Friendly staff, super fast service. I ordered a banana split, hot fudge sundae and dipped cone in a cup and they were ready in about two minutes! Impressive! Yes, they are expensive, but it's literally on the beach :)

Bought a few medium sized chocolate dipped cones for the family and they were pretty small sized, but they tasted fine. After spending $22 on chocolate dipped cones we asked for a water and they gave us a cup of water a little bigger than a shot glass. It was really hot outside and we just spent $22 on ice cream cones. I asked for a bigger cup and they said they have to charge the price of a large soda if we wanted the bigger cup. Am I asking for too much? I didn't think so, but maybe that's just me. Welcome to America! Enjoy the freedom y'all!

Our party of 4 decided to go to this dairy queen. We ordered a banana split, a coke float, and 2 medium sundaes... One pineapple and one chocolate... One memeber of our group does not eat nuts so we told the woman fixing the sundaes to only put whip cream on that one and the other one will be fine with both whip cream and nuts. Well the lady mixed it all up and when we told her it was not correct. She immediately got an attitude. This is not the way to run a business... If you don't have customer service DONT WORK ANYWHERE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. Sad to say we won't be returning.

Aloha! Each time I'm here staying at the Ilikai we always drop by here with kids for ice cream and shakes. After 2 hours of swimming this is our go to place. Friend and helpful staff. Lots of tourist around but I'm surprised never crowded. Plus they have no problem giving us waters during a warm day. Hooray!!!
