rather than later...hence the minus star. Just felt rushed to leave and the service at the end to get validation was a challenge. But food was still great! Will definitely be back to try the other items!

I was not impressed with the 'holiday buffet' and felt it was incredibly average. For the price, I expected to be really blown away. The selection was mediocre and the quality was sub par. The best was the omelet station, which was fresh made, while the beef roast was super fatty, filled with gristle, a very low quality cut that was obviously in use to cut cost. Service was amazing, which is to be expected since they're anticipating a tip between fifteen and twenty dollars per table. My soda was never beyond half empty.

We ate here multiple times during our trip and since we stayed at the Waikiki banyan right across the road it’s also in a very convenient location for many people to go to. It’s definitely within walking distance from the beach if your are hungry from a days worth of activity. The food is wonderful and was never bad or even remotely bad. Todd was our favorite waiter. He is very wonderful not only as a waiter but someone you can definitely speak to and discuss your vacation if you feel like you wanted to. The place is also open 24/7 as stated in the name so you can come here any time of the day. I hope everyone who comes here has such a splendid experience as we did.

Decent place, inside the Hilton with a nice room with large windows overlooking a garden. Definitely feels like a hotel restaurant. The portions are large, especially the pancakes. Service was great, and so was the coffee. I’m not sure how much better this would be than IHOP or Denny’s to be honest. Overall it’s worth the price if you can eat all the food, come hungry!

Gluten Free and Delicious! We have been several times and each time the food and service was excellent. Every server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gluten. The children and I have enjoyed the GF pancakes (Elvis style was my favorite), ribs and bbq chicken. The portions are huge - half an order was large enough for my teenage son. Children 10 and under eat free all day on Sunday. Highly Recommend!

We've been here quite a few times. Our server, Jennifer, is always professional and nice. I'm not a meatloaf person; I don't like the sauce on it, the texture and just the name alone isn't appealing. We've ordered the meatloaf here numerous times. I always get it without the sauce on it. It is so good. There's cumin in it too...sounds strange, but tastes so good. The food here is very filling.

If you need Gluten Free food, don’t miss M.A.C. They had a lot of GF options!! Their drink selection was really fun and quite frankly we meant to go back at least twice, because it was hard to choose with so many yummy options. We started with the wings and those were delicious. I had the Mochi pancakes and asked them to add one of the pancake challenge toppings (without doing the challenge) on top and they were able to do that-it was the one with macadamia nuts, pineapple and the sauce-it was so good!! My hubby got the M.A.C. Aloha, which was a 1/4 BBQ chicken, kalba-styled short ribs, blackened ahi and fried rice. It was not GF due to the sauces, but he can do sauces as he doesn’t have celiacs. He thoroughly enjoyed it!! The atmosphere is nice and modern and our waitress was really sweet. I would highly recommend M.A.C., whether you need GF food or not. You won’t regret it!!

Me and girlfriend went in and ordered Moco Loco and stuffed French toast. Not only was the food delicious but we got seated within a few seconds of arriving, served drinks within a couple of minutes of sitting and waited less than 10 minutes for the food which again was delicious. These are the yummiest pancakes I've ever had ❤ the banana pancakes are the absolute best. Fair warning they serve ALOT of food!! We had to take some home but it was all heated later and eaten, still super tasty. Our waitress was a doll. She made us laugh, he positive energy was contagious. When told her she was sweet she responded "well it's easy to be sweet to nice people " love the food and the staff. Great place to check out.

Nice hotel restaurant, a little up scale, but no stuffy. Food is really good here. I especially like the chicken and waffles. They give you very generous portions, I first thought it was expensive but the portions more than make up for the price you pay. My wife really enjoyed the salad.

They advertise gluten free items on their menu, but upon visiting today my wife and I figured out that this was not accurate. They use one grille to cook gluten free and non gluten free pancakes, which thus creates potential cross contamination. The same holds true for their toaster usage, as gluten free and non gluten free toasts have the potential for cross contamination. My wife has Celiac, so our breakfast was ruined, as the whole breakfast menu was then inaccessible for her. Management needs to be much clearer in their indication of gluten free foods.

Decidely Average. Following hearty recommendation from our Uber driver we dined at M.A.C. First impressions not the best as three wait staff refused to acknowledge our presence in the maitre'd's absence. Finally seated in lumpy booth seats in bar area we ordered. Food was plentiful but not exciting or memorable. No atmosphere, ordinary food...yes, it is a hotel dining room after all. Forget the hype and seek fresher fields.

Started raining at dinner time so we canceled our other off-site reservations and stayed in the hotel to eat and were pleasantly surprised. Food was yummy, presentation and service were excellent. Paper straws are a really nice touch. Food was better than described. The mochi pancakes and the haupia syrup were obviously big hits. Our waitress was just the best. I was having a really horrible night and I'm sure I wasn't coming off as friendly but she just kept this upbeat attitude that really helped me turn my perspective around on some big things I was going through. I honestly wish I could remember her name to call and tell her boss how great the experience was. Only down sides were that there is a really strong floral type smell all around the entry/start of the bar that was actually strong enough to give me a headache. And the "outside view" we were told they had (by the hostess) was just a courtyard. Which would have been fine it just felt scammy that she acted like it was a sight to behold

First evening on Oahu we ate here. The food was great and the service even better. Our waiter Todd was friendly and entertaining. Knowing it was our first time on the island Todd drew us a map of all kinds of places to go see. We saw more of Oahu than we thought possible. We went back our last meal of the trip to see and thank Todd. It was his day off. Mona was our waitress. Again the food was great. Mona was so friendly and delightful. The kind of person you want to have as a close friend, prompt, helpful and down to earth. Looking forward to going back.

Although the food was on the pricier side, there is no doubt in my mind that it was worth it. My friends and I spent a good bit of time searching the area surrounding our hotel for a nice place to eat, and we had originally thought we were merely settling for the M.A.C in our hotel lobby, however we were wrong. The atmosphere is pleasant and the music is relaxing. The service was kind and helping with our questions and requests. The food was excellent and I especially enjoyed their appetizers. The experience really blew us away and made our stay in Hawaii that much better.

Servicz was great. We were seated promptly and or orders did not take time. Great food! I enjoyed my ribeye and eggs plus the strawberry pancakes.

So we've eaten here 4-5 times over the past few years. Here's the deal. Takes forever to get your order in and food to arrive. The food, depending on what you order is good to very good. The pancakes are very good as is the Loco Moco. If you're staying in the Hilton it's worth going but not to make a special trip there...

Relaxing diner with hearty portions and nice staff! Food was good and we were able to be seated quickly. They stay open late and have a full bar. Lots of recommendations to visit this place.

Convenient and tasty! The food is very good, and it is a great place to grab a bite if you're staying at the Hilton. Although the prices are a little higher than that might be elsewhere, it's still very tasty. The service here is good too. They make great drinks, and there are daily specials on both food and drinks!

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Waikiki and were pleased to see they had a nice looking restaurant inside. I am glad to say we were not disappointed!! Great food, great service, super friendly/helpful staff, and surprisingly reasonably priced. Even ordering room service from there to our room wasn't bad and came must faster than expected. Highly recommend their fish and chips as well as their double decker Mac n cheese sandwich (which comes with a monkey dish full of tomato bisque soup for dipping).
