HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE We went there for the first time and will never be back!!! The worst service i ever experienced, the worst management ever!!! I ordered chicken and at first i didnt want ranch than when my order came i asked the server (nichole) for ranch and let her know that i had changed my mind and i even apologized. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes and treated me horrible the rest of the night. I asked another server for the manager when the manager came (Savannah) she was more focused on the $0.50 ranch than she was on her employees lack of customer service. It was almost like they cared more about the ranch than customers paying a $60 tab. I will be contacting corporate about this.

Great place if you're a sports fan. They always have every major sporting event on to watch. We went and was able to catch a fight on PPV that no other bar was carrying. Beer was extra cold and the food was ok. I had wings, but will try something different next time. The staff was great and found us an awesome seat!

I have never been here before, I brought my father in law who has Alzheimer for lunch. The pretty girls could not have been more helpful, friendly and kind. He had a great time and the fireplaces we're so nice to sit by. A huge plus the food was great too and they had lots of deals of food and beer. I will definitely be going there again.

We went there quite regularly for a while three, four years back. Had a great time, had a favorite server - Destiny - who was attentive and always quick with a response. Well, it seemed the management changed - and we went a couple of times only to be turned away for no apparent reason - once the place was half-empty, another was because of some special event that, again, had the parking lot half-empty. Okay, it's not like there's not other places in this area... We tried again about a year back. The waitress wasn't very friendly or attentive, and the food wasn't too good. We tried AGAIN about a month back. Waitress was friendly, attentive, the beer was great (their Redhead IPA is... well, if they sold growlers of it I'd definitly be taking a lot of it home) and it kind of felt like it did a few years back. A friendly, family place where they're glad to see you, and don't see you as a bother simply because you're there for the beer and food, not the sports. We tried again about two weeks ago. Yep - whatever management problems they had seem to have been corrected. Menu doesn't seem quite so extensive as it used to be, but the food's really good. It was a 5-star, then dropped in my opinion to 2-star, and now it's back at 5-star again.

Stopped by around mid afternoon for lunch while passing through Kennesaw. Sat at the bar and received great service from both bartenders. My meal was the fish and chips, cooked perfectly and good portion. Enjoyed the company and the music.

You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu and Selena is an excellent server. She is easily the best server I've had any place I've been in recent memory. Very attentive and friendly. It's always a bonus when you don't have to ask for refills. Thats how I know someone takes pride in doing good work and Selena is the epitomy of that!

Started out pretty good then they charged me extra 4 extra item said something about it and I got offencive proved it to them that I did not get from them and they got mad the skinny girl at the bar an black haired girl green chile chicken soup finally arrived an hour later after I ordered it I asked them for a utensils to eat it with cuz I ordered it to go they got mad and did not even reply to me so I left without utensils to eat it with and by the way they said it come with sourdough bread this is their sourdough bread

Had our fantasy football draft there. Great atmosphere, went Sunday afternoon. Not crowded, fast service, free wi-fi, TVs, open feeling with cabin like decor on the right side. 2 bars, patio for smoking if you need. Very nice scenery all around. I had the quesadilla, hit the spot. Our server was great and handled the 9 different checks and personalities around our table with great poise and tact.

Pathetic service today! Jordan and Stacie are apparently here to talk to “David”. Ordered blackened fish tacos, order came out incomplete. After asking for the part of my order that was left off, Stacie and Jordan continue to talk to David and never seem too concerned about my order, so I’m left sitting, waiting. I don’t care about your restaurant logistics, you should make sure customers get what they order. On top of it all, the tacos barely had any fish, mostly filler. There is also some sort of nasty rancid odor at the bar. Only positive, the beer is ice cold.

I wish I can leave 0. Half naked female servers made us waiting over half hour,telling us that there is no open table. I went through the restaurant and saw plenty of tables free of customers. Definitely not family friendly. Never had such a bad experience.

We only eat the chicken wings and drink the beer. Consistent and good. The service just depends on who's working. The waitresses someone's look way over the top with all of the makeup fake eyelashes and tatooes. I guess that's what some people like it was distracting for us. This is a great place to watch games if you’re a sports fan and the food carries its own weight. It’s a good atmosphere to chill. Kaylee is the waitress to ask for; she’s friendly accommodating and very upbeat. She makes the experience worth while which is great to have in comparison to other places where waitress can tend to be very impersonal and rush you in and out.

This review is solely based on our personal experience with the manager at Twin Peaks Kennesaw. Me and my family and our large party of 12 just this Sunday decided to go to this location to watch the games and have some beers and food. Service was ok, but the beers was ice cold and food was decent, especially with being all guys we really didn’t care. After we paid our bill and left our table. We then decided to sit in the “man cave” area. Our waitress had told us this area was closed, but she would still serve us here and it was OK. We said fine and continued watching the other NFL games, and even ordered desert from our waitress to be delivered to us. Then OUT OF NOWHERE the manager comes in... I do not know his name, he was Caucasian, slightly bald and middle age. He said we are NOT ALLOWED to sit here and we have to move IMMEDIATELY. We then told him that OUR WAITRESS, his WORKER specifically said us sitting there would be FINE. And she EVEN TOOK OUR ORDERS FOR DESERT. He keeps on saying this area is closed and the waitress is at FULL CAPACITY???. We then say forgot about the desert, we would just like to sit down and watch the games with no service. He then starts to raise his voice and is clearly getting angry and repeats we CANNOT sit here. And IF WE WONT LEAVE, HE WILL HAVE TO ASK US TO LEAVE. We were in shock. We were 12 LOCAL FALCONS FANS, who JUST PAID A $240 bar/food tab and he was THREATENING US. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We had young children with us and he didn’t even care, he was just worried about getting us out of the restaurant. We paid our tab and abruptly left. He was NOT Apologetic AT ALL, he didn’t even appreciate our money we had just spent 10 MINS PRIOR. I have been to Twin peaks SEVERAL times before and have never had this experience. It was unbelievable, we were basically KICKED out for sitting down in a area that was closed and watching football. Mind you there was 2 other guests who STOOD THERE THE WHOLE AFTERNOON NO PROBLEM, while we were at our other table. It wasn’t until we sat there that the manger then asked us to move or leave. I have never been to a bar and have a manager give you an ultimatum. Especially since we were a large group with a large tab. Very bad business. I will not return to the Kennesaw location and will blackball it from my family members. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and with corporate. Take your money, family and more importantly pride to 3 dollar cafe in Kennesaw. Better food and they APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.

