Best restaurant is a hidden gem right in Waikiki. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian Loco Moco a Hawaiian favorite and now one of mine. I would definitely go back and for me that's what really matters. Also great people watching sitting and the windows watching the world go by while you enjoy your morning cup of Joe.
Great food! Always crowded so be prepared to wait a little. Usually around 10-15 minutes. I liked the food here much better than I-hop or Denny's so much with it. The prices are a bit high but normally for Honolulu. The food and the service is great however. The waffles and pancakes are packed with flavor.
Great food and big portions, prepare for a long wait
Wonderful service. Friendly staff. Their Crab Cake Benedict is DELICIOUS.
Wonderful selection. Huge portions. Tasty recipes. You will not be disappointed. Worth the wait. A bit noisy on the street. Highly recommended.
It's a must when in Hawaii..Best coconut pancakes and moco loco on the Island!
FIRST OFF ...my son the picky eater loves this place. He made us go back a second time in the same week and even buy some coconut syrup to take home. So pretty great menu, classics and also some good variations on Island flavors. Giant portions. some seating can be less than desirable. The wait can be long. I would imagine tough to park at but we walked from Hilton Hawaiian Village. we tried several different things and everything was amazing. The pancakes are insane! I will definitely be back next trip and there are a lot of locations.
Nice place but needs more then breakfast .
Great service and the food is good. A decent place with friendly staff...
Went there before 9am and waited for 40mins which was fine. But tbh the food was just okay - the fried rice was salty (and huge). The pancake, Benedict eggs and fried potato were just ok. The service was nothing more, nothing less. Overall I think this is overrated- probably a little bit touristy.
We waited almost an hour to be seated. Turns out they skipped my group and seated another family that had arrived after us. Our waiter took his time and only came to our table when we called him. Other than that, the food was great!
Very generous portions, and the onion rubbed NY Strip is amazing!
I ordered Hawaiian Benedict. It was amazing, I am pleasantly surprised.
Kind of an expensive hype. The steaks are small, but delicious with their in house coffee rub. OJ is freshly squeeze!
This place is our favorite place in Waikiki! We LOVE it, and come annually on our trips to the Islands.

Excellent food. Cool waiter
We arrived with a group of 17 and the staff handled it great! Our food was delicious and the server helped make our first time visit flow smoothly with his suggestions on how to order everything best.
Probably one of the best breakfast places in Waikiki. Huge stacks of island style pancakes. Although they haven't caught on to gf yet sadly and I'm celiac and allergic to eggs. I know, how dumb. But before this, this was heaven for me. But still is for my husband. Totally worth the short wait.
Very busy joint, be prepared to wait up to an hour during peak weekend brunch times. Seating was limited so we opted for the bar seating on the outside verandah. Food portions were massive and they got our order wrong for drinks (we ordered an OJ and it was delivered, however later on a waitress came to deliver another OJ and told us we had to pay for it like ummm no). Pretty expensive considering what you get, I think people just go for the hype and the name.
Good food, great experience. It's a short wait ~15 min considering how popular it is.

Ordered Meal B for 2. The portions were so big, it could have fed three people! The pancakes were perfect!
If you're Looking for some local cuisine in a good atmosphere, this is the place! Awesome menu selection and the food was great!
Very very bad service. My boyfriend got his food but they forgot mine. We got the check before I got my food. I had to ask if I was getting my food or not. They did not apologise at all!
Great service, amazing food!
Great place for breakfast near hotels around Waikiki. Highly recommend Kalibi with eggs and rice. Pancakes are fluffy, delicious and generous. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Mahalo!
This is actually our second time at this location the first time we came here the wait was really long but well worth it. This time the wait wasn't very long. Although the spot is small and cozy it doesn't bother us because the food is always outstanding. I ordered the Portuguese sausage with eggs and rice. It's one of my favorites and generously portioned. My husband ordered the steak and eggs which was season perfectly. The steak was a little over done but not too bad. We also ordered the macadamia nut pancakes and fresh squeezed juice. The food is great here and we look forward to having breakfast here when we are in Hawaii!
