Fantastic breakfast buffet. Eggs, omlettes to order, fruit, sausage,bacon,etc. Pastry and muffins, waffles and pancakes. But the best thing about the buffet is the waitress Janice. She is a treasure, and totally pampered my wife and me. 5 Star buffet, but 10 Star service! My wife actually fell off her chair while getting up. Janice's kindness and attention was incredible. Also Tony and Anna from security, and the manager Donna were incredible. Thank you Marriott for a staff that is beyond compare.

Great food, the reason we went there was for the Prime Rib. They are running a special right now. It's 50% off after 8:00pm. The prime rib was awesome. There were many other foods available as well. I fell in LOVE with the corn on the cob, it was sitting in a butter bath. Onolicious!! Their dessert offerings was also huge. Our waiter was Luther, he waa really attentive to our group of 7 people. He made sure we had everything we needed. No doubt you will have a great time there. We were much heavier when we left. Oh the parking validation was awesome, no need to pay on the way out. How can you top that? Anyway ask for Luther he was awesome. Mahalo

Food wise, this buffet is fantastic. They're is one it two item each day that is exclusive to that day, as suck, you get a good verity if you way there multiple days in a row. Some of the best bacon in town and highly recommend the cinnamon buns. They are Baker and lightly frosted, with crispy cinnamon! Great view of the beach nothing to complained about. The family loves eating here when they are in town.

Food in this grill is well and now this grill charge you 15% for gratitude. If this done right this is Ok, because you don't need to worry about tips, but be careful with water Suze. The staff was so friendly even the waiters that weren't assigned to our table stopped by to chat with us and make sure we had whatever we needed. The food was great especially the crab legs and braised short ribs..and the desserts oh my...creme brulee, bread pudding, cheesecake to name a few...so delicious. I never write reviews. Ever. Unless I feel very strongly about an issue. My wife and I decided to go here during our 10 day stay at the Marriott while on our honeymoon. The price of the buffet was not listed ANYWHERE, and we were naive enough not to ask. We had some over cooked crab legs, some shrimp, and some rice. We were both expecting the buffet to cost around 30 dollars (considering the quality of the food). When we were handed the check, we were shocked to find that our bill was $125 of us for the both of us. Luckily, my wife is a Marriott employee, so we got a 20% discount, which brought our sub-par meal to $103. Regardless of the discount or not, this was by far the highest priced meal we’ve eaten while here in Waikiki with the lowest quality food. Would have much rather gone to the Hotel steak house for FRESH food at a similar price.

Regular hotel quality bacon/bread/omelette. For adults: $35 USD and for kids: $15 USD. Even with $25 hotel voucher, this costs twice as much as a really nice Italian meal. Over-priced. Just walk a min or two outside to get much better meal for a small fraction of the price.

During our stay we frequented this restaurant because it was easy and in the hotel! We did the prime rib buffet and went during the special pricing to save some cash. The prime rib was good and the sides were...eclectic?! It isn't the standard buffet you would find on the mainland but it's got something for everyone. Breakfast buffet is great. They change tthings out so aren't eating the same thing day after day. The POG juice is a must. A lite bit of Hawaiian sweetness to start your day (you can also request it at dinner and the lovely lady's will get you a glass of it). Overall this was a great place for us during our stay. The lady's were always so sweet and helpful. I won't say the food is spectacular but it's good when you don't want to leave the hotel! Plus the ocean view can't be beat.

This place has gone downhill. The prime rib is smaller and the crab legs went smaller too. They now serve this snow crab legs instead that are so skinny. It's not even worth your time picking it of the meat. The chef gives you a small slice of prime rib and if you go back he'll give you even a smaller slice. The selection of other foods was small. There was fish but they didn't replenish it so I only got a tiny slice and I got there not so late. The soda was about five dollars! And it was filled with lots of ice! Celebrated my husband’s (63rd) and our eldest granddaughter’s(26th) birthdays and the food served at their buffet is absolutely tasty and abundantly filled with assorted entrees and desserts. Prime rib and crab legs were a sure hit with our family too! The staff went above and beyond in their service expertise. Their ambience makes one feel you’ve just stepped into beautiful fine dining. Kamaainas receive 20% off, and being a special occasion it was well worth the price. I definitely recommend Kuhio Beach Grill to both our visitors and locals here in the islands.

As of October 2018, Prime rib dinner buffet on a Tuesday was $46 per person. There is an early bird discount of 50%, but the 15% tip is added automatically. The place sort of does Theme nights. Tuesday is Italian night, which translates to having 2 pasta dishes, chicken piccata, oxtail Milanese, and Minnestrone soup. The Italian dishes were ok, the only standout being the Oxtail Milanese served with polenta. The Prime rib was very tender. Good quality beef, and much better than normal buffet roast beef. The buffet also has your regular salad and vegetable sides, along with a nice looking dessert table. It was an ok dinner for a rainy day unless you are a big meat eater. It works well when you don’t have to leave the hotel.

I had breakfast buffet covered though a conference. The choices of food was pretty plentiful from fresh fruit to the usual eggs and bacon. There was someone always at the grill cooking up any requests I believe. They offered 3 types of juice and I always go the POG juice. It can get busy and initially I felt that they were kinda "cold". I then realized that it is because they are busy. I understood and I made effort to be a good customer to them with thanks and appreciation. I felt immediately after that, I felt a shift in communication, even though they were busy. Kim (who is in the morning) was super nice. The amount of food was great. The normal cost is $32. The staff do try to keep the place clean by cleaning right after a customer is done. The dinner menu was pretty good too.

For the price i think food is great. Buffet with a lot of options. The fruit and desserts are great for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner has a cheese bar with 5 different good cheeses. Breakfast has a great omelette/egg station. The service is awesome and all the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast gives you a to-go cup for coffee which is pretty cool i think.

The place was clean and neat and attention to detail was taking in this decor they went out of their way to accommodate my disability and suggested possible she get around things and obstacles that was interfering. As an elite member for Marriott they offered me a 25% discount to try one of the restaurants in the hotel. Usually this is because the food costs much more simply because of convenience. So I decided to walk downstairs to the Kuhio Beach Grill. When I entered I was seated towards the back of the room. Was there something wrong with flip flops, shorts and a t-shirt? This is Waikiki Beach after all... So after some consideration and seeing the full menu I opted for the Wednesday Asian Buffet. I would guess there were over 30 quality items, excluding desserts. I did my best to sample much. I had a salad, a slice of prime rib (very good), Lemon chicken, teriyaki tidbits, steamed rice, fish & a shrimp. then I ordered and drank my first mai tai and had desserts. The regular buffet price is $24.95 monday thru friday. Considering this is an "All you can eat" it is very valued. The food is very well prepared, heated and the staff are the friendliest I have met during my week stay. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Went here the last night we was in oahu and it was good, just like any other buffet that we went to back home. The people was nice and did a great job. The buffet was 49.90 per person which was upsetting. We was use to $12 per person and was thinking it will be around $20 pp cause everything was higher in oahu.

Went there last night on the trip of a lifetime with my daughter. Sat by the window at a high top table. Food was fantastic and the service couldn't have been better. So happy.