Really good food overall. But the menu seems a little simplified. the beer selection is pretty good. Their house Brew, especially the knotty Brown ale in particular, is great. Although I don't like it when the staff tells you to get a man-sized beer when I only want a small beer. The log cabin decor is pretty neat looking. And if you're a lover of bacon, I highly suggest you try their billionaire bacon

The service was okay not the best, the food seemed to be ok until we both got home and we both got sick immediately after eating. I usually check the inspection scores on any restaurants when I visit to eat out. The one time I didn’t the food makes me really sick. It all came back up. I will not eat at this particular one in Kennesaw again. The Buckhead location has never disappointed me though.

The first time we were here we had great service. The 2nd time service was ok. The 3rd time we waited 15 minutes and noone came to take our order so we walked out. Tonight we stood in the door waiting for the greeter to turn around and acknowledge us. Then we waited 10 minutes for a waitress . She got my drink wrong to start with. After 5 minutes she came and asked if we were ok. We still didn't have any food. 5 minutes later the food. The dinner portion was real small compared to lunch. My quesadilla was not hot, barley warm. Won't be back anytime soon.

No problem ordering a beer, nothing great. Ordered a steak salad to go. Drive back to my hotel, no dressing and not utensils. Go back down from my room and drive back. Tell the manager what happened and he comes back and hands me plastic ware and cuup of dressing. He says, so we good? I only wanted a hey man, sorry about that. No apology. Salad was adequate.

Cold beer, decent bar food, and working women(who are always friendly) wearing less clothes than usual for a restaurant setting. If that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. PS- try their signature brews. I'm a fan of the Knotty Brunette myself.

Great place to watch fights and games. But the food is very mediocre. I can't think of one dish that I've had their that I would tell others about. They have tons of TVs to watch and the waitresses are all nice. If you get there early, you can get one of the comfy couches on the patio, which are awesome. The parking is tight and the lot fills up fast so you may have to park across the street but it's not a big deal because it's not a long walk. The food is their only strike.

I had a bad experience yesterday on this place, the waitress was just talking with a couple on our table side, she ignored us when we solicited her something, we ask her for beer refills that took 30 min to come, when we call her to ask what was happened, she ignored us, when she finally came she treat us with no manners even ask apolologize for the situation! I regret about do not see her name on her badge, but she is one with long straight black her, short height and angry face, seems to be stressed to be working there! We never had this situation before, all the girls are really nice all the time! When I go back there I ll refuse to sit where she will be assisting, I went there to hang out with friends after a long day and went through it!! If you don’t want to work stay in home!!

I honestly wish there was a choice for no stars but one star for the appetizers. My family and I sat here for an hour and had to ask our waitress Sarah several times for our apps. Our food came out with our apps and we were told that our food would get cold sitting in the back if we don’t take our plates. Proceeded to ask for a manager 3 times and it took 30 minutes and for one of us to get up and ask for her to come over to talk to us. She also mentioned she was one of the 5 managers working tonight. Very terrible customer service. Overall we were here for almost 2 hours and only got appetizers.

Their patronage of the local sports radio station is a huge plus and while I'm not personally a fan of the whole half naked servers, I can say that these servers were more appealingly dressed than say, certain owl based restaurants with a similar business plan in respect to server outfits.

I tried the chicken & gravy meal and my husband had the country fried steak & gravy meal. We both had the mashed potatoes and green beans. We enjoyed our meal although it was a little too salty. The customer service was great!

They have amazing pulled pork, I'm usually pretty picky when it comes to my pulled pork but its amazing. Also the wings are pretty good as well. But they have rude hostesses so beware!

My husband and I love going to twin peaks but I must say today I was taken back by the way one particular girl was dressed. Even my husband said something. I was shocked she was allowed to work dressed the way she was. Three quarters of her butt cheeks were hanging out and her shorts were so loose that there was not much for the imagination. Its one thing to dress sexy but that was simply TRASHY!.....Service was great, drinks and food was great but I refuse to go back again if I have to be faced with having to look at that. We weren't at a strip club and had we have wanted to go to one, we wouldn't have been there. The manager needs to step up his game and make the employees realize the difference.

They have the absolute best vegetarian burger. It taste exactly like real meat unlike those black bean burgers at other places. I think they use Beyond Burgers. Even as a women I felt welcome and included in the service unlike other restaurants themed like this that I have been to before. Their grilled chicken breast and mashed potatoes were also good if you are trying to watch your calorie intake. The TVs on the table are a really cool addition too. I love the decor. They have it setup like a mountain travel resort lodge. Our waitress was very friendly and personable. I recommend this place.

I had a great time with the servers and the bartenders I had tonight. They took great care of me! The management on staff tonight unfortunately didn’t make me feel that way. The female manager made me feel like what I said didn’t matter. I had questions about the establishment and all she cared about was the men at the bar. I could see her flirting with many men. Blowing me off. All I know is the only reason I will be coming back is because of the girls on the floor/ bar they are the only one who took great care of me.