The lining is a mess and mystery. The food is good but not worth one hour wait.
This little gem is a piece of paradise in your mouth. I had macadamia nut pancakes with bacon and eggs. Simply delicious my sister had Hawaiian French toast she loved it. The people are great, food excellent and they have been consistently great for years. Important health note! I saw a worker wiping down every single page of every single menu. Menus are very dirty if not cleaned so nice to see Eggs and Things cares. First class thank you
The island fried rice and macadamia pancakes are delicious! Would recommend getting.
Worth the wait! Great service and the food will leave you wanting more on a full stomach.
Awful awful awful, never ho here. Cold food all around, just very very bad
What a disappointment! Crab cakes and eggs benny are a joke! The crab cake is frozen and I’m not sure there is even crab in there but it was over deep fried. Then the egg.... when egg is in your business name you should be able to correctly make an egg. So the poached egg wasn’t poached it was right at a hard boil. I live in a land locked state that gets fresh seafood and get a great crab cake eggs benny on a regular basis, turns out I’m spoil when on an island in the ocean I can only get a frozen crab cake with a sad excuse of a poached egg. Maybe it the worst thing on the menu?
Not at all what I expected. More hype than substance. Probably should have gone with my 1st choice for a Mother's Day breakfast: Big City Diner.
Great breakfast spot and laid back vibe. I had the Mahi Mahi Eggs Benedict with rice, which was amazing!!
It's a local recommendation, for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Place has shop in the bottom, where you can buy souvenirs and also where you check-in to dine. The place gets packed up very quickly, they'll give you a buzzer to check in to dine, if it comes to waiting. You'll need to go up the stairs on the side once buzzed and you'll sit along the side of the balcony or inside the room. The service was pretty quick, staff were friendly, food was fresh and quick to serve. I enjoyed everything about this place. They have a really quick table turn. Unfortunately they don't take reservations at any of their locations, so, best to call to find out how long the wait is, then go after, to just kind of feel the waiting time after. Really worth it!
Great food, great prices
Pretty good spot. Loved the coconut syrup. Kinda breezy upstairs in the seating area cause of the open doors but the food is good. Long wait. Took me 40 minutes on a Sunday to be seated but the wait was ok. I'd eat here again..
Basic breakfast, on the expensive side. Pancakes weren't great. There are better places out there.
Food was outstanding as always and our server, Aliyah, did a great job. Checked on us regularly and kept our beverage glasses full. Nothing in the Waikiki area is cheap but I wouldn't call these guys over priced.
Long wait, but it was worth it. Huge portions, fluffy pancakes, great service. Only disappointment is the crab cakes Benedict is NOT REAL CRAB but Pollack fish imitation crab meat.
Yummy dishes. Big portions. Good value for the menu. You’ll stay full for hours ;)
Fun place to get breakfast. Huge amount of pancakes for one order.
Good food good service
Delicious food but huge portions. Felt bad wasting so took food to go to give to first homeless person we saw
I had the Pineapple Pork chop with fires...and sweet Lord baby Jesus! The macadamian pancakes?? Lordy Lordy all mighty! Worth ever penny!
There can be a wait, but food is good and prices are reasonable. Had good service. Enjoyed the Hawaiian style Loco Moco.
Wonderful omelette and potatoes. A bit of a wait but the food was great. Folks in the next table got pancakes with strawberries and about a 5” high mound of whipped cream!!!!
A gem of food in Waikiki! The banana macadamia pancakes were an amazing must-have, The pork chop and pineapple was delicious, the staff was friendly, and it’s a quaint local favorite to grab breakfast food-even at night! Grab a memorable souvenir in their fun shop next door to remember your visit here, though the memories of the food will last a lifetime.
