I used to love this place, but it has taken a slide downhill. When my girlfriend and I arrived, we asked for a booth, but didn't get one although everyone else after us did. Not too big a deal. We ordered 30 wings which took 45 plus minutes to come out and no word from our server saying it was taking longer than expected. He just disappeared. Then when we got our food, it only had 24 wings and the wrong assortment. We asked to speak to a manager and he was nice and fixed the problem. ( He was only reason they got 2 stars and not one ) We started to eat and the wings were dry like they sat there for a while. The server came and apologized then disappeared again. We had to hunt him down to pay, then had to go to the bar to get change because again, he disappeared. Left 20% of discounted total which was generous considering the service was terrible. Overall, a very poor experience. I will go to a different location, if I even go back.

Great place for late night food. Their wings and buffalo shrimp were good. Friendly service. Lots of screens to catch the games on. Lots of parking right in front of the restaurant. It's also located only a couple of blocks from the freeway so it's an easy place to grab something when you are driving by in the area.

Didn’t even have buffalo wings at the wing bar... just barbecue and boneless lemon pepper nuggets, both tasted awful. Service was also terrible despite there being only four tables seated in the dining area.

This place might be my favorite bar in America. The friendliest staff, allows me to smoke cigars inside, and watch sports on several TV’s. Live music, karaoke, half-priced wings. There’s something to love every night at the wild wing. If you don’t like smoke they have a non smoking side of the restaurant away from the bar area.

Solid spot. Sat at the bar, which allows smoking. Only rating bar experience. Good priced beer and food. Bartender was awesome (Tara?). Had the nuggets (boneless wings). Good size, great flavor and perfect amount of sauce, not too much but enough. Not a fan of the smoking. Most were vaping, which is fine. No big screen options but plenty of TV's. 3 stars for the smoking and lack of big screens. Not a place I would go to for watching sports but good overall.

Best wing selection around especially for groups. Get the platter of 60 and select 10 different seasonings. Still smoker friendly at the bar or patio which you may ot may not like. Adequate draft selection as well. Always a friendly place and some nights the live music. Lunch time all you can eat buffet is good deal.

Tuesday afternoon, walked inside. No one at front. Waited for 13 minutes, still no one, decided to call to try to get attention... Listened as phone rang at desk, to which no still no one came... Then from behind employee walks in, asks if I need to be seated (I believe he was coming in for shift). Tell him "No" and decided to leave. After, attempt to call again to speak with manager or someone about experience... And again no answer. Writing this from Buffalo Wild Wings down the street instead. Very disappointing.

Terrible staff. Absolutely horrible with no regard for people. I paid for a 7 something dollar drink with a 20 and accidentally left my change. I went outside to smoke a cigarette and then they closed while I was outside. I realized that I left my change and called the store. They ignored. When someone came outside I asked for my change and they threatened to call the police. Simply because I wanted my change. Untrustworthy terrible people that work here.

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone , after waiting 15min to place a Togo order then telling the server what I wanted a item was still left off the order as he stated he didnt think I wanted it ....and the flavors of the wings I wondered where nothing short of horrible no real flavor at all ... for wings I do not recommend this place at all ..

As a Dining Advantage Member, I purchased a coupon for $2.00 offering buy one entry get one of equal or lesser value for free, specific only to the Windward location. With a printed coupon and all of the disclaimers, I attempted to order take-out and was refused. Although not printed on the coupon, I was told I could not use a coupon except for dine-in only. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for several minutes. When someone answered, I asked if he was a manager and he stated he was speaking for the manager. For a second time I asked for a manager and after a few minutes more, Steve came to the phone, stating he was the manager. I communicated to him the coupon did not state the order had to be dine-in only and Steve said that it was the owner's decision not to accept the coupon. I am at work, I have one child at track training and another home studying and it is not possible for us to dine-in. I wasted $2.00 as they would not honor a coupon for take-out.

The big buffalo chicken sandwich is so good! I loved how soft the bread was and they give you extra sauce for free! Our waiter was a bit nonchalant and wouldn't come over sometimes, but other than that I thought it was nice.I would go again for lunch. Theyre wings buffet needs more variety and fries!

Terrible service. I arrived at 3:45 with no one in the restaurant. The cook who lied and said he was the manager was sitting in the eating area on a personal call. I placed my order at 4:00, didn’t receive any type of service until 4:35 after the cook returned to the eating area on personal call. After I got up and left, he pleaded with me to stay that my food was coming. I asked for a manager he replied I am the manager. This place is a disgrace to the food industry. Where is the management? Where is the customer service. Do not eat at this location. The service is close to trash.

Food is usually pretty good. service is slow and inattentive, even if you are the only person there. Wings are awesome however. Everything else is average a best but this is one of the best wing places in Alpharetta. just be prepared for mediocre service.

