A popular bar and grill located at the center of the Waikaloa Hilton hotel. This place offers an extensive selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches and sides to share. Located beside the lagoon and dolphin pools, it's a great place to relax and grab some lunch. Although it may look like there is a large amount of seating room, the resort does get quite packed during peak holiday seasons and it may be quite difficult to get seated.

Basically an overpriced burger joint, I got the Kobe beef burger ( which I believe is just a name to try and justify the price) which was cooked right but not seasoned well, I had to smother it in mayo and salt. The service was disappointing and it was not busy. I know that everything in this area is overpriced but seriously disappointing, the best part was being able to watch the dolphins play when we were sitting down.

Food is notably more affordable here than some of the other options in the resort. Oceanfront on one side, dolphins and lagoon on the other. A little more selection for beer would be nice considering it is a resort.

This restaurant is poor in selection... It only has sandwiches and burgers for a main meal. Dirty. If you like bread on your meat you could try this ,but I still wouldn't recommend.

We went once hoping to get some good fish and chips after swimming. It's got a beautiful view of the lagoon and the dolphin area. My husband got the fish and chips which was cold in the center and barely battered, it looked like it was microwave fish sticks. I got the 1/3 lb wagyu beef hot dog which was good, and spicy. The service wasn't good. We barely saw our server and when we did it was like we were bothering her. Although we will return to this resort we won't be returning to the Lagoon Grill.

My fiancé and I had high hope for this place, however other than the dolphins next door, this place was just short of horrible. As a side note, the dolphin show was really the only redeeming feature. My fiancé got the Asian chicken salad and I ordered the seared ahi salad. Her chicken tasted like it had been cooked, frozen, thawed, and slapped in top of the salad - it was nearly inedible. If that were the worst of it, I would have given this place three stars. Two hours after eating, I got got food poisoning and then an hour later, my fiancé came down with food poisoning. I would have expected at least food that doesn't make you sick at a Hilton restaurant.

We are staying at the Hilton and were starving after checking in and walking around the resort. Saw this place and figured it wouldn’t be too bad,... sat down (away from the dolphins, because honestly it’s cruel to watch them be held captive, it’s not entertainment as others say it is) ordered some drinks and then some food. Well we got our food way before our drinks, we were told the bartender was backed up. Even though we were at the bar a few minutes before ordering and it was dead,... drinks finally came and they were overly sweet with no alcohol. I got the boco veggie burger which was basically a giant bun, with 5 pieces of brown lettuce, a butt piece of a tomato and the tiniest boco veggie burger. It was also undercooked, didn’t realize it until I woke up this morning having to go to the bathroom. Needless to say, not how I wanted to start our honeymoon at the Hilton. Do yourself a favor and go off the resort to the Island Gourmet to buy some food, cheaper and bigger portions for your money.

We ate here a couple of times with groups and the food was good both times. Service was ok, a bit slow, but I wasn’t expecting too much. The burger was big, juicy and delicious, and the Asian chicken salad was also tasty and filling. Not a bad option if you are at the Hilton but don’t make a special trip to eat here.

The service and the view are great, and you get to hear and see the dolphins while you eat. HOWEVER, their beer selection is small, and way overpriced, and the food we had (fish and chips, and a burger and fries) appeared to come from frozen patties. The meat and the fish were a bit tough and not that tasty. We went out of convenience the first time thinking it looked expensive but that it would probably be pretty good, but no... avoid if you have a choice.

Be prepared for long wait times, overpriced, frozen food. We where party of a party of 8, food arrived before drinks, two plates where returned, one plate never showed up, way too long to wait for checks and overall the food was very unpleasant. We expected a lot better for a Hilton resort. Do yourself a favor and go to Lava Lava 3 mins away.