What a dump! We both ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict and both were awful. The $50 meal was served on paper plates. The server said when they switched everything from upstairs to downstairs they changed to paper plates. Made no sense to us either, unless the dishwasher is upstairs. The English muffin was coated in black grease from the cooktop. Helps if you clean it once a year or so. I ordered toast and it was cold and stale. Service was nonexistent and the server had a serious attitude when she did finally wait on us. First time in years I did not tip, which matched the effort put into our meal.
My very first trip to Hawaii I went this location of eggs and things. The waitress was a wonderful kindest person and gave us counter seats outside on the balcony. It was so fun. And of course pancakes is a must have. Had a nice breakfast plate with an order of strawberry pancakes. My other half she loves it and we had the best first time in Waikiki
Service was a bit slow, they missed a dish at order. The veggies and vegan burger were tasty, but the pancakes were average.
Good service. Large enough portions we didn't really need lunch even after hiking.
Nice place for breakfast. A little crowded, but the makes up for it. Fast, courteous service too.
Great service, great atmosphere and amazing food!
The chantilly banana waffles were awesome.
Yummy diverse menu, it gets busy later on but I showed up at 6am no wait at all.

Enjoyed our last breakfast in Hawaii here. Seated straight away. Ordered the chef special crepes (banana & choc chip) tasted delicious but had a bit to much chocolate inside the crepe, also ordered the eggs Benedict florentine cooked well. Service was great, waiters very friendly. Would recommend this place for anyone coming to oahu
The food was really good and servers did a fantastic job. It has a very old school feeling to it which makes it feel more intimate. I would recommend this for a nice breakfast!
I love this place. Imagine a good old fashioned home made meal with all the fixings. Great people, amazing food, so reasonably priced and keeps me coming back for more. Well done!!
To start, we began our mornings here 2 days in a row while visiting Waikiki. Friendly staff & Totally worth the long wait. I do not usually eat sea food & I am taking risks on this trip, trying new things. The Ahi & Eggs (voted best breakfast in Hawaii) was LITERALLY one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten. The Cajun Ahi was mindblowing, it melted in my mouth & mixed with the eggs like.. I am at a loss for words.. let's just say eggs will never be the same for me again. Wish I would have got a picture but it was just so good, by the time I realized I wanted one (both days) it was gone! By far, my top recommendations for food in Waikiki!
The host was very courteous, and the food was delicious
Gorgeous!! Try the Hawaiian favourites menu options. They're to die for! Server was very friendly and helpful as well.
I've waited 7 years to come back to these delicious, fluffy macadamia nut pancakes.
Found this place walking by. Wonderful smells wafting out. I had the Hawaiian Loco Loco. Excellent. A substantial bowl of breakfast goodness that will carry me through the afternoon.
My husband and I ate here twice on our honeymoon and loved both times. The first day we tried one of their meals for 2 which came with rice, eggs, Portuguese sausage, and 3 pancakes. The food was cooked very well and our waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting their iced coffee as it comes with free refills (trust me, you'll want multiple glasses - it's delicious!!!). If you get there after 9, there will probably be a 30 min wait (which is totally worth it).
Such friendly staff to go along with the tasty food! First time here, and I'll definitely go back!
Have to say the best meal I had while I was here these 5 days. Genorous amount of food for a very reasonable price. They are not trying to stick it to the customers. We kept passing because the lines were long but now I now why. Great food better prices. This place needs 100 stars.
The food was fine, I think. The service was not so good. You're mostly paying for their location and proximity to the beach, which is just 5 minute walk away but it didn't feel worth it. The servers did little to make you feel welcome or eager to return (mind you my wife and I were even dressed nicely and not just coming in from the beach or something). I wouldn't come back
1 star for the stuff member who told my husband they don't have honey
Amazing food, device, and prices! I recommend the Portuguese sausage and eggs, also the pineapple juice is amazing!
Great place for breakfast. So much to choose from. Everything I ordered was perfect. One problem if you don't want to go on a wait list I'd suggest you make reservations.
Great food, good prices for Waikiki. If you get there early there isn't much of a line to deal with.