Food was great. Sorry I didn't take a picture. I ordered a tequila sunrise and 12 wings; six lemon pepper and six flaming parmesan. The waiter was knowledgeable and food came out in a timely manner. The bar is a smoking area and even though I was sitting on the opposite side I could still smell the smoke and because I am allergic to cigarette smoke my face was burning at the end of my meal. I will go back but ensure I sit much further away from the smokers.

Well after waiting 30 min plus for our lunch everything was not that great the lemon pepper wings tasted like plan wings and frys limp. I no it is game day but it not like we all did not no it was coming there is no excuse for having to wait for an order of 6 and a order of 12 wings for 30 min. plus. The band "Fantabulous" (I think that's what they were called) was amazing! The only problem was that the band and the DJ were extremely loud! To a point you couldn't carry a conversation without having to scream, LOUD! Not only that, but it made it very uncomfortable. I'm a guy who loves live music, and I never been to a place with live music where the music was that loud! So hey Manager, turn it down a little and maybe you will get more people to stay and enjoy their time!

Worst experience of my life.... 1st we received a order of burned wings when i asked to get a remake i could hear the cook in the back screaming..."which table... they can make their own damn wings... and other curse words... then i asked to speak to the manager the "expo" which is who brought out the new wings which were clearly a different hue he even admitted the cook over cooked the wings....he then told me the manager stepped out i waited until he walked away then turned around and asked another waiter she stepped away and brought the manager right out. I ledt out that i refused to take the togo order i also had coming out and the new batch of wings because i couldn't trust them now... i offered to pay for what i ate ...the sampler and a 12 piece.....now when carson the manager came out he says yeah we get complaints on him he is a drunk.... then the cook came out to the front and my fiance was frightened that a drunk mad cook is coming out she grabbed her fork for defense... there is more but you get the drift.... this was 5/26/19 i will be calling corporate and the owner.

We had some chicken wings and tortillas and my friends had some drinks. The jalapeno sauce and the Chinese sauce for wings became our instant favourite. Will come.back again to try other wings flavours. Music was too loud. So v had to take a seat outside and it was pleasant outside.

Zero stars if I could. Two recent visits. Expect slow service if group of 4 or higher. Staff are lazy. They lost a customer at the door, because the staff remain in the kitchen. Slow service. Hostess was chewing gum. Go to the Collection for a better venue.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 14+ years so it takes alot for me to say something. My boyfriend and I dined here last night because we wanted some wings and he loves the jalapeno cheddar. We waited 45+ minutes for our food, and were about ready to walk out when the food finally came. Not only were the wings very dry and not very hot, but they shorted us 6 wings! Our server was nowhere to be found the entire time...he kept disappearing. We had to ask for a manager because we were so upset. He gave us a discount which was nice and brought us the wings we were shorted. When it came time to pay, still couldn't find our server. Had to hunt him down to pay, he didn't return as usual after dropping the check off so we had to go to the bar to get change. Overall extremely disappointing experience, definitely will not return to this location. I used to love this place. I worked down the street for 10 years and my friends and I used to come here just about every week for karaoke night. It has changed so much, service used to be great now it's just awful.

This spot is awesome. We are not big on franchises but they are doing it right with their wings! Tenders could be a little crispier but the taste and variety of the sauces is great! I wish they had a homemade ranch. And if it happens to be homemade i wish it tasted like it. Overall awesome spot which we will certainly be visiting again!

Not a great experience this time.. Our service was terrible, it took forever. My bfs food was served almost 10 min before mine came out. What should have been a 30 to 40 min meal 8 o'clock at night took an hour and 20.min from seating to check. Wings were amazing. My wrap was the same as I always get., and it was so hot it made my stomach boil. I threw the other half away. Well see what happens the next go. Round... Just stick with wings.

The food is good, the prices are great but the service here is deplorable. It took 10 minutes for the server to come to our table (two of us and there was only one other table inhabited). From the time we ordered (a hamburger and a salad) it took an additional 20 minutes and I could tell the guy forgot about us due to his body language. The burger was cold by the time we got it—it had been sitting awhile. Then an additional 10 minutes after we were finished to get the check. We didn’t even get a refill on drinks, because he didn’t check in during the entire meal! He was too busy sitting at the bar in the other room, chatting and watching TV.

This is the second time we went. The first, service was kind of slow but the second time service was terrible. The waiter only came by twice, once to take drink orders and the second to take good orders. The waiter who served our food said they would get utensils but never came back. Then we sat for 25 min trying to flag someone down to get our check. The food is ok, but the service definitely ruined it.

Wooo! How did I miss this place for so long!!!! You’ve got some great food and nice staff! Rianna (I’m sorry if I spelt that wrong) was a great waitress! The drinks I ordered were made way better than any other bars around except for a thing that the Margaritas aren’t that strong, well they gave me an extra serving to add taste as I like which they didn’t have too but they did! It was crowded in the bar on a Monday evening, that says a lot bout this place! Awesome job y’all crew @Wild Wings!

