Pizza was great, but a little overpriced I think. Place was very busy when I visited around dinner time and seemed to be understaffed since there was one server who was helping 8 tables. Patio seating is nice, the inside seating felt kind of dull.

One time when my friend and I were there, the waiter took forever to get our food ready. We were getting more ticked off as the minutes passed. I suggest you go to the one in Ala Moana or Kahala Mall since they take much less time and their chefs are better than cooking.

spent the last week in waikiki, ate out every single meal. by far the best service we have received all week. coming from someone who worked in the hospitality industry for the better part of a decade, arthur is an amazing server, very nice and attentive to our needs. we will return.

Good food, sub-par / slow service. Took 15 minutes after being seated just to get the server to come by the table to order a couple of cold Cokes, and another 10 to get them. Ordered a couple of pizzas as well, took 45 minutes to get those. The food was good otherwise and sitting outside on the patio is great in the evening.

Waikiki location great Ryan bartender waiter. Took care of your order and never hesitated to stop and check to see if we needed anyouing and automatically refilled our drinks. Told him, keep them coming till I fall off my chair.

Good clean restaurant, you can sit inside or on the balcony overlooking the main Street of Waikiki. Staff are friendly and food is quite tasty

WATCH OUT!!! Food was great no issues there but the staff is awful. Our server left our drinks unrefilled too many times for too long and seemed to be irritated the whole night. Then the next day I was looking at my bank statement going over everything and I realized that for the final billed I pay $11 extra. The server literally added to his tip so I went in and got my money back but hopefully the server Eric gets fired for doing this.

Decided to stop here for a quick dinner while vacationing in Hawaii. Upon entering the location, the hostess was yelling at our waitress (Karen) and did not seem to care that we were standing at the front of them waiting to be seated. Karen sat there getting yelled at by her coworker while the hostess failed to do her job. The level of unprofessional exhibited by the hostess was completely embarrassing. My partner and I felt so bad for Karen, even though Karen held her cool and put a smile on while walking us to our table. She is an amazing server, and I appreciate her service today. She is the ONLY reason I am giving this location 5 stars. Where I’m from associates do not engage in conversation like that on the floor or in front of guests. Thank you for being amazing Karen.

Friendly staff made my experience a great one. My server, Jane, was fast and efficient and was full of Aloha. I had BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple added. It was a good combination. For dessert I had the key lime pie. It was delicious.

This CPK was great a year ago. But tonight they weren't even busy at 530 when we came in and still disappointed. Food was good. But service dismal. Plates weren't cleared throughout the meal, no check ups on anything else needed after getting our dinner or refills, etc. Server was very slow to provide check and just didn't care. I hope management takes notice that their staff are falling down on the job.

I have never written a review about any restaurant ever before but this place....Wow! Amazing! Our server was Gabe, he explained the best sellers on the menu as soon as we were seated. Our food came in less than 10 minutes and was nothing less then DELICIOUS! And since we came at 4pm he had time to stop and tell us about all the places to go visit during the rest of our trip. We leave in 3 day but we will definitely be back before we go!

Stopped by for a couple of pizzas and some drinks. It was about 5:00pm and they might have been short staffed, however, the manager came out to assist us and she was wonderful. Another server showed up and everything started to flow fine. I was impressed that the manager took the time to assist everyone. Food was very good and we tried the sangria flights, which was fantastic.

I tend to give out 4+ stars frequently but this place was lacking quality. The spinach artichoke dip was barely warm. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza as it’s what they are known for. It felt like it was lacking. Service was good and we were seated right away. I would happily try other local pizza places before coming back here if I felt like pizza.

I ordered CPK Waikiki through bite squad last night and none of the items i ordered came out correctly. My pizza was missing items, the extra sauces I ordered didnt come (which wasn't that big a deal) but I did order it, the Mexican street corn was BURNT and so was the bread... looked like charcoal as well as missing half the ingredients. I called the store immediately after I placed the order and said i just wanted to make sure i get enough bread and oil for my friends that were eating as well. I got nothing I asked for at all. Manager said he would give me 2 free entrees and that's it after a $50 order was completely messed up. I'll never be going to the Waikiki location ever again. Kahala never messes up my order every single time Waikiki has.

Cpk has great food. I've been to this location 3 times (over the course of 3 years) and every single time the service is just awful. It's not super busy so I truly don't know why EVERYTHING takes so long.

Had the pleasure of dining here on October 28,2018. And the hostess was very pleasant , we waited only 15 minutes for our table. While sitting there a lady who I believe was the manager came to our table and greeted us, she was so friendly and made me feel like a VIP. Our waiter was very kind. Overall it was an EXCEPTIONAL visit!

The BBQ chicken pizza had good taste but the dough was chewy. The Margarita pizza was like they put it on a cracker. On the other hand, the Buffalo cauliflower was to die for and the szechuan chicken dumpling were a hit.

Food and atmosphere were amazing. We were seated pretty quickly and had drinks to us equally as quickly. I had the chicken piccata, which was superb. My wife had the pepperoni pizza which was also excellent.

This was the best place I found to eat in Waikiki... Service was exceptional and nothing was any trouble. I know many places work for tips, but they are not often earned... The staff here went above to serve. Highly recommend. Food quality was excellent too.

Sad to say this was not a good experience. Our waitress was not on the ball at all and a manager happened to walk by and notice our family sitting for a long time without any help. He ad to take our order for her. When she delivered out drinks she never even apologized for the slow service. It took 15 minutes to get water. It was not busy. She was either new or just didn't care - or both. We went to the Cheesecake Factory the night before and had incredible service. Go there! The place was packed and our server was on top of everything. He never wrote down a single thing we ordered, was prompt and attentive.

Don't go here. Placed 3 orders to be paid separately. One to come out closer to the end of the meal for someone who couldn't make it. Also asked for 3 separate checks. Waited abnormally long for our food. My pizza was cold. And the 3rd order came out with the first 2 which means it was eaten cold also. Then the check came out with all 3 orders on it. Clearly not what was discussed prior to ordering. Best part. It was 11:15am. There might have been 3 tables seated in the whole restaurant at that time. 2 hour process. Ridiculous and Disappointing. Don't go here.

What a great pizza we had and our server Daryl was so nice very professional and quick with our order. My wife and I ordered different pizzas and both were really good mine was was the sausage and pepperoni and my wife had the shrimp and garlic with no tomato paste on the crust because she has a food allergy so she can't eat tomato. Anyway the pizzas were great and the sangria was a very large large stemmed glass of red wine sangria with real blueberries in it very tasty . The chairs on the balcony were a little high we would get the table and chairs with shorter legs next time. We will definitely visit again the prices were very reasonable also !