I have been this restaurant every time I come to Hawaii. They moved locations here and few more in Waikiki and Ala Moana. Always packed with tourists waiting outside. Of course I love their pancakes and also savoury foods are tasty too. I requested to put banana in inside my pancake. It’s so good. Waiters and waitresses are wonderful most of them speak English and Japanese. They sell original coconut syrup that I have to have in my pantry.
I enjoyed the mahi Benedict. I would have rated higher but my kids didn't like their waffles which were overcooked.
The seating on the first floor with open balconies was great! We had the eggs benedict florentine which was delicious
Homemade vibes great tasty food
Outstanding Service. Excellent Food. Superb Pancakes. I went here twice (maybe we will go again before we leave). Honestly, you cannot go wrong with anything you order (based on what others ordered with me). The price point is reasonable for the area, a deciding factor for us. Both times I went with the special of the day. I tried the Ahi Omelet and the Chili Omelet, both outstanding. The pancakes were phenomenal (try the coconut syrup!). Even the coffee was great. Enjoy.
What a dump! We both ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict and both were awful. The $50 meal was served on paper plates. The server said when they switched everything from upstairs to downstairs they changed to paper plates. Made no sense to us either, unless the dishwasher is upstairs. This place is a local breakfast joint. They have a weekly breakfast special and since my visit fell on a Monday, I was fortunate to get the corn beef hash loco moco which is corn beef hash, eggs, rice and gravy. Happy with the food and service.
I love Eggs and Things for the Benedict's. The traditional is yummy but the smoked salmon is amazing and the crab cake Benedict is okay. The traditional and smoked salmon are the best. Florentine Benedict has no meat. The food has flavor and love.
Great food but staff can be quite rude at times.
Very short wait this morning around 7:15. Nice service. We had an omelet and strawberry pancakes. Both were very good - with coconut syrup on the pancakes, it tasted like a Pina colada! The omelet was good, just not great, which is why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 - the eggs were thin and a bit rubbery, and it tasted like there was Velveeta cheese in it. Otherwise it was a good omelet. Lots of options on the menu. I'm glad we tried it!
Very busy and popular. We were told the wait would be 30 to 45 mins but it ended up taking a full hour. The food was great (I tried the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict $14) and the service was very pleasant and attentive after we were eventually seated. Good value and overall it was probably worth it.
This restaurant has to offer the best food in Honolulu if not on all of Oahu. A true gem. Excellent cuisine. Kudos to the chef. Friendly staff. Short wait time. Large portions too. It is small with ceiling fans and open windows (no a/c).
Very quick and friendly service. Big portions.
Lots of breakfast options. Good prices and portions
Great eggs and things. Rib eye, over easy eggs with some butter and guacamole. Keto style. It's a very busy place, so I can't say it's underrated. The place does look very diner-ish. As does the food. But, it is the quality of the food and service that stand out. I could definitely eat here once a week. Service - 4 Food - 4 Comfort - 3 Price - 3
Loved this place!!! Came around 11and there was no wait. Food was delicious and affordable. Our waiter was Brandon, super nice and friendly guy. We recommend this place.
As a guest in Hawaii, and if you are nestled in nearby area hotels, this place is THE BEST for neat, clean eat-in or takeouts of homely & tasty preparation in eggs and things, as name says. Far above average quality food for an Average price and service with respect-n-dignity, I like it very and so will you, once you are there. John is wonderful young man really good at taking order!! We were here, from
Awesome breakfast food and great service. There is a bit of a wait but there is seating outside (and shaded). If you want a great breakfast at fair prices. Look no further.
Great place to eat and good price for the island.
Great food. Worth the wait in line. Would have been 4 stars but location was very small and uncomfortable.
Good food, great service, nice view of the park
Excellent spot for breakfast. The crab cake benedict was delicious and the iced tropical tea was refreshing. They do not take reservations so get here before you're hangry. It's well worth the wait.
Wonderful food and great service! Must go!