I have only been here during lunch for the lunch buffet. For $14 with tax and tip you get AYCE wings, tots, and soup (usually 2-3 to choose from). Gets crowded on Fridays so come earlier if you can. Will offer 6 flavors to choose from and refreshed quite often. Extra celery is an additional cost after your first basket. Service is good and quick.

I love Wild Wing Cafe! Unfortunately, this is my least favorite location due to the split sections for smoking and non smoking. The non smoking section still stinks terribly of smoke. I deducted 2 stars for this reason. The food is amazing and the service was really good. I wish they would get rid of the smoking section altogether.

The first time I ate at Wild Wing cafe I loved it, so I went back again and it was absolutely disgusting! The food tasted old and had a strange smell. It smelled “dirty,” similar to mold. It was Wednesday, so maybe I got leftover wings from Tuesday, who knows? The fries were also cold, which was disappointing because I only got them because my fiancé got them the first time we went and they were sooo good, I was jealous. I was all excited and they came out cold and soggy, yuck! As long as we waited, we thought the food would be made to order.. or hell, at the very least, heated up! The service was SUPER slow and we waited a really long time to even get to place our order, but to be fair, the waitress was friendly, so we tipped her well. The 1 star is for my fiancé’s onion rings, which he insisted on sharing with me since my fries were gross. If you haven’t been here, save your $40, there are much better places to eat!

Wing soup and empty. I have been going to this WW for Lunch for years. After being on the road for the last 4 months, I was looking forward to the familiar tastes. Every wing was floating in sauce, even the wild west. I remember when the only bad thing about going to WW, was waiting for the wings to show up on the bar. Its a shame that something this established is now going down the wrong path. It seems that everyone knew that already since the place was 70% empty at the middle of lunch.

One of the few places in Alpharetta that still has a smoking section. Absolutely fantastic wait staff who are knowledgeable and skilled. Food is good, but nothing exceptional. Why the loss of a star? Consistently terrible bands who try to make up for their lack of talent with volume. I usually do not see the weekend bands, so I may be missing the cream of the crop. The last band I heard here chased us out with an hour long sound check.

I just picked up my wings for our New Year’s Eve party and man am I dissapointed. I have been to many wild wings. This is my first time at this location. I know the sauces are good, the service is always decent. These wings are tiny. I don’t know if there was a chicken shortage and so they harvested younger chickens. But that was my first impression. My thumb is wider than 75% of these wings. I said something to the carry out attendant and he literally didn’t say a word. I could tell he was confused, probably thinking to himself “they always look like that” and man that would be dissappointing.

I've worked in Alpharetta for the last 4.5 years, this was my first time eating at this Wild Wing Cafe. First of all, it smells like a cigarette when you walk in. Effective 9/2/19 they are no longer allowing you to smoke inside but the smell still wreaks. There was no host at the host stand at 12:30ish when I walked in. After waiting about 5-8 minutes and realizing there were now three additional people waiting behind me, I called the restaurant twice but the phone wasn't answered. Finally a guy walks up to everyone and asked if we were waiting on a seat, we said yes, so he told us to sit wherever we wanted. He never introduced himself but I'm assuming he was a manager (short, skinny, dark hair, possibly Indian). I find myself a table of the few available left, there are about 14 tables sat in the dining room. I realize that only two servers are covering the entire section (7:1 table to server ratio is never good). The manager stands at the back of the dining room briefly and then disappears, never to be seen again. I'm finally greeted by a server that says "what's up?" No name, no menu, no silverware, nothing. I will give it to the server, he appeared to be working hard but he was so far in the weeds due to the shortage of servers that he couldn't make any headway for himself. After reviewing the menu, I ordered twelve wings and a side of fries. The wings came out fast but the fries never did nor did I receive a basket for the bones. I almost gave two stars because the wings were so good but the rest of the experience was very subpar. As I'm eating I noticed another manager constantly coming out to a table behind me. I finally realize the table was filled with the manager's family. It appeared he was the kitchen manager because I saw him restock the wing bar once or twice while I was there. Neither manager ever interacted with the 14 tables in the dining room. Another thing to point out was the two servers responsible for 14+ tables also had to handle all to-go orders. There was one or two while I was there and my server had to take care of them. The to-go orders consumed a lot of his attention leaving his tables unattended. Afterwards, I heard him tell the other server that the man waited over 40 minutes for his to-go order. From a time perspective, I called the store at 12:39pm (after waiting 5-8 minutes) and my credit card was swiped at 1:27pm. Roughly an hour to eat 12 wings. Surely the management team knew they were short staffed, right? Neither one pitched in to help their servers. From someone that worked in the industry for 7+ years, it's very disappointing to see managers act so nonchalant.

I am conflicted because I love their food, but I have had issues with the service. I have tried multiple times to call in orders, but no one answers. I decided to drop in and place my order and wait. I asked if the number was the same and explained my issues with calling in orders. The server gave me a funny look and dismissed my concern as he went back to finishing my order. As I waited for food, I heard the phone ring and nobody answered including the hostess standing 10 feet from the phone. Dont plan to ever get call service!
