The UH Maui College Culinary students do an excellent job! Unfortunately, hours and seating is limited, so it's best to call and make reservations!

This restaurant is located on UH Maui campus, upstairs in the Pa'aina Bldg. It is operated by the college's Culinary Arts program students, both in the kitchen and patron area. Open on Wednesdays and Fridays only, there is a different type food served each week...…...all absolutely delicious!!! There are Chef-instructors in both "front of the house" and "back of the house", very closely monitoring each students performance, ensuring excellent food and service. Reservations are a must! A great restaurant...…….Rated in the Top 100 restaurants nationwide. FYI......you may bring your own wine. Always an enjoyable time.
