They always seem to go very lite on the meats in the howl burritos. The scooped meat didn't evan empty in my bowl . It was stuck about half full. When I asked for him to empty it , he just looked at me like I was funny and I'd nothing. I asked him because it's been that way numerous times I've come. I won't come again. Gotta give them a 3 star because, sometimes they tend to be a bit lazy with swapping out the free chips they give away. I had some that were beyond stale and not very enjoyable. I understand you want to get rid of them because, it has gotten stale but trow them away is the best approach. Don't pawn them off to your patrons that like the real crispy and fresh chips with the sauces. Besides that I do like to get their salad my way...for some reason it is very filling!

The food is really good and fresh. I always get a bowl w/Adobe chicken & rice with all the sides (the guac is always fresh w/just the right amount of cilantro). The food is way more tasty than Chipotle. The only drawback is the location (in a plaza with Publix). It's like navigating through a war zone, during the lunch rush. Parking is tight and hard to find. You have to really want Willy's to endure. Once you get your food, crack open the bag, smell those warm fresh tortilla chips w/salsa verde, it's on an' poppin with your taste buds (mouth watering just thinking about this place).

My daughter loves this place! Great kid meals for my grandchildren. I am currently trying to go low carb and was disappointed there are no options in that regard. If I got a salad and held the carbs, I would have a bowl of lettuce, some pico, cheese and chicken.

Ordered Grande queso and medium guacamole to go. I get home and queso was nasty, watery and tasted like burnt cheesy. It was not the typical queso flavor that I'm used to at Willy's. It was also yellow watery queso not the white queso from other Willy's locations I have been to. The guacamole was also watery, not sure cuz of the tomatoes in it, flavor was ok but was disappointed in this Hammond location.

Great lunch spot! Don't be scared by the line to (and sometimes out) the door. Service is quick, and just like every Willy's location, the ingredients are high quality and make for some delicious burritos, tacos, and quesadillas! Many guests carry out at lunch so seating is not typically an issue. Most importantly, the staff don't yell "WELCOME TO WILLY'S" at you when you walk in.

It's the burrito in town although... It's changed. The menu is different now but you can still get the older offerings if you know them. But some of the tastes of changed too. Different locations offer a different experience which probably comes down to training and trying to make them all alike. The veggie and tofu burrito are still available though... So that's a good thing.

The dining area was trashed. Even the seats had trash all over them. There were very few customers in there....maybe 6 of us. I ate at the cleanest spot i could find but the trash can in front of my table in front of the windows had food spilled all over the floor underneath it. Like a drink and burrito spilled on the floor. It was the dirtiest dining area i've ever seen. On top of it there was at least 7 employees cutting up and talking to each other in the back of the kitchen. I waited several minutes to be helped. One employee was actually helping customers. He made my food and rang me up as well as the lady in front of me. One guy even walked up like he was gonna help me , I said hello to him and just looked at me . The guy who actually helped me and made my food did a great job but with all the people having fun in the kitchen you would think someone could have cleaned the trashed dining room before the fun and games began in the kitchen. I will not be returning to this particular location. Terrible experience! If the dining room is this nasty what does the kitchen and back of house look like where they handle your food and prep it! Get it together Willie!

There is an older Hispanic guy who works the cold side of the operation, rolling burritos is not his specialty. The problem is when he rips them he often tries to cover it up. Then when you ask him to fix it, he only scoops out about 2/3 of the burrito into a new tortilla and you lose all the flavor, but still pay the full cost. There are probably 20 more Willys in the city, I’m not coming back here. This has happened a number of times but today was the last straw. Edited: As of 12/4/18, no reply received from email sent last month. Oh well. Save our tortillas please.

We walked in, no hello, no how are you doing, nothing. Weird but okay. As we’re ordering food, I noticed how dirty the food was displayed, service was awkward and lacking. We go over to the drinks area, there’s just puddles on the floor, looked like someone just threw the wet sign and left it. Tasted the sweet tea, the tea had gone bad. Food was dry. Service sucked. Sanitation was disgusting.

Willy's is definitely one of my favorite quick and delicious Mexican American restaurants. My favorite thing to get is the burrito bowl. I got to have Willy's special sauce which is phenomenal I'm not even sure what's in it but I just like throat on my burrito bowl but I also started carrying I think it's peach lemonade, a bunch of other Lemonade's but they're pretty good

Poor service. I regret not getting the name of the young man with whom I had the issue. He was the guy starts with the burrito or bowl. He had a very nasty attitude and his posture and mannerisms matched. It was as if someone was forcing him to work there. I walked out while he was preparing my burrito to keep from being confrontational. Never again will I patronize Willy's. Especially the Hammond Dr. location.

