Always a great experience at Eggs n Things. The food is always good, I love the pancakes that they serve, and their coconut syrup is so good! Definitely a filling meal. There generally be a wait when you come, but it's usually not too long!
The people were were very nice. Service was quick. I had a satisfying breakfast for $10. Couldn't ask for more.
Love this place. Great food
The best loco moco we have ever had so far in Hawaii (we ordered the Hawaiian style loco moco though not the traditional one). The portion is very generous.
Great food, great service!!
Good food, good portions, and the service is very good. I recommend to eat here....
No wait. Nice staff. Good food. I liked the guava syrup. And my daughter liked the mountain of whipped cream on the pancakes and the plantation iced tea.
Friends told me about this place. It wasn't life changing but it was decent.
Good food. Great for morning meetings
Yummy food with great pancakes! Definitely a place to come for those with a sweet tooth. They also have savoury options such as omelets and poached eggs!
Long waiting line, but worth! Everything is great, even toilet (no joke). I have given 18% tips for the great serving.
Fast service friendly waitress & awesome courtesy with A SMILE
This restaurant has a diverse menu, especially for their eggs beings the focus/main item offered. I enjoyed the different syrups I had with my pancakes. My favorite was the coconut syrup!
The menu at this location is huge! So many different options so hard to choose. The mac nut pancakes and blueberry sour cream filled crepes were delicious! The egg white veggie and potatoes were great too! Along with the kimchi! Yummy
I didn't really care for the atmosphere or the staff. The coffee was horrible
We visited around brunch time, so managed to avoid the crowds. Excellent service, we ordered the fried rice (massive portion size) and acai bowl which was very tasty.
This air-conditioned all-breakfast place is called Eggs‘ Things but those in the know always order the pancakes. They are light, fluffy and amazing! Pro tip: parking in front is limited so go around into the Ala Moana shopping center (bottom level) nearest Eggs’n Things and you can easily use the walk-thru to get to breakfast!
I've been here 3 times, but was only able to actually get in once. Food is good. It's always crazy busy here and the service suffers because of it.
Went there after our morning walk and got seated right away. Our waitress was a little slower moving than the others but that's okay for us. We needed time to relax. One of my sister and I had the mushroom and spinach omelette. It was okay, It's not as big as other places I've been to. My sister had the pancakes. 5 medium sized pancakes with a mountain of whip cream and mac nuts on top. My brother in law had the Spam and eggs with rice. Don't think that was enough for him.
Nice place to have bunch, nice dining environment, good location and nice food. The serving size is normal in the US, but for travelers from Hong Kong, be careful that the serving is much more than expected! Pancake and waffle are delicious!!
Very popular brunch place. I would definitely advise getting there early. I ordered the kalbi and eggs. The kalbi was phenomenal, very tasty and seasoned well! The pancakes were just average. I would definitely go back!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Eggs n Things. We get the local fried rice with overeasy eggs and then a stack of pancakes. We mix the guava syrup and the coconut syrup. We dream about eating here.
Food is just awesome and a lot to fill your tummy!
Food & server was good. Their hostess was just ok, could be better. Atmosphere was cold and not welcoming.
Coconut syrup was so good on pancakes. Breakfast burrito was good as well.
Food was good! Service was slow at first but better over time. Waffle with fresh strawberries and whipped cream was delicious.
So happy with our experience. We are visiting from Georgia and needed somewhere quick to eat before our 10am massage. We arrived at 9, ate DELICIOUS food, and were out by 9:30! My boyfriend and I were so pleased that we were served BIG portions and our total bill was only $25! Definitely recommend!
Such an awesome variety of breakfast foods!
Meh! We waited about 30 minutes after 10 on a Sunday. We were seated and ordered our food. I ordered Portuguese sausage and eggs over medium with pancakes. My husband ordered crab cakes Benedict. My food pleasantly surprised me because, very rarely when ordering eggs over medium, do they ever arrive over medium. These did! That's the highlight, unfortunately. My pancakes were cold and my sausage was dry. My husband's eggs Benedict had soggy crab cakes that had no flavor and were heavy. They also came on English muffins which we thought was redundant. The home fries came from a package and were too salty. The Guava syrup for my pancakes was fabulous but cold pancakes took away from that. My husband said the best part of his meal was easily the toast. No joke. Sad statement. We were very excited because we had heard great things. Very disappointing.
Great breakfast. Unlimited coffee. Military discounts. Very busy place; Not necessarily a bad thing.
Great pancakes. I got the macadamia pancakes and really enjoyed them. The portions are huge, so I’ll share next time, but loved them!