Wait was shorter than the anticipated 40 minutes. We shared Hawaiian sweet bread French toast and sides of potatoes and Portuguese sausage. Finished off with coffee and tea. Food was delicious and service was friendly and professional. Definitely worth the wait!
Amazing. I’m still dreaming about the macadamia nut waffles with the coconut cream syrup
If you are like me and like a big tasty breakfast to start your day, this is definitely the place for it - excellent selection of yummy dishes both savory and on the sweet side, highly recommended!!
Staff were friendly, attentive, and service was quick. Food was delicious. The Manager was working alongside his staff. They were a good team.
This is one of the most popular breakfast places in Waikiki. Expect a long line, especially on the main strip near the International Market!
Friendly service Good food
Had a checked in with the hostess for a group of FOUR. Only 3 of us were present, the last person was running late but they seated us anyways. Once the fourth person got there, they refused to give her a menu or take her order and said she needed to check in with the hostess as a single person. THIS GIRL WAS PART OF OUR FOUR PARTY GROUP mind you. Terrible service. I understand this is a busy establishment, but that was completely unnecessary. We had originally asked for a party of FOUR not three. And to top things off the bathrooms are DISGUSTING.
Really good breakfast. A long long wait to be seated. Good staff. Really good. Popular with tourists.
Very busy and popular. We were told the wait would be 30 to 45 mins but it ended up taking a full hour. The food was great (I tried the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict $14) and the service was very pleasant and attentive after we were eventually seated. Good value and overall it was probably worth it.
Solid breakfast place though may not be worth the wait. Nothing really amazing but simple breakfast items.
Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes. Not the best loco moco, but the service was great and the pancakes and coconut and guava syrups are what brought us back twice during our stay in Waikiki.
The pancakes were pretty good but the syrups were amazing
Great traditional Hawaiian breakfast selection
The food was so-so. Unfriendly staff. Not sure why this placs has a high rating.
The food and service was good.
Food was great, but not for that price. The waiter had no knowledge of the menu when I asked what was in some of the dishes. Seating was scarce and a sign said it would be from 2-9 pm. Would be nice if they had that information available before people arrive.
Third visit since arrival. Awesome Funky Monkey pancakes!
Had our 1st breakfast here on our vacation and liked it so much we had to have it be our last breakfast before we left for the airport.
The food was surprisingly very good. But that is about all the good I can say about this location. While the food was good, it was extremely overpriced. $13.50 for a burger and what was barely a handful of fries. Tables were dirty, but no one was busy. I asked the server about what came with some of the burgers and he had absolutely no knowledge, and just listed off things he could see in the tiny menu pictures. He also didn't even realize what their daily specials were, even though we visited late at night. Lastly, they charge 75 cents per to-go container. Never have I been charged for a small foam container.
I've been eating at Eggs N Things over the years ever time I visit Honolulu. The staff is always very friendly. We LOVE the fluffy banana pancakes and it's a tradition to get them at least once each trip. Prices are reasonable, and pancakes are HUGE. All other food had been good, too.
If you're claustrophobic you will not appreciate this. If you're not a fan of being close to other people you will not enjoy this. But if you can deal with being packed into a second story balcony with the occasional sparrow flying by your head the food is worth it. Certainly on the pricey side (but it's Waikiki so what isn't?) But the food is very good. The pancakes are the best I've had on the island, especially with the maple syrup (the guava syrup was too sweet for me). Service was ok but not the standard I was expecting at an off-beach location.
Good food, our waitress was lovely, but everyone else seemed like their shoes were too tight. Sour attitudes.
Great service. Good prices. Everything just worked out perfectly. Best value on the island for breakfast, hands down. Make sure to go to this location during the morning rush, it's usually quieter than their other location up the street.
Foods great! Be super hungry and take someone to share the plates.
This restaurant has to offer the best food in Honolulu if not on all of Oahu. A true gem. Excellent cuisine. Kudos to the chef. Friendly staff. Short wait time. Large portions too. It is small with ceiling fans and open windows (no a/c).