This is a review of their catering options only! I did not enter this restaurant, but was at an event which had catering from Willy's Mexicana Grill. As-such, I will simply provide a simple review of the food provided, which was chips and quesadilla's. The chips were very, very good. They are flaky, with just enough crunch to provide a satisfactory bite. Dipping into the queso sauce is pleasurable and I found their queso to be quite good. The quesadilla's were a bit above average, however I would've wished for the chicken quesadilla to contain more chicken.

WATCH YOUR CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS HERE REGARDS TO TIPS Update as of 2/16/2019: I spoke to the manager, Christian today in person to make him aware of the concern. He refunded my dollar and apologized. He could not locate the receipt in the large pile but he stated they will be sure to investigate. They would not defraud customers on a tip. I hope this is the truth. I plan to NEVER go back after they added a tip for one dollar when I did not consent. It is unethical to defraud a customer. If the staff is that desperate they must be fired. I would suggest you keep a close watch and audit the tips to verify this STOPS. This is disturbing to me. The crazy issue is my total was exactly $7 even so I thought that was sort neat so I recalled the exact amount easy and when I looked to my bank and saw $8 I knew it was fraud. I am very upset. This is dishonest and if un-watched the person will get bolder stealing cash from the register I am sure. The purchase was on 2/12/2019 @ 11:42 AM for $7.00 even and I did not leave a tip but they took $8.00. Service was very slow and the line was out the door so I could not at the time give a tip for slow service. This was a very bad experience.

Good place for Mexican food! They have good service and friendly staff serving the food and drinks always. I frequent here a few times a year with friends. The place didn't have exactly the cleanest in the restrooms a couple of visits at this location but it isn't usually the case here. Also one time I visited the front area was filthy with debris and trash on the floors but the place was packed and busy at the moment. It may have just been from the busy traffic in and out of the building because never seen it like that before. Good place for the most part and they get it right here most of the time. Highly recommend!

This restaurant reminds me of another build your own burrito style place in a town I used to live in. It's the first place of it's type that comes close to comparing to the one back there. And to be fair, it's probably just as awesome as that place was.

Well I gave this store 3 chances and never again! The tastiest part of my food was the fork.. the store is always extremely dirty when I visit. Clearly the owner of this franchise gave up on it long ago. Taco Bell has way more flavor. Save your money folks. I hate to even give them one star.

Maybe their slogan should be "Enjoy the skillet but watch out for the panhandler!" The staff here is impressively able to quickly serve the insane traffic and crowd levels of what feels like the most populated 1 mile radius in the city during lunch hour. I got the grilled chicken burrito bowl and they aren't stingy with the amount! However, they are expensive. My burrito bowl was $10 and didn't come with a drink. Furthermore, it's hard to eat here without getting hit up for cash by a panhandler or two.

Great staff, very nice and personable, pretty good food. I would have given it 4 stars, but about a year ago i ordered a burrito with the pork. It tasted fine and look ok but it smell like tuna. Not joking, people around me were asking me if i ordered a tuna burrito. But that is the only bad/weird experience ive had there. Would i recommend people to eat there?... Yes, I've been there since and never had problem.

I went here a couple times for the first time about a week ago. I ordered the Baja burrito plate. The sides were plentiful, but I always ended up with a lot left over after eating with the burrito. The burrito was mostly folded correctly, but not enough filling for the tortilla size used. Service was ok; the guy putting the food together was incredibly sweaty, which is risky when it comes to food service. Food tasted good otherwise.

Always a pleasure visiting this business. They interact great with the guests, always smiles on their faces and it looks like they enjoy their colleagues. Food is great too for a chain restaurant. Even when they are in the weeds, if you see something needs refilled (salsa bowl, tea, lemonades), they're super quick to address it. This happens even when a manager isnt there keeping eye. Great folks, great food, GREAT place!

The server lied about the type of food they serve. I asked for a certain type of steak, on the menu in store and online, and was told they that stopped making that steak a YEAR ago. If the company stopped making the steak a YEAR ago, it should be off your menu (in store and online).

So glad to get one of the best tofu burritos I've had in a while... it was Yum-my! I had stopped going to Willy's for a while because the last two I went to (one was in Marietta area) did not serve justice to the tofu burrito, to the point I wanted to take it back. The Hammond Drive Willy's Mexican Grill made up for it. The tofu burrito was Deli-i-cious.

Great, fresh Mexican food at a great price! This place has all your standard Mexican favorites but it's not your standard Mexican joint. Everything here is prepared fresh with fresh ingredients, and the portions won't leave you hungry. Order at the counter (or online) and grab a booth or get it to go. Quick, clean, fresh and tasty - a great choice for a great meal.