Food was great, and so was the service. Wait time wasn't long at all. Will visit again.
Amazing breakfast place ever been to Had famous traditional Hawaii Loco moco breakfast so delicious
Kind of self explanatory. Yeah. Go here. Ok review over.
Love this place it's like home made when guest come over.
Good food, good prices, good service...with Aloha!-)
If you have a sweet tooth, this is a good place to come to. Our waitress was very kind and patiently explained the menu as we took too much time to decide what to order. Top notch service!
Best breakfast food in town. If you are Paleo or Gluten Free this place is for you. Pasture raised Hawaiian local steak. Fantastic food, this cook here does a fantastic job we have been going everyday on our vacation and the cook consistently does a great job! Fantastic breakfast food!
Really good food n many options. Fast service.
There's a few of these around the island. Good breakfast, really big servings.
Great food , excellent service was a wonderful place to take my family from outta town as they had stuff they were use to seeing also some local choices as well
The staff was very kind and courteous. The food delicious and service was prompt. I enjoyed very much the hawaiian moco loco, and the people that frequent the place, I felt at home.
The meals always come out looking and tasting Amazing!
Large portions of excellent food. If you're with someone that likes pancakes just order them with your meal and split them. Mix the coconut and guava syrup together, if you desire.
Great place good service as well..
It took waitress awhile to get to table to wait on us. No spoon to stir coffee. I have always like pancakes! The omelette was ok, I had better! It is expensive! I share my food and the bill was $20 and change! Ask for Kamaina or military discount, 10 percent discount, might save you some money!
The pork chops and eggs with pancakes were awesome.
Great place for anytime. Pancakes are nice but if you order something come with three pancakes. Locomoco and pancake sampler is best, i think.
Awesome breakfast food
You can't really beat their breakfasts if you love pancakes and eggs. Portions are overly generous and service always good. Be aware that it is a tourist attraction so there is often a wait so either go early or go late.
Nice place for breakfast, get the original waffle, its better. :)
Who doesn't like breakfast foods? Eggs 'n Things has great options, it's usually busy here. I love how there's different options of syrups! You should try all of them. Everything was delicious! I can't wait to visit again and try something new!!
This was an amazing breakfast place. It was a little bit of a wait for our party of 12 to seat and eat. But it was worth the wait. The whipped cream on my daughters pancakes was about a foot high. Her look was worth it to go back and order it agian. I have had to pile the whipped cream on there pancakes at home because they what to always go here for breakfast.
Great food, fast and friendly service
Food and service is good. Kind Of expensive. They would do way more business if it wasn't for there prices. They would have way more customers return for there food. Lower prices. Would be awsome.
Order the Hawaiian Moco delicious and enough gravy. So ono!
A very nice place for breakfast. Good, filling food and nice service. A little bit overcrowded sometimes.
Service was great & the portions is good for the price, but wanted a more robust flavor with the Mac nut crusted ahi I had but over all it's worth coming back again, without a doubt!
Love the hot cocoa and kalbi and eggs
Good place for breakfast. No free wifi besides Spectrum/TWC.
Foods good, but the guy seating us wouldnt seat us together so I found that displeasing
Good breakfast, worth the short wait.
Although my pancake didnt come with my order, I was full then. But great food
Eggs 'n Things is always so busy but worth the wait! Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable staff make the experience better.
If you like seafood get the crab cakes Benedict. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The breakfast potatoes were season well and tasted like arby's curly fries
This is a must EVERYTIME I'm in Hawaii.
Great selection of really good breakfast food
The spam breakfast burrito was awesome, well worth the wait!
Come for the pancakes! The best pancakes I have had on island are here, nothing special or out of the ordinary just really good regular pancakes. The rest of the food is great too but doesn't stand out like their own pancake mix. Place is always crowded and service can be a little spotty at times but one of my go-to's for breakfast/brunch here on island.
Great place to eat with the best service and friendly staff. The food is the best going around.
Food was great! Even had turkey bacon yeah!!!
OMG! I had to give 5⭐ for this onolicious Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Burger!
With grandson on vacation visiting daughter in Hawaii in military...Disney Resort excellent food.
Make sure you go early...we got there at 7am..no wait. Ono food and good service...
My favorite breakfast place on Oahu!
Classic breakfast spot and worth the wait. If you are a smaller party (two or riding solo) you may find a spot at the counter (four seats typically). If you're a larger party (three+) expect a decent wait. We had the omelette special (kalua, tomato's, onions + short stack) and crepe special (Mandarin & cheesecake). Both were really good, although I did find what looked to be a hair in one of my pancakes.