This place is so popular that it is hard to get in without a line up. All the food is good and the pancakes are wonderful. It is a local favourite worth waiting for
ALWAYS, ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!! The food and service are consistently wonderful! It is always on our list of places to go every time we visit.
Good: Right next to the Pink Line stop. Ahi steak was delicious! Reasonable prices. Friendly staff & service. Coconut or guava syrup! Original restaurant. Bad: Noisy. Small place. Don’t order your eggs ‘sunny side up’ here if you like them properly cooked!
Absolutely the best breakfast. Coconut syrup!!!! Kona rubbed steak!!! Well worth the wait. If your a sweet tea fan... try the pineapple tea.
Great food and quick service mt husband got the loca mocha and I got the lava flow pancakes, talk about yummy
Wow, the coconut syrup with their pancakes is amazing! You will not leave hungry from this place. The staff is friendly, inviting and good location. They have a gift shop to buy their syrup and pancake mix to take home. This is a favorite stop for us when we visit.
Great place for breakfast. We enjoyed the pineapple pancakes, macadamia nut pancakes, egg whites, fruit cup, vegetarian omelet and buttermilk pancakes. They definitely have a HUGE menu selection to please all. Seating was a 45 minute wait but we requested first available And got in, in about 10 minutes. We sat at the outside bar which was perfect. A nice breeze, sans a view (parking lot view) but the staff was friendly, quick and accommodating to our minor requests.
Top 3 of my favourite meals I had while visiting here. Pineapple juice was so good, fried rice was amazing, Portuguese sausage was fab, omelette was wonderful, grilled ahi was awesome. Will defo Come back. Wish I had tried the pancakes, they looked legit.
As a guest in Hawaii, and if you are nestled in nearby area hotels, this place is THE BEST for neat, clean eat-in or takeouts of homely & tasty .t. The prices are about average for a tourist area. The menu is vast! Highly recommended!!
Worth the wait (45 mins)
Delicious! Great customer service
It is ok, I had the omelet of the day which was kalua pork. It had so many tomatoes that they took away from the pork, I like tomatoes but there had to be a whole roma sized one in it which is a lot!!
I love sara who togas'
Poured down rain. Hard. Ate near open window. Awesome pork chops!
Wait time unusual for a Monday, food was delicious a d service was great
Food is pretty good. Staff is not very attentive.
The food was absolutely delicious. Ordered the Hawaiian loco moco. The service was a little slow, but they were friendly. Very laid back place to have a quiet breakfast.
The best breakfast on the island. Coconut syrup is fantastic.
Try the Pineapple pork chops, delicious, best pork chop I have ever tasted.
Do NOT miss this in your Oahu plans!!! The Ahi Cajun style fish was the best fish I have ever eaten. Amazing!! Parking is difficult and you must have all members of your party there on site or they will not seat you. We had someone parking the car and so we had to wait. But that said....the coconut syrup on the banana crepes are next level. I would fly back to Hawaii just to eat them again. Ironically we ate many places while on the island but this was the best food.
The service was fast. The food was good. Theonly disappointment was they had no oatmeal.
Just had an amazing breakfast here! The food was so good! It was a little confusing to get to the actual restaurant at first. There’s a shop downstairs where you check-in with the cashier. Then she gives you a buzzer and you wait until it buzzes to go up the stairs. The stairs were to the right of the store. We waited literally 10 seconds. I ordered the egg whites & veggies and it was so large and filling. Most of the dishes come with your choice of toast, potatoes or 3 pancakes. My boyfriend got the eggs Benedict and he’s in a food coma now because it was huge!! My favourite was definitely the pancakes here. They were so fluffy! I’m usually more into waffles, but these pancakes were mouthwatering! Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!
Worth every cent spent.
Fantastic food. Great service! Keith too great care of us during our breakfast. The prices are about average for a tourist area. The menu is vast! Highly recommended!!
Food and service was on point
Outstanding! Most eat if you're in Waikiki
Loved this place so much, we visited twice. The wait is long but worth it. There are two locations in Waikiki. Great friendly staff.