The place was busy and we had to wait but the service was quick and the food was amazing!
Great food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. ALWAYS a great dining experience!! I love that the food is fantastic without being heavy and greasy. It's all fresh, huge variety and filling.
Excellent breakfast in a convenient location. This one is a little better than the Waikiki location in my opinion. Great service and excellent food. It’s a little pricey but good food is worth it!
The pancakes and waffles are always perfectly prepared. They taste good. Thre portions are a good size. Their omelettes are tasty and well cooked. I just really don't like that 4 inch high pile of whipped cream. It's a unique touch that identifies this restaurant, but it is also a messy, waste.
Was staying at a nearby hotel and was looking for a good breakfast place with fried rice. This place didn’t disappoint and I’m eager to come back. Ordered the island fried rice with eggs (over medium) and it was really tasty. The rice was a good mix of meats and veggies and the eggs on top were just right and made for a nice combination.
Think of this place as a diner with better food than most. Its priced well for Oahu, service is pretty good, and the food is good diner food. There seems to be a 15-20 minute wait on average, but worth it for a decent breakfast.
A hidden gem in Ala Moana mall. Today Mark's my second visit to this location. They serve a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Every dish my husband and I have tried is well made and delicious. Their coffee is really great too. If this isn't enough to get you to come down, the company sponsors the make a wish foundation. Evidence is found all over the restaurant of children who they contributed to helping their dreams come true. The staff is extremely polite. Locals frequent this location as well but dont take my word for it. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area.
The food is always good!
Was good & tasty! Service was quick and friendly and the environment there is nice.
Large servings, fast service, delicious food. Pancakes were soft and fluffy. Omelet was packed with bacon and potatoes. I could eat here every day.
Excellent service Excellent food just all around Excellent!! Highly recommend
Good food nice service
Nice food, quick friendly service
Our expectations were high due to the reviews we read. The coffee was strong which we liked and the service was fast. Our omelettes were not seasoned and very greasy. The potatoes were cold and chewy. We would not return of back in Honolulu.
The staffs are nice. The food good and presentation is very appealing. It ambiance need some major uplifting. Generally i'll recommend it for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Always have enough for leftovers for days!
My second time here with my wife and it's been great service and food. It's not as busy as the other locations depending on which time you go, we've been lucky. The place hasn't changed from a few years back on our last visit which isn't a bad thing. It's not grimy like some other breakfast place, pretty bright and seems well maintained. Food wise the savory stuff came out good and tasty. This time around though the pancakes didn't stick or was a bit too crumbly so it was missing that nice fluffy chew we were used to. It'll still be our to go brunch spot when we're in Oahu. Till next time. Mahalo
U hunger wanna eat good food with n awsome staff n friendly service to back that. GO fill ur tummy u will be satisfied. That's the spot. ENJOY
This place is the best breakfast place I have ever been to! Large portions and fair prices is always a plus. We got the lava flow pancake special and the Portuguese sausage omelette, both were extremely good. Would recommend to anyone on the island.
Too crowded and costly for what you're getting
Good Food but very little parking
The breakfast burrito is delicious and the pancakes are amazing. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or so, but well worth it!
Very good food, friendly staff.
Great local place with excellent food and service. GO EARLY
Amazing staff. Good food with lots of options.
This place is our local go to. Crazy busy inside, but they are quick and very nice. Great prices on food for every meal, and a loaded Hawaiian loco moco with onions and mushrooms. I mean, who could ask for more?!
They really lost the Aloha spirit. Their service & policies do not cater to the customer, and they should reevaluate them. I'm definitely not going back! If you want good food, with good prices & service, DO NOT GO HERE! Very disappointed.
Ate the smoked salmon beneict with pancakes. It was delicious and the egg was perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Nice casual beakfast place.
Best pineapple juice in town! Food was excellent! Not sure why people say the server/customer service was bad! Our server was amazing! Mahalo
Great food !and. Super quick service!
The eggs benedict were really good, the waffle was delicious. The service can be slow but the food is great. I also felt the servers came off a little careless.
Everything we had was very delicious. I especially loved the onion rings and one hell of a maitai.
Awesome service, food came out fast, and ono
The food was so delicious. This location can get pretty busy, so expect a bit of a wait at peak times. Portion sizes are large. My husband and I usually split meals or order 2 meals and take the rest to have the next day. The macadamia nut pancakes are just fantastic and the breakfast burrito is huge and quite filling. I’m not a fan (at all) of their coffee. To me it tastes a little burnt. All in all, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu except the coffee :-). Friendly staff and convenient location makes this place a great option for hungry shoppers.