Portions were generous and it is good value for money
Wow, the coconut syrup with their pancakes is amazing! You will not leave hungry from this place. The staff is friendly, inviting and good location. They have a gift shop to buy their syrup and pancake mix to take home. This is a favorite stop for us when we visit.
Had the crab cake Benedict. Poor service and poor quality of food.
Food was delicious, prices are high but that's expected in Waikiki. I had the Island Style fried rice, which comes with an egg on top. The portion was huge, had enough leftover rice for 2 more meals. Hubby had the island loco Moco, which was the special that day. He enjoyed his meal as well, and had some leftover, but not as much as mine. The only strange thing is that the actual seating and kitchen are upstairs (stairs are on the side of the building, outside) but the hostess counter is downstairs. We went in and put our name on the wait list and there was literally no one else there and a small room to the side with four empty tables. We were very confused until our buzzer went off and he said to go outside and upstairs.
We visited this for breakfast twice.First time was amazing the food and staff was great. We liked it that we decided to go back on our last day in Hawaii. We were told to wait downstairs,Saratoga location, different staff compared to the first time we went and gave off a foul mood.Anyway, we waited and like groups of people that just arrived after us went in first. Then another and anotherwe had a plane to catch so i told my wife lets go obviously they dont want us here.
Loco moco has Portuguese sausage in the gravy. It's quite good. Best Loco moco I had there.
The Portuguese Sausage and Kalbi beef was amazing.
Soooo good, so sweet and unhealthy but simply fantastic, unique and you won’t be disappointed
The seating was very crowded, I had to stand up for a couple minutes so a couple could get situated in a seat next to me because it was so tight. I ordered blueberry crepes and they were the worst crepes I have ever had. The service was fine other than that.
Was good except the bathrooms aren't very clean. The service was wonderful though! My coffee kept getting filled up and they had amazing chocolate chip waffle
Food was good but it was a bit pricey. Seating is very cramped especially on the deck railing and the place gets a line fast so come early.
Was really good breakfast and the service was really good too! We sat upstairs on the little balcony overlooking the street. Nice little joint with really good food. Ate the Hawaiian Loco Moco and it was really good! Got to go here if you are in town.
This place was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. They couldn't ask for a better host than CHRIS! If you don't want to wait to be seated, especially for large parties, you'll definitely need to get there early. The word seems to be out that the service (SHOUT OUT TO MARKUS), the food, and the portions make it well worth the wait - which is why there's so many people willing to do so. The breakfast combinations are so unique and the pancakes are too good to adequately describe. Having received a bag of the pancake mix to take home, I'm now convinced that all pancake mixes are NOT created equal. I'd definitely recommend buying a bag and trying it for yourself.
The food & service is great
There can be a wait but that ought to tell the savvy restaurant goer there is a reason why. The food is that good! Every aspect of our meal was hot, delicious and well prepared. Worth the wait!
Nice place that serves breakfast all day long. They have another location around the corner but the wait was 45 minutes. We came to this one and walked right in. It has 2 floors. The greater downstairs was quite friendly and sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me. All if the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. Large portions are the standard here as well as good taste. You cant go wrong eating here.
This venue was a let down. Waited 20 mins for a table- that wasn’t a problem we didn’t mind at all. The problems started once our meals arrived to the table. Meals are extremely average, that is if they are delivered to you and warm at the time they get to your table. I can put up with a flavourless omelette, but to serve cold eggs, then have missing sides and lastly- missing waitress! We didn’t see her again after she delivered the meals. We had to keep flagging down other staff in other sections to sort out our meal problems (the waitress who helped us was lovely), but weren’t able to flag down someone to get our cheque afterwards so I went up to the desk. The woman at the register was awful to top it off- very abrupt and rude. Not a good venue- in terms of service and quality of the meals, this was the worst experience we’ve had during our time here, plenty of other options available. Do not recommend.
Always popular with the crowd and tourists at breakfast time.