Food meets expectations. Service just okay. Dining room is noisy.
Absolutely the "bomb wonderful" for any time of day meal. Fast service & friendly.
This place is a solid diner. Would give it a 3.5. Of course, the staff is friendly.
A must if you come to waikiki, make sure to try the Guava and/or Coconut syrup on your pancakes.
What a nice place for a casual breakfast. Host and servers were very sweet. Food was delicious and prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend. Thanks Alyna for the great service :)
Very good place to eat and very good customer service!...
Service was on point...food was great no complaints here.
Perfect for breakfast. Food court couldn't please my breakfast craving, however eggs n things nailed it!
I mostly go there for the big, mix, tasty fried rice, to go. the place is sometimes full (even parking) but you'll get in, I like sunday, always great for "take out"
I love eggs and things. The food is always delicious. The service is not or miss. Sometimes you get the most helpful waitress other times you get a person who just wants to hang out in the kitchen.
Pleasant I ordered the smoked salmon benedict and hot chocolate with pancakes
Totally understand why there's long lines to get in! Excellent food! We tried: the pineapple-pork chop breakfast, the special omelet(steak, pepper jack, mushrooms) the cucumber salsa was a great taste - different for sure, but good, we also had the crab eggs benedict, and pineapple crepes... All excellent!! Worth the wait and definitely will be back!!
Love the Wells waffles. Not the typical thick Belgian were used to but a thinner, crisper version. Topped with bananas, softened butter, drizzle with coconut syrup and go to town!!
Nice place for family breakfast. Vegan menu. Good food
I went with a friend of mind it was busy but waited a lil over 5 min on a Saturday that was pretty fast if you ask me. We both had the omelette special of the day I had it with rice she chose to have spuds which she wishes she sent back to get crispier. We also split an order of macadamia pancakes. Food was great aside from the potatoes and left there full and had pancakes to bring home for a late night snack. I will definitely be back for another session. mahalo
Decent breakfast menu from local favorites to pancakes and French toast with any kind of topping. Service seems rushed but all in all still recomended
Great home style cooked meal.
Great whipped cream pancake with fluty source is a best fit.
Waiting 45 minutes for Eggs just seems a bit unpractical. But if you have a lazy day in mind then go for it
Friendly and helpful staff. This place has traditional favorites and a great option of healthy choices. And Lola is great. They make me feel at home here.
Great spot that is more locals than tourists. Try the Ahi and eggs....you wont regret it. Also the pancake dishes are pretty epic. Overall it's delicious and a good stop.
So much to choose from on the menu, its sure to satisfy everyone in your group. Our server was sweet and the food was awesome.
Good food, interesting combinations with pancakes and toppings, artfully prepared. We were there at breakfast time, mostly tourists and I felt the prices were a bit high for my tastes but well within the range for Honolulu.
Awesome breakfast options. The place gets really packed if you come after 730. The food is delicious. The staff is attentive, professional, efficient, and warm. It is a great place to have breakfast.
I'm never disappointed! Always worth the wait!
I visited with my family today for my last brunch in hawai travel. Food was OK but service was terrible. I orderred egg benedict and chose pancake (u can choose among rice, pancake and potato). My server gave me egg benedixt with rice. I told another server that I chose pancake and he deliverred my message to my server. It is ok to make a mistake but the problem is how to fix it. He never came back to say sorry and was busy in serving others. I had to just wait and see my egg get cold. I did not touch it because I did not know how he would fix it. It took more than 20 minutes to get my pancake without any word of sorry. I ate cold egg with hot pancake and was very upset.
They have great food, and large portions. I always end up taking half of my food home. Make sure you call ahead of time to .ake a reservation or be prepared to wait an average of half an hour, any time you come.
Didn't have to wait long for a table. The food was good. Ordered the spinach, bacon, omlete and added corn beef hash. Their pancakes are good too. When I come back to Hawaii will definitely come back
Awesome food local home town vibe. Great breakfast.
Good food service was super very friendly and always checked on us love the onion rings
Always a good breakfast/lunch standby. Tasty, satisfying plates, clean and bright interior and convenient parking at the Pi'ikoi location. Service is fast and efficient.
Good food and excellent service.
I like it they make steaks with eggs.....
Love the food! Very nice and friendly staff :)
Felt like family (Ohana) with the service. Great home cooking - and the coffee cup was always topped-off. A must for visitors / tourists and a staple for locals!
Fabulous restaurant! A must try when you're in Honolulu.
Such great service with friendly staff and great food. A must eat for anyone visiting the island.
I was there for breakfast. The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend it
